The beauty of breathing movements and fascia stretching is that it can be done anywhere. You don't require any equipment, specific physical condition or prior yoga experience. Fascia Yoga is a mindful practice combining breathing exercises and micro-stretching, to improve holistic relaxation, encourage positive thought processes and reduce symptoms of anxiety. My name is Alex Mero, initiator of Fascia Yoga. I have many years of holistic coaching experience, as well in Europe as in the U.S. My areas of specialization are myofascial tension release methods through deep relaxing movements with a focus on breathing techniques. For a personal coaching plan and on site guidance, let me know what your objectives and expectations are and I'll get back to you: [email protected] Are you a professional, instructor or a therapist in any holistic practice and would you like to co-organize a workshop or a retreat in your area, please contact me. I speak fluently French, English, Spanish and Dutch. Alex Mero Fascia Yoga Coach Breathing Movements https://www.instagram.com/p/CUUTiYADLH6/?utm_medium=tumblr

During a FASCIA YOGA DAY you learn how to breathe properly, get rid of the stress in your system, improve natural immunity and gain on relaxation through your whole body. ✅ 09.00 SPATIAL MOVEMENT ✅ 10.30 FASCIA STRETCHING 🍀12.00 Lunch / Rest ✅ 14.00 YOGA BODYTUNING ✅ 15.30 NIDRA BODY SCAN ✅ 16.00 FASCIA UNWINDING ⭐SPATIAL MOVEMENT Slow movement session where we move freely with the sound vibrations. We bring attention to the blockages and other restrictions in our movements. ⭐FASCIA STRETCHING Meditative stretch discipline with focus on specific body parts. We use mild muscle traction that enables the release of the tissue surrounding our muscles and organs. ⭐YOGA TUNING Combination of bodytuning techniques and yoga posture exercises, including balance, alignment and synchro movement to prepare and initiate the unwinding process. ⭐NIDRA BODY SCAN Meditative body awareness session with breathwork. We lay still on the ground, bring attention to our pain, tension and blockages and relate it to its origin. ⭐FASCIA UNWINDING Meditative relaxing method achieved by employing the concept that the fascial system can release its own pain and trauma through the use of unwinding techniques. I welcome and visit beginners and professionals, for one on one sessions as well for groups as practitioners. That is why often the source of chronic pain and soreness is due to situations that happened in the past where your fascial system had to adjust and compensate. In each situation, your body compensates by taking the path of least resistance and add more layers, to avoid pain, absorb the force of an impact, support poor posture, and work around a new movement limitation. What I am convinced of after years of experience, is that if one area is damaged or put under tension, it affects the balance and symmetry in other areas. Tensegrity is a useful model to better understand how damage of one body part can cause pain in other areas, even though they appear unrelated. The priority as a Fascia Coach is to help to release musculoskeletal tension, allow greater range of motion through the entire myofascial system and work on a wide spreading of knowledge about the fascial system and its virtues. If you have any questions let me know. I welcome young and older, individuals and practitioners, for one on one sessions as well as for groups and professionals.
