Hey y’all! I’ve been making soap!

It’s really simple too. I just use sea water, olive oil, and lye, making it incredibly gentle for sensitive skin. It’s been cool. I’ve even found a way to use herbs too which I loveeee. It’s weird but it feels so nice to make something both practical and pretty at the same time. And my bathroom smells amazing…. I’ve def made too much soap but no one can get mad at me because everything smells so good. They’ll make nice Christmas gifts so at least I don’t have to worry about that !!!!!

I'd love to hear about any skin conditions you guys may have! I’m still new at this and want to continue practicing. I would love ideas !!

Pure Castile soap is gentle enough to use on babies, burn victims, cancer patients, animals, ect. Since I’m surrounded by pregnant ladies I thought it would be a good offering but.. soap and herbs can help a multitude of issues so! Reply away and give me stuff to research~~~*~* yes?

[this isn't inherently a ship post and i don't want it to be interpreted that way]

but when you think about it after losing thalia and with grover distancing himself for the reason thinking he has falied them, annabeth was completely relying on luke, who never bothered about her in the slightest. by the age of 12, after luke's betrayal was revealed, she had already officialy lost two families and wasn't going to let herself have a bond where she is vulnarable and can be easily let down again. until she met percy. she was holding herself back from trusting him and having him to save her back, where he can be easily placed to stab her, by other means or by himself, it doesn't matter. but as the time goes by percy keeps proving himself to annabeth, that he's not the person that'll let her down and as it's revealed to her that he's the hero that will fullfil the prophecy she tries to hold herself back from forming a fragile bond with someone this time she knows that has to leave her. but every time percy has to choose between anything/anyone and annabeth, he always chooses her and makes it known that he has chosen her, that's when she finally gives up holding herself back. even if he's going to die in the end, she wants to feel irreplaceable to someone for the first time in her life. and even though percy had more reasons than just annabeth to it, him letting down being a god and choosing to stay by her side in front of her is when she finally realises she has a home. her home is by percy, where she's permanent.

so, the thing about the megaflora in boscage is that, even though it’s incredibly strong, it’s not particularly smart. they’re plants after all, and so their “thoughts” mainly just consist of violence in service to obtaining food, and violence for the sake of violence. that changes when shadow shows up though.

through their shared black arms dna, the plants are able to connect with him, and they start poking around inside his brain. they see all his thoughts, all his memories, learn what he learns, know what he knows… and suddenly, the megaflora is extremely smart. smart enough to realize that having a mobile unit, not tethered to roots, and with a mouth that can speak for the collective, would be beneficial. so they smother shadow into submission. there’s just too many of them to hold back, once they decide they want him.

once he’s assimilated, they continue to learn more from him, and one thing in particular stands out: the creation of their world. through the eyes of shadow’s memory, they see sonic shatter the paradox prism, and thus, create boscage maze, and therefore the megaflora themselves. this leads the megaflora to the conclusion that their true creator is not gerald, the loathsome traitor who abandoned them, left them to starve, and now seeks to destroy them with project halcyon, but instead sonic.

the megaflora get a sort of reverence for him… “shadow” tells sonic that he forgives him for shattering the prism. tells him it was a good thing, actually. and that’s when sonic starts to clue into something being seriously wrong. frankly, he liked it more when shadow was upset with him... because at least that was really him :(

so that's what i've been working on for the past 2 weeks! i wanted to draw something for this intro ever since i first listened to it (as a companion piece to my other gur drawing, though it of course ended up being way bigger in scale), but it only really gripped me about halfway through PALISADE ep 18. the next morning after that i listened to this narration on repeat for about 45 minutes and then made a big sketch on 4 sheets of paper at my desk at work.

anyways, i haven't listened to the new episode yet but i think i'm probably ready for whatever they're gonna throw at us with the next sortie. i'm gonna believe, against it all, in millennium break. for gur
