Hello,

I have a prompt idea for LP that I’d like to share just as an idea. This might be hard to write based on the past years.. but I was thinking maybe a quarantine fic with Little Peter where he contracts an infectious illness. I just think it would be an interesting interaction where peter is isolated and his daddies and friends aren’t able to be as close to him and how he tries to cope. Then again this is an idea and I understand if it may be to uncomfortable to write :) good day!

Laney and I actually discussed a chapter like this before/right when the pandemic started and then it did feel too soon and scary. But, perhaps today we can give it a go?👀

When Peter gets sick and Daddies find out that what he has is highly infectious and spreads easily, they would have to isolate their baby. We’ve never mentioned any isolation rooms at Greenport, but they should have them considering the facility is a fully functioning and independent hospital unit.

As always, Daddies would be in charge of Peter’s care and wear total PPE when in Peter’s isolation room (think pandemic style). But, in LP, caregivers have much stronger immune systems and rarely ever get sick, so then I think how necessary would PPE be for the CGs? Daddies most likely will not get sick from whatever Peter has, so then the PPE would be for the other Littles so that Daddies cannot carry the virus/bacteria to them by physical touch etc.

Peter would be devastated that his Daddies have to wear PPE and that they cannot have skin-on-skin contact. High Care Littles are very dependant on their CGs and physical comfort, so this would be very stressful for Peter.

But, considering how the Littles sleep, eat, play and live together 24/7, it is very likely that other Littles would get sick with what Peter has as well. Other Littles would need treatment in isolation as well then.

Lots and lots of lore and stuff to figure out🤔🤔 I’ve had this idea for a while, but because of all the planning and such it’s gonna be harder to write than the average LP chapter hehe😳😳💗💗 I’ll note these thoughts down in my LP idea notes and I’ll see what I can do in the future hehe🥰🥰

Hiiii!!! I hope you are doing well! Thank you sm for the ask! Looks like this option on the poll won so I spent some time thinking about some headcanons for:

Azriel x Shy!Reader Headcanons

Azriel loves his shy little mate. It always bring a spark lighting up his darkness thinking about how he first met you. How you couldn't even make eye contact with him without nervously giggling. Az at his baseline is quiet, but he is confident. He knows that he is attractive, knows that he can take any male or lady to his bed. But from the moment he met you, its like his entire universe shifted to revolving around you. He spent the entire night trying to quietly converse with you and focus your attention on him. Any time you would shy away, avoiding his gaze, he would lean down to force eye contact, scarred hand tilting your chin up at him so his pretty hazel eyes could peer into yours. He was literally hooked, trying to pull your soft smiles. It took one night with you for him to want to bring you all the stars in the sky to your palm.

The male is constantly trying to woo you. Even after decades of being mated, Azriel continues to make an effort into your relationship, learning new things about you, picking up on your habits, and honestly... he just loves dating you. He loves taking you out on dates, sometimes out to Rita's for dancing, and sometimes on midnight flights to the valleys just outside of Velaris for a late picnic and stargazing. He would do literally anything just to see your eyes light up in joy from his effort and love.

He adores watching you get dressed up for him, smirking at your sharp stare at him to get out of the room so you can change, his eyes twinkling with mirth because you're still so modest after he has seen you countless times in your bare form.

In the mornings, he likes to silently sneak up to your shared bathroom door, leaning against the frame with his arms crossed against his chest, quietly observing you do your morning skincare and makeup. "Can I get some of that too doll?" He mumurs, wrapping a thick arm around your waist, turning you towards his gently. You stare up at him confused, rubbing your lips together, pressing in the cooling balm, "the lip balm?" you ask, head tilted to the side while you hold up the container at him. He silently nods, mischief flickering when you hum okay. Then he pulls your chin up before kissing you deeply, pulling away all too soon, "thanks dovey," while swaggering away smacking his lips, all confident and proud of himself.

Az brings you a fresh bouquet flowers all the time. He is the kind of male to keep on the flowers so that he can ensure he gets you another bouquet as soon as the old one starts to droop. Male has gone as far as taking your old bouquets and getting them pressed into frames so that you can hang them in your shared home. The walls of your mini library that he had specifically built for the both of you is filled with frames of all of the bouquets he has bought for you. Eventually, when you have your baby girl, her nursery is decorated with all those framed bouquets. It works out perfectly as your library walls were running out of room. And omg he is the kind of male to pick your favorite out of the bouquet and tuck it behind your ear while caressing ur cheek, looking at you like you have hung the moon and all the stars in the sky.

Speaking of your hair, Az brushes your hair ALL THE TIME. He is an act of services male at his core, and he wants to pamper you. The first time he saw you brushing your hair, his eyes nearly popped out from how rough you were being. Male now refuses to let you brush your own hair. He will settle you into his lap, his shadows swirling around the both of you, tickling your ankles while he combs your hair ever so gently, removing the knots with the utmost care, peppering kisses along your neck, cheeks and shoulders, and right at that tender spot behind your ear. Basically any skin that he can expose, he will and will lay the softest kiss to your perfect skin.

Azriel being spymaster gives him many skills. Skills like patience, creativity, and precision. And he uses those skills on you all the time. Especially when it comes to painting your nails for you. As mentioned previously, the male is an acts of service KING. He takes extra care to make sure the edges of your nails are smooth and clean, the designs he creates for you are different in style and technique. He obviously lets his shadows pick a different color every week for you, and that will be the theme for the rest of the week, when it comes to the colors of the flowers he gets you, to the pretty dress he saw in the market that he bought for your date night, to the dinner he makes for you both that week. Ugh love this male so much.

OMG and he is going to get on his knees for you. Anytime, anwhere, he will drop to his knees to tie your untied shoelaces. He is concerned his precious girl will fall over and bruise your skin. Oh, and he loves to help you put your heels on, kissing your ankles before getting up. Male worships the ground you walk on, I cannot BREATHE.

Azzie also has your coffee and drink order memorized. And he will absolutely go up to the front and get it changed for you if you don't like it or if they made it wrong, hushing your quiet pleas for him to sit back down with a soft kiss to your nose. He is very kind about it, will wait until the rush calms down to take drink back up and will tip extra to make sure he isn’t stepping on any toes, but is firm that they messed up his girls drink, and that needs to be fixed. We love a strong confident dominant male.

Unfortunately, being spymaster, Azriel is a very busy male. All his free time is spent with you, or on you, but he does have to work from time to time. Not to worry though, his shadows like to keep you company, especially when their master is not too far; being in his office working on paper work or out with Cassian training. They all crave your attention, fighting over which one can bring you your drink and which ones can play with your hair. Every 15 minutes, they are rushing back to their master to report back on you and whine about how one shadow is stealing all your attention.

Children, those little shadows.

Speaking of Azriel's free time, watching you do your hobbies is HIS favorite hobby. Weather you are basking in the sun while reading, to watching the crinkle in your eyebrows furrow further while you write, to watching you purse your lips while you taste the tart in the lemon curd you are making for dessert. He could sit back and watch you for hours and feel completely at rest and at peace, shadows singing in the background and soul buzzing along to their song.

He will climb into your shared bed to do his paperwork next to you while you sleep, especially if it has been a while of him sitting in the office and he feels like he has hit a wall. He will often working single handedly because he wants to hold your hand all night long, feeling much more motivated to protect Velaris with you at his side. He has something worth working for, worth protecting.

Neither of you are big fans of PDA, but that does not mean Azriel will go without touching you. He wants to make sure everyone knows who yo belong to… and moreso, who he belongs to. Male loves for people to know he is TAKEN.

Cannot get enough of when you get a little protective over him, seeing as that male across Rita’s has been eyeing him throughout the entire night. So while you and him go up to the bar for more drinks, you squeeze his tight ass in view of that male, and everyone else, to see. Azriel is thoroughly amused, a thrill shivering through his wings as he smirks down at you while you avoid his gaze, chin up in defiance as a hot flash runs through you.

Don’t worry though, he is not afraid to wrap his thick arm around your neck and pull you into his side with a soft kiss to your temple, hazel eyes adoringly tracing your soft features. He also guides you with his hand resting at the small of your back through the crowd, and ugh does it get you heated.

Anyway... I am tired of writing but I probs have more to add to this headcanon later so part 2 maybe??

I just shifted this morning 😭 FOR THE FIRST TIME !! I’m so excited that I finally did it but why am I kinda disappointed it was so normal.. I feel like I’m not as happy as I thought I’d be, shifting for the first time. I had all these expectations, yknow? plus rn I’m not doing the best physically bc of how nauseous I feel from traveling irl (like in my CR) to another continent so that might be affecting my mood.

I finally took a break from trying to shift to my kpop dr so I could organize a new script for it in notion. So I decided I would try to shift to my waiting room for the mean time. I saw @pinkerinos story on how they shifted after I woke up at like 10am in the morning and it motivated me sm I wanted to follow what they did. thank you to them 🙏🙏 I was really tired when I woke up and wanted to go back to sleep but felt musty so I washed up and tidied my room. Until I went back to bed, I said affirmations (some in my head, most out loud). I didn’t use a method but I was saying things like “shifting to my waiting room is “easy-peasy lemon squeeze-y”. yeah it’s kinda cringe 😭 but I was trying to make it catchy so I would remember it.

I didn’t have to do a 500 hour meditation, or even specify if it was an awake or asleep method. Looking back I think I shifted out of pure delusional confidence. I didn’t shift to my waiting room or any dr I had scripted for. I think my intentions got mixed up because I shifted to a reality where I had my kpop dr face/body. But I wasn’t an idol. I lived in a coastal town in sk and spoke and thought in korean when I’m not fluent in this reality. I hadn’t realized I shifted until I was in the elevator of my apartment complex heading downstairs to work (I lived on the second floor but their were shops/plaza on the first floor). When I realized I shifted to some random reality I didn’t care it wasn’t my DR and stayed for the sake of having shifted. My initial reaction was to hit myself to make sure I wasn’t dreaming but in general I felt normal? — is that common for anyone else❔

I think the fact I’m somewhere where it’s summer/the beach affected the place I shifted to.

has this happened to anyone? I shifted back to a dream bc in my OR I was still sleeping. After spending 5-7ish hours in that reality I shifted back willingly bc it was jus a regular life, labor, and I had to deal with annoying ass customers. 😭😭 when I came back I woke up in a dream?? I don’t lucid dream so my memory is distorted from that point on. I woke up irl soon after and started to doubt myself .. was it all a dream?? But there were too many reasons it wasn’t “just a dream”.

reasons why it wasn’t a dream:

I have a dream journal and every dream I’ve had has been sporadic and irregular with time. In the reality I shifted to time was “linear” and I remembered the past, experienced the present, and worried about the future.

When I have a dream I’m never “present”/aware I only remember what I experience after I wake up. But in that reality I felt everything happen in the present like it would in my OR.

Also I had such complex memories/thoughts I couldn’t even think of as a 14yr old in my OR.

srry if this storytime was too long and or boring 😭 I’m not a blogger or someone who posts. I’m more of an observer but I wanted to share my story!

Anon... You don't know how much I enjoy thinking about Leon getting married and all those sappy things. It's like you read my mind. And thank you so much ueueue. I'm glad you like my works. <3

I feel like Leon would act really calm and collected in front of you. Even cracking some jokes about not having anything planned out for the wedding. But Dear God that is far from the truth. 

But first, let’s talk about everything before the whole preparation. Leon would definitely struggle to get the right ring size for you. Acting smooth? Not in his dictionary. At first, he’d try it when both of you are ‘sleeping.’ He once read someone could get the exact size by wrapping a string around his partner’s finger.

He tried.

It was unsuccessful. 

You either shifted in your sleep or he couldn’t get the right angle to wrap the thin string.

Ultimately, he just asked you to try some rings, just for funsies… Of course. 

Now, after the exhausting task of buying the ring and actually asking you to marry him, he'd be delighted to start organizing the wedding.

At first, he'd try to brush it off by saying that both of you should go with the flow, not to stress over the wedding. But his old-ass would discover Pinterest and a new world was presented for him. His favorite late-night activity would be searching for wedding ideas and he takes his job very seriously.

Glasses and all, he’d hold his cell phone so close to his face for you not to notice him. Poor guy doesn’t know that you can see through the reflection of them. Usually, he’d leave all the decorations to you, even when you two decided to move in together since he lacks creativity. But a wedding involves two people, and that day is just as special for him as it is for you.

Eventually, he understands he doesn’t need to feel bashful. All of his life has been surrounded by destruction and violence, he may as well indulge in the domesticity and the tranquility of finally settling down with someone he loves.

Leon is a foodie, so his favorite appointments are the ones in which both of you have to try the dishes you want to serve at your wedding. Growing up, he didn’t get to eat home meals, and even when he first started the Police Academy most of his meals consisted of takeouts or food he’d prepare himself. So the mere task of devouring those plates for the sake of the wedding was a great excuse.

He wouldn’t wear a suit and you wouldn’t force him either. However, that doesn’t mean he wouldn’t put some effort into how he looks. Part of the wedding planning included a visit to his most trusted barber! He’d definitely shave to look clean in the pictures, but his hair would remain the same.

Leon talks to you and shares his thoughts about the wedding reception. Flashy and showy types of settings aren’t his thing so he suggests going for a beach wedding. The suggestion soon turns into persuasion. He’d show you videos of people getting married on the beautiful Caribbean beaches, or some perfect attires for the beach.

“Oh, it seems that my phone is spying on me or something.” He glances a subtle look at you to see if you’re listening to him. By the tone of his voice, you already know what he is implying.

“Why is that?” And when you finally look at him, you see how his smiles get wider. Of course he got you.

“Because… YouTube won’t stop showing me beach wedding videos. How crazy it is, right?”

So, Leon’s pleas are heard and you decide to go for it. Although, something you both agree on is the fact that it needs to be private, just friends and family.

And yes, he definitely cries at the wedding. One thing he kept from his religious past is the vows, he promises you a future in which he is going to be next to you no matter what. So, in the middle of his speech, his voice would crack, a tiny bit. Clearing his throat he acts like nothing happened but everyone could notice how emotional he is.

Overall, Leon would be delighted to take this next step with you. The last thing he expected in his life was to find love in this messed-up world. And don’t get me started on how Leon would be as a husband because that man is husband material through and through! I’d write a whole essay just for him.

But here you are, cooped up in the cold premise of your shared bathroom, waiting for the gel to dry into your skin as you stare at your figure in the mirror, noticing the little changes with a strange sense of europhia. You wished you could run back to the arms of your boyfriend as you ramble about how good the hormones have been working, how you can see your outer shell peeling open to show the man who's been living in the inside, a feedback loop that had you seeing yourself in reflections instead of skin and hair and face that you'd barely recognised. Maybe his face would melt into that gorgeous smile, arms pulling you closer to him like he's seeping off the happiness he swears he sees seeping off your skin's pores. But it's the flip of a coin, a winning ticket in an uncertain lottery.

you're not so sure if Kyle would love the kind of person you were.

gender hadn't ever been a point of focus in your conversations, never something that had to be caught and pinned down with word or thought. he was a man, you were a man, and you loved each other. both of you did your best to keep it at that simplicity. but part of you, like the serpent to adam and eve, had always doubted whether kyle would look at you with the same eyes if you somehow ended up showing him your childhood photos or now-invalid passport, the face that was still soaked with dysphoria-ridden tears.

"love?" he calls, an endearing substitute replacing your name. you didn’t know if he'd call you that, even after this revelation. Or did he not know what else to call you now that this had been revealed ? "kyle," you echo.

his eyes still look the same as how they look at you; stormclouds that accompany you on lonely and rainy nights, and your eyes can't help on focus on the pretty shade of grey instead of the battering of water droplets hitting against tin. Not once  does it ever shift to malice or hatred- only worry, for you, maybe. 

"do you want to talk about it right now ?" isn't the response that you expected. It's an gentle offer, and extended hand waiting for you to take or push away, more freeing than astute observations of your perceived identity or the bitter words hissed out when others had realised. You can only nod your head in response. 

"im sorry," you say, and you don’t know how much (what you're) apologising for. Sorry for never telling you. Sorry for making a distance that could have been avoided. Sorry for being this without your permission, anyone else's permission. 

but he's quick to hold you and the shame that you carry , not minding any of the gel residue on his shirt. "hey, no, it's okay," his voice is gentle, reaching out for your secluded self. "remember what I told you when we first started dating?" he puts a hand to your head, playing with your hair as he pulls you closer to him. "I love all of you, dove. Everything." he rests his chin onto your shoulder, murmuring the words into your ear. And you can't help but hug back, clinging to him like a lifeline. Your lifeline. "I love you too," you muse.

you both stay there for a minute before he pulls away with a complaint of some back pain from a recent mission, and you kiss his nose, allowing yourself to smile for the first time since he'd entered the room. "so.." you start, now perched on the rim of the bathtub. "you're ok with me being trans?"

you giggle when he deadpans at you, "love, I just hugged you for 5 full minutes after seeing you apply testosterone instead of taking a shit. I don’t really care if you're trans." 

and after your testosterone dries and you put on your shirt, you both in bed, tangled up in each other's arms. ramblings about little stories or town gossip. professions of grandiose love guised under quiet murmurs. the hormones are still a little crusty on your skin, but they're doing the work that should have been done since birth.

You and Hobie woke up to freezing temperatures which turned into a blessing in disguise because you two were entangled together on the bed, cuddled comfortably. Legs intertwined, arms looped around each other like a koala. He presses sleepy kisses on your cool cheeks, his excuse? He says he's keeping you warm and away from hypothermia.

The snow falls outside, frosting the windows. Hobie's senses tingle, he stops his barrage of kisses for a moment.

“The gremlins are comin’” he murmurs over your cheek.

“How do you wanna do this? Fake sleep or hide under the bed?” your eyes are half lidded, cool hands splayed under his shirt for warmth.

Sure enough, the soft pitter patter of socked feet runs towards your bedroom. Their giggles waking you up in an instant.

Hobie hums, the vibrations spreading through your face. “Too tired, let's act like we froze from the cold”

“This is why I love you” falling limp, smooching him quickly, you close your eyes once again. Hobie acts as your shield from the anticipated jumping you're about to endure.

The doors burst open, your girls' unmistakable laughter echoes out in your shared bedroom. You hear an ‘oomf’ sound from both sides of the bed, you surmise that they're both having a hard time reaching the top. After some shuffling about, tiny hands and feet crawl over the duvet, their stifled giggles making you lose your act with a tiny smile.

“Shhh” someone on your right shushes the other. “they're still sleeping, Billie”

“They won't be for long!” Thanks to your human shield, you don't get the brunt of Billie’s foot on your stomach. Unfortunately, Hobie gets the full force of five year old strength.

Yet, he stays strong, still faking sleep. Also thanks to his enhanced strength, he barely felt it. But you can't help but cringe for him.

“Mum’s awake!” Mona crawls further up to cup your cheek in her tiny hands. Your daughter gasps, “she's frozen!”

You screech and in turn, Hobie does the exact same thing you do, flailing your arms to envelope each girl in a surprise hug. Mona laughs with her belly, her legs are kicking about, trying to escape your wrath. While Billie yelps before screaming out a “Tickles!” when Hobie's scruff nudges her neck.

“Got a live one here–!” Hobie sputters when he gets a mouthful of Billie's hair. She giggles, bringing her head closer to her dad's face, almost headbutting Hobie.

After a moment of giggles and happy screeches, you and Hobie lay wheezing while the girls are energetic as ever, jumping excitedly on the mattress.

“It's snowing, did you see?!” Billie lands on top of you, her chin laying on your chest comfortably. “Mummy, did you see?”

“I can feel it, Muffin. It's freezing!” you squeeze her tightly, burying your face in her curly hair.

Mona drops gracefully in between you and Hobie, cuddling next to him.

“‘m hungry. What's for breakfast?” She looks up at Hobie with her big eyes, reminiscent of Hobie's exact face when he wants something from you. But for Mona it all comes naturally to her.

“How am I supposed to make breakfast when my hands have fallen off from the cold?” He lifts up his hands tucked inside his pajama sleeves, looking like his hands are nowhere near his arms.

“Daddd!” They simultaneously say while you chuckle.

“Have some sympathy for your dad, his hands are gone!”

Billie plays along, “how are you gonna use your webby now?” You've called Hobie's web shooters as webby since they could talk and now it's stuck in their vocabulary.

“Billie and I could be Spider-Man now, dad” Mona says in between giggles, five year old vocabulary working its magic.

“Yeah!” Billie exclaims.

Hobie turns to you while the girls talk about their plans on how to stop crime together.

“Our girls don't have empathy, what did we do wrong?” He smiles throughout it, moving Mona's head to give you a quick kiss. How could he resist when the light shines directly at your smiling face, lashes kissing your cheeks as you grin widely at his girls? He has to indulge or else he'll burst at the seams

After a hearty breakfast, Hobie and Billie decided it's time for a snowman competition. The snow has gotten thick enough that you have to wade through it like mud. So while Hobie’s helping Billie with all her layers, Ramona sits on a bar stool next to you, eyes enthralled by the swirling hot chocolate inside the pot.

“Are you sure you don't want to join them, cheese?” With one hand you grip her shirt so she doesn't fall on the stove, on the other is the wooden spoon you're using to stir the pot.

“Yes, I want hot chocolate” she sniffs at the chocolate smell.

“You can have hot chocolate and play with them”

“I don't like the cold,” she murmurs.

You hear the door creak open and then Billie's excited squealing, a second later you hear a thud, like something or someone fell into a pile of snow, then you hear Hobie's loud laughter.

“That's okay, we'll stay here. Then we'll judge who wins the snowman competition, sounds good?”

She nods, smiling a toothy smile at you. “Can I have the heart marshmallows?”

How could you say no to that face? “Of course,” you nuzzle her soft curls. “Do you want extra milk?”

“Yes please!”

You hear a knocking on the kitchen windows, craning your neck to look, you see Hobie holding Billie up by her armpits, her face is squished on the glass, nose flattened and lips puckered.

That can't be sanitary.

“Hobie, that window isn't clean”

Billie waves at you and her sister, eyes bright and happy. “I drowned in the snow!” she points at a patch of snow, sure enough there's a Billie shaped hole in it. “Can you see, Mony?”

“I can! And mum says that window is dirty!” She grimaces.

“Dad! Mum says the glass is dirty!” She looks below her.

You hear a muffled “Crap!”

Well at least he tried not to swear that hard—

Mona tugs at your sleeve. “What does crap mean? Dad says it a lot”
