Diluc Barely uses his phone as it’s not necessary for him to use the internet and when he does use it, he does so on his terms, Such as messaging and calling you.

He’s not very good at social media and is never particularly outgoing, but he knows how to manage it well enough.

He doesn't pay attention to his phone, Whenever someone would message him, He would only look at the contact name and then proceed to ignore it completely. But, this doesn't happen that often since most of the time, the contact name would be 'Y/N L/N' and there isn't much more than that.

Whenever he's bored or has nothing better to do, he would open his phone and scroll through his contacts list. The last name he always ends up looking at whenever it was opened is 'L/N'

Believe it or not, the only reason he has been getting bored in the first place is that you aren't beside him, He would end up messaging you, Let's say...

AND PLOT TWIST THAT HE MIGHT BE A VERY VERY PROMINENT MAN IN THE COMMUNITY?! Very trusted and loved. Like a well-established family doctor? Or the mayor? Or something? Not like he owns one of the largest farms in the area, like the richest farmer in the area - not like an animal farm or whatever … something romantic - a vineyard

And I mean just so that Y/N can get over the death of their BF quicker - maybe Slasher!König targeted him because he was cheating or something that could hurt Y/N?

You’re definitely right, I see König as more of a psycho-stalker one, completely fucked in his head, and a fact that no one can tell just because he’s so good at keeping straight face, wearing a mask of a friendly neighbour? Absolutely delicious. A pretty girl will smile and joke with this gentle giant, batting her long eyelashes up at him with a subtle blush dusting her cheeks, noting soft quirk of man’s lips, hoping that König may like her back. The next night this dainty neck of hers will be snapped in few places from vicious grip of huge hand, her stomach sliced opened, bright blood painting everything red. Among all mushed up insides her womb is missing - König taking it, since this whore was offering it to him so openly a day before.

And idea with wine garden is so freaking good, I haven’t thought about it even (omg I know abt these sm, since I live in wine region of Germany😶‍🌫️) So I will definitely think abt incorporating this into the story, thank you dearly for suggesting it!

no i'm dumb bc i forgot to turn my anons back off 🙃

it's likely that i did not express myself v well at least for the casual reading audience, so plz don't think ur dumb on acct of my likely convoluted wording.

i just spent the better part of a couple hrs (more if u include the preparation of factual evidence) elaborating a particular situation to someone and am now fried n shaky n recovering from feeling utterly disgusted by it all. when and if i ever address that situation w a wider audience, i wish to do so in a manner that does not cause undue injury to anyone involved, all of whom as far as i know already feel personally harmed.

i made the post ur referring to, however, in a more general sense bc there has been a rash of similar situations (in no way related to me personally), especially of late it seems (although it could be that it's just always like this here but i simply was not as keenly aware until experiencing it for myself).

i'm not sure who will or won't be able to access the link i've pasted below, but i would urge literally everyone to at least give its contents a quick read (it's p concise and includes references) if u've not recently examined any statistics abt lying. in fact, it'd be wonderful if u were to do that (or search for statistics abt when, how often, n why ppl lie if the link doesn't work for u) before continuing to read this response:

ppl talk a lot of shit around here it turns out, n there seems to be no shortage of recent examples whereby they enter dms n make claims abt others that r undoubtedly sometimes valid n other times spurious, but if i were to guess then most often they fall somewhere in between. the thing abt that in between territory--which btw is where i would say most of life happens--is that it's incredibly easy to spin. half truths, curated portions of conversations, feigned contexts, emotionally charged appeals to principle n such can sway opinions 180º in an instant.

from there some portion of the ppl that received dms go on to further propagate and act upon what they were told, and much like the telephone game (is that even still a thing ppl know abt?) the message that's spread grows increasingly distorted. perhaps these next generations feel they r righteously fulfilling a duty to others by continuing to spread the message they heard (which is to say it might not even be the message they actually received), perhaps they connected to it on a personal level bc of their own past experiences, perhaps they simply enjoy spreading hurtful rumors, or perhaps they r driven by any number of other motivations. in the end i'm not sure to what extent that even matters.

but unlike in the telephone game where the original message's basis in reality is of no import whatsoever n the distortions that have occurred by the end of the chain only serve as often humorous examples to demonstrate just how lossy an unregulated flow of information can be, in this context of social media (and even more emphatically in the kink community where every last one of us is contending w some kind of emotional damage, baggage, disease, active abuse situation, or similar, every part of this misguided process has the capacity for absolutely grave consequence even extending far beyond personal character assassination.

each and every one of us here is vulnerable to both sides of this. i'd wager that each n every one of us has some trigger or another such that when confronted w some specific claim, our stomachs drop n our guts turn in a manner where logic n critical thinking go out the window n r nowhere to be found by the time we've acted on an emotional response, whether or not its premise is sound. and i'd wager just the same that all of us have aspects of our pasts and/or presents that if cast in a certain light can appear smth ranging from sketch to gross to absolutely vile. some of us were not involved of our own volition, some r haunted incessantly by regret or wishes that we'd known better or handled things differently, and some of us would not have entered into given situations if we'd known what we were getting into. some of us were understandably naive, while others of us should reasonably have known better. some of us were drunk or high or otherwise compromised in faculty. some of us simply brush it off n march on while others work w every breath to grow and do better and others still r simply awful human beings.

u cannot know a person's character by looking at a snapshot of their life. u cannot presume to know their motivations, which in fact they may not even know or have known themselves. and u most certainly cannot know the truth of what actually did or did not transpire based on someone's word alone. furthermore, it is quite possible that a person who has originally made a claim against another might at once be making such a claim in earnest yet also in error. on a personal level, i have wondered for what will soon have been 4 months whether or not a person who claimed smth abt me actually believes the thing they said to me and others--tho actually i do not know specifically what they said to others, but i do know what they said to me is incontrovertibly factually untrue (but to be clear i am disinclined to believe that they did so w malicious intent).

anyway, i digressed a bit there at the end, but my point is that the importance of due diligence in seeking the available facts, even if ultimately one can only make a subjective judgment call based on those facts, cannot be overstated. there's too fucking much at stake.

my quip abt ppl requiring more info in blog bios than they do before slandering is that ppl r relentless beating pots n pans and demanding genders and age ranges and political views and pronouns in a bloggers bio or else don't even fucking look at the blog bc it's not for u (although for some unclear reason it doesn't seem to matter if ppl's anons might be children or nazis or child molesters), yet some of the same ppl r apparently content to conspire in the shadows, load their own guns as they provide ammunition to others, n start pointing n shooting at they don't even rly know who or rly know why and (at least some of the time, which i know through personal experience) haven't even begun to invest any semblance of diligent investigation into the matter first.

so, yeah, i don't know who needs to hear it, but wrt the ppl who do need to hear it, i rly don't know wtf they imagine themselves to be doing and i feel v strongly that they need to put some critical thought into it all.

Tsukishima x reader

Hey there again, today I present to you a Tsukishima x reader story, where he asked you out and you don't know how to answer, even though you like him. Therefore you take a walk at night to clear your mind.

Contains: fluff, late night walk, angst, comfort and maybe a tad of anxiety

(NOTE: Plz, don't do that irl or do that but be safe)

- What happened? You never text me at this hour, is everything ok?

- I've been thinking abt this for a while now and ik that it could ruin our friendship, but if I don't say it imma gonna hold it in and regret it...

- Huh? Couldn't this wait until tomorrow? Or at least some other time?

- Yea, ik it's kinda late rn, but I want u to know that, I may be in love with u

- Whaaaaaaat? That's crazyyy

- Oh shut up, you don't have to tell me how u feel rn, I can wait and It's ok if u don't see me that way. Gn shortie <3

- Ahhhh, you give me a headache. Gn ig

Those were your last messages. You couldn't believe it but also hoped for it to happen. 'But, why do I feel like this? Even though I wanted it and maybe even hoped for this to happen I don't feel anything, weird', you think to yourself, while you are just putting on an oversized tshirt and some pair of shorts. 'I must look funny', you say to yourself.

You couldn't see the colors because it was night, 'ahhhhh who is gonna see me? That's right, no one!'

You put on your shoes and get some cash, to buy yourself something from that vending machine in the playground next to your house.

It was a clear night, the stars were shining, 'more than usual', you pointed out. The moon was beautiful as always and the playground empty, just like every night.

'Ahhhh, what am I supposed to do with him?' You question yourself. 'Anyways, let's go get a drink and start contemplating afterwards.'

You sat on the swing with your drink in one hand and on the other you had your phone.

You were out of words, you didn't know what to do. 'Ahhhhh, god, why are relationships so hard?' And it wasn't even official yet. 'Why are my feelings so out of place?! They don't do me any good!'

As many times as you read those last few messages, you just couldn't seem to decide.

'If I say yes, does that mean that we are going to stay like this forever? And if not? What am I gonna do then? Ahhhhhh, this gives me just a headache, I should probably say no...'

As you just sit there, trying to figure out what your final answer will be, you get a text.

'Please don't be mom', you pray. Your prayers were heard and you noticed that it was from Tsukishima.

- Hey, ik I just said gn, but could we meet? It's late, but ik how you can be...

- Yea no prob, I'm just sitting on the swing in the playground next to my house

- Ok cya

You were nervous that you would see him after his confession, but was there any other option? 'No' you answered your own question.

After five minutes, you notice someone coming. You two were almost neighbors, hence your friendship. But, to be honest, you hated that friendship, you wanted him to be YOURS, but that of course never happend... until today.

His slender figure was easy to recognise, tall and long limbs combined with beautifully toned muscles (that weren visible now but you knew he had them bc of your family beach trips you did every summer). 'Ahhhh what am I doing? We are just in highschool and I feel like this!? And why is it that I can't give him a clear answer? Why am I so indecisive?'

"Heyyy", he greated you with a smirk on his face, you could see his green eyes shining in the moonlight.

"Heyy i guess, come sit with me" you pointed at the swing next to you.

"So, what are you doing here? At this hour and alone?" He asked you, trying to start a conversation.

"Uh, so... I- I just wanted to think i guess", you answer him, trying to oversee the fact that you may be blushing. 'I can't let him know how I feel, I mean, I myself don't really know...'

"I get it, maybe wanna share with me what triggered those thoughts?"

'Ahh, I see, now you're acting as if nothing happend, but are you really gonna keep this up?' "- Nothing really, I just felt like clearing my mind after our last conversation that's all." 'NONONONONO, I just did everything wrong! Now, he may be questioning my love for him and take his feelings back', you imagined.

"Look, I told you it's okay, you don't have to give me the answer now..."

"Yeah, but I still don't want to keep you waiting if the answer is something else..."

The moonlight, was now shining on his goden blonde hair, tonight it was extra fluffy, 'did he just shower?', you wondered, the lime sour smell of his shampoo was also in the air.

You were so lost in your train of thought, that you didn't notice him come nearer. You were just a breath away, but you still felt the pent up years of unrequited love slowly build up inside of you.

You thought he was going in for a kiss, but he just hugged you, well... he squeezed the life out of you.

"I know sometimes I can be greedy, but please, just this once... I beg you... don't go..."

For a second you thought he was pranking you, but after you saw that he didn't say anything you just cuped his face with your hands and made him look you in the eye.

"I won't go"

so ill get to our big shared chonker of a message hopefully later tonight (sorry i'm taking a little bit with it! i've been weirdly busy the past few days), but i just wanted to respond to the shorter one + address the latest mission!!!

fun fact, you and i are in a very similar position with jun haha. i have a lot of wips with him too, but like, i've never finished a jun fic outside of short little one shots... which is quite frankly obscene because minghao has a word count dedicated to him that's literally more than everyone else in seventeen... I don't even know how many times more because my latest fic with him just reached about 50k... but jun is meant to be my second!!!!! i really want to finish something long with him 😭

still! I know you said its your fault but I will apologise for the confusion regardless! And look at someone who both writes and enjoys angst, no angst is ever too much hehe. there's a weird sense of catharsis in tragedy, at least my onion. I'm excited for how tragic things will get in your latest jun wip. A FREE ONE WAY TRIP TO SPAIN WITHOUT THE S... I LOVE THAT... BUT I totally understand! bittersweet stuff in general sticks with me longer than any other genre of fiction I find, because you continuously think about how they could've been happy but it didn't work out for x or y reason, or maybe even a combo. I'm so happy for you though, I know how good it feels to work on something that you can't stop thinking about, because I've got that fever myself hehe. and that's such an interesting way to write? I can never bring myself to write out of order so I always really admire those who can do it haha. I just never trust myself to remember what details I have established when if I do it out of order like that. Is that how you usually write your longer fics or is this one different?

omg I'm so dumb I have to share this with you but ??? I started watching it and I was like wait a minute why do I feel like I'm missing a lot of context... but it was still fun to watch all the characters interact (plus it made me tear up which like.... wowee)... but turns out I started on episode one of SEASON 2...... IM SUCH A FOOL.................. 😭

OMG SEASON 2 HAHAHA that's so funny plz!! tho tbh, the nice thing abt hospital playlist is that there's no major plot but yeah, there is a bit of context you'll miss out on T^T i hope season 1 is going well tho!! it's kinda long if you're not used to it, but i promise it's super worth it :D idk if you’ve had time to watch anymore, but i’ve been watching it/catching up and it’s rly so good. i cried so much in like…ep 5 of s2? i think? idk one of those ones. but i just rly love how they portray the small things in life. it’s rly beautiful and so well done.

i think my favorite fics are actually angsty ones. i love happy endings for movies and stuff, but the fics that make cry and hurt are my fave?? kinda interesting, the contrast. but yeah, i think you’re right abt that, there are always those lingering ‘what if’s’ those angsty fics always leave you with T^T i mentioned this in the most recent ask, but i can’t write in chronological order rly, lol. i tend to just write scenes that pop into my head first, and then go back and piece it together. it’s tricky for sure, but if i try to move chronologically, i tend to get stuck. so i just jump around instead. and i did that w jun. i divided it up into 4 parts, and then wrote fcertain scnes and then went back to add what i felt i needed to fill in the gaps!! but not trusting yourself w the details, i literally did that w this fic. there are some inconsistencies but it’s posted now and i’m like…too lazy to fix it LOL. but maybe i will……..

WAIT 50K WORDS OMG. I WAS JUST READING THAT A STANDARD NOVEL/NOVELLA IS LIKE ANYWHERE BETWEEN 50K-100K WORDS OMG. you’re so amazing, i rly respect you for that omg i would LOVE to hit 50k for a single fic T^T
