How Does Chakra Healing Work?
Have you ever wondered: How do chakras work behind the scenes? Chakra Healing is a little bit of a mystery, right? Many people have heard of chakras whether from reiki or in general in the newest new age trend, but do we know how they work? How does a chakra really heal? 
Exploring the Depths of Chakra Healing
Chakra healing has long been shrouded in mystery and misconception. Many view it as pseudoscience or fake, dismissing its profound impact on our holistic well-being & Emotional Health. However, exploring into the intricate world of chakras reveals a deep-rooted connection between our energy centers and The Mind-Body Connection.
With the release of The Chakra Detox Clearing Audio Meditation bundle in the Membership this past month, I wanted to spend some time going deeper into some common questions on Chakra Healing. 
When I do some research on this topic especially, I am so surprised by the Questions that come out from Google, Things like:  Are chakras even real?  Can I destroy my chakras?  How does a chakra really heal?  What happens when I do energy work on my body?  Are Chakras just fake?  How are chakras and reiki that much different? 
I’ve spent many years studying the chakras and knowing how to work with them for emotional & energetic mind-body healing.  I don’t always realize that – people might not even be seeing it the way I’ve seen them all these years, This gives me the impression that Chakra Healing can often feel like a ‘mysterious skill’ that is hard to grasp because we’re dealing with the subtle body. 
While energy often feels ‘invisible’, it really isn’t at all!  If you can rub your hands together really fast to create friction, you can feel energy in your body. In the same way, our entire body is made of energy.
There are numerous ways to understand how to work with Energy and begin to see how much it influences our lives.  For example, as I mentioned in a previous episode. Many people assume energy work is just about vibrations, but….that’s definitely not the whole story! 
Chakra healing is a lot more complex than “hands-on” healing techniques. 
Unraveling the Core Concept of Energy
At the heart of chakra healing lies the understanding of energy as the fundamental building block of our existence. Energy encompasses more than just vibrations. Those Vibrations intricately shape our thoughts, emotions, and actions behind the energy. By learning how to Heal your chakras, we can transform our internal state of consciousness and manifest significant changes in our external reality from the inside out. For Example, unlike Reiki which focuses more on symbols and Hands-on techniques, Chakra Healing Focuses more on The mind-body connection. Energy healing with the Chakra System works with: 
Your Mental health and Mindset 
Actions & Habits 
Emotional Health 
Most importantly, your Identity aka Ego. 
The Ancient Origins of Chakra Wisdom
Where Do chakras Come from? I recently got this question because last month on the podcast, we talked a lot about the Divine Feminine and the Divine Masculine origins of Kundalini. Now, Chakras trace their roots back to ancient civilizations, such as the Upanishads and even the Vedas, dating back to 900 BC. Contrary to popular opinion, there is nothing new age about the Chakra system! These ancient teachings serve as the bedrock of our understanding of energy systems, kundalini, and the profound connection between our physical and energetic bodies.

By properly understanding How to Heal Emotionally with the Chakras through spiritual alignment, we can unravel deep-seated misalignments and unlock our true potential for healing and deep spiritual transformation.

The Root Chakra is a Big Part of understanding our Energetic Foundation. However how do we even know if we have a healthy or imbalanced root chakra? With the release of The Chakra Detox Clearing Audio Meditation bundle in the Membership this month, I wanted to spend some time going into the deeper questions on Chakra Healing for those who are curious to learn more on Energy healing. This is one of my most passionate topics to talk on.
I thought we could take a different approach this time and start to look at each individual Chakra. 
Starting with The Root Chakra
Last Week we went deep on: How does Chakra Healing actually work BTS? 
Now, in relationship to knowing how chakra healing works, we have to start looking at: well, Do I have any imbalances or blocks in my chakra system? How do I know for sure? 
Now, it’s very common to have a blocked or an imbalanced root chakra due to our society at large. 
Unfortunately, we are a very fear-driven society. When we have a spiritual awakening, a big piece of it is learning how to evolve ourselves out of the survival mind and into a place of the New paradigm, Thriving in that 5d consciousness, that lives beyond fear.
Of course fear is normal and a very natural part of life – However When we have a root chakra imbalance or block, FEAR and Survival is often all we can think about in our Worldview. 
The Root Chakra is an important chakra to balance as it helps us:
Regulate our Nervous system
Move out of Lack/Scarcity Consciousness
Feel a Sense of Belonging
Feel safe and Supported in your body 
And so forth. 
The Root Chakra also helps us literally feel “grounded” which is an important skill as an energy sensitive, HSP or Empath. (without question lol)  The root is the place of our Energetic foundation that is located at the base of our spine. It holds immense power in shaping our sense of safety, support, and connection with the world around us. Let’s dive into the signs and symptoms of a blocked root chakra versus a Balanced Root Chakra. However, First, you might be asking yourself:
What’s the Difference Between an Imbalanced Chakra vs. Blocked Chakras?
A blocked chakra is usually a chakra that’s been blocked over a period of time(years even) and that chakra has blocked energetic flow in a particular chakra. An Imbalanced chakra is a little bit different because an imbalance can often be overactive or underactive energy flowing through the body. This means the chakra has very little flow in the chakra or an Excessive amount of Energy in that chakra.

Signs of An Imbalanced Root
What are the common signs of a blocked Root Chakra? Imbalances in this chakra can manifest in various ways, leading to feelings of fear, insecurity, and disconnection. Individuals with a blocked energy in this chakra may experience a constant sense of paranoia, believing that the world is against them. This fear-driven mentality often results in a lack mindset, where scarcity and lack of abundance dominate one’s thoughts.
Moreover, a blocked root chakra can trigger survival instincts, pushing individuals into a fight-or-flight mode. This survivalistic mindset engulfs them in feelings of uncertainty and inadequacy, hindering their ability to feel safe and supported in their environment. The lack of belonging and connection further exacerbates the root chakra imbalance, creating a sense of isolation and alienation from oneself and others.
Balancing the Root Chakra for Healing
On the contrary, a balanced root chakra instills a profound sense of security, support, and abundance in one’s life. Individuals with balanced root chakras exude a feeling of safety and trust in the universe, knowing that they are supported in their spiritual journey. This alignment with the root chakra enables them to cultivate an abundance mindset, where the focus shifts from scarcity to prosperity and growth.
A person with a balanced root chakra will have a deep sense of connection with oneself and the world around them, leading to feelings of belonging and self-assurance. By embracing the healing power of the root chakra, individuals can transcend survival instincts and embrace a state of peace, harmony, and inner stability.
Practical Steps for Root Chakra Healing
To address root chakra imbalances and blocks, individuals can engage in various healing practices, including Mindset tools, Mind-Body Healing, energy healing work, and mindfulness techniques. By exploring and releasing past traumas, fears, and limiting beliefs, one can restore balance to the root chakra and realign with the energy of safety and support. By recognizing and addressing the signs of root chakra blocks, individuals can embark on a transformative path towards self-discovery, healing, and empowerment.
Unlocking the Power of Our Energetic Foundation
In conclusion, the root chakra serves as the cornerstone of our energetic foundation, influencing how we perceive and interact with the world. By understanding the signs and symptoms of imbalances, individuals can tap into the inherent power of Chakra Healing and manifest a life filled with abundance, connection, divine Health and self-realization.

Exploring the Complexity of Ascension Symptoms
After Experiencing a Spiritual Awakening, it’s very common to have what is known in most spiritual circles as “Ascension Symptoms”. These are Symptoms that affect you Mentally, emotionally, and even physically during your Spiritual Awakening. Some of these are very outlandish, such as out of body experiences, psychic phenomena, hypersensitivity to environments, Excessive Empathy while others are a bit more common like physical body aches or Emotional breakdowns(crying out of nowhere).

After Spiritual Awakening Happens: What do you do?
The Elephant in the Room with Spiritual Awakening is Most people don’t know what to do once it starts happening. The Way of learning how to navigate Spiritual Awakening is clouded over and ascension symptoms are often viewed as ‘crazy’ or ‘dramatic’. While ascension symptoms gets overlooked by modern society, it’s still a very real problem in the spiritual community that many fail to address. It leaves many open-ended questions. At the same time, many gifted individuals don’t understand how their intuition works, why they have certain gifts such as channeling, how to use their gifts or in general they don’t know how to navigate their awakening due to the overwhelming response of symptoms making it hard to process. (part of the reason why I’m writing a book on kundalini!) Over the years, this is an area I’ve continuously found improvement around my kundalini awakening. I’ve learned a lot about how to tame them down, heal them, and learn to understand the psychosomatic response to them. A Big piece of this was learning Energy work and Mind-body Healing with Mindset work through the Chakra System. However, what is often not talked about enough is; What do you do once these things start happening to you?

here’s a Summary of the Common stages and a quick look into the ascension symptoms that often come up. Note here that depending on what stage you’re in, you may have different symptoms or you need different healing methods than someone who is a beginner on the journey for example.
The Beginning Stage of The Journey: the Soul Wanderer
Have you ever felt like your life just flipped upside down? Like you’re questioning everything and suddenly have a million things to “clean up”? If so, you might be experiencing a spiritual awakening and you’re at the beginning stage of the journey!
This awakening can come with a surprising amount of wild symptoms, and it’s easy to feel confused or even scared. But fear not! Here’s a breakdown of what’s happening and how to navigate it.
A Sensory Overload: Heightened Awareness and Chakras
One of the main symptoms of a spiritual awakening is a surge in Conscious awareness, often linked to the activation of your chakras. Think of chakras as energy centers in your body, each with a specific function. When they awaken, it can trigger a cascade of experiences:
Out-of-body experiences: An activated crown chakra, associated with spirituality, can lead to feelings of disconnection from the physical body.
Empathic overload: An open heart chakra can make you hypersensitive to others’ emotions, feeling overwhelmed by your environment.
Psychic abilities: A stimulated third eye chakra, the center of intuition, can bring on bursts of intuition, clairaudience (hearing messages), or even telepathic sensations.
These are just a few examples, and your experience may differ.
Kundalini Awakening: A Powerful Force of Change
Sometimes, a spiritual awakening is triggered by the awakening of Kundalini energy or divine Feminine energy known as Shakti. This powerful energy rises up your spine, activating your higher chakras and bringing a wealth of spiritual insights. However, this excess energy can be taxing on your nervous system, explaining why you might feel so overwhelmed. You’ve never experienced this sensation before so you might not know what is happening or what to do.
Grounding Yourself: Calming the Storm
In the beginning phase, The key to managing these intense symptoms is grounding and releasing excess energy in the higher chakras. This means bringing your awareness back to your physical body and releasing that excess energy. Activities like spending time in nature, physical movement and yoga can all be helpful. In the beginning Phase, healing the Lower Chakras are essential as this will help balance out the lower and higher chakras back into alignment.
The Growth Phase of Awakening: The Spiritual Healer
On the other spectrum, we have another common phase such as the Dark Night of the Soul or A Healing Phase. A Healing phase is what we lovingly call a spiritual assignment. We have a situation come up, We get emotionally triggered and it’s bringing it up so we heal it and release it.
Now, in this phase, it might be totally opposite because what is occurring is you actually need to be working on the higher chakras instead of the lower chakras. Instead you might need to focus on How you can cultivate your intuition, Healing your spiritual miscommunication in the throat chakra or Working on your belief systems in the crown chakra. At the same time in a Dark Night of the Soul, You might be needing to do a lot of Shadow work, releasing work and Limited belief work. Again, the symptoms are not a linear process and it’s important to see them that way.
Navigating the Journey Through Spiritual Burnout
One crucial aspect to consider is the phenomenon of spiritual burnout. This state often arises when individuals seek external validation or rely excessively on external sources for spiritual guidance. Symptoms of spiritual burnout include feelings of detachment, overwhelm, and a sense of being lost in a sea of information.
This is a topic I’ve covered before and it’s very common. It looks like this: you’re listening to five different channelings that say contradicting information, you’re reading or just buying like 20 to 30 personal development books and you’re signing up for all the things. However, the reality is you’re not integrating any of that information. You’re stuck in spiritual burnout and looking outside of you.
You’re trying to get fixated on the latest guru or healing trend. Unfortunately, what occurs from this is a lost of authenticity where you have forgotten the mundane side of reality. As a result, It enables depersonalization, dissociation from reality and makes you even a bit paranoid. This is an imbalanced Third eye Chakra.
Develop Self-Trust and Detachment To Allow More Spiritual Wisdom
The reality is you can only heal yourself by tuning within and developing self-trust. Ultimately, I always say, When it comes to spiritual burnout, Go do something mundane or silly! Get your head out of the clouds and go do something normal. Stop the psychedelics, stop the excessive meditating, & drop the tarot cards. Drop all of it, and go do something normal, like go shopping, watch a movie, play a board game, play a video game, do something silly, do something grounding like gardening or a day at the beach.
When we suffer from spiritual burnout, we need to allow our mind to detach. I’m telling you, if you are experiencing the soul searcher phase of information( falling down rabbit holes and conspiracies) You’re searching for your intuition. please go step back, allow, integrate, detach, because This will help you more because it will allow you to tap naturally into your intuition. This is due to Tapping into your Divine Feminine Energy which is all about Allowing! (we covered this recently in the The Soul-Aligned Life Academy Bundle: Divine Feminine Rising)
Embracing the Healing Process
As individuals progress through different phases of their spiritual journey, the focus may shift towards healing past wounds, addressing emotional traumas, and enhancing intuitive abilities. Embracing the healing process involves working on the higher chakras to cultivate intuition and clarity.
For example, these three methods of really looking at how you can start to ease your Ascension symptoms are so much more valuable than me just saying, here’s all the symptoms of spiritual awakening. I want you to take away from this conversation that you can easily start to balance out those symptoms. It’s important to see these symptoms are a result from an incongruence in our energy field due to past wounds, learning to embrace our natural gifts, and releasing past programming. The more that we can start to look at, what phase am I truly in right now and what does my soul need to Release and heal through this? It becomes easier and easier to embrace your Emotional Healing journey so you can find more Peace of mind with Spiritual Awakening.

What is Divine Masculine Energy?
Curious about divine masculine energy? When it comes to understanding the divine masculine, this is a different playing field than the divine feminine. Let’s explore the Role that the divine masculine energy has in relationship to Spiritual Awakening so you can gain a deeper understanding of how to practically use divine Masculine energy in your own life.
Divine Masculine Energy is About Maturing the Ego
The Divine masculine is about Ego Awareness and Conscious Awareness. It’s the place where we mature our ego. Also, it’s connected to The solar plexus chakra because the solar plexus chakra is all about your divine will. Most importantly, the divine masculine teaches us about how we take action.
So when we are in a place of our divine masculine, it’s often about really being the conscious giver. The Conscious Giver of Energy back to the world. It’s basically like being a giver, but not over-giving to the point of Over-doing it(If you think about this with baking, you understand – don’t burn the cake!) The Divine Feminine is often about Receiving energy but the Divine Masculine is about giving that energy back to the world in the form of action, affirmations, making things happen, and support in relationships.
The Conscious Warrior
I always like to say when it comes to archetypes, this is all about being the warrior, the manifesting warrior, because the manifesting warrior knows to let go and let God fill in the gaps, but the warrior will not stay on the couch. He will get his ass up and go because in this energy of :
if I know I am led & guided, I will know the right actions to take. I will move forward anyway. Choosing to truly be in that energy of confidence, assertiveness and initiation, but I’m not going to get bogged down by my ego.I’m not going to be in the victim mindset about this. I’m not going to be in that energy and instead, I’m going to take the action I need to take.
That is the energy of divine masculine. I will not get bogged down by my ego. I will take the action anyway. That is what it means to step into the warrior consciousness because this energy is about owning your personal power.
It’s not about receptivity at all, waiting, or staying still. It is about having an awareness of owning your personal power by making conscious Movement forward. This energy is all about intuitive Confidence in who you are and that is what will drive you forward to take the actions you need to take.
Wounded Masculine Energy feels like burning out
Now, when it comes to being in a place of wounded masculine energy, it might be where you are burning out and becoming a workaholic without realizing it.
Have you ever felt on the verge of burnout before? it’s happened to me quite a few times over the years…one time resulting in a big emotional breakdown where things HAD to change. 
It can be a bad habit, a slippery slope, and often…it can happen unconsciously to our proper awareness. Sometimes it can sneak up on us before we realize it…
It also can have a crazy effect on our mental health and capacity to take action. This is one of the hugest reasons why we might have imbalanced or wounded Masculine Energy. 
We have reached the point of pushing too hard where we never stop, let go and detach.
Inevitably we end up – neglecting ourselves or losing ourselves. 
This isn’t a fun place to be, it can be sneaky too. 
If you’ve ever had thoughts of  “well, i’ll just do this for one more hour…” “I can handle it anyway”  “I feel exhausted but I’ll just workout anyway despite that”  ” let me just keep going” and things keep slipping through the cracks…
and so forth. 
Wounded Masculine Energy turns into symptoms and signs of: 
Not listening to your body
Not hearing your intuition
Neglecting your Emotional Needs despite that they are screaming at you 
Escapism in the form of drugs or alcohol 
Pushing beyond your limits in an unhealthy way…
Getting sick more often to your body’s physiological reaction to stress
and this wounded masculine energy, most importantly neglects our Divine Feminine energy so we’re cutting off listening to spirit…. So we burn out, get sick or mentally break down.  Deep breaths, I know – If this is happening to you or you’re feeling this way,  It’s awful and unfortunately way too common than it should be.
You may be feeling, How do we understand this part of ourselves? What does it even mean to have a wounded masculine energy vs a healthy divine masculine energy? 
And How does this Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine ultimately connect to Kundalini?  And what does THAT mean in relationship to ‘being Balanced?”

What is Divine Feminine Energy & How to Practically Use it?
You may be asking yourself, “What the Heck is Divine Feminine Energy and How do I practically use it?” 
Here’s the thing, this concept is wildly trending right now, especially in the dating world & Personal Development. There’s been a lot of talk around, “Dark Feminine energy”, “Accessing my Divine feminine” and “Healing my Divine Masculine”. It’s become a concept that is often… lost in translation. 🙈 
And We are forgetting its Roots are Spiritual.
It has more of a TRUE SPIRITUAL PURPOSE. 
It lives in understanding Kundalini Energy and has nothing to do with your dating demeanor or dating style. 🙈
Sure maybe there are some truths to those opinions – But In actuality, babe this is an inner game. It has nothing to do with Being Projected on and everything to do with: 
your Unique Emotional Relationship to Giving and Receiving.

How You are Manifesting and Getting Results

Balancing our Divine Masculine and Feminine Energy within is a practice and skill.

What is Divine Feminine Energy?
Divine Feminine Energy is the state of receptive allowance. If you grew up suppressing your intuition, you might have a hard time connecting to your Divine Feminine energy, which is very naturally intuitive and receptive. If you were to just imagine here how energy works, we have receptive (passive) energy, and then we have active energy. Active energy is when you’re putting forth a bunch of effort. You’re taking the actions you need to take. You’re pushing yourself forward.
Then on the other spectrum, we have receptive energy. This feels like listening instead of talking. It’s flowing instead of forcing. It’s being in a place where you’re allowing instead of pushing.
This is the best place to manifest because when you’re in this space of the divine feminine, you’re listening to your intuition more easily. You’re starting to understand the receptive messages that are coming forth. Most Importantly, you’re able to easily Pick up on Aligned Actions to take. Common Myths Around Divine Feminine Energy
#1 – People Make it about Gender and LOA Dating Advice. Divine Feminine Energy and Masculine Energy has nothing to do with Gender. 
It has everything to do with understanding Passive or Active energy currents from Kundalini.
This is a weird trend in the dating world right now where we’re loosely using these terms to better connect to feminine energy or ‘attract in a better masculine man’ 
this concept is NOT the same as Kundalini Divine Feminine. It’s also harmful to the Lgbqt community because this makes it a very black/white concept that is not even true. 
MYTH: Projecting an outward view on Divine feminine and divine masculine energies that helps your dating style is false. This often is  Leaving you in a victim mindset that if you’re not “feminine enough or divine masculine enough” your dating life will suffer. or keeps you panicking you’re “attracting” the wrong type of human.  
This got lost in translation from the ancient teachings of Kundalini. Ida and pingala, Shiva and Shakti – babe, nothing to do with how you’re dating.  That’s an official Law of attraction teaching – NOT divine feminine or divine masculine energy. Beside, you know what i would say,  Relationships are all about healing the Heart chakra anyway  _
#2 – Using Archetypes to Heal yourself to understand Divine Feminine or Masculine Energy. Archetypes are a beautiful Tool, However don’t get lost in the word salad out there leaving you scratching your head…
Another New age Trend that Floats around is – “to properly understand Divine Feminine Energy” we need to be tuning into Mary Magdalene or Venus/Aphrodite Consciousness to “properly Understand the concept of How to Connect to this Higher Consciousness. 
Unfortunately – They usually never give you anything tangible to work with and instead say ‘Connect to this archetype in meditation’ 
MYTH: This is a very confusing, aloof way to Connect to Divine Feminine energy. Most people who say this – you will notice – give you a red flag of nothing PRACTICAL to do. They give you a bunch of *ahem word salad*   If you’re hearing word salad – They probably really don’t know how to balance the Divine Feminine and they are just giving you what they heard in the echo new age chamber game of Chinese whispers. 
#3. Saying These Concepts don’t exist at all & we don’t benefit from practicing them, yet we can trace Kundalini back to ancient teachings from 9000 BC in Hinduism.
They used Kundalini for Healing, Accessing higher wisdom, and Spiritual growth. 
Along with the awareness that we see this concept in various cultures throughout the centuries. The same thing with a different spin on it. like the Yin/Yang. Pagan God/Goddess. and so forth.  MYTH: Divine Feminine and Masculine Beliefs don’t benefit us regarding Spirituality and understanding self-realization. 
1. They do Exist. 
2. We can Most Definitely Benefit from Understanding How These Energy Current Work. 
3. It’s one of the best teachings on Alignment there is that helps us grow & heal.  Kundlalini has always at its core been a tool of Balance and understanding Energetic Spiritual Alignment. 
It’s a tool to merge the Spiritual self (Feminine energy) and the Material Self (Masculine Energy) so they are working in harmony with one another in your daily life. 
But  unfortunately, this teaching gets soo lost in translation 
that we judgmentally think it’s about:
a projection outside of us,
Its about gender due to society’s conditioning (patriarchy)
or we think it doesn’t exist at all

Do you ever have a case of the Mondays? maybe every monday 😆 yeah me too, especially when it came to building my spiritual practice about 10 years ago.
Motivation and Consistency go hand and hand with each other. Whether you’ve been guns blazing since the new year began or you’re still struggling to get your motivation juices flowing, I want to tell you a secret that may potentially help. 
It’s Called Self-Motivation Triggers! 
I honestly just made that up, (maybe it’s a thing) BUT it works. 
Do you have your own self-motivational triggers? 
I recently downloaded an app to help boost my routine, it’s called Roubit (It’s like Animal crossing pocket camp for your Routine & building habits) and I added a SIREN Alarm for my Exercise Routine on my phone. 
…..Guys it scares the crap out of me every time I hear it 😆 but it works. It helps keep me consistent and it’s often very loud so I’m immediately alert on the task at hand. 
Keyword: Consistent. 
It’s now a Self-motivational trigger for me to get up and do my daily Exercise/Movement break. 
Sometimes That is all it takes. 
There are many different self-motivators out there to help you stay consistent. 
In the New year, getting back into the flow of things, being more consistent on your new goals or new aspired spiritual practice – It can be hard!

Get Your foundation Right First for your Practice
When you understand your form of Consistency, it can be incredibly powerful for spiritual growth. However, a lot of us can struggle with this because What is one person’s form of consistency is different from another person’s form of consistency. When it comes to consistency in spiritual practice, there are a few things that you should keep in mind to help build a solid foundation for your spiritual practice.
What do you want to do for your Practice?
Without a doubt, you have to know what you want to do for your spiritual practice. I know it sounds obvious, but some people will be like, well, one day I want to meditate, then oracle cards and visualization , then sound frequencies on youtube. I get it, It’s fine if you want to just tune into your intuition and see what you want to do.
However, it’s so much easier when you set a date with yourself and get clear.
For example, if you have a set practice of meditation. Do you have a playlist of those meditations or do you just meditate by pranayama or somatic breath? Okay, now if you have that, where are you meditating?
Do you have a space where you show up to every day to meditate or is it random? Like some days it’s in bed, some days it’s on the couch, some days it’s over here. The problem with moving things around so fluidly is we have to remember that we are creatures of habit.
When we don’t honor the fact of our human behavior, we often will fall off track more easily if we were just doing things by habit.
Another example, is if you have a visualization practice, maybe you set aside a jar full of ideas to pull from for visualization. This is actually something I’ve heard many people like to do for a manifestation practice. They have a visualization jar full of the scenarios they want to visualize and they have this jar in an easy-to-access place so they can stay consistent with their visualization practice.
In the same regard, if you have a journaling practice, do you have a place to journal? Where do you journal? Do you own a journal, for starters? Like, You can’t get started on your talk of journaling practice if you forget to buy the journal. These pointers seem obvious but we have to honor our human behavior and get the foundations right first.

Do you have the Materials Ready to go?
What do you choose to do?
Number one, What is Your spiritual practice?
Meditation
Journaling
Spiritual Prayer

Talking to Spirit Guides/Higher Self/God
Bible Study and prayer
Chakra Healing Prompts
Crystals and Oils
Other ideas
Now, secondly, Do you make it easy for yourself to do it?
If you have a meditation practice, do you have a playlist on your phone or your computer that you can turn to for those meditations? Create a Youtube Playlist, a Apple or Spotify Playlist. Do you already have them good to go? This will help you create more consistency more easily in your daily practice. Here’s the thing, we have to deal with our resistance every day and sometimes the hardest part is literally showing up. The hardest part is battling the negative or egoic resistance to simply showing up. That’s half of the battle.
So the best thing you can ever do for yourself is to make it as easy as possible to show up. Because that will help when it comes to combating the resistance. It’s easier to show up when your yoga mat is already in the living room, same with putting on your workout clothes to workout each day. In the same regard, it’s easier to show up, when you have the clarity already in place. Example: I journal every day at the kitchen table at 7am. I work out at 1pm. I meditate at 8pm.
Then if you really want some brownie points: I highly recommend getting a habit or routine tracker to help you stay motivated or incentivize yourself to show up even more! This is the beauty of Consistency!
Begin to Think about: How you can Start to make it easier for yourself? How can I make it so that I will be committed to show up?
Making it Easier Check list:
Make a Playlist
Have a Visualization Jar full of Ideas
Set a Date and Time
Have the Clothes or Outfit Ready
Put it in a Planner or Habit Tracker App
Third, When do you practice?
Change Begins in our Daily Routines. Would you like to practice in the morning? practice in the evening or practice at midday?
You have to realize that it’s almost like you’re jumpstarting a habit. This is what consistency is built on.
Now, if you like to do it in the morning, I invite you to explore, how is your morning routine? What do you do for your morning routine? Do you immediately just reach for your phone? Because I bet you’re probably going to be less likely to meditate. Instead of reaching for your phone, maybe you should meditate before reaching the phone. For example, you want to kind of just play with this, in terms of how can you create a better routine for yourself so that you are working in favor of your personal needs.
In the same regard, with an evening routine, if it’s to meditate for 15 minutes, but yet you have to deal with, more unpredictable family time tasks (putting away dinner, dealing with homework, kid bedtimes, dance practice, Movie nights, etc. ) As much as you’d like to, you’re not going to commit to that because you’re unpredictably busy. Honor your own Routine but be reasonable with yourself.
Be Flexible and explore; what is your aligned schedule?
What is my dream schedule for my spiritual practice?
Fourth, Give yourself a Challenge to Stay Ultra Committed To Success
Consistency is created through momentum and repetition. It’s also created through intention.
But at the end of the day, what it really comes back to is my favorite thing, It’s a challenge. One of the easiest ways to get more consistent is to create a challenge for yourself. Whether it’s 28 days, 30 days, 40 days, 90 days, 60 days. It doesn’t matter! It’s important to create a challenge for yourself to show up because this will trigger the reward centers in your brain to motivate you to show up each day. Find Your Why. Make it an incentive if it aligns with your lifestyle and values.
At the same time, to develop a consistent thread of momentum, you have to allow yourself to show up with repetition. Now, repetition is part of what creates a challenge, a challenge!
The repetition will allow you to create it into a habit, and that’s what builds momentum.
So when you think about how, when it goes to any level of thread of consistency, it might not be that you want to start. Gun, ho, and do seven days of meditation all at once, but you could do meditation for three days out of the week
The next week, you bump it up to four days out of the week. Then you stay at four days a week, and then you kind of ease into five days a week. And then after five days a week, you can go to six days a week. Now, this is a very valuable tool for consistency because what it does is it doesn’t trip your nervous system to be overwhelmed by change.
Don’t Change too Rapidly
it’s part of your biology that If you change too rapidly, you will start to self-sabotage unconsciously because your nervous system won’t handle it well. It doesn’t feel safe to go the extra mile yet, but that’s okay because that just means you need to dial it back a little.
bump it down. Instead, 5 days a week, do 3 days a week.
I’ve done many different challenges off and on throughout the years. For example, I’ve done manifestation challenges where I do 30 days of intention setting. I’ve done gratitude challenges of 30 days of gratitude.
These work. Above all, they work because there’s so much momentum behind it that builds it into a habit.
As a result, eventually that creates a snowball effect. Suddenly you notice, you’ll have more spiritual guidance, spiritual wisdom & growth. You may experience better health as you’ll feel more calm in your nervous system. The list can go on and on and on, but what you’ll ultimately find is that you’re more in a place of spiritual alignment.

When it comes to your Intuition do you find yourself Second-guessing yourself or doubting your capabilities? 
It’s honestly more common than you think. One of my greatest pleasures is helping people rediscover their Gifts.
Do You feel like you may be Truly holding back your Intuitive Gifts?
When I’m talking about spiritual gifts or intuitive gifts, It’s often kind of this mixed perception of what’s known as “psychic abilities.”
However, what you’ll find is that a lot of it can have so much mixed, dogmatic, very societal-based opinions that tell us repeatedly this isn’t normal.
For example, even our upbringing of beliefs could have told us that:
it is crazy, abnormal or Too mystical. 
Psychic Abilities are often associated with concepts such as the occult.
In religion, we’re taught You’re going to h*ll. It can be where you’re told you are crazy for thinking outside the norm of tangible reality.
At the same time, this gives us a very narrow and almost Shameful perception of being naturally an Intuitive who has unique gifts.
Instead, you’re seen as the person who’s crazy if you have an intuitive power or an intuitive gift. You feel that…right?
There’s Also a Lot of Media and Movie Influence that reinforces this perception and belief around Paranormal Activity. Movies predict it as abnormal, scary, evil, or demonic. We have all of this bizarre conditioning that teaches us to suppress this part of ourselves.
Then we Also have MANY people who have cognitive dissonance around spiritual and energetic concepts labeling them as parapsychology or pseudoscience.
🎯It is no WONDER we don’t feel safe or want to trust ourselves to explore our psychic abilities or intuitive gifts!
Most of the external world and conditioning give us plenty of reasons why it shouldn’t feel natural or safe to do so. 
As a result, We Start holding Ourselves Back
And What occurs from that is you have inherited ways to Hold yourself back, shut it down, suppress something that comes so natural and effortless to you and as a result?
You don’t trust your own decision-making skills 
You’re more prone to anxiety or stress due to future tripping 
You frequently over-analyze and over-think situations more than necessary causing you to freeze in in-action or procrastinate.
You feel Stuck in a Cycle of Energetic and Emotional Overwhelm due to the Increase in Hypersensitivity and Intuitive downloads coming in
You feel Lost, Confused, Directionless or often STUCK in a plateau – either confused on your next direction forward, waiting for clarity to arrive or simply stuck due to fear.

If there’s one thing that has always been important for my spiritual awakening, it’s consistent spiritual practice. Do you want to know what are the top benefits of Daily Spiritual practice? Let’s talk about why it’s important to have a spiritual practice in 2024 and beyond! Welcome to Season 3 of the Podcast: Awaken and Manifest your Best Life!
Let’s Start with our Foundation. What I want to talk to you about is going back to the true foundation of spirituality and spiritual awakening. The Heart of what is Spirituality itself that brings us back home to our own consciousness’s true wisdom and power. This is learning about mindfulness.
Mindfulness is one of the best meditative practices you can do for your spiritual journey. Why is this so important for you? Mindfulness is the root of all awareness because conscious awareness comes from our self-observation. When we enter the point of self-observation, we enter the place of non-judgment of self. This teaches us to be more present and embodied in our daily life. This foundation of Mindfulness is what makes up the starting thread of all Spiritual practices. Mindfulness is a big component of a spiritual practice. You’re developing mindfulness as a core goal of your spiritual practice.
Most Importantly a daily Spiritual practice is best done through what is known as a ritual.
What Is a Ritual?
Sometimes people see rituals as more like witchcraft but they are more simple than that. A ritual is a series of actions that you do on repeat that eventually form a habit. A Ritual allows us to take something that was an idea in our mind and make it into a habit.
So you already have rituals in your daily life. However, these behaviors are probably more simple like your morning coffee, brushing your teeth, or how you do your bathing routine in the shower. When we begin applying Rituals to our Spiritual practice, a different goal forms. We are now using our ritual to actively increase our mindfulness and Self-awareness on a consistent basis. This enhances our spiritual growth journey and often leads to a stronger intuition. Plus many other mental and emotional benefits!
Why Mindfulness is Important to Spiritual Practice
We have rituals already, but we might not have a for our spiritual practice. This is where It’s important to emphasize why it’s important to have a spiritual practice and why it’s so crucial to developing your own personal mindfulness and conscious awareness in your own daily life.
We have to go back to how the brain works. For example, when it comes to understanding mindfulness, being mindful means being in the present moment. When we are in the present moment, we are more connected to our intuition, our spiritual alignment and we are less in a place of reactive habit. We’re less in a place of autopilot mode (fight/flight mode) We are more in tune with our body and who we are. This makes it easier to manifest because we are more present and tuned into our intuition. We’re more aware of what we need to Heal or Let go because we’re aware of our surroundings more than normal. It also makes it easier to make decisions because we release over-thinking.
It’s sometimes easy to fall off track.
It can be easy to let life run away with you when it comes to forgetting your spiritual practice. When we find ourselves disconnected from our spiritual self, we’re not as present as we could be. This means we’re more likely to get stuck in our negative mind chatter or even anxiety. We’re less likely to take action on our goals. We could be over-thinking, over-doing, over-analyzing when it’s not remotely necessary, and so forth. Likewise, we might be giving ourselves a ton of excuses or complaints as to why we can’t do something. All of this is coming from simply being misaligned or disconnected from your spiritual self.
So Let’s Dive into the Top Benefits of Spiritual Practice and Why it is important to have a Spiritual practice.

Whether you meditate, do yoga or journal, having a solid consistent spiritual practice is going to make your Mental and Emotional Health so much easier in 2024. 
Here is a quick breakdown of what you need to know:
Developing Conscious Awareness We’re either in a reactive state that’s built up from our past programming over time, or we’re in a consciously aware state where we’re making present choices with our conscious mind. When you are more aware, you are more likely to reach a point where you will change gradually versus hitting that point where you hit, rock bottom and have to change. What awareness does, is it allows you to get out of the monkey mind and enable yourself to go into that place of flow and intuition. Most of all, you make better choices and better decisions because you’re more tuned on to your intuition and you’re less in survival brain.
Establishing a Solid Relationship with Your Higher Self When we have a spiritual practice, we’re kind of bridging the gap between our spiritual self and our physical self. What you’ll find is It doesn’t even matter necessarily what you call it, call it whatever you want. You can call it God, higher intelligence, higher self, angels, whatever you work with, but that awareness is what you’re building a solid relationship with. The reason why you want to be consistent with your spiritual practice is you’re strengthening your Connection to higher Perspectives of Awareness. In other words, you’re developing a relationship with a higher consciousness. This helps evolve your growth and problem solve easier!
Developing your Consistency to Mindfulness When you develop rituals, and I like to call this in our membership, the Soul Aligned Life Academy, we’re calling this: Mindful Rituals. When you start to develop mindful rituals in your life, you will have a consistent practice to rely on to connect to higher consciousness. Now, what I learned 10 years ago this is not only crucial to developing my relationship to my higher self, but it allows me to have a sacred space to come back to when I fall off track. For example, when you’re more Negative or moody, when you need to heal something or even when you are looking to manifest something. It allows you to come back home to something that is so much deeper than just surface level reality and connect deeper to higher truth. higher truth is higher perceptions of reality that perhaps we’re not realizing from our limited past programming. Higher truth guides you to look at various possibilities and different solutions that you weren’t seeing before because you were only seeing from one perspective – not higher truth. Having a consistent practice to develop your Mindfulness gifts you a new ability to shift your perspective faster and see differently to problem solve.

7 Powerful Strategies for a Structured & Consistent Spiritual Growth Journey (With a Spiritual Planner)
If you were to sit down at a coffee shop with me and ask what was the top spiritual growth lesson I learned this year, I might surprise you with my answer. The hugest thing I learned this year was Strategy! Specifically, Structure, Organization, and Strategy naturally enhance my Intuitive Flow aka Spiritual Alignment. This gives me back my Time, Energy and Focus. I know it shocked me too when I started thinking about it.
At the start of the year, I enrolled in a very in-depth marketing course and it changed my entire content creation world! Have you noticed? 😉 The Main Aha moment from the entire program was that I realized how much I was lacking strategy across the board of my own life, so I started expanding that outward to other areas of my life.
Some of these being Fitness, my Spiritual practice, Goal Setting Process, My Meal Prep in the kitchen, my content Process and so forth. I’m going to be honest with you, if I can find a way to get out of doing things manually or Creating more Flow in my workflow – I am the first to do it!
Structure is not a bad thang.
Why Do We Need More Structure, Organization, and Strategy as a Spiritual Person?
The Short Answer: Awareness. As a Spiritual person bringing more Mindfulness and Conscious Awareness into my life has consistently proven to be the strongest method to Personal Well-being,Positive Mental Health and Emotional Empowerment. Why?
Conscious Awareness is the dynamic opposite of reactive behavior.
Without Structure, Organization, or Strategy, we’re just a loose cannon floating in the wind without a purpose to our actions. Without awareness, We cannot create real change. In other words, we’re either more reactive or running on unconscious impulses in our everyday decisions. I invite you to consider how many times you impulsively open an app on your phone and get back to me on that….how many times did you click it?
As we live in the digital age of society, we have to be aware of how much Reactive behavior is created purely from External Influence in our day-to-day lives for our own mental and emotional health.
Examples of reactive Influence:
For example, Your goal today is to Film a Video for Youtube. Scenario: scroll Instagram, you say 5 mins of scrolling. You see someone’s post about the full moon and then you get in your head ‘maybe i should be making a post about the full moon too?!” Suddenly half an hour later, you’re on Canva designing the perfect Full Moon Post. You didn’t realize you were actually procrastinating and forgot about the video! Or how about this one:
You read about the latest conspiracy theories and suddenly you’re externally influenced by them. Then you decide to start doom scrolling and suddenly you’re feeling paranoid or unsafe to leave the house! As Spiritual People, It’s important to have Mental Discipline to promote more mindfulness and conscious awareness so we can reduce our reactive thoughts with pure conscious thought. This helps your Intuition the most, besides it’s better for your health too.
One of the Strongest ways to do this is with more Structure, Strategy, or Intentional Planning!
The Benefits of Structure & Intentional Planning
When it comes to Structure usually one of the hugest excuses we put up is that “it’s not intuitive” to plan or structure our day. There is often a language of “I can’t use strategy because I lose my Flow or Intuition”. WRONG. This is what I’ve discovered:
1. You Have the Right Mindset to Accomplish Your Tasks naturally enhancing your Intuition
I actually find the opposite to be true. The more I’m intentional, I am literally programming my mind towards exactly what I wish to achieve and the mindset I need to go with it. This naturally enhances my intuition and I’m more likely to tap into Magnetic Aligned Action in my daily tasks, like a mofo GPS programmed to a destination!
2. You’re Naturally More Consistent with your Spiritual Practice
When we add more structure or Strategy to our Spiritual practice we are more likely to show up consistently to it. This allows us to give up our excuses of “I never have time, space or energy for my spiritual growth, journaling or yoga practice”. Also with the benefit of more structure, you’re more committed to doing the Inner work and Meeting the Promises you make to yourself. Hence More Confidence & Soul Certainty! (Solar plexus Chakra empowered! )
3. You Gain Back Your Time and Even Energy
Do you know how much, wasted energy goes into something when we’re not structured on the goal, task, or outcome? Sure we can argue here that Flow takes us on detours for a reason. However, think about how much time is often wasted when we’re not even clear or Intentional about what we’re going to do. For example, If you know what you’re going to eat for dinner tonight, you are less likely to spend an hour trying to figure out What’s for dinner or rummaging in the cabinets for ideas. Then on Hungry impulse, you make something really unhealthy because you’re now starving. In the same way, If you have a sacred space you go to each morning at 8 am to journal or meditate, you are more likely to show up and just do it. Instead of, you know waffling around with your own resistance and ego mind-chatter talking you out of it. Likewise, If you put on your workout gear, with the sporty bra, you are more likely to just jump into your workout. Case in point. Structure changes lives. 😉
So now that we know the benefits of Structure, What are some easy ways you can start to Incorporate More Structure into your Spiritual Life? We all need a little bit of Order inside of all of this collective chaos, right? Right.
7 Ways To Track, Plan, and Create More Structure for Your Spiritual Growth Journey
Since I carry my own Spiritual Awakened Life Digital planner with me every day and it helps clear my head on the daily, I started adding more of my spiritual growth into my Daily Planner. It felt pretty natural to start adding my spiritual journey into my daily, weekly & monthly planning sessions. Now when I go to Plan my Entire Week, I have my Birds Eye View of my Momma Everyday Tasks, My Career Tasks, and My Spiritual Growth all together! This helps me stay organized and helps my Mental well-being too.
Let’s be frank, Writing things down keeps my mind clear and sane. I am less stressed when I write things down, this makes me naturally more Intuitive and Present-minded.  Here are 7 ways I track and structure My Life included in both my planner & Journal
1 – Break down your Entire Week with Intentionality
Do you know what’s happening during the entire week or are you flying blind by the seat of your pants? Probably the most used page in my entire planner is The Weekly Intentions Page.
At the start of the week, I allow myself some time to loosely plan what my focus is for the week with Intention. Each day is broken down, I see my weekly schedule. I write down my Self-care ideas, Mind-Body Spiritual Practices, What I want to work on for fitness, business, Important Dates I have, School or family gatherings, Fun Activities, and so forth. I plan the Bird’s eye view of All of my goals both Spiritual, lifestyle, and business. There is something about the Bird eye’s view of my schedule that just clears my brain completely.
2 – Use Habit Trackers For Your Meditation or Spiritual Practice
One of the most unconventional things I do for my Spiritual practice is I like to use Habit Trackers for Radical Conscious Awareness. This is a mini trick that I NEVER see mentioned in personal development and It’s helped me with Self-Awareness repeatedly so I can Track my consistency, emotions and energy levels. Habit Trackers are really helpful if you have a hard time Following through on your spiritual practice or you have a lot of excuses to commit to a practice (real talk). The Habit tracker gives you a reward system to promote consistency, discipline, and Structure! You know if you commit to 25 days of Meditation, you now have the Awareness of How often you are meditating vs. just going off your impulse of meditating when you feel like it. You can also set up habit trackers with a Fun End Goal in mind, like if you do 25 days of meditation you treat yourself to an oracle deck or a gourmet chocolate – depending on your personality this may or may not work for you. Play with it!
In general, incorporating Habit Trackers into ANY SKILL or HABIT you’re wishing to bring to life is so so good for increasing motivation and consistency in any skill. I cannot recommend Habit trackers enough for Conscious Awareness and more Mindfulness.
3 – Track Your Self-Care & Mental Wellness
Another way you can Track Your Spiritual Growth with more Structure is to lay out a Self-Care Plan! With a Holistic Wellness Tracker you can Write down your weekly plan of Self-care & mental health. For example: How many hours you slept, your Spiritual practice, self-care routine, mindset work, Daily Joy and even Creativity. Keeping track of your Mental Wellness, allows you to see where you may be lacking. Maybe you need more daily joy, mindset love, consistency of spiritual practice or more daily recharge with a self-care ritual. When we keep track of our Mental Wellness, we’re more aware of how we might be letting things slip through the cracks like sleep or self-care for instance. This awareness also gives you a look into Why your mood or emotions might be behaving in a certain way. Now you’re aware you got only 5 hours of sleep last night, maybe you won’t be so hard on yourself that you’re not as productive as you should be. 🙂
4 – Increase Your Mindful Eating with a Food Log & Meal Prep
If you’re working on increasing more mindful eating, looking to lose weight, gain weight or simply eat more healthy, you could start recording a weekly food log for more Awareness. Some people are not aware of What They eat throughout an entire day or especially during the holidays! (guilty 🙂 ) This helps give you the Conscious Awareness of Tracking what you eat from Morning to Night. You might surprise yourself with this, maybe you’re not realizing what food groups you consistently crave or eat. In the same regard, maybe like me, your food diet has to change for your menstrual cycle and you cycle sync your diet around it. Being aware of the shift in what you’re eating during each phase of your cycle is also hugely beneficial to less painful symptoms and hormonal Mood swings.
Likewise, we have to talk about the Benefits of Meal Prepping! My man used to think I was crazy because I always Prep a week ahead on what i’m making for the week. Now I use Everyplate for designing my meal flow for the week and then on the weeks I don’t use Everyplate, I write down a list of ideas of new Pinterest recipes I want to try each day of the week. Maybe I don’t want a big fancy thing on Monday so this is an easy meal day and so forth. This is a very unconventional way to increase your Mindful Eating Habits by structuring ahead your meal plan for the week.
5 – The Mindful Breakfast of Champions: Using Daily Intentions in your Daily Schedule
Do you want to know How I stay organized with such a crazy schedule sometimes? One thing I cannot live without is my Daily Intentions! I always take the time every single morning to write my intentions for the day and often look at my planner for my daily schedule. (I’ll be honest, sometimes I am not THIS ORGANIZED with my schedule, I am a mom afterall and distractions happen allthetime…mylittlepony) but Daily Intentions are a MUST.
In my Spiritually Awakened Life Planner, I have it broken down by: Weekly Goals, Daily mantra/affirmation, Daily Vision, Spiritual Practice breakdown, Daily Joys, Movement Exercise isolation by muscle group, Daily Schedule, your Classic To-do List, followed by the big kahuna, Daily Intentions.
Do I do all of that every day 7 times a week? Not always, I like to take the weekends off and holidays 🤣 However, This combination keeps me Mentally Disciplined and Structured with Pure Intention for my Daily workflow. I’m like a Laser beam of intent when I do it!
Sometimes My Daily Schedule looks like this:
For example, After I do my Daily Affirmations and set up my Intentions, I look at asking myself: MIND: Did I do my daily journaling for my mindset and Intentions?
BODY: My Daily Movement and Muscle Isolation today?
SOUL: What is my spiritual practice today? WEEKLY GOALS: What’s my 3 Goals this week? TOP PRIORITIES: What are the Top 3 Things I must focus on today? BRAINDUMP TO-DOS: Write down my Daily To-do List. IMPORTANT DATES: What needs done this week? & What is happening? DAILY MANTRA: What is inspiring me lately? 6 – Working with the Moon with Monthly Rituals
One way to bring more Flow into your Structure is by creating a practice of working with the Moon. You can set up New moon Intentions and Full Moon Releasing rituals to help you begin your journey into Moon Rituals. This is something I do periodically where I set up my Own Manifesting and Healing Rituals for the Moon. I use my Digital Planner as a Guide to help keep my notes in order.
You use the New Moon Sheets for your Goals and Intentions you wish to call in.
Then you use the Full Moon prompts for Healing, Releasing, Closure and Letting go.
It’s one of my favorite ways to add more rituals into my Spiritual Life. Working with the moon has enormous benefits to it. This is why I also recommend Moon charting If you’re new to working with the Moon so you can see the benefits yourself. 7 – Yearly Vision & Goal Mapping Even By Quarter!
Here’s the truth, If you don’t sit down and ask yourself what you even want, how do you know? This is where Yearly vision and Goal Mapping come in. The #1 Way to get more Intentional with Spiritual Growth and Consistent Goals is to Know What you’re aiming at.
What is your Target? aka Your Vision, Goals & Soul Desires.
If you have no target – You have nothing to aim towards and this is what you tell the Universe. In my Spiritual Awakened Life Planner, There is Yearly Visioning, Quarter Goal Check in and Goal Mapping sheets. These help you develop clarity on your goals and desires, period. This is so you know how to go into the New Year with supreme FOCUS and know your WHY behind your Goals, keeping you in more alignment.
Getting Clear on your Spiritual Growth, regardless of what you’re wishing to accomplish, requires sitting down and looking at the Vision. You can’t get clear on growth or worry about your lack of consistency, if you don’t know what your direction even is. Likewise, you can’t make a resolution on trying to lose weight, without a REALISTIC PLAN to back that up.
Why Resolutions Often Fail is the Lack of Realism
This is why most resolutions fail. They don’t have the Mindset or Realism to back up their goals with consistent action due to lack of planning. The best way to add more Structure to your Spiritual Journey is to Get Clear on your goals. Do you have goals? What is the Vision for your Life? What do you even want? How do you desire to feel? Do your thoughts support your goals? Are you taking action on them? This is work we do heavily in Awaken Your Aligned Vision Workshop. In conclusion, My biggest lesson of the year is that strategy is KEY to Intuitive Flow and Alignment. This is one of the most excellent ways to be consistent and add more structure to your Spiritual Awakened Life. There’s more on your plate, more obligations, and aside from needing more bubble baths, I’m sure what you really want someone to say is this:

1. Embrace the Inner and Outer Balance The balance is about Exercising BOTH parts of your mind.
Are you Externally Overstressed from Everyday Living and feeling all over the place with the holidays?
Too much External Reality for your Spiritual soul: If you’re suddenly overstressed or anxious from everyday living, you’re neglecting your center by not focusing on what’s internal
You are overstimulated – so turn down the lights
Energy Management Tip: Go Within. Dig Deeper. Listen. find inner stillness, Slow down your pace of actions , Go back to your center, yoga, creativity, exercise the right brain, Slooooooooow Down your life & LISTENING deeply. Practice more mindfulness.
Are you so out there in outer space you’re now overwhelmed and anxious by spiritual practices?
Internal Mind – Overwhelmed by Spiritual practices If you’re suddenly overwhelmed from Spiritual practices or intuitive abilities,
you’re not focusing on external reality enough!
Do something mundane or simple to bring you back to baseline, like clean your room, organize something, play a game, go outside, one on one conversation, binge watch tv, see a movie, play a video game, do the sims, go for a walk, spend time with family, do something fun for yourself,
look at cat pictures, lol
Self-Care Energy Management Tip:
Holiday external stress —> Go Inward, slow down, maybe organize your thoughts with a planner 😉 . unplug and relax more.
Spiritual Burnout –> Get your butt up dance, exercise, and do mundane sh*t like watch a holiday movie, look at cat pictures and get your head PRESENT.
2. Find a Cozy Place to Recharge
I don’t know if I’m just getting older but my favorite time of the day is when i get to go to my recharging space and play with my ambient lights. lol
I have a Galaxy 360 projector with ambient lights, I usually have music or video games or coloring!
And I just allow myself to let go for a bit to recharge.
Sometimes I visualize or meditate –
Find the right pillows, colors, lighting and stimulation for your mind to help you recharge.
Our minds are like batteries, sometimes our energy needs to recharge not just during sleep!
Self-Care Tip: What is your recharging space? Is it cozy and relaxing?
3. When in Doubt – Practice Mindfulness by Unplugging
Let’s face it, we are in the Digital Era of VR, Social Media, Constant Binging Notifications and navigating the mental affects of inflation. Unplugging during the holiday chaos can be ESSENTIAL for Empaths, HSP, and anyone who is getting over-stimulated by too much everything
One unconventional practice of mindfulness is simply, less screen-time or being more mentally disciplined with your screen time like with a focus timer app or App Blocker.
Do you have to check FB or IG as soon as you’re awake? what if you waited until noon?
Did you know our Minds are actually biologically designed to be MORE productive in the first waking hours of the day due to our brain waves moving out of “sleep mode”.
How we use that time tells our brain ‘this is what is important’ – by mid afternoon, we are designed to be more laid back, social and our brain waves change again. This is why doing social networking in the afternoon is actually a stronger strategy for the mind and to do your most intense habits in the early hours of the day when your mind is at peak performance and high alert.
Self-Care Tip: When feeling overwhelmed and unfocused, Drop the Devices and Focus on more Present-Awareness with Unplugging.
As an Empath not only will you benefit from less stimulation but you will also come back home to yourself.
4. Do Energetic Check-ins ❄️Ask Yourself: Is this my Energy or Theirs?
During the Holidays it’s easy to start to neglect your own Center.
You’re like a fishing pole, you’re hooking onto these emotions which aren’t necessarily even yours!
Question & Detach yourself from them. Come back to your own energy, repeatedly. Focus on something only you would know. experience, or something that makes you happy.
When this happens we unconsciously live inside people’s energies, even by thinking of them for too long, You begin neglecting your own center.
You always need to come back to base camp: your personal energy.
Your Self-care Tip: Is this really me or them? Realize that the judging, complaining and belittling is only a person talking about themselves. Make your energy checkpoint especially when you feel irritable, drained, uncomfortable or frazzled. Bring yourself back with a thought or memory that only you would know. Recite an affirmation if it helps.
5. Look at Your Language and Self-Talk
Empower your Words with Gratitude
REMOVE “I CAN’T” FROM YOUR VOCABULARY.
Pay Attention to your Universals: “Always”, “Never” “should” “All the time” “can’t” “Every” These words are your weapon to destruction or your key to success.
What you affirm is what you attract.
❄️What do you want to be affirming during the holidays?
Have an Attitude of Gratitude even during the smallest of things like fresh coffee or food in your fridge. Gratitude strengthens our energy and mindset during the holidays.
Your Energy Managing self-care Tip: Words are not merely “words”. They wield power. They orchestrate your life. Use them Wisely. Learn to let go of words, impulse statuses and thoughts that don’t serve your highest good.
6. Do YOUR favorite Holiday Treats
Holidays always bring obligations, often making it a time of generous “giving”. For Empaths, they can’t help but give, it’s in our nature. However, this sometimes leads to unhealthy self-neglect, mental exhaustion, and often a constant need to say ‘yes’ to every event and party.
In response to this: REBEL and Make time to do YOUR FAVORITE Holiday Traditions and treats.
Write a list of your favorite Treats and traditions.
Say “No” instead of “Yes, sure…”
and Girl Stop Apologizing for wanting peace and quiet, cozy days with blankets instead of festive parties
and as always,
make time for yourself this season and don’t be afraid to ask for what you want.
It’s in our empathetic heart, we’d rather spend money on angel trees and forget about ourselves during the holidays – and this is where i’m calling a big B.S.
Make time for BOTH.
Don’t forget to give yourself a Holiday too.
Perhaps that is the Gift that keeps on giving. When your cup is over-floweth then you have more love and treats to give anyway.
Besides Self-care is not Selfish sometimes it’s required for a joyous holiday, good peace in HOME and good will toward men.

The Mind-Body connection helps us know why a symptom is coming up for us such as an ascension symptom. 
The Connection of the Mind-Body also helps us see if we are disconnected from the Mind or Body. 
This is often a big red flag on the ways we may be experiencing misalignment in our nervous system, such as feeling anxiety, having out-of-body experiences, feeling emotionally overwhelmed, hypersensitive or even simply stuck in a loop of negative over-thinking. 
This is why when it comes to the Mind-Body Connection it’s sooooo powerful to understand what is going on neurologically and systematically in your energy body. So you can easily find the root cause to heal or manifest more successfully.

Human Design: Energy Awareness Tool
Human Design is causing a massive uprising in the Personal Development space along with the Spiritual Business environment. People are redesigning their careers/businesses, changing their productivity routines, dropping relationships and reinventing themselves all because they downloaded a new personality test from their birth chart 🙂 
Human design is a great Energy Tool to understand yourself and your Body’s rhythms. It can be a deconditioning tool but in my research, i have found this is where it gets a little lost in communication. It feels like playing with a neuro-puzzle: Looking up gene keys, decyphering gates, having to translate different body types of authority and it gets really really complicated unless you are a prof, it’s a lot more difficult to do the deconditioning experiment. If interested in human design I recommend shopping around and doing research to find a certified teacher. 
Best  Energy Tool For: Body Awareness, Knowing your Energy Type, Your Productivity and Workflows, Habit creation,  How your personal energy Operates, Managing your Menstrual cycle better and Understanding if you’re an defined sacral or undefined sacral helps your physical/mental health.  Human design chart I recommend: Mybodygraph
EFT: Clearing Tool
Emotional Freedom Technique is a great tool for Emotional Triggers or anyone who has suffered from trauma, depression or anxiety. It’s a clearing tool that focuses on certain energy meridians in the body. Personally, I don’t use EFT that often because I find it’s only good for releasing work not repatterning, but if it works for you, that’s great! Keep doing it! 
Energy Tool: Best for Clearing Work and Releasing Triggers or limited beliefs from the body 
Breathwork: Self-Regulation Tool
Breathwork is a great tool for Body Regulation and self-regulation of one’s nervous system. It helps with regulating blood flow and oxygen to one’s brain along with getting us out of the fight/flight response. There are numerous forms of Breathwork ranging from Yogic breathwork such as pranayama or breathe of fire with kundalini yoga. Then there are newer practices that focus on extended breathwork for trauma release or deep-seated wounds. there are tons of different forms of breathwork. 
I am personally more prone to traditional yogi styles, as I’ve already done a lot of self-healing and coaching. I find some breathwork practices to be a little bit extreme and not remotely necessary for clearing work.  It’s best to find the practice that serves you. 
Energy Tool: Self-Regulation, Relaxation, recalibrating energy field and if doing extended breathwork workshops: releasing stored trauma. 
Reiki: The Realignment Tool
Reiki has been around for awhile and it’s been popular since the age of Aquarius started. It’s often a great healing tool for people who are looking for more of a Realignment Process or Basic Healing sessions working on the entire energy body.

Energy Tool: Reiki is amazing for Healing the entire energy body. It is perfect for Re-alignment or Re-calibrating your energy just like an effective meditation practice. 
Crystal Healing: The Energy Amplifier
Crystals are a beautiful tool to use in your healing session or practice to help with clients who need something particular. They are great for working with the Chakras, meditation or Reiki practices.I find crystals to work as Energetic Amplifiers that help us intuitively heal, guiding us towards what we need to heal subconsciously. They often act as a subconscious guide towards directing us to what needs healing. Observing your thoughts while holding a crystal or asking yourself questions helps with the process.  Crystals are a great external tool for Amplifying your healing process but should be used with other Internal practices or working with a crystal certified healer as well for maximum results.  Energy Tool: Amplifier for the energy field and assistant in your healing journey. Great for Altars, working with Rituals, reiki sessions, and raising consciousness.   
The Chakra System: Knowing Your Energy Systems   The Chakras have been an ancient practice that have been part of eastern medicine since the upanishads, better known as the Vedas. It is NOT a new age concept of western design like most people believe today.  
The Chakra System focuses on each Mental, Emotional, and behavioral system in the body, connecting to our endocrine system. 
I consider the Chakras to be like an Energetic psychological Map system to understanding your entire Energy Network. 
They Connect the Mind to the body merging both Limited Belief work, Emotional Healing and Repatterning Techniques that promote sustainable healing. 
The chakra have been my bread and butter for years on my healing journey.  I continously come back to the chakras.
They have especially helped me put a name to what was happening to me in my spiritual awakening.
it also helped produce so much emotional healing, release many symptoms  and helped me even rewire beliefs for manifesting successfully in my life. 
Energy Tool: Emotional Mind-Body Healing, Healing Ascension Symptoms, Releasing trapped emotion in the body, Promotes Emotional Health and Mental Health, helps with successful Manifestation
The Chakras Go Beyond the Surface Level into your Energy Systems
My understanding of the chakras has been different from the get-go. I am so grateful that I learned the chakras in such a unique way that focused on the Law of attraction as it’s helped me develop my framework inside of The Ultimate Chakra Academy. 
Most chakra teachings are very textbook and surface level. It isn’t unlikely to come across healing methods that focus on color therapy, crystals, doing yoga asanas or god forbid someone saying to go lay in nature to heal your chakras.  – 
this barely scratches the surface of the deep seeded Internal work you are capable of doing with the chakra system – I honestly have to roll my eyes a little…
As I’ve expanded my studies on subconscious reprogramming, I began creating my own system of Merging Limited belief work WITH Emotional healing in the chakra system.

Shadow work is one part of the Healing Journey
I recently got into a discussion about shadow work with someone in the industry and their response kinda shook me to make this episode. They were talking about how they only like to talk about the pain points of shadow work because it’s important to not spiritually bypass them. 
They basically told me, 
“enlightenment is not a process of adding things, positive feelings and mystical visions, it’s a process of removing things which requires the destruction of the old (pain points).”
Talk about a narrow Perspective…. 
After Destruction comes REBIRTH. All pain has a Purpose and yet Beyond Pain comes Duality, Which leads me to say: 
You can believe Enlightenment is simply about pain and suffering to access the God Head.  
OR you can believe that Enlightenment is both about the destruction of the old and not CHOOSING to bask in the suffering to embrace the Rebirthing Process. 
The Transformation Process is also all about Awakening Positive feelings, feeling safe again in your nervous system, having mystical visions and desires, and embracing more; 
EMOTIONAL FREEDOM AND LIBERATION. 
This perspective can be so harmful and damaging leaving you chasing shadows in the dark and never quite coming up for air. 
It’s ONE part of the healing process is the destruction of the old self but what happens after destruction? 
What happens after you shed shed shed shed shed 
are you left with an empty house and no furniture?! 
no – you rebuild. 
You rebuild 
and that is why It’s so vital to understand Energy Work and not get lost strictly in shadow work that leaves you with open wounds and bad healing advice. 
Unfortunately – many who talk like this? 
AREN’T ACTUALLY HEALING PATTERNS
This is why I always like to say 
Shadow work is one part of the process, Releasing work is ONE part of the process. 
What’s more important for Healing is the Repatterning Process
What’s more important is the Repatterning after the clearing takes place 
otherwise you’re simply left with a VOID, an empty hole, or destabilization of the soul at worst. 
Now, THAT is what i’m here to teach, talk on and not shut up about… 🙂
Because if you’re not working with the actual energy, 
You’re just trying to manipulate the past, forgive the past and hope it works out.

Many people are on the path to spiritual awakening, but sometimes the process is bumpy. It brings up all sorts of emotional Chaos and Ascension Symptoms, such as hypersensitivity, negative self-talk, Out of body experiences, headaches, and physical symptoms that affect us emotionally with overwhelm. I’m going to share 5 tools that can help you to heal and progress on your path to spiritual awakening. This is probably the Top #1 problem that I see repeatedly gets misunderstood and it’s this:   It’s possible to heal symptoms of Awakening. and you don’t need to ‘suffer’ for your Kundalini or Spiritual Awakening Transformational journey #saidit
IMO suffering in the name of transformation is a Copout. (Now before you throw the phone, hear me out) There’s a different story at play and it’s time to start Expanding your perception around it, okay?

The Five Energy Tools You Need in Your Back Pocket as an Awakened Empath or Intuitive
If you’re taking action, but not seeing the results you’ve desired, here are five methods to consider exploring and begin Shifting your Perspective on.
1. Energy Management
 Energy Management is about understanding How your Energy Works and Fundamentally knowing how to Manage your Personal Vibrations with Your Intuition. It has nothing to do with High vibe only and everything to do with establishing Solid Energy boundaries with pure conscious Awareness. A lot of what occurs for people who don’t have this energy management system in their life is they’ve completely lost touch with their spiritual power. it’s way too common that many highly sensitive and spiritual awakening individuals suppress their intuitive power.
Our intuitive power is really learning how to properly access and use our intuition. it’s about really learning how to access your intuitive gifts and all of this is rooted in energy management because if you don’t have control of your energy or how to manage your energy, it’s very very hard to raise your vibration. When we embrace Energy Management we take back our Self-Accountability on our healing journey
2. Question your Resistance aka Ego
What really perpetuates the symptoms is you’re teaching your mind not to question the ego. Consequentially, what occurs if you don’t question the ego it stays unconscious. Now, because it stays unconscious it makes you believe that you’re out of control of it but this is just an illusion of perception. Then it just kind of runs rampant in your life.
However, you always have the power and the ability to question it because you are a conscious human being. You hold the power of inductive reasoning. Your Ability to have Conscious Thought and Logical Reasoning to Think outside of the box. One of The Best Energy Tools to Begin creating Rapid shifts in your Consciousness is to Question your Ego, limited thoughts, and negative emotions.
3. Energy work or Mind-Body Healing Work
Ask yourself: Do I use Energy work for my spiritual awakening? Energy Work helps aid you successfully in the process of true spiritual transformation. It helps Shift Consciousness from the energetic level allowing you to process emotionally and create sustainable healing on the mind-body.
Energy work can change your relationship to Spiritual Awakeningas it gives you proper tools to manage your vibration and create Emotional Healing on the body. It guides you to understand how energy works, How to Know your Chakra System from the Mind Body connection & Release emotional baggage coming up through the Symptoms of Awakening.
Energy Work helps you properly understand what is happening to you, how your energy body works and the energetic systems you’re operating on and well…now officially conscious of, so that you can end misaligned symptoms of awakening and start to experience more Fulfillment, Better health, while feeling an increase in self-esteem, present awareness and even Clarity of Life purpose. 
4. Work From the Internal State Vs only the External
if you really want a good glimpse into how you raise your vibration, not just Wishing on a Star and thinking positive…. know your mind, know your energy, know your emotions, know your habits. know your behaviors & Start to Get Conscious of these things.
This what I love to teach in-depth inside of The Ultimate Chakra Academy. Know what creates change through your internal state. You cannot solve an internal problem that’s happening due to Spiritual Awakening with an external tool, that’s truth because it won’t work. it’s not working for you because it’s not on the energetic level meaning It’s not changing Consciousness. The inner work is what actually causes real shifts. I see this very very commonly in the spiritual Community is we try to heal or get “relief” with our spiritual awakening with external tools. At the same time, we’re not getting to the root cause of the issue which is internally in our energy, our mindset and emotions. due to the lack of energy work occurring. When you’re working with the internal State, this is when things actually change.
5. Learn Manifestation
 Manifestation teaches you you can take something immaterial from the planes of consciousness and make it material. How does this connect to spiritual awakening? As you work on the Internal state and use manifestation principles to shift your mindset. The healing work generates a byproduct of manifesting your desires. At the same time, you also realize that you don’t have to live with Ascension symptoms because you can work on healing them.
Now after you’ve worked on healing those symptoms they’ll show up less and less and less. Then what you’ll find is that you are a conscious Creator and you’ll start to learn that instead of focusing more on suffering, pain, uncertainty and fear. you now see it as a CHOICE.
Now you are Consciously aware, you start to live in a higher vibrational state which attracts your purpose, authentic self and you start to learn that you can manifest your desires with your mindset by becoming an energetic match now.
How does Manifestation Connect to Awakening?
In simple terms, when it comes to manifestation how does it connect to Spiritual Awakening? Look at it like this, the more you become conscious of Consciousness itself, you’re learning that you hold the power to literally change and shape your reality.

Let’s talk about 3 things that are holding you back from knowing your psychic abilities. We’ll explore what these things are, and how you can overcome them to unlock your Intuitive gifts! If you’re interested in developing your intuition and psychic abilities, then this new episode is for you!
Let me ask you something, When it comes to your Intuition do you find yourself Second-guessing yourself or doubting your capabilities?  It’s honestly more common than you think, 
one of my greatest pleasures is helping people rediscover their Gifts. This was a core focus in Last Month’s Intensive in the Membership, Intuition Mastery. 
But I wonder, 
Are you Truly holding back your Intuitive Gifts?
When I’m talking about spiritual gifts or intuitive gifts, It’s often kind of this mixed perception of what’s known as psychic abilities. However, what you’ll find is that a lot of it can have so much mixed, dogmatic, very societal-based opinions that tell us repeatedly this isn’t normal. For example, even our upbringing of beliefs could have told us that: it is crazy, abnormal or Too mystical. Psychic Abilities are often associated with concepts such as the occult. In religion, we’re taught You’re going to hell. It can be where you’re told you are crazy for thinking outside the norm of tangible reality.
At the same time, this gives us a very narrow and almost Shameful perception of being naturally an Intuitive who has unique gifts. Instead, you’re seen as the person who’s crazy if you have an intuitive power or an intuitive gift. You feel that…right?
There’s Also a Lot of Media and Movie Influence that reinforces this perception and belief around Paranormal Activity. Movies predict it as abnormal, scary, evil, or demonic. We have all of this bizarre conditioning that teaches us to suppress this part of ourselves. Then we Also have MANY people who have cognitive dissonance around spiritual and energetic concepts labeling them as parapsychology or pseudoscience. It is no WONDER we don’t feel safe or trust ourselves to explore our psychic abilities or intuitive gifts! Most of the external world and conditioning give us plenty of reasons why it shouldn’t feel natural or safe to do so.
As a result, We Start holding Ourselves Back
And What occurs from that is you have inherited ways to Hold yourself back, shut it down, suppress something that comes so natural and effortless to you and as a result? You struggle to manage your personal energy, understand yourself, and your innate abilities as an intuitive empath or you FEAR your own Intuitive Power and natural gifts.
It’s more like you don’t even realize that you have a gift because you are completely neglecting it.
You’re suppressing them due to fear or conditioning. You’re turning them off and cutting off connection to Spirit. So you’re shrugging them off. You’re saying, that’s not possible and what occurs is you have all this conditioning that reinforces that suppression. I’ve seen it so many, so many, so many times that This element of we condition ourselves to suppress our intuitive power and naturally what occurs is so much fear, so much uncertainty, so much doubt, and as a result, it makes us lose our natural intuitive gifts.
Top Three Things to Look Out For
Let’s Talk about what are the Top Three Things you need to look out for in terms of suppressing your intuitive power so you can Embrace it: What if Your Intuition is as natural as your arms and Legs? It’s SAFE to Honor Your Intuition and develop your Intuitive Gifts.
It’s safe to trust yourself. It’s safe to not be afraid of talking to spirit. It’s safe to really let go and allow. And this concept really is so powerful because it can teach you so much about who you are.

Here’s the Question, you need to embrace:
Are you living in a vibration of Abundance or a vibration of Scarcity?
This is a concept that can seriously change your life as I often see this problem with so many people especially within the Spiritual Community.
If you’re looking for the secret to a happier, more peaceful or even gentler life, all you need to do is open up to New Mindsets. The one in particular i’m talking about is learning to condition your mind to an Abundance Mindset.
Scarcity Thinking Keeps you Limited In a Scarcity mindset we’re always associating from the illusion of separation by believing there is never enough and there is only a limited supply available to us.
our vibrations give off a desperate, needy energy that feels like we’re trying to push too much to get a desired result. This mentality keeps us contracted, stuck and gets us to believe we’re only in a very limited reality.
In a limited reality you can only see what is right in front of you, instead of believing beyond what you can physically see.The Abundance that is always available to us.
This is why a scarcity mindset can bring a lot of unconscious pain, struggle and suffering.
Signs You’re in a Scarcity Mindset:
Energetic attachments. You overly attach to people, things or even outcomes.
You desperately Cling to Relationships or try to Control them
Creating a pushy and needy energy – gotta gotta gotta get it done
You often are afraid to make investments or spend money (especially on yourself) due to fear.
You may have a fear of getting rid of things and have trouble letting go, (hoarders anyone?)
Always Jealous or envious of what others have and you don’t
Holding a lot of resentment, especially over wealthy people, more fortunate people or people who have more than you
You create a lot of Judgment, Negative self-talk and prone to trolling or picking up debates
Time is often your enemy – there is never enough time – right?
Comparisonitis – We compare ourselves to others, feeling we’re not good enough in our true authenticity
You feel inferior to higher brands, luxury stores or can’t even imagine being close to one.
You believe people are stealing energy from you or you are worried about others copying you
You are a miser when it comes to ideas, money or things – not willing to share
You fear change or dislike heavily feeling uncomfortable if your routine is off creating a ton of cognitive dissonance when experiencing change
You tend to merely settle for less than what you deserve.
You tell yourself you can’t have what you want and you have a whole story of excuses to go with it.
5 ways an Abundance Mindset Can Transform Your Thinking and Inevitably Your Life
1. An Abundance Mindset Trains You to KEEP GOING + ATTRACT MORE
When you Focus on conditioning yourself to have an Abundance Mindset –
You DROP your negative Bias and Begin to Keep going.
You Start Attracting More abundance in all forms such as Love, More than enough of what you need, desire and want, money, abundance of health, etc.
Scarcity: Stops you in your Tracks from taking action you need to take due to FEAR and UNCERTAINTY
2. Abundance Mindset Enhances your Relationships
When you’re in an Abundance Mindset, you naturally attract deeply loving fulfilling relationships, good support, communication and active listening.
Because you’re focused on the natural abundance IN the relationship – you’re not constantly projecting that this person isn’t enough, you’re not weighing pros and cons and you’re certainly not being inauthentic with who you are so you don’t attract that either.
Scarcity: highlights flaws: Nothing IS WORSE than when someone picks you apart, when you come at a lens of scarcity all you see is what someone isn’t doing, their weaknesses or misgivings – you’re deflecting the love and abundance in your actual relationship
3. We Believe unconditionally there is always more than Enough
When you train your mind to believe unconditionally there is always more than enough, you soften your nervous system to feel safer.
You suddenly are okay to relax, let go of ‘there’s never enough time, food, money, etc. and ‘you’re not enough.
You Shift your Perception to filter from ‘there is always more than enough for my needs, desires and wants to be met always no matter what, i am infinitely supported by the divine supply.
Scarcity: Heightens your Anxiety of fear of the future which products an unconscious reaction to go into Fight/flight Mode – producing a survivalist reaction to simple mundane things – even if it’s simply ‘the day to get groceries’ your BRAIN DOESNT KNOW THE DIFFERENCE and panics.
4. You Allow Yourself the Freedom to JUST BE ENOUGH
This is SO COMMON and an issue i’ve also dealt with time and time again – When you focus on your Abundance internally – You allow yourself to be enough as you are.
You stop trying to be something or someone you’re not, you relax into being the fullness of you – the abundance of YOU (we’ll be talking about this concept in the workshop for sure)
The Abundance of You is you in your fullest authentic expression of self.
Scarcity: Projects an illusion that you’re always doing it wrong, you’re never enough or too much for people, you can’t just settle into being you. This causes a reactive habit of external influence and project success always telling you WHO TO BE.
5. When you Think Differently – You ACT DIFFERENTLY
When conditioning yourself to operate from an Abundance Mindset, you suddenly will start to take different intuitive aligned actions forward.
You will suddenly gain: energy, insight, love of self, intuition, passion, and even confidence
Scarcity: Because Scarcity thinking keeps you in doubt and limited thought.
