Welcome to Cheer Chemistry, your premier cheer facility in Commerce, GA and the surrounding area. We provide a variety of services to help train the next generations of cheerleaders, including tumbling classes, stunting classes, stretch classes, team opportunity and much more. We take more of a personal training approach with our students, training sessions, and classes. Training sessions are professionally designed and executed by seasoned cheer professionals. We focus a lot on performance, flexibility, strength training and having the tools to be as efficient as possible in achieving our goals. We are the authority when it comes to cheerleading training. Students attend because they want to work and be better. We genuinely care about each student and what they specifically need. And with our private cheer classes, we can focus on students who may need the extra help through cheer conditioning we even offer cheer camp on occasion.
Here at Cheer Chemistry we empower, encourage, and challenge our athletes so they reach their full potential. Through conditioning, stretching, hard work, and determination these individuals are most likely to surprise themselves once taught proper technique. To go a step further we offer one on one cheerleading instruction. As coaches, we will always look at the best interest of each athlete and help them not only to improve skill level but also character and integrity as well as self-motivation on and off the mat. We care and fully commit to our athletes and it takes that commitment from the athlete, coaches, and parents. We build trust by leading them down the hard road to success building confidence in our athletes every step of the way.

Some of us big boys have injuries that have caused muscles to become bricks and possession off painful muscles that are unbearable sometimes. Be careful! That is why often the source of chronic pain and soreness is due to situations that happened in the past where your fascial system had to adjust and compensate. In each situation, your body compensates by taking the path of least resistance and add more layers, to avoid pain, absorb the force of an impact, support poor posture, and work around a new movement limitation. What I am convinced of after years of experience, is that if one area is damaged or put under tension, it affects the balance and symmetry in other areas. Tensegrity is a useful model to better understand how damage of one body part can cause pain in other areas, even though they appear unrelated. The priority as a Fascia Coach is to help to release musculoskeletal tension, allow greater range of motion through the entire myofascial system and work on a wide spreading of knowledge about the fascial system and its virtues.
