Does anyone else struggle with seeing how it’s safe to post your face on TikTok and tell the world you’re a RAMCOA survivor? This is just a personal opinion tbh; I’m not rlly looking to argue with anyone or get into semantics over it.

Sorry. But to us, that’s basically advertising to the world “hey, here’s what my trauma is called so you can go look it up and potentially use it to manipulate me by triggering my programs 😃”

I personally wouldn’t DREAM of going on TikTok and telling the public masses stuff like that, where they can see my face. Not when TikTok is a known cesspool for grooming and predators and it can get you doxxed/fakeclaimed.

I know we need advocacy, but I feel like there’s better ways to do it ig. TikTok just seems like an unsafe choice out of all socials.
