3 Misconceptions About Yoga
3 Misconceptions About Yoga
Oftentimes when people think of yoga they imagine a bunch of hippies on mats in the woods chanting incoherently with incense in the background. It feels pretentious at worst and elusive at best and either way it’s just not for most people. Maybe they associate yogis with somewhat of an ascetic lifestyle and assume that because they aren’t living a mostly healthy lifestyle that they can’t…

Everything you need to know about the void state
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Hi babes❤️ this is a post about the void state and I hope I can help you to understand it and get into it <3
𝕎𝕙𝕒𝕥 𝕚𝕤 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕧𝕠𝕚𝕕 𝕤𝕥𝕒𝕥𝕖???
The void state is basically a deep meditative state and it’s all about awareness and pure consciousness.
It is you, it is inside you and it is created by you.
I won’t describe how it feels because everyone has a different experience. The void will be what you assume it will… the main thing is leaving the 3D, that means, losing your body senses and being completely formless
The void is compared to the “I am” state described by Neville Goddard, which is basically what the void is about, “Iamness”. They’re the same!!
As a lot of “coaches” like to complicate it, people find it very hard to enter this state because they don’t know the very first thing about it.
The void is so easy to get into and I hope this post can change your view or misconception about it.
𝕎𝕙𝕪 𝕚𝕤 𝕖𝕟𝕥𝕖𝕣𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕧𝕠𝕚𝕕 𝕤𝕠 𝕕𝕖𝕤𝕚𝕣𝕖𝕕 𝕓𝕪 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕔𝕠𝕞𝕞𝕦𝕟𝕚𝕥𝕪?
Because it’s a very simple and practical way to get your desires instantly!! You can find a bunch of success stories at this account @voidsuccess
The void state is basically your pure God state, where only the 4D exists
But remember it’s just a way in a million methods to help manifesting(even overnight AND instantly). However, if you’d like to try I can help you!!
𝕋𝕒𝕜𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕧𝕠𝕚𝕕 𝕠𝕗𝕗 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕡𝕖𝕕𝕖𝕤𝕥𝕒𝕝
Ok, so you guys are constantly desperate and anxious about getting into the void. THATS COMPLETELY OK!
I know how it feels! However, now is time to let go of that old story of resistance and impatience (stop assuming you have those)!
Take the void off that pedestal and put yourself into it!! Invest on changing your void concept if it helps you; understand that you are above the void AND your desires! The void is just a state which is already within you! Also, there are no BIG or impossible manifestations.
If you’re doing everything right, living in the end, assuming it’s done then why are you so worried? You are in Barbados already!!!
The most expected question
ℍ𝕠𝕨 𝕥𝕠 𝕘𝕖𝕥 𝕚𝕟 𝕥𝕙𝕚𝕤 𝕤𝕥𝕒𝕥𝕖?
There is no rule, literally. If it helps, there are a lot of methods, for example: try to relax, find a comfortable position (it DOESNT need to be laying down straight with the belly up). You can do it at anytime, anywhere! Yes, you can do it while having sex or something (there were so many questions about it!!!).
If you feel like it, keep affirming till you make it into the state! Once in the void, affirm/visualize/other normally like you always do. It’s a very common process, no secrets!
Please remember to ignore symptoms!! If your symptoms are different from another blogger, don’t worry, everyone’s experience is different! Also, don’t try desperately to push symptoms, make it natural for you
There are some challenges here that you can set a date to it and spend the days before living in the master void state like this one by @angeltearsxoxo
Also there are subliminals (like @rosellesworkshop and @fleurlx ones, that are making people enter it easily) and guided meditations, like yoga nidra and 61 points. Or literally any other meditation or meditating music (or any music).
You can command your subconscious to take you to the void immediately, lucid dreaming, sleep paralysis, anything you want, the placebo is your mind
Before asking bloggers questions try seeing @sirensplayhouse answers, they have answered thousands of questions about the void and this could be exactly your doubt!
Follow @gorgeouslypink , their blog is basically about the void, everything you need to know, they’ve already talked about! Read this posts if you have any doubt
Whatever you feel like it’s right for you is the way you’ll get into it ❤️❤️
It can be by methods or not, it doesn’t matter
There are so many resources in this platform and others to help you access this state, sorry for not mentioning other bloggers…
𝔹𝕦𝕥 𝕔𝕒𝕟 𝕀 𝕣𝕖𝕒𝕝𝕝𝕪 𝕖𝕟𝕥𝕖𝕣?
Yes honey, circumstances don’t matter!!!!
Being in the void is just being pure consciousness!!! What’s hard about it??
I see people saying that they’ve tried many times and couldn’t enter or didn’t “enter completely” (only had symptoms). Remember to persist, you WILL get it and you will wake up to your desired life!!! You can’t give up on manifesting, you’re always doing it!
When you least expect it you’ll be formless and feeling no body senses!! Just like that
If affirming makes you feel more confident about it, then do it! Or anything else, reading success stories, I don’t know, that’s up to you <3
If you always end up falling asleep, you can go sleeping with the intention of waking up in the void or commanding your subconscious to wake you up in the void.
𝕊𝕠𝕞𝕖 𝕒𝕗𝕗𝕚𝕣𝕞𝕒𝕥𝕚𝕠𝕟𝕤 𝕥𝕠 𝕕𝕠 𝕛𝕦𝕤𝕥 𝕓𝕖𝕗𝕠𝕣𝕖 𝕖𝕟𝕥𝕖𝕣𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕠𝕣 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕕𝕒𝕪𝕤 𝕓𝕖𝕗𝕠𝕣𝕖:
❤️ I always enter the void
❤️ Tapping in to the void is so easy to me
❤️ I am void
❤️ I have mastered the void
❤️ I instantly enter the void
❤️ I get into the void effortlessly
❤️ I am a void master
❤️ Sleeping takes me to void
❤️ I always wake up in the void
Or create your own affirmations!
𝕃𝕠𝕧𝕖 𝕪𝕠𝕦 𝕓𝕒𝕓𝕖𝕤! ℍ𝕠𝕡𝕖 𝕪𝕠𝕦 𝕖𝕟𝕛𝕠𝕪 𝕥𝕙𝕚𝕤 𝕡𝕠𝕤𝕥 (⊃。•́‿•̀。)⊃

Spirits and their common uses and misconceptions
So today I wanted to talk about a few spirits which, not much is so far known of through literary writing, but more so through celestial knowledge. (each spirit will have its own section)
The Pythoness - many Christian and Judea religions view the pythoness spirit as a demon like spirit that is meant to steer one away from Gods path and imbue one with negative thoughts such as death and sickness through the mind, yet I've personally found and many civilizations prior and after that the story is not as such. In yogic practices there is a certain breathe and practice of the kundalini. Kundalini is the term for "a spiritual energy or life force located at the base of the spine", conceptualized as a coiled-up serpent. The practice of Kundalini yoga is supposed to arouse the sleeping Kundalini Shakti from its coiled base through the 6 chakras, and penetrate the 7th chakra, or crown. This allows for an open pathway as a connection to God, elevated spirits and the spirits of the afterlife, our ancestral spirits, within celestial planes. In buddhism giant serpents were seen as protectors of the dharma, the truth that liberates us, standing strong against any attack. Many psychics, seers, mediums, witches and tarot card readers tend to have a spirit who knows one of two things about divination, prophecy and esoteric knowledge, but the pythoness spirit is looked at more like the all seeing eye or the eye of ra and horus. In greek mythology Leto the great she-wolf was cursed to never give birth upon the land as Hera set her out to be cursed by her daughter and for Gaia to not allow her to give birth to her two children. Through Zeus' interference Leto was able to give birth to both Artemis and Apollo. Later Apollo went to go slay a Snake that had threatened Leto and therefore gained the ability to turn into a snake himself. He declared the island previously known as Pythos to be Delphi and as the God of prophecy later became a hub for those seeking answers from great oracles once a year, known as Pythias. These women were great prophets and witches alike that danced with fire and tamed snakes to dance along with them protecting the island from attacks and monsterous threats as to pay respect to Apollo. These were women and men of wild nature who allows there instincts to guide them through the understanding of the great divine. One with nature they became medicine workers, prophets, seers, musicians, dancers, pyromancers, snake charmers, witches and mages and dream weavers.
These great spirits are revered as a highly elevated court in spiritualist practices, sometimes just perceived as the spirits of tarot decks or oracular objects they are forgotten as being far too complex to be seen as just that. Through the force of light they bring great aid to those they are on spiritual journey's with, they rid of hexes, curses and spiritual illnesses. They guide through prophetic dreams, clairvoyancy, clairsentience, clairaudience and mediumship. They are capable of conjuring powerful spirits and the spirits of the dead (necromancy), as well as a straight line communication to God, gods and goddesses. They move through the celestial tides of the universe and bring forth great health, wealth, abundance, freedom and spiritual knowledge to those they favor. They are quite benevolent spirits who help bring in death or the spirit of change for the better and to rid old stubborn ways of the past. They are great teachers of dark and light magic. They aid in learning and music as well. Helping those with charisma and the ability to enchant and/or charm enemies and others alike. They have such affinity towards chocolates, gold, silver, wine, fire, candles, light, mirrors, divination tools, water, flowers and floral scents, perfumes, snakes and music. There number is 7 and their flower is the rose, particularly the white rose, but other colors are fine as well. They also enjoy sunflowers, as they venerated Apollo, and the Anise star. Their colors are Red, burgundy, gold, emerald green, white, silver, purple, and brown. Yet each is different and might prefer a royal blue for all we know each spirit is different to another so getting to know ones spiritual court is quite important. Stones like diamond, ruby, jade, emerald, citrine, labradorite and amethyst can be given to such spirit as well as Selenite and Amber each representing Artemis and Apollo. These spirits can sometimes be confused with a better known spirit Santa Martha la Dominadora. You may even have both within your spiritual court, but they two hold many similarities.

Prayer to the Pythoness
O Blessed Pythoness, I invoke your humble yet wild nature into my life, I give you thanks for the visions told and untold and for the sight to see my path clearly. May your connection to God and all living things be great and full of love and respect. May your tides of wisdom bring peace to the land and bestow upon me and my loved ones a blessed hand. Lady of the fire, imbue me with your holy flames may they burn away all evil done unto me by others or by my own hand. May your light charm those who seek no good into doing acts of kindness and greatness and may your soothing voice bring sweetness and riches to the land and seas. You the one who tamed the dragon and serpent to your gracious hand. Tame my enemies and bring good fortune to those in need. Help the world against devastation and may your great cobra bring forth the promise land. Lady of the land and sea, conjure your celestial winds to protect me and bring good news from the heavenly lands. Through the eye of the one who can see I plea to you humbly and in need. As it is. So mote it be. Amen
Say this prayer with Psalm 91 3x and Psalm 4 3x under the flame of a white(or yellow) light end with a Glory be. It will help receive divine messages through divination or prophetic dreams and help transmute negative energy and protect against evil eye.
Oracion a La Pitonisa
Asi sera. AMEN

WHY POSTURE IS SO IMPORTANT.
Tumblr media
Good posture is important to your overall health and offers a variety of benefits including reduced back pain, increased energy, and greater confidence. A posture is a form of body language. It signals to others that you are open, engaged, and in control of the situation. This can enhance your social interactions and professional relationships. Having good posture is important to your overall health, as it can help you avoid muscle tension, pain, fatigue, and many other common ailments and medical conditions.
- People often associate posture with status. I've been told I sit posh because I sit upright!
MISCONCEPTIONS: "Many people believe that you need to constantly hold onto a perfectly straight and symmetrical posture, but this can actually do more harm than good. Good posture is all about developing an awareness of your natural body positions and shapes rather than forcing it into an artificially constructed one. " "When people think of sitting up straight, they often think of an unmoving, unrelenting hold involving a stiff back and tight shoulders. However, because the body is naturally dynamic and meant to move, it’s important that your posture reflects this." "Posture, even in the beginning, shouldn’t be something that occupies your mind constantly. People who are trying to sit straight without moving may find themselves concentrating on keeping their bodies in these uncomfortable positions instead of really experiencing life. It can also become irritating if you find yourself relaxing when your mind wanders and the relief of slouching at the end of a long day is enough to make people give up on good posture forever." -BODYMINDED
HOW TO IMPROVE POSTURE:
Awareness: The first step is to become aware of your current posture. Pay attention to how you sit, stand, and walk throughout the day. Notice if you tend to slouch or hunch your shoulders.
Core Strengthening exercises
Back and Neck Exercises
Ergonomic Workspace: If you work at a desk, ensure that your workspace is ergonomic. Adjust your chair, keyboard, and monitor to promote good posture. Your feet should be flat on the floor, and your computer screen should be at eye level.
Stretching: Regularly stretch your chest, shoulders, and hip flexors to counteract the effects of sitting for long periods. Yoga and Pilates can be excellent for improving flexibility and posture.
Mindfulness: Practice mindfulness and body awareness. Throughout the day, remind yourself to check your posture and make corrections when necessary.

THE FAST WAY TO LOSE BELLY FAT/PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINER IIN BONDI JUNCTION
Introduction
Tired of constantly struggling to lose belly fat and gain muscle? You are not alone. Many people face the challenge of getting rid of stubborn belly fat and building muscle effectively. In this blog post, I share some proven strategies to help you reach your fitness goals faster and overcome the most common pain points that block your progress.
There are certain things do to lose your belly fat
Motivation
Let’s address the most common pain points people encounter when trying to lose belly fat. Motivation is often the first challenge. It’s easy to lose sight of your goals when progress seems slow. Additionally, misconceptions about fad diets and quick fixes can lead to frustration and disappointment.
The Importance of a Balanced Diet
One of the most important aspects of losing belly fat and building muscle is maintaining a balanced diet. Skipping meals or severely limiting your calorie intake may seem like a shortcut, but it can damage your metabolism and stunt muscle growth. Instead, focus on consuming nutrient-dense foods that support fat loss and muscle building.
Incorporate regular exercise
Exercise is essential for both fat burning and muscle building. Aerobic exercise, such as running and cycling, helps burn calories, and strength training, such as weightlifting, promotes muscle growth. Combining both gives more meaningful results.
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT):
HIIT is a powerful tool for anyone looking to accelerate progress. This type of training involves short periods of intense activity followed by short periods of rest. HIIT is very efficient as it not only burns calories during exercise but also continues to burn fat after exercise.
Prioritize sleep and rest
Not getting enough sleep and rest can negatively impact fat loss and muscle gain. During deep sleep, the body repairs and builds muscle tissue. Aim for 7-9 hours of excellent sleep every night to help your fitness quest.
Stress management:
Stress can cause emotional eating and stymie growth. Incorporate stress reduction techniques such as meditation, yoga, and spending time in nature to maintain a healthy mind-body balance.
Set realistic goals.
Setting unrealistic goals can lead to disappointment and lack of motivation. Instead, set achievable short-term goals and celebrate each milestone to stay motivated throughout your journey.
Conclusion
Losing belly fat and gaining muscle can seem like a daunting task, but with the right strategy and attitude, it’s doable. By targeting common pain points and taking a balanced approach to diet, exercise, sleep and stress management, you’ll be on track to reach your fitness goals. Remember that consistency and patience are key. So focus on transforming your body and your overall health. Your journey to a healthier, healthier person begins now

5 Common Mistakes in Chakra Healing You Need to Avoid
Chakra healing is a powerful practice that can transform your life from the inside out. Let’s explore five common mistakes that many individuals make when it comes to chakra healing. Here’s How you can begin to enhance your Chakra Healing journey. I’m a big advocate for Consistency. Why? It not only helps me spiritually grow but it gets me results!
One area I’ve been consistent beyond spiritual practice has been my journey with the chakra Healing system. I’ve learned a lot over the years about how to properly understand energy work through Chakra Healing.
However, just like any new ager out there, there are a lot of mistakes I’ve learned over the years. After 13-14 years on this healing path, I’ve personally refined my chakra strategy so I always get incredible results.
I wanted to share some common mistakes that many people are making when it comes to energy work and the chakras that they might not be realizing.
#5 is def my soap box I will admit LOL
But In general – these are mistakes I’ve personally gone through and eventually realized there are stronger tools out there to help you heal easier. Likewise, in some cases even faster!
2 hour + somatic breathwork?  Not remotely Necessary when you’re dealing with the chakras.
Here’s my tips and tricks on Chakra Healing to help you avoid these common Mistakes I see continuously in the spiritual community.

SUMMARY OF THE FIVE COMMON CHAKRA HEALING MISTAKES
1 – You’re Using Surface-Level Tools to Solve an Internal Problem
Ever caught yourself getting lost in a sea of crystals, essential oils, and sage, hoping they’ll magically fix your energy imbalances? While these tools are fantastic for boosting your vibes, they’re like the sparkly cherry on top. One common mistake in chakra healing is relying solely on surface-level tools like crystals and oils without going deeper into the root cause of energetic imbalances. While these tools can help aid in the process, (I call these amplifiers because they amplify the energy of that chakra) true healing occurs when we address the core issues within each chakra.
2 – Thinking That you ONLY need Yoga Asanas and Color Therapy
If you’ve been hanging your hopes on wearing specific colors, Eating certain foods or striking yoga poses to heal your chakras, hey, you’re not alone! Another misconception is the overemphasis on yoga asanas and color therapy as the primary methods for chakra healing. While these practices can complement healing, they should not overshadow the importance of addressing Your Beliefs behind your Mindset, Your Internal Programming, Emotional Health and internal energetic frequency for lasting transformation. It’s about balance, yo 😉
3 – Confusing Chakra Healing and Reiki as the same thing. Spoiler Alert: It’s not
Reiki Healing and Chakra healing are completely different methods. It’s like comparing apples and oranges – both juicy and delicious, but with their unique flavors. While Reiki casts a broad energetic net for overall alignment, chakra healing zooms in like a laser beam on your individual energy centers. For Example, Reiki focuses more on healing the energetic field with symbols, chakra healing delves deep into individual energetic centers, providing a more targeted approach to addressing specific issues within the energy system. Chakra Healing also works specifically with your unique programming and Patterns that are looping in your nervous system.
4 – Listening to Sound Frequencies and Meditations to Heal – Yet Avoiding the inner work
Here’s the thing, sound frequencies and meditations can enhance your chakra healing journey, but they should not be the sole focus. It’s important to enhance these practices with adding internal work on Your Energetic Patterns. For Example, working on your Internal State of Consciousness surrounding your emotions, mindset, and habits to facilitate sustainable healing results.
5 – Only Focusing on Releasing and Clearing Work – Nothing Else.
Let’s chat about the shadow-side of healing – a vital but often overemphasized piece of the puzzle. While diving into your shadows is important, The real healing is when you empower your chakras. A key aspect of effective chakra healing is empowering the chakras through repatterning. This is the deep work we do inside The Ultimate Chakra Academy Simply releasing negative energies or even Shadow patterns is not enough; true healing occurs when we replace old patterns with new, empowering beliefs and behaviors.
Why are people not able to properly heal?
When we only do releasing work, we’re not actually shifting and changing the pattern. And what happens instead is it reverts. The entire pattern starts to revert and come back! Have you ever had that happen? This causes the entire script to change. (and maybe you lost money from that, all the same, right?)
Avoiding the Real Internal Work to Truly Heal
The hugest thing I want to emphasize here is you notice, all these mistakes aren’t actually working on your emotions or your patterns. They’re kind of, bypassing those emotions. Naturally, they’re energy tools, they help, but they’re not working with the emotion. If the tool does not work with the negative pattern or the emotion itself, Then it’s just like an amplifier. Instead, When we work with a Chakra, we’re opening up the Energy pattern that makes up your beliefs, emotions, actions, and even working on the habits that keep the pattern going.
We’re not looking at the actual programming itself. We’re not looking at the actual pattern or the framework of the pattern. We’re instead bypassing that and using different tools to try to access it. Chakra healing makes up a pattern. If you want to raise your vibe, heal, or manifest? Change the Energy Pattern, Change the Results.
In conclusion,
By avoiding these common mistakes and approaching chakra healing with an Empowering mindset, you can unlock the transformative power of this unique practice. Remember, true healing begins from within, and each step you take towards nurturing your chakras brings you closer to manifesting your best life. ✌️

Kyong and Priya
Tumblr media
Kyong has heard about Lilith’s place and asked after it. She has a rough idea that it’s a “burlesque” club but has a poor idea what that means. The common misconception is that people immediately think of a… Well… A strip club in fact. Kyong has also overheard the other gym members talk about wrestling events, and just assumed those were similarly clothed.
It’s not that Kyong has any objection or judgement over another woman taking her shirt off. In fact, she’s very happy wearing outfits that are often quite revealing indeed. She just doesn’t want to go completely topless herself.
One day Kyong sees the post on the bulletin board in the club. Lilith has put out a help wanted ad seeking wrestlers. Kyong glances, then pauses at the phrase “bonus for topless”, and that prompts the obvious question. Does this mean that’s optional?
A quick call confirms exactly that, and Lilith is more than a little excited about her newest rookie. Then comes the explanation of what’s involved.
Although Lilith gets a great return on her oil wrestling shows, this isn’t going to be one of those. Further, there are quite a few restrictions on what’s allowed. Injuries are bad for business and the things that are seen to be at greatest risk of causing those are off limits. No throws, matches start from the knees. No ankle or leg logs, no arm bars or wrist locks either. Chicken wings or shoulder locks like a Kimura are ok but go slow with the pressure; in fact…
It’s not about the submission. It’s about the struggle. It’s also about the perceived suffering. Not screaming. Not cursing. Moaning and struggling for breath, so leg scissors, strangles, triangles, full or half nelsons, breast smothers and full body pins to a count of ten for the points (check out the later Video Sports Ltd productions for an example of what this looks like). As for the moaning, we’re not talking the kind of performance you would see in your poorer quality adult films, just don’t hide your discomfort. And most importantly of all, if you hear your opponent sounding like that, back off – just a bit. It’s not the tap out, it’s the time spent struggling to escape, the perceived desperation, and ultimately the final surrender. There’s no difference in pay win or lose. This is about putting on a show and captivating the audience.
Head spinning slightly, Kyong is starting to realise that there are some things she doesn’t know, and then her attention snaps back suddenly.
45 minutes?
“You’ll get a minute between falls to drink water, but you’re going to need to pace yourself and save your energy. Go too hard too fast and you won’t be in any shape to put on any kind of show for most of the match other than getting rag dolled while you’re trying not to puke. Trust me…”
Lilith smiles ruefully
“That’s not fun.”
Lilith mocks making a queasy face and Kyong remembers that Lilith is often her own performer.
The suit is a surprise. The reassurance is immediate, just the lightest touch of spray on adhesive and Kyong is promised nothing will slide out. She also gets to meet Priya again, and now the nerves are different again. Having rolled with the yoga expert she knows that Priya’s legs scoring full mount of closed guard will create a lot of problems. A strong hug and a kiss on the cheek, Priya makes it clear how much she’s looking forward to this. Priya also asks if Kyong wishes they both keep tops on, or if she has any objection to Priya’s breasts coming out. Kyong smiles and laughs just a little. That’s not a problem at all.
There’s not a lot of time left in the match. Kyong has scored a few falls. An arm triangle, one breast smother, even a pin. In return she’s spent quite a bit of time with Priya’s (often exposed) breasts in her own face and pressed against her own chest. But also, often against her shoulder blades.
Like they are right now.
After a shower and a change of clothes Kyong asks for feedback about how Lilith thinks things went.
“I would have you back any time kiddo – you guys were fantastic!”
Kyong feels pretty good about that, and then a thought. “What’s the go with Sandra’s video business?”
“That’s easy kiddo. She has a rule. You have to ask her. With your looks and your game, I would bet my club that she would love to have you, but she’s always worried about the women in her club feeling pressured or anything, so you have to ask her first.”

3 Week Femme Fatale Challenge
Introduction
This is a weekly challenge - so you should do these everyday for the three weeks. Do not skip any of these because honestly, they’re not that hard (unless you can’t do any physical exercise due to a medical condition - then skip it). You need that push to be better - comfort does not always grow a person. I want you to tell yourself that you are going to do this religiously.
You are not going to change overnight.
But if you do all these things, you will grow so much that people will actually see a difference in you.
I know that routines are especially hard to follow if your friends have a different lifestyle. If you have friends who party a lot, stay up all night, have hectic days - you’re inclined to be influenced by them because you don’t want to be left out.
That’s why, I want to invite you to our discord chat. Here, you’ll receive articles, educational materials, tips and interaction from similar female counterparts.
https://discord.gg/dgPCMBTfw6
Things you will need
* Journal
* Yoga mat / towel for a workout
* Water bottle - a MUST
Challenge for the next 3 weeks
A) Wake up early
about 2.5 hours before you need to leave for work/ school.
B) Hydration
Follow that with a glass of warm water and lemon / green tea / matcha. I don’t recommend having a cold drink on an empty stomach.
C) Journal
Start everyday by journaling. These are your three prompts for this week:
- What is one habit that immediately comes to mind that you want to change? It doesn’t matter how “silly” it sounds. This is for YOUR eyes.
- What is your biggest insecurity?
- What is the best part about yourself?
D) Working out
Work out for a minimum of 10 minutes. Whether it’s yoga or Pilates from YouTube, or a 10 minute run outside, get your body moving.
Some favourite workouts on YT:
https://youtu.be/f9UbVRqd9YY
https://youtu.be/aE4j3KR5m54
https://youtu.be/uMAh_Ws7yNs
https://youtu.be/5PdBZqlvhEk
E) Skin care and hair care
After your workout, go take a shower. Clean yourself properly - especially your lady parts. There’s a misconception that your vagina does not need to be washed. Yes, you mustn’t wash the INSIDE of your vagina, not the OUTSIDE. Here’s an article about that: https://www.healthline.com/health/womens-health/vulva-vagina-products#a-quick-look
- Clean your private parts
- Shave
- Body scrub, if you want
- Moisturise with body lotion
If you have blemished facial skin, try my skin routine before make up:
- face wash
- Toner
- Vitamin C
- Sunscreen
- Moisturiser (I skip this because my sunscreen is moisturising)
F) Education
- It is imperative that you know what’s going on the world. Read the news, only the headlines if you’re feel overwhelmed by reading whole articles.
- Do something productive for your brain. Play a crossword - there’s many free apps and free crosswords online- or Sudoku. I play a mental math phone game which I found for free (it’s literally called Mental Math). Keep your brain healthy.
G) Review at night
- Review your day today. How was it? Hectic, peaceful, stressful, organised? Why was it that way?
- Read 5 pages (minimum) of a book of your choice. You can find free books at www.z-lib.org
- End your day with a 5 minute meditation. https://youtu.be/2K4T9HmEhWE

Hi my love, I needed to ask of the importance of D9 Nakshatras. How much do they matter?
And some insights on Vishaka?
the significance of your d9 placements 🐚 🌊
Tumblr media
🌊 it is thought that you begin to embody your navamsa (d9) placements after you have experienced the dawn of maturity: your first saturn return. while some beliefs assume this period of change takes place during one’s time of marriage (around 27-31 years), this marriage approximation happens to coincide with dawn of shani (saturn) in one’s life. this is due to shani’s exaltation in libra: the karaka of marriage and contractual commitments.
Tumblr media
🐚 while the navamsa can bring insights to your prospective marriage and partnership, i like to explore the other, more tangible, meanings of this chart as well. because this chart serves as the ninth division of your natal chart, it holds a magnifying glass to your true self. it determines the overall strength of your grahas by evaluating the progression of your planetary placements in both the natal and navamsa. for example:
🐚 the planetary rulers of the 1st, 4th and 7th houses of the navamsa are of divine significance. they represent the qualities of generosity, power, and wealth.
🐚 the planetary rulers of the 2nd, 5th and 8th houses of the navamsa denote one’s spiritual reputation/inclination and kindness.
🐚 the planetary rulers of the 3rd, 6th and 9th houses of the navamsa are considered to be “demonic” in significance. they are deemed as such because they represent the characteristics of “rakshasas” who are cruel, violent, and selfish in nature.
Tumblr media
🫧 the emphasis in reading your d9 should particularly lie in house placements, rulership, and raj yogas. this is not to say that one’s d9 rashis (signs) or nakshatras are completely insignificant but they are more so considered minute in grand scheme of analysis. the navamsa is the microscopic view of one’s ninth house and is the hidden undercurrent of our fate. whereas, the natal chart is your physical existence, the circumstances you reside in, and what you are called to do. the navamsa is the hidden force, the invisible hand of destiny that decides the results of your deeds. it serves as the hand that directs and brings your natal nakshatras to fruition.
Tumblr media
🪷 a particular misconception that i see within this community of vedic astrology is that navamsa nakshatras are to be factored in when determining physical planetary dominance. this is absolutely false. the navamsa placement itself indicates the strength of the planet which influences the possibility of physical planetary dominance. many astrologers have read the lives and souls of plentiful individuals, and done so rather accurately, without the need of divisional charts. i stress that divisional charts are a luxury and not a necessity. they are wonderful layers to add to the complexity of astrology but do not hold a candle to the primary influences of the natal chart. this is ultimately why i implore others to think of navamsa charts as the tropical astrology equivalent of asteroids. they hold influence sure, but are not what deserves the primary source of your attention, especially if you are new to vedic astrology.
Tumblr media
🔱 also, i have made two previous posts on the vishakha nakshatra. the first post was a heavily detailed exploration of overall vishakha nakshatra beauty and the second post pertains to the social stratosphere and manifestations of vishakha chandra natives. as always, feel free to inquire about more topics in vedic astrology. i love to answer them with time and thought loves
xoxo, angel 💋

Religion VS. Spirituality
Tumblr media
Can Spirituality still follow Religion??
If you're part of the spiritual community, I assume you're familiar with the numerous practices associated with spirituality: Tarot, palmistry, crystal ball reading, meditation, journaling, sound healing bowls, healing crystals, yoga, connecting with nature, and more.
One common misconception about spirituality is its frequent association with 'demonic practices,' which is untrue. People tend to believe that engaging in spirituality means opposing their own god, any god, or your god. In reality, for the majority, it's quite the opposite.
What is Religion? Religion involves organized practices within a community, centered around worshipping a god. Conversely, spirituality revolves around becoming one with god.
I view spirituality as more of a lifestyle than a religion. Ever wondered how you can be a spiritualist and, at the same time, a Christian, Hindu, Islamic follower, etc.? That's because you can embody both. You can remain connected within your religion while embracing a spiritualist lifestyle. Spirituality is a way of life. Religion involves awareness of your god, whereas spirituality signifies the steps taken to unite with your god.
Spirituality is nothing more than personal development, drawing you closer to your higher self and fostering a connection with your god.

Robert Fraser reviews Tantra Exhibition, 1971 (transcription)
Robert Fraser’s review of The Hayward Gallery’s Tantra exhibition, September 30-Nov. 7, 1971. Published in Studio International, vol. 182 no. 939, Dec. 1971

The exhibition of Tantra on show at the Hayward Gallery from 30 September to 14 November has been an event which could be a catalyst to the formation of new conceptions as to the purpose and direction of the art of the future. In this instance I mean art taken as a global entity, not as something divided up into Western art or Eastern art. The first thing that might strike the view was that the show taken as a whole revealed a vision of a very ancient and systematic culture whose symbols and myths are alive right up to the present day; a Hindu or Buddhist could walk through the show and constantly be made aware of things which are a part of his own consciousness and personality. It is this aspect of tantra as a living sign-language and a living mythology which gives it special significance to us now. The basis of all tantric iconography is function; although tantra is based in the expansion of consciousness (Sanskrit root TAN expand TRA) its purpose is to provide and explain methods by which the expansion is to be achieved. There have been many different schools of thought on this subject and the reason for the seemingly baffling complexity of tantra is that it touches upon so many different levels and approaches to sadhana; philosophy, science and ritual are all involved in what was originally one system of thought based in vedanta. In recent centuries cults have grown up which have advocated specialized approaches, of which tantra asana is one; it is this one approach that has in the present day been identified most closely with tantra, and its over-emphasis has given tantra a notoriety which is based upon misconception of its full range. Nevertheless in this show all this enormous variety of imagery and symbol has been brought together under the umbrella of tantra art, as being visualizations of various methods towards the pursuit of sadhana and man's relation to the universe.
In style and content these exhibits differ widely. Many of them are what are known as Indian classical art, others are 'folk' or primitive forms; on the other hand the diagrams and manuscripts of which there are many in the exhibition could be called 'yoga' art. However, nearly all bear a certain stamp or aura which we immediately recognize as tantric; and the reason we are able to do this is due entirely to the vision of one man, Ajit Mookerjee, from whose private collection about two-thirds of the exhibits have been borrowed. Ajit Mookerjee is already well known in India for his pioneer work in the classification and identification of Indian folk and primitive art and it is during the pursuit of these studies that he came to formulate the concept of tantra art, which had hitherto existed as unrelated art-forms in various parts of India. His name is now well known in Western countries as the author of two art books, "Tantra Art' (Ravi Kumar 1967) and 'Tantra Asana' (Ravi Kumar1971), and it is the wide circulation and enormous interest which the first of these books created which made the world aware of an art form which, although it had existed for centuries, had so far eluded classification. What caused this enormous interest, both in the books and the Hayward exhibition, is the fact that tantra art fulfills a function for Western man which his own contemporary art has lost sight of. Here is an art form which partakes of the potential of human energy and its relation to the universe. It is this inward direction of tantra art that people instinctively recognize and identify with, although after experiencing an initial attraction they can easily be put off by what seems to be an impenetrable jungle of symbols and myths demanding a knowledge so specialized as to be beyond reach. But many of these symbols have an abstract significance which is immediately recognizable. An example of this is catalogue no. 511, which illustrates in a series of gouaches of incredibly subtle coloration the processes of projective evolution of the universe; the balance between abstraction and description is so perfectly held on the aesthetic plane that the subject matter of expansion is self-evident.
Despite the organizers' inspired concept of presenting the exhibition as a journey without beginning or end and the sensitive groupings of the various classifications of objects and paintings, one is nevertheless conscious of a certain visual indigestion after concentrated viewing. This is perhaps due to the inclusion of the sections of Buddhist tantra and several series of Tibetan thanjkas, some of which are of indifferent quality. Tibetan Buddhist imagery has a very different visual aura which conjures up a totally different world of the imagination from its Hindu counterparts: it cries out for a setting of its own and should in all fairness be the subject of a separate exhibition.
A word must be said about the catalogue, which has been written by Philip Rawson and admirably designed by Hugh Shaw. Every item in the exhibition has been illustrated and informatively captioned; it is therefore a compendium of tantric imagery in itself, and immediately becomes a vital work of reference. Surely, though, the insistence of the catalogue's introduction upon the cultist aspect of tantra is a mistake? Tantra asana is one of the visually richest and most beautiful sources of tantric imagery but the philosophy of the male/female principle goes far beyond the sexual frame of reference. In advaita vedanta it has a much more abstract significance and the practical application of sexual asana as a means of union with the absolute has no serious philosophical basis. If the idea of tantra art can be freed from its cultist associations, it can emerge as the key to an art of the future that is not pursued for its own sake, but forms part of a philosophical system or thought.
All this is conjecture, but it is exciting to hear that a Tantra Museum is to be built on a site on the outskirts of New Delhi over the next few years which will collect and exhibit both Indian tantric forms and forms from other cultures ancient and contemporary, with Ajit Mookerjee's collection as a basis. It is by this approach to tantra art that a link may be established between all forms of art with an inward direction that speak of man's relation to the universe.
****
Interesting that Fraser was based in India at this time but familiar enough with a London show to be able to write a detailed review.
Vyner says: "Characteristically, though, his reappearances in London during the four or five years he was away shed little light on his actions and whereabouts other than conveying his increased enthusiasm for all things Indian."

mood: rant; trigger warning: casual mention of suicide, psychosis, genral ableism
my favourite (/s) thing about being mentally ill (besides all the other stuff) is the inability to communicate with people who don't experience my issues. i am not even talking about neurotypicals, i am including in this statement some neurodivergent people as well. actually let me rant for a moment about neurodivergent people further stigmatising mental conditions using their experiences...
how do i explain to someone what i am experiencing when they dismiss it with "well i experience similar thing so i totally get what you are talking about and i am going to make assumptions based on my experiences?". dude it isn't the same. feeling hopelessness during depressive episode isn't the same as end of the world delusions i had during psychosis. being adhd daydreamer isn't the same as when i tried to kill myself bc i thought i was communicating with faeries and they invited me to live with them in their world which i couldn't do bc i was still alive. like people actually tried to compare these in my face and they aren't the same; i should know, i daydream a lot, have adhd and have experienced the doom spirals during depressive episodes before. it just isn't the same. so why do people insist on comparing it? how am i to explain to them it isn't the same when they already arrived to their conclusions about my situations.
i don't need someone to give me advice on a situation that isn't happening. i need people to listen to what i am actually saying. to actually try and understand my experience. i know that it is hard, that it isn't easy to let go of a way you viewed the world and mentally ill people your whole life bc society told you we were this way. when sometimes even psychiatrists feed these misconceptions. but please... just listen to me. to us. when we tell you what is going on.
do you like it when people tell you to cure your depression with yoga like you didn't already try everything you could to put an end to it? then please shut up when i am trying to explain to you what is going on in my head. don't use ableistic language like delulu or call bigots delusional when i (and for the matter the schizospec community as whole) ask you not to. this isn't a joke to me and it doesn't make me a hateful person. i am hurting. a lot. psychosis is painful both mentally and physically. all i am asking for is some empathy please...
thank you to everyone who isn't like that. i love you guys.
(yes someone pissed me off and became inspiration for this post, how could you tell? and this was very much "neurodivergent folks can be ableist too" post but dont eben let me start on the neurotypical family members that tell me to quit my meds bc they don't like the side effects i am experiencing. i am currently symptomatic bc i have to fight myself to take my antipsychotics and sometimes i don't win that fight... just bc people ((mostly neurotypicals again)) were telling me my meds are poison and that my mental illness is a gift really got to me recently)

for the ask game, 20 and 7? And also, u don't have to answer but I'm curious how u would change India's characterization/how u would improve on it :0
Hey babe, Hetalia ask game dropped!
Thank you for the ask! Sorry for this being so so late sahdk
20) Answered here
7) Food-related headcanon? (im hungry)
India: I definitely think he'd be a sucker for spicy food. But I also think he'd absolutely love extremely sweet food. This is based on personal experiences, but Indian food has a extremely sweet to extremely spicy side lol. For example, some foods that are on the wayyy too sweet side for me personally are Barfi, Jaleebi and Kesari (I do enjoy them tho lol). So, I think that India definitely cares a lot about the favor and experience the food gives a person :)
As for India's characterization! Ok, I've been thinking about this since the day you sent me this ask lol and I really hope you don't mind but the first bit is a bit rant-ish to clear up some misconceptions.
So first thing I really want for people to understand India is that, it is not just the North. There is no 'dominant' culture, and Hindi is spoken as more of a connecting language more than like- a first language by a lot of people that live in places other than what I like to call the "Hindi Belt"
1)The Idea of Northern Culture as a 'dominating' culture does not make sense and kinda erases the other cultures that live and very much thrive in India today. If you went and only toured around North India, you would see a huge difference between cultures up there alone! I understand that this idea that Northern Culture dominates India is from the wide spread knowledge of Bollywood. But India's really diverse! We even have a lot of film industries for each language! Tollywood, Kollywood, Mollywood, Sandalwood, etc. But, I'm getting off topic, Northern Culture does not 'dominate' the majority of Indian Culture, and Northern Culture itself is very hard to define because it's diverse! From Rajistan to Punjab, the cultural differences are very different in the north, so imagine the differences from north India to the south- not even accounting for the tribal cultures in each state!
2) Most Indian languages stem off of two language families: Indo-Aryan and Dravidian and if you look on a map of language families, you can almost see a clear line between these languages. Within those branches, stems of languages, a lot of them are still spoken today. So making Hindi the only language India speaks doesn't make that much sense to me and erases literally every other culture living and very much thriving today!
How I'd Improve it in the Anime
For an Anime that's portraying nations based on stereotypes, I would say- it could be worse lol. I do get why Hima portrayed India like that, I mean it's not as bad as some other media I've seen that portrays India as: "Taj Mahal, Snake charmers, Tiger, Elephant, Elephant, Middle Eastern Culture for some reason". So for a anime about stereotypes it's not that bad lol. There's maybe like two things I'd change?:
-Make India a little more easy to anger than easy going. I guess hetalia is about stereotypes and the stereotype is that Indians are very "Yoga, Buddhism/Hinduism, Rangoli" not about actual cultural stuff of characters, but yeah I'd probably make him a little bit more of a hot head lol
-Make him appear more in the anime/manga!! He only shows up like three times and usually in background roles, micro-nations show up more than him T-T
My Own Characterization
Some positives:
Kindness: I feel like India is very generous and nice to everyone he meets. When he meets a new country or person he usually tries to be as nice and respectful as he can with them before forming an opinion about them. I'm just basing this off of age. I feel like at a certain point (as with most ancient nations), he realized that country's relationships with each other are very unexpected and so he tries to start off on a good note.
Emotionally Resilient: This might be a given because he is a nation lol, they've lived a long time and can adapt to unexpected situations really easily. I also feel like because he's an ancient, he still feels those knee-jerk emotions/reactions but it takes more to trigger them if that makes sense.
Makes Connections Easily: A large part of Indian culture, is family and community. Families, back then often lived in one house. Often with an opening in the middle where the family hangs out or lived in a community of houses close to each other. So I definitely feel like he gets close to people very easily and often treats them as family.
Flaws:
I feel like in his early years India would have been easy-to-anger and have some amount of arrogance? It's just two traits that I've seen amplified, if not glorified, by Indian movies because they're seen as very masculine traits to have (in general).
Easy-to-Anger: Because of how long India's lived, I feel like he has a lot more patience now days but certain topics or someone being insistent might make him quick to anger.
Arrogance: I feel like arrogance is something all nations have, it's a given, but again, time and experience wears it down. So, I feel like compared to other nations, he's more down to earth, but still pretty arrogant.
Stubborn: He is stubborn, he protests heavily for the the things he believes in and does not stop until he gets his way. He can remember something that someone said centuries ago and continue to do something just to spite them.
General Headcannons:
He loves Dance, Music and the Arts: In India, Classical Dances are very important. It was used for entertainment, religious purposes and also used for storytelling! There are some that are similar to theater, there are dancers telling the story of a mythological event, dances that are related to gods, or dances that were simply made to entertain royals.
And regional music where do I start! Indian music is diverse, and there are a lot that I could mention from my state alone! There are different rhythms, elements, instruments, different focuses, and sometimes you'll clearly hear some outside influences with the music styles! I just absolutely love the idea of India dancing, and singing because it's such a huge part of culture
Loves Science: I really think he does have a thing for science, not only because of the recent interest of science in India but also because of how much Ancient India contributed to science! I think he would go to a lot of science/math conferences nowadays to meet scientists/mathematicians and learn about new theories and technologies.
India's doesn't really have a name: This is just a personal headcanon of mine lol and not really based of anything in particular. I HC that India didn't really have a name throughout history, and he changed it often depending on where he was and names of the time period. I think it's because of the difficult question is "what is India/Indian culture and what is its one and true descendant?". The answer could be many things. How do you define the culture of a nation that has a lot of cultures in it? Thus, how do you choose a name for a country when that name doesn't make sense for him to have in other parts of the country?
Gender, Religion, Identity: I think India identity's very fluid, and he doesn't label himself. I really liked how @thegoliathbeetle phrased this in her post! India's identity is like water, it shifts, transforms and changes. It doesn't stay constant and if you ask him who he is he would give you a different answer depending on the time and place. (I really agree with her post and I would def check it out if you haven't!)
