Our Well Deserved Break
Its
Shenanigans (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ*:・゚✧
Time again!~
-x-x-
Danny, our boy the Ghost King, looking over a small team going over relic's given or 'offered' to Pariah Dark over the years both before and after he was sealed away. As they're taking inventory of the chaotic offering room, they stumble across a certain artifact.
This artifact is able to summon a set number of people (it does have its limits) of the users wishes to them and it sets up a barrier around the surrounding place so no one summoned gets out. You know, those kinds of artifact's certain people use to summon heroes and or villains into a room and have them fight to see whose the strongest or for a tournament, Yeah that kind of artifact!
Danny, who found the item, takes a look at after being told what it does. Then out of the corner of his eye he spots himself in a mirror in the room and see's his crown floating above his head and feels the full weight of his responsibility since before and after his crowning. Yes he had help with his advisor, despite how cryptid he can be at times, and of his council but still the weight was a bit too much for a teenager like him.
An idea struck his mind when he hears the ticking of a clock behind him. Without saying a word Danny looks back and raises an eyebrow at Clockwork whose staring at him in silence as well. He glances at the item, tilts his head a bit before...
Smiles in only the way CW knows would both be good for Danny and amusing for him. He nods and says "One weekend should be fine. All timelines will be paused for them. I suggest telling your friends to help prepare for your guests. Enjoy and have fun my King."
"YES!" Danny's voice echoing in the offering room made many ghosts in the room jump for a bit.
This was totally going to be fun!
-x-x-
When the following weekend arrived, young and very stressed teen heroes from across the multiverse are suddenly pulled from their worlds and are summoned into the Infinite Realms. Before any of them can panic or start fights a voice rang out above them and when they looked they could see a young teen, with a crown floating above his head, white hair, and glowing green eyes sitting on a throne.
He smiled and said
"Welcome fellow stressed out Heroes and Heroines to Phantom's Keep! I'm King Phantom, recently crowned fifteen year old, and this is the Infinite Realms! The birth and ending of the multiverse afterlife! Now don't worry none of you are dead or anything like that. I summoned you all here for one reason and one reason only..."
Here Danny paused, just to troll a tiny bit, and could see some of the more tense heroes readying up for a fight or at least argue to let them go. He grinned though and then said.
"And thats.... TO HAVE FUN!"
After that he floated out of his throne and with a flourish in the air he waved his hands and his throne room changed with party decor all around. Tables off to the side appeared with food and drinks from well everywhere and anywhere the multiverse, balloons rose from the ground and floated upwards, streamers flew across above to attach themselves to the other sides, the castle lights shifted to a dim and music began playing from somewhere.
Danny grinned brightly down at them and their shocked faces. oh that's funny, thank goodness Tucker is recording this and Jazz is gonna scrapbook this party for him (she plans on making them for all the guests as a party gift later, you know to remember how fun the party was)
"Now all of you are stressed out teen heroes with a lot of responsibilities on their shoulders! Believe me, I know that feeling, been there done that still doing it even now! But! My advisor says this will be both fun for me and good for you guys to spend one whole weekend here to de-stress and have fun! I do have some ground rules though. One your timelines are in fact PAUSED, you don't have to worry about calling your parents or if you got mentors to let them know where you are at. Two you are all heroes here, many of you are from different worlds and if you are from the same world they already know or CAN be trusted with your real identities but you are NOT required to remove any masks or de-transform or anything like that, if you wish there are masks on that green table over there you can stick on if you want to keep your identities hidden and are spelled to stay on and fuzz the minds of anyone trying to remember your looks once its on, even if they catch a good look at you right now it'll fuzz their memories of you once the mask is on and even after the party don't worry we thought of the time. Three, boys and girls rooms will be at different wings within the Keep! Just ask any of the maid or butler ghosts that will be joining us shortly and they will guide you to the rooms! Fourthly! There are sparing rooms if you wanna test your strengths with others, I only ask please don't get too carried away. We are here to have fun not make enemies! and lastly PLEASE DO NOT try to leave the castle, we are in the very afterlife of the multiverse people, its like the ocean and even I find it hard to navigate it sometimes. Portals can open up to any and all worlds, different timelines, etc etc. I have key items here in the castle that can pinpoint YOUR timeline and world so when the party is over I can send you home no problem, so again please do not attempt to leave."
Danny paused to take a breath, okay ground rules set up and warnings given. He could see the absolute bewildered looks on all the heroes faces and held back a laugh. He smiled however when one of the teens, mask on his face already and dressed in green, yellow, and red asked 'Why?'
"Why? Well... I think its time us teens get to have some fun without worrying about the next big bad or world ending event. Even if just for a weekend, we do deserve a break. So... Lets have some fun for once!" Danny responded.

There’s something about Cybertronian feelings the same emotions that humans do that hits hard.
There’s such drastic differences between Cybertronian kind and human kind. Size is one, biology is another. Cybertronians can do so many more things that humans can’t, and I’m certain you could say the same thing for humans.
But despite the differences in the two species, there are also such strong similarities.
They both built societies, have social hierarchies, cultures, etc.
And even if it is less normalized for Cybertronian kind in some cases, they can also feel the same range of emotions that humans can.
So imagine a human with a bot they barely know yet. They’re completely unaware of how similar they are despite being two vastly different alien species. The bot is sat high above, the human slowly and cautiously approaching their legs as they come closer to investigate a strange sound they heard from this direction. Surely it couldn’t have been the bot making that sound, right? Because it sounded way too much like—
Then, the human looks up to the bot’s face, and sees they’re crying.
Streams of lubricant are rolling down their cheeks, their face contorted and wrinkled into distress. The bot wasn’t even trying to hold it in at this point, who knows how long they were going for by now. Soft little hiccups stumble through their voice box, their whole frame shaking and quivering as the futilely wipe at the endless flow of lubricant pouring down their optics.
The human is shocked. They had no idea these robots could feel sad, much less cry. They felt like they had just invaded a very private moment…
And yet, rather than try to sneak away, the human hesitantly reaches a hand out to the mech’s pede. Slowly, they place their hand atop it, gently rubbing and trying to reassure the big bot as much as they could with their comparatively tiny body.
The bot is startled, looking around in a panic and quickly raising their pedes, only to finally bring their gaze downwards and lock eyes with the human.

I have this headcanon that Wanda is obsessed with antiques and vintage appliances and stuff...like she loves to go antiquing, she likes to visit old people house and abandoned old building hoping to find and collect old items....She likes it even better if the item is possessed by a spirit...she tried scrolling through an online shop once to find more items and got scammed and she never did it again, I love the idea of Wanda Maximoff having a lot of weird trinkets and knick knacks (>_<)<3

Thinking about the dreamvisitor and having Feelings...
It was born from the innocent desire to never be separated from one's friends, but the friendship of the three dragons it was made for fell apart, completely unsalvageable. Then it was tossed around to become a tool, a toy, a weapon of war.

In a Single Night
I see a bunch of 'Brucie punching Vlad at a Gala because he was being a creep towards a forced to attend Danny' and bring forth Selina about to skin a creepy man with her claws after she sneaks into his fancy party hes having to steal a cat relic he has (also steals his cat as well) and finds a recently recaptured Dani (Ellie) whose forced to play the 'perfect' daughter role for the night.
Or we can have Tim overhear Vlad threatening Danny saying "Do as I say Daniel, we wouldn't want your tiny failure of a clone to destabilize do we?" And that, that sends Tim on a warpath against Vlad Masters. (Clone Rights!!!! -Tim says)

Thinking about Rung being so careful with a human in his hands
Thinking about how he would be so worried about accidentally hurting you, even if he’s the last mech in the world to do that
Thinking about you noticing how hesitant he is around you, and you want to change that and reassure him you feel perfectly safe around him
Thinking about you gesturing for Rung to lean down to level himself with you as you stand on a nearby table, and when you gesture for him to bring his servo up beside you. He does so with greater caution than necessary
Thinking about how, once his servo is beside you, you take a seat in his palm and gently place your hand on the tip of his thumb. The size of your hand just barely manages to cover the width of the tip of his thumb
Thinking about how he’d rise back to his full height, pulling you up to his face once you motion for him to. He’s confused for a minute
Thinking about how once you’re level with his face, you come to your feet, lean forwards, and land a soft kiss on the tip of his hooked nose.
Thinking about Rung :)

i have a VOY confession: I skipped Threshold because the rating on imdb was SO so low... is it required viewing???
I was holding off on this question so I didn’t give you the most insane rambling answer, so thank you for your patience. Short answer: I definitely think it’s worth a watch. I, thresholdbb, am obviously biased about this, but imo Star Trek isn’t quite Star Trek without its delightfully campy side.
Threshold is often pointed to as the worst episode of Star Trek, and it has also been voted as such. That said, it really isn’t that bad. The science is iffy at best, but it’s science fiction and that part gets a pass in my book. It only veers into the ridiculous in the last act, otherwise it’s actually not bad. If it didn’t take a hard left at the end, people probably wouldn’t rag on it as much as they do.
Tom Paris has some excellent moments and Robert Duncan McNeill was having a blast being a mutant, chewing up all the scenery. The EMH has a bit that makes me laugh every time. Janeway is delightful as always. Plus, the episode won an Emmy for make-up.
Really though, I love what episodes like Threshold (and the like) represent: a willingness to take risks. Some of that has been lost in the bigger budget productions that have come after (they’re coming back around), but I unabashedly adore that these “bad” episodes exist. Plus now we get to poke fun at and enjoy hyper-evolved salamander babies for eternity. What’s not to celebrate?

Yknow, random thought, but I'm curious about the relics
The spirits inside the Relics, so far, have neither lied nor shown bias. Both Jinn and Ambrosius have done what both sides asked of them, and have freely offered up information, even when technically they shouldn't have (like Jinn with Ruby using her to pause time). Jinn answered Cinders question despite not wanting to do so, and Ambrosius created the fire Cinder asked for.
I think it's really interesting, bc I think it says a lot about what Light might have done. Light clearly doesn't like it when people go against him or think on their own, so why would the spirits be completely autonomous?
Both Jinn and Ambrosius have shackles and chains on them. It could symbolize, of course, being shackled to the physical Relics themselves (like the genie in the lamp), but it could also be metaphorical. RWBY really likes symbolism, and I wouldn't put it past the writers to make those chains symbolize that they aren't free from Lights rules.
I have the feeling that they can't stray from what Light believes is the truth (i.e. Light being the elder brother. The two are twins, obviously they're gonna argue over smth as petty as age, they squabble over everything). And, obviously, Light doesn't like it when people act on their own, so why would the spirits be able to lie or act biased?
Furthermore I believe they can't act as the opposite of their purpose. Ambrosius flat out says that he can't destroy things (and tacks on that he can't bring people back to life). I wouldn't be surprised if Jinn can't answer questions in a way that isn't the 100% truth; after all, lies, bias and misinformation are the opposite of knowledge. Of course, you get what you asked for (Ruby asked what Ozpin was hiding- he was hiding the truth, so Jinn showed them the truth), and possibly even what you need (Jinn showed the full backstory, qrwby didn't WANT all that or ask for it, but they got it anyways).
I wouldn't be surprised if the rest of the Relics act the same way- not lying and not acting with bias. I'd eat my left shoe if it isn't revealed that they straight up can't do those things.
