I’m trying to manifest my dream life and currently in my 3D I’m failing uni doing a course I hate and I’m stressed about how to tell my parents about it amongst other things.

hi angel !! <3 I will try looking at this both ways … so I would recommend that you to do the best you can in university try your best in this course .. I’m assuming your in a situation in which you have no control over your course . I know it’s hard try your absolute best at this ok ? I know you want to make your parents proud but also so this as something you can look at later in life and be like “ well , I tried my best … so there’s no regrets “ most parents want only the best for you , I know it’s alot of pressure but you should put all your focus into this course for now in my opinion.

Work:

Took notes for my hyper-pop music poster presentation that I have to do, hopefully, next week

Rehearsed for the mental health performance which will be next Monday

Continued my draft soundtrack case study for my Visual Media Composition module -- getting so close to the finish line despite several grammatical errors. It is the last module I need to study after all

Play/Self-Care:

Took a walk in the Arboretum

Got more books for my draft soundtrack case study from Boots and Clifton libraries

Took two cups of coffee to help me stay awake

I’ve got the whole weekend to myself, but I got to stay productive with my time which includes the usual all-work and all-play tactic I have to handle. I don't have time to study in one sitting because a break is all I need to compose myself.

To many students who are doing the same all-work, all-play strategy over the weekend as I do, here's my advice: while you're studying, don't forget to have some fun also. Remember, keep doing your best and set up your own morals you need to learn whilst planning your areas of improvement.
