schmidt now knows jade is sound flood and lewis is. currently just some guy who does not yet have a vigilante reputation, but for now will not say if schmidt recognized jade from her powers being used, or if schmidt was looking up "list of london vigilantes" while eating the now overdone mozarella sticks that were in the oven.

I want to read about characters who are not used to kindness being bombarded by acts of service. This trope works romantically and platonically. Give me found family and acts of service - all the ways a character is wrapped up in wordless, explicit care after years of cruelty and having no idea how to handle. I need it.

Read a review on Rose which points out that Rose is meant to be the blonde character who dies first going into the basement in a horror film until nine grabs her hand and pulls her straight into another genre and now I'm thinking about how the darkest dw episode are always described as close to horror but they can never really be full horror because there's always the hope of it all.

well, i'm sure this is all going to go fine! haha... so two things, if you're around bristol this weekend, i'll be at bristol anime and gaming convention!

the other is that i'm thinking about making the print comic be both chapters 1 and 2 and not just one. thankfully i don't need to redraw any pages (i hope) and there's only 40-something pages to reformat so shouldnt be difficult and i can get that all done over easter (perks of working in a school lol). the reasoning is that chapter 1 isn't that ideal for a proper intro to the series, while chapter 2 introduces the main villains and inciting incident. also the art is slightly better.

the reason i didnt do this originally is for money reasons (more pages = more expensive) but since actually selling a book in conventions (where we are and where we should be, which i was one of the illustrators) i realised i can probably either 1) do a much smaller run, or 2) do a kickstarter. the latter seems more and more appealing tbh and i would get to make bonus trinkets. so i think i might try a kickstarter and if that fails then i can just do a small run out of pocket

Our baby boy needs his screentime to grow big and strong. #This whole scene is very good and does a lot to show us several important traits about wwx: #1) He has no hesitation to put his own face or life at risk to help someone (even if they have never met). #2) He does not care for what others say or think about him; he will do what he thinks is right. #And he is smart enough to think is is always right about his judgement. This will be a problem later. #I also think the silly energy in this scene is top notch. #Wen Ning is the wild chipmunk wwx managed to catch and wants to keep as a pet. #Jiang Cheng is gently easing this boy out of wwx's extrovert maw and saying 'put him back outside'. #Can you imagine being blindsided by the full force of wwx out of nowhere? Getting his support and then archery tips? #You're done. You've been caught in his snare and you aren't getting out.
