Just because you finish your fast doesn't mean you need to eat high cal foods!
I like to make low cal snacks the day before my fast ends to snack on, you can find many on Pinterest and they make nice portions too. I love to make a batch of low cal pancakes or cookies to munch on, and I feel a lot less guilty eating them.
Bigger portions, less cals or more cals less portions pick your poison!

Hoy tuve control y la doctora me retó. Perdí 5kg en dos semanas, según ella, con el plan que me dio no debí haber perdido más de 1kg. Y acá es cuando me puse a analizar, ¿las personas que pierden peso saludablemente se conforman bajando 1kg cada dos semanas? Yo no puedo, incluso siento que haber perdido sólo 5kg es MUY poco.
