1. Sitting Rotation Stretch聽

Sit on the floor or an exercise mat.
Cross your right leg over the left. Place the sole of the proper portion on the ground.
Place your right arm behind you as a support.
Twist your torso towards the proper leg.

2. Cat / Camel Stretch

Such a vast topic for a simple word, no I鈥檓 joking !
What I meant was that there are several meanings in that world. On one side, it depends on your body, on how much time you stretch or exercices (I nearly never do both, maybe you do but I don鈥檛), how lean you become in the sense that your body becomes thinner and stronger at the same time; And on the other hand it鈥檚 the same but for the way you think.
Are you stood in your ways or are you open to other perspectives ? Do you think your way of doing things is the only one and good way to do things or do you consider other ways ?
It鈥檚 all about that, being a stubborn person myself, I understand the struggle. It鈥檚 all about compromise. It is exactly what it should be, difficult but necessary. Just allow yourself to be wrong and accept that somebody else is just right. I know it is hard but just consider it, and you鈥檒l see you鈥檒l grow.

Sam is relieved that she doesn鈥檛 have to show her work..at least right now, but she had another idea to try but was hesitant cause this wasn鈥檛 her home.
鈥淚f its ok with you and your family here I鈥檇 like to show my appreciation for your hospitality by making you all breakfast tomorrow, I know I don鈥檛 have to but I really would like to. How many people live here exactly?鈥
She already had an idea of what to make and was going to buy and make this breakfast all herself if it came down to it, she refused to use anything that wasn鈥檛 bought by her, she鈥檇 find it rude to use something that belonged to someone else.
