anyways. maybe just treat people the same no matter their current weight. maybe don't comment on their food intake or eating habits or ask them about their fitness routine unprompted.

Fat people deserve mobility aids, too. No matter if it's connected to their fatness or not, because having a mobility issue that is connected to one's fatness won't change that they're still fat and still have the issue at hand. Fat people don't deserve to "tough it out" because fatness should be this divine punishment doled out to those who "deserve" it. Fat disabled people deserve to have the peace of mind that they can exist in whatever way is most comfortable and accessible to them

also fellow body affected gals and pals: even if you are what they call "overweight", losing big amounts of weight over a short amount of time for no obvious reason isn't healthy and your doc should check that out. no, it's not conventient and you shouldn't let it just happen because you could use it. get it checked.

fuck that 5 minute euphoria u get from a meal. it's the euphoria u get when walking past a mirror knowing u succeeded!! knowing u have 100% control over how ur body looks. It's the euphoria u get when u see that GW on the scale ^^ that's the real, long lasting euphoria. once u learn how to think long term, u can achieve all of ur goals!!

❧SKNTYQ’s WL RULES
1. FRUITS FOR SNACKS
Eating fruits for snacks and cutting out snack food is one decision i don’t regret. i don’t even see the need for snack food anymore tbh. if there’s anything to “cut out” of your diet it’s SNACK FOOD + FAST FOOD.
2. CARDIO EVERY DAY
do not train abs or glutes every day please. cardio for weight loss, then muscle building like 2x a week so you get toned body results.
3. SWITCH UP THE WORKOUTS
the reason you’re maintaining is because,
a - you’re literally ⭐️ving
b - you do the same bs every day
your body will catch on to whatever you’re doing and it’ll cling onto the weight. also if u ⭐️ve it doesn’t work. IT DOESNT WORK.
i made a cute playlist of workouts and i pick one i haven’t done in the past week.
4. Portions + vitamins
i didn’t realise how much i ate until i cut back and was just fine. no dizziness, no fatigue. Proper food though girlies. yesterday i had pasta mhhh😋 if you do get dizzy, take vitamins. i don’t and i take them to prevent any dizziness or fatigue.
if you MUSSST be dangerous about things, then vitamins help make things endurable, but be safe please!!!
5. PATIENCE
you can get the body you want before summer, just not tomorrow.
< tags so it find the right people , i do not recommend ⭐️ving + workout playlist coming soon i promise loves>

Man, fuck doctors sometimes. I was finally able to see a neurologist with the intent of figuring out why about a month or so after a surgery I suddenly couldn't stand or sit upright without lower back pain. Like, very, VERY suddenly this came on.
And they told me to try losing weight about it after giving me a once-over.
And when I directly asked them if I wasn't what sh considered 'overweight', would she order many tests? Yes, she said she would.
I -did- get to make her backpedal by explaining I had worked hard to gain weight since for most of my life I was extremely underweight due to neglect, at least.
All this to say I relate to your tylenol woes. May we both find the help we need soon.
Man, doctors have such sticks up their asses about weight. I'm so sorry that was your experience.
I remember when I first moved here, and I started seeing a new healthcare provider. My symptoms weren't as bad yet, but they were heading that way, and the advice they kept giving me was to "lose weight."
I was 125lbs soaking wet. If that.
When I dropped... gosh, I think it was 30, almost 40lbs in about 3 months last year, I actually had a nurse congratulate me on it. Like no, Deborah, that's a sign there is something very, very wrong. (spoiler alert, it was my mast cells burning down my GI tract.)
Fatphobia literally kills.
