Tips
i donโt want to get caught not eating or throwing up by my friend. he knows i have a history of disordered eating and i hate whenever he asks me what iโve eaten today.
it makes it so much harder to lie about not eating when i decide i donโt deserve a full meal. or the guilt with the way he looks at me whenever iโm eating something that isnโt the right serving.
can someone tell me how to get away with not eating or hiding the fact that iโm not eating?
