Tips
i donโ€™t want to get caught not eating or throwing up by my friend. he knows i have a history of disordered eating and i hate whenever he asks me what iโ€™ve eaten today.
it makes it so much harder to lie about not eating when i decide i donโ€™t deserve a full meal. or the guilt with the way he looks at me whenever iโ€™m eating something that isnโ€™t the right serving.
can someone tell me how to get away with not eating or hiding the fact that iโ€™m not eating?
