On this day exactly one year ago, I posted my first ever art piece on tumblr. There was no way I could’ve possibly known that 2023 would be an insane year for me (both positive and negative), and there's no way I could list out everyone that has helped me or inspired me to grow and be better.

I was obsessed with this song when it came out! Gosh it really gets to all the feels. For this one, I have debated between Sherlock, Dr. Strange and Anthony Bridgerton. I decided, it's Bridgerton time.

This is my first time giving it a go with Anthony but I hope you're up for some sadness and angst. Also reader is afab and I hope the blurb makes sense, I tried my best. I'm slowly chipping away at all these anniversary asks. Thank you again for the support!

When we first met, Your heart was free. Your hopeful eyes saw only me. Now you're looking for something, something I can never be, when you are really all I need.

Alright so it might be that Anthony Bridgerton at the start was set up for failure in previous relationships before he met Kate, the love of his life and you were not an exception in this.

You thought things with him would progress, yet with the demands of his title getting in the way, the bitter truth of it all crawls in the back of your mind and you know you can only become what you imagined was a fantasy. It was a fantasy of desire, of different circumstances. Others warned you the price of falling for a Bridgerton, but you never expected it to be so cruel, a hot iron searing through you, the strands of fate pulling you apart.

You keep on telling me "later" but "later" never comes around. Please stop telling me "later" as you search for what just can't be found

You fiddled with your ring, the cacophonous noises of the Bridgerton household pulling you from one more blissful sleep - it wasn't meant to be. The months of him pushing you away, the neglect, the familial duties, he never seemed to care as much as he did before the engagement. You were sure he even noticed you. You can't remember the last time you felt his hand in yours, his soft caress. You mumbled incoherently to yourself; your decision made for you. Your heart called you home to another place, another avenue far from here.

You kept looking for something, a measure of security, but she was really all you'd need. You kept on telling her "later" but "later" never comes around. Please stop telling her "later" stop searching for what can't be found.

Anthony paced back and forth in his study when a knock sounded. "Not now!" He breathed slowly, hands trembling at the note he held in one hand, the other gripping the ring you once wore.

"Darling, you've barely eaten any of your meals today!" Violets' voice sounded from behind the door.

"Not hungry mother, busy with the accounts!" Anthony turned, his stomach a flutter, knots forming at where you could be. The paper on the desk taunted him, the last words he'd possibly ever read from you.

It's for the best, my dear. I didn't know how else to say goodbye. I wish you the best and hope you find the love you deserve and more. ~ Yours in another time

Take her hand, go with her now and you'll fly free. No more "later", we both know that's a lie. This will be the day she says goodbye.

After the third time knocking, Violet bursts in to the door, met with the sight of her eldest boy, crumbling a piece of paper into the empty hearth, the dying embers reminiscent of all he lost. "It's over mother, do you think there's any hope for me?"

"Dearest, there is." Violet smiled, while Anthony leaned down to peck her cheek and she ruffled his unruly hair. "Don't despair, but you do need to learn to manage your duties better so this never happens again do you understand? She was a lovely fiancée and you forgot how wonderous she was and took her for granted. Don't make that same mistake again. Love and love fiercely and make time for your partner."

Anthony sighed, knowing she spoke truth, wanting only the best for him and his siblings. "Of course mother."

Tumblr is VERY Piscean and I think it’s absolutely beautiful.

Today I woke up thinking about how Tumblr has been the only website out there where I can share longer writings of mine and get them noticed and appreciated by merely including hashtags. The niche as a writer that I am falling into is extremely unconventional- it’s vulnerable personal accounts of my life, contextualized by astrology that naturally most want to come from me. And I am very grateful for anyone who resonates with my frequency and appreciates my messages, because I know I’m basically out here trauma dumping😂, and to happen across other people who are here for both that and astrology, is surely a rarity!

I was feeling grateful enough for Tumblr this morning to get the idea to look up when this site was launched. I was curious just what were the open-minded dynamics, so accepting of emotional vulnerability, that characterize Tumblr. To my pleasant surprise, Google informed me that Tumblr was launched at the very beginning of Pisces Season- meaning that it’s just about to have its birthday.

But that wasn’t all. Tumblr’s conception chart (with time unknown, but at least city known) is likely the most Piscean chart I have personally ever seen. 💖 Every single personal planet except Mars is in Pisces (and maybe it’s a good thing Mars didn’t join this party😂). All this Piscean energy seems to create a realm where I can find others as if I’m divinely guided by the Universal spirit which connects us all.

There’s vast yet connected territory here, because Pisces is the very undercurrent that runs through all of society. It’s the 12th and final sign, so it holds a little understanding of them all. 💧

Pisces holds so much power, it just holds it graciously. And often inconspicuously.

Pisces also explains why I was just realizing I see so many emojis included in informative astro Tumblr posts, compared to other sites. I’d been wondering if Cancer had a hand in this somehow (I myself am a Cancer Mercury, and please don’t ask me to not include emojis in my writing😂). But Pisces really makes a lot of sense too. Both Cancer and Pisces energy want to show expression in emotional terms… and emojis are so good for that. ❤️

And jeez, Tumblr still has relevance after seventeen years?! What other social media sites can you manage to say that about?? 🤔 This really shows the fluid and mutable ability of Pisces to adapt.

The Moon and Venus in Pisces in Tumblr’s conception chart really create an expression of Pisces energy that’s especially accepting and open to emotional vulnerability. And personally, they are trine my Moon in Scorpio, explaining even more why Tumblr-ites can stomach any sharing of my trauma. 😂 As if that wasn’t beautiful enough, the Pisces Sun in this chart is on my Pisces ascendant. No wonder I feel this is the only site I’ve so far found that gives me and my writing a place to shine. 🌞

Mercury retrograde in Pisces could be seen by some as indicative of a site where not the most comprehensively informative nor practical writing is shared. But I see it as indicative of a site where writing that makes people reflect on their emotions, grow their imagination, and even feel open to the web of Spirit connecting us all, is shared. I’ve long been fascinated and often admired a Mercury in “detriment” because it brings Jupiter’s realm up into Mercury’s realm; merging areas that can relate to the concepts of “left brain” and “right brain”, sometimes in amazing ways. And Mercury retrograde just gives us more opportunities for inward reflection. I love that posts can stay relevant here for ages, as we keep coming back to reflect upon them.

Jupiter is at home in Sagittarius in Tumblr’s profoundly Piscean conception chart, and aspecting some of those Pisces placements, so I think you can say this chart is extremely Jupiterian in every way. Personally, I’m so here for the expansive energy. 🏹 There are many ways to grow your philosophies hanging around on this site.

And I should mention that Uranus is also with the group of powerful forces for love and oneness hanging out in Pisces, because this is a revolution.

Thanks to the North Node also in Pisces in Tumblr’s chart, lending extra forward motion to this whole movement, I’d say exploring Jupiter territory, most colored by the loving, accepting, and spirit-recognizing side of Jupiter that is Pisces, is a perfectly appropriate direction for this site to only go deeper in.

This very day, (September 8th) ten years ago, I posted for the first time on tumblr! 🎉 Wow ö.ö

Thank you for stopping by, reading, liking, commenting, sharing and following us! I met many lovely and inspiring people here who make this a special place for me - you are awesome! 💞 Despite my ocassional rants, tumblr is my save space. I tried other platforms too but for my way of sharing our stuff it's just perfect. And it's (easily) possible to keep my dash drama and toxic free.

So how did I end up on tumblr? Ten years ago I was playing Sims 3 and started looking for some CC. And the other day I found the Flower Market set from Around the Sims and went to Sandy's site and found so much more awesome stuff! And there too was the link to her simblr! Sandy also inspired me to (slowly) create my game how it is now. I admire her world and her Sims. Thank you @aroundthesims 💐

I hope you are buckled up for the ride on this one because I adore Sleep Token’s music and will probably not shut up about it for a long time, so I thank you for sending one of their songs for I am chomping at the bit. I hope you enjoy some angst here! There is some softness if you squint.

Heart of Molecules

Contains spoilers for Good Omens Season 2; you have been warned! This is perhaps a love story, but not one you were expecting. Graphic by @firefly-graphics

Every once in a while something changes, and she's changing me. It's too late for me now, I am altered. There is something beneath.

In short, Alkaline reminds me of a love story between Angel Crowley and the stars and nebulas he created. The absolute joy he radiates at his creations and the wonder and joy on his face are unmatched. He’s so unbelievably poud and happy at his gorgeous conjurings he worked on for who knows how long, before the beginning of time itself!

I’ve said this is a love story (and will continue to say so) this nebula and stars he falls in love with the complexity of the universe, knowing the significance of it that it’s too important to be erradicated. I would go so far as to say Aziraphale and the nebula Crowley created are both loved equally in Crowley’s eyes.

She's not acid nor alkaline, caught between black and white. Not quite either day or night. She's perfectly misaligned. I'm caught up in her design, and how it connects to mine. I see in a different light the objects of my desire.

Again, it is Angel Crowley’s love letter to the universe he created and this ends up all being in a dream. Then he gets the notion this is the universe beckoning him home (even though he’s now a demon and needing refuge), and when he wakes along some old country road, asleep in his Bentley, and it all crushes back into him everything he lost and he wonders about the possibility of escaping back to his first love, the wonder of the stars, because he finds confort in them, as if it was a fragment of a memory long gone but he can’t pinpoint them. He knows the dream he has is definitely a call back to where he could be welcomed back with open arms, without judgement.

It was comforting to him, yes and he could nurse what was left of his shattered heart. Which is a reason the nebula poked at his dream, there’s still a connection to the universe he holds dear and he can’t stop thinking about them, for a creator cannot forget their creation.

Ooh, let's talk about chemistry, 'Cause I'm dying to melt through to the heart of her molecules, till the particles part like holy water. If anything, she's an undiscovered element. Either born in hell or heaven-sent. Either way I'm into it.

When he does return to Alpha Centuri the nebula there welcomes him, burning bright, welcoming him into her embrace. His glorious nebula burns brighter than ever, shifting in its form (almost human but not quite), wrapping him in their own sort of embrace, though he doesn’t feel the burn of them or is singed. He offers them a small smile, his glasses resting on the bridge of his nose.

“Gosh,” he holds back a tear, “You’re gorgeous as ever.”

The nebula swirls around him once again, in a show of excitement, bathing him in a cloakof stars and sunsets he recognizes. Almost akin to Joseph’s coat of many colors, it drapes along his shoulders shimmering and dancing amongst the stars, colors enhanced and forms to him as if it was always meant to be. In a way it was, for the creation had crafted it for their creator when they were no longer an angel, waiting for the day when they would return to return what rightfully belonged to them.

Not acid nor alkaline, caught between black and white. Not quite either day or night. She's perfectly misaligned. I'm caught up in her design, and how it connects to mine. I see in a different light, the objects of my desire.

Crowley chokes back more tears for this was the more than he thought he deserved. Eons of having his heart broken the almost eternal pining for his angel up above. Perhaps one day they would meet again, but for now, he’s back where he belonged in a universe of his own creation, safe amongst the stars. Here they welcomed him home tenfold. Here he could perhaps find the peace to mend his broken heart.

It's my 2 year anniversary today! Thank you everyone for all of the love and support on my writing. I'm incredibly grateful for all the support and also for all the wonderful people I've gotten to meet and befriend through here. I'm happy to see my stories being well received on here. somewhat cheesy post incoming

5 years ago today i bit the bullet. having somewhat recently downloaded pinterest, i noticed that many of the pictures i liked were linked to tumblr, and after weeks of stalking the site i finally decided to create my own blog. being a very introverted 14 year old that was helplessly hyperfixated on the 1920s, tumblr seemed too good to be true. in a way, it was, as most of the cool blogs i stalked were long dead, however it maintained exactly what i was so excited to find when i first stumbled upon it- it was a place full of likeminded people who shared the same interests as i did. luckily, despite the different hyperfixations i've gone through since then, it's always remained a place where i can find lovely people who like the same things i do. i've been through A LOT since april of 2019, and i'm honestly hardly the same person who somewhat hesitantly signed up to tumblr as @1920s-obsessed (if you remember me from those days you are a REAL one oh my god). i'm very grateful for all 1,639 of you, most of which are probably porn bots and dead blogs <3 thank you for sticking with me over the last half decade!

So today is my two year anniversary of having this account and since college just started again, I didn't have anything planned for this so I quickly made a couple of things last night/earlier today of some things for my mc's/oc's.

The first thing I made is a little get to know my mc's/oc's and their li's. The template is not my own and the credit for the template goes to gibslythe.
