Jealousy, Jealousy

A/N: Fluff, innocent reader, softy fem!reader, Tsundere boy

Warnings: cursing, jealousy

Summary: After seeing you with the new kid, Liam gets jealous. And knowing him, he denies it.

The bell rang, signalling the last class of the day was over. You had met this nice boy earlier. He was new at the school and you felt bad for him every time you saw him get lost. So why not help him and show him around? You showed him his classes, the lunch room, the gym, etc. And you honestly liked hanging out with him. He seemed nice enough and you learned that you had things in common.

Liam rounded the corner of the school hallway and saw you, his girlfriend, laughing with a classmate of yours. A male classmate. He gritted his teeth together and his fist clenched. He should be the one making you laugh, smile. Not this guy.

When he saw how close the boy had gotten to you, (It was not THAT close), he snapped. He stalked towards you and the new student with a frown. “Oi, Y/n. Who’s the new meat?” He didn’t look pleased at all to see you socializing with someone else.

You jumped at the sudden voice but as you noticed it was Liam, a smile spread across your face. "Hey, babe! Oh, this is Ryan! He just moved here."

He huffed and stalked off, not even giving Ryan a second glance. “Whatever, have fun.”

He mumbled quietly as he walked away from you two and your conversation. Just from that simple interaction, it could be inferred that he was the jealous and possessive type. He didn't care that it showed, he was already known for his shorter fuse.

You blinked for a second at his dismissal and quickly apologized to the new student before running after Liam. You put your hand on his arm and looked up at him as you both walked. "Did I do something wrong?" Your doe eyes observed his angered expression.

He stopped and glared down at you, his frown growing into a scowl. "What? No, I'm... not mad. Do you think I'm mad?" He scoffed. He was obviously mad.

You smiled a little at that and slowly nodded. "Yes, I think you're mad. Are you?"

He paused for a moment, as if he was going to say something snarky but decided against it. You'd notice him tense up and his brown eyes narrow for a second. "Forget it."

You pouted and put your hands on both sides of his neck. Your eyes were soft with sincere apology and you peppered his face with kisses. "I'm sorry if I did anything."

He was obviously caught off-guard by the sudden affection from his girlfriend. A bit too caught off-guard, considering his face reddened significantly from embarrassment and he actually blushed a bit. His face also became softer and a bit more friendly, the frown gone and the usual frown-line between his eyes turned into a small smile.

"Eh? I-I wasn't mad." He said with a slightly flustered chuckle.

You raised an eyebrow at his statement and rubbed his cheek with your thumb lightly. "No? You weren't mad?"

“Of course not! What makes you think I was?”

There was something so… sweet about you. Almost… tempting, as if you could get away with anything because of your innocence. It was cute, and almost enough to melt his icy exterior into a puddle of goo.

Giggling softly, you pecked his lips. "I guess it was just my imagination then."

“Yes, yes it was.” He couldn’t help but smile when you kissed him. He liked your kisses, liked it when you showed him affection, because it melted his heart and made his heart ache with love. He sighed and pulled you into a tight hug, pressing a kiss to your forehead. “You’re adorable.”

With a tilt of your head, you smiled up at him with amusement twinkling in your eyes. "I am huh?"

“You’re also beautiful..” He said quietly, blushing harder as there was a bit of a pause before he muttered, “And kind..”

You smiled and poked his cheek. "Keep going..."

He scoffed and swatted your hand away from his face. "That's enough lovey dovey shit. Now come on, I'll get you ice cream."

A joyous look flashed on your face and you smiled brightly. "Wait, really? Why would you do that?"

He rolled his eyes but you swore you saw a ghost of a smile on his face. "You've done your homework so I'll give you something for being good."

A giggle left your lips as your joy spiked. You liked ice cream and he knew it. You were happy that he remembered that. "Can I get a teddy bear too?"

"Don't push it."
