Today’s Scorpio Full Moon squaring Pluto, during the Jupiter-Uranus conjunction in the opposite sign, and the first Scorpio Full Moon since the Scorpio-Taurus eclipse season, wants a lot of people to know that if you can’t also see and act on your light, facing all your darkness and focusing on your shadow is gonna be pretty much pointless, good chance even damaging, for you.

Hey! Is there any specific insight you are wanting on this or that you felt unclear on from before? I think you changed your screen name as I don’t recognize it from my previous asks.

In a scenario like this where I’m not going really in depth with chart analysis, it actually can be a little easier for me to just see the solar return. The solar return x natal can give more precise insights, especially if I also have a chart of just the solar return, but this isn’t the type of transit chart I’d want to read anyway, because it just shows all your natal aspects, rather than the aspects between natal and solar.

I also would note that if you’re just curious about times ahead for you, looking at the solar return isn’t even necessarily the best and certainly not the only way to do that. It was totally unplanned on my part that I kinda became the solar return expert🌞 with what people were asking for a time there… it’s actually not a type of chart I tend to look at a lot!

I’m open to maybe questions about the current transits or your natal chart though (this also goes for others seeing this that have specific questions). Thanks for reaching out and happy Full Moon. 🌝

Also, it’s ironic that Lilith is very popular on Tumblr in this feminine space, yet I rarely see info on the black moon here that actually hits on the features of her that could be helping to positively transform and revolutionize female consciousness.

It’s such a disservice to Lilith to make Black Moon Lilith mostly about one’s kinks. Or even to have only info on her that validates how people with a strong Lilith can feel victimized for their sexuality or female gender. What about the info that tells us how we resist and rise above the men wanting to keep us down? Women don’t even realize how very much the power is in our hands to correct power imbalances between the sexes in society. Men make their moves according to what women will allow the space for!!!

Lilith knew this, and the most valuable part of her story was fleeing Adam. I also find a lot of value in how she wanted to be on top sexually, but I don’t think that means Black Moon Lilith (the lunar apogee not the asteroid Lilith, which is what I personally follow because being a very lunar person I see how the lunar apogee is a point that’s really significant, likely more so than an asteroid with a number way up in the thousands!) is primarily about one’s sexual desires.

Desires we have felt unallowed to obtain and possibly grown in denial of having as a result, then eventually find our power again by embracing once more, most certainly do play into it (and they’re not always sexual in any nature). But the even bigger part of what this sexual story of Lilith indicates to me is the nature of Lilith to try to get her equal rights. (And flee a mofo if he won’t even let her in any positions where she can have an orgasm too!) Not getting to be on top too is a metaphor of Lilith that extends far beyond sexual realms though.

I see why the exile part of Lilith’s mythological story is so connected to the lunar apogee we call Black Moon Lilith. The Moon allows us to feel in connection, so where the Moon feels farthest away, we lose that feeling of being in connection, and may find more primal instincts to stand up for ourself and defend ourself tapped into instead.

But this is an energy that could be really useful for female empowerment in society if more women were willing to look at Lilith from this perspective.

Honestly, I’m loving that this meme came across me and I had these thoughts as this whole Jupiter-Uranus conjunction in Taurus was literally exact, to the moment. These aren’t necessarily the thoughts I would have expected to be having at the moment of exact conjunction, but it is one reflection of Jupiter (beliefs) and Uranus (liberation from authority plus the planet associated with the subject of astrology) that really fits. 🤩 Even also fits into the subject of these musings that Taurus is Venus ruled, and Venus is associated with the feminine.

I’ve long believed part of why women are more likely to believe in astrology is they have a stronger connection to intuition on average, and other forms of wisdom, that the patriarchal structures try to encourage people to throw out. And even a very direct physical connection to the Moon via the menstrual cycle.

I think that astrology could slowly start to gain more mainstream validation during The Age of Aquarius and hopefully starting with Pluto in Aquarius. I think this could be an era of bringing back officially recognized value to a lot of ancient yet enduring wisdom- and merging it with advanced new technologies at the same time!

Too bad they don’t know it’s only in modern times and not in all societies that astrology has been made out to be some silly girl hobby that’s only fit for the tabloids. They also don’t know that those controlling our world at the deepest levels know astrology. But let them think they are more intelligent than us for automatically not believing in something because an authority figure (usually corporate funded Science) said it isn’t so. 🙄

I’m 5th house Mercury which shows big time in my naturally very bold, self expressive styles… and it’s always feels like it’s a fire within that drives me to write. I also love to embrace humor in my writing sometimes. And I have Chiron conjunct Mercury, which means writing has eventually shaped up to be a healing activity for me. Love seeing information on the critical degrees, and this is all really good info! 0° and 29° are generally the degrees I take special note of (honestly I have a feeling that maybe even 1° and 28° slightly apply to these themes of freshness and final urgency too). I haven’t given much attention to 15° but I think it could be worth starting to. I personally don’t give another layer of interpretation for every single degree though (a newer theory in astrology known as degree theory).

Perfect for this to come across my feed when the Moon is at the critical 29th degree of Leo.

♌️ Checked the transits for the first time this morning right after seeing the wonderful message in this image cuz I figured this would be the case. Often the last degree of the Moon in any sign accompanies some little occurrence like this for me, giving tribute to that sign, or something making that sign’s themes really obvious! 🦁

Leo in its healthy expression (which we all have in us) embraces creative expression purely for the sake of embracing life! Your creativity is your life force! 🌞

This world having turned these things into skills where one feels they have to prove their “ability” just to feel worthy of exercising their creative self expression… that’s the type of attitude that has made it so that few in society are actually embracing their 🔥… and many are doing it in dysfunctional ways that remain dependent on how others react to it.
