from the bottom of my heart, wakanda forever is one of the most beautiful films ever created. chadwick’s presence was weaved throughout every scene and every word. you could feel him on the screen despite being absent. you could see him in the land of wakanda. this movie was for him and had so much love and passion behind it for him, but this movie was also for us. for everyone who still mourns his death. for everyone who is still shocked that he isn’t with us anymore. this story of grief, love, and torment being so tangled to the point where you don’t know how to separate them hit so hard, but deciding that you have to let go instead of watch world burn gave me chills. i cannot thank chadwick enough for being our black panther, but his legacy will always live on because of these films. may generations to come know the way he brightened the world.

ok but what i love abt gotg3 is that the big task that all superheroes need to accomplish in a film for the Greater Good (e.g. gotg 1 it was stopping ronan, endgame was defeating thanos) wasn't actually for the Greater Good, it was to save a friend. like in so many films its like i have to save the world or whatever but gotg3 shows that one person can be worth the world. and ofc when push comes to shove they work for the Greater Good but that wasn't the purpose. the purpose was to save a friend. this film isnt abt superheroes being superheroes .its abt friends being friends.

I think I wasn't really ready for this episode to tie together the events with Loki's entire arc. I expected it to tie up the plots of the season, maybe setting up future ones, which it kind of did but,

The way it tied up/referenced/came full circle with the first Thor movie? And The Avengers? That is what makes it hit different for me. It showed a love for the character that just got to me.

I just noticed that when listening to Loki with Audio Descriptions, the improv like Loki fixing Mobius’s tie isn’t included in the audio description.

I could be wrong so take with a grain of salt. The lapel grab in episode 6 was in the script because it was part of the audio description. So was Mobius lingering at the doorway as Loki walked out to the temporal loom.

And when Loki told Mobius that he could go back to his life as if he never left, and both watch their earlier selves talking: “Mobius looks at their earlier interaction with a twinge of sadness” which could that Mobius was sad that nothing positive or romantic blossomed from the conversation, only more conflict and learning the world was in danger.

The hair and jacket fixing from episode 5 was not part of the audio description.
