Just over 4 stone difference to the left picture. 🥺 it's only when you compare photos you realise how far you have come and of course as most of you know from previous posts after 4 years I'm finally back in size 10 jeans! Biggest victory of all! It's taken time, the left photo was taken in august 2020. 2 babies. Big babies at that. But although I've had my ups and downs with losing weight I finally feel its off to stay! My binge eating is getting so much better. I feel more in control and I just love exercising and running. Honestly running has helped me so much. From not even being able to run for a minute to now aiming for 10k! We are all busy. I literally do not stop plus i work 3 days a week. Mums just don't stop! but you have to make time and sacrifice things to give you your time to exercise, use supplement or prep meals etc. It really is consistency and although my motivation isn't always there I still get up each day and make changes.
