220cal Fruit (ice)cream bars
(i made two portions ,16 pieces in total, the calories are for 8 pieces, about 30 per piece)
okay first of all…sorry that i was gone so long! depressions got a bit worse and i also found some new hobbies that took a lot of my attention but i try to post every once in a while:)
and nowwww these kinda icecream bars are actually soo good for the summer i absolutely love them!
you need:
-60g of fruit (doesn’t really matter which one, couls change the texture tho)
-2tbsp of yogurt (i used skyr) |22cals|
-2tsp coconut oil |90cals|
-1tbsp cream cheese |90cals|
how to:
just combine everything in a blender,blend until snooth and then just freeze for about three hours:)
i made mine with strawberries and blueberries and i must say that the blueberries made the whole thing a bit more „icy“ becaue they had more juice!
i let them freeze overnight but 3hours should be fine as well:) i also think a chocolate kind would be tasty.
cals might be a bit off because i forgot to weight correctly but ut shouldn’t be too much! maybe 10cals +/-

Low calorie high protein yogurt 🎀
One of my go to breakfasts with added fruit of choice.
This is a really delicious way of getting in protein! Taste and feels better then Greek yogurt. I've only seen strawberry and vanilla in the tubs but they make individuals with many flavors. 100kcal for 15g protein.
which fits my 1g protein to 10kcal ratio.
I recommend adding any fruit, and or protein granola just a bit for some crunch.

Something basic but still one of my favs, rice cakes they have like 25 cal each
Vegetables are soo low in cal and are also so yummy,some of my favorite are cucumber,tomatoes,Letters,Sellerie and carrot
Diet Soda,I think I dont really need to explain it but it is just low in cal nad helpd when I want to binge
Fruit are low in calorie and help when u craving smt sweet
Yum yum noodle are definitely one of my favorite cause they have like 74 cal and are tasty and just perfect
Egg white is very filling,low in cal (like 13 each) and also yummy
Tea , tea is perfect if u want to binge and also has zero cal but if u don't like it with out suger just put sweetener in it ,it will make it sweeter and also add maybe 1 to 5 cal
In general light food like light baby bel
High protein puddings, I love them sooo much they very tasty and for a entered cup jts like 170 cal but it is worth it and filling
popcorn it's just low in cal perfect if u want to binge and very tasty

Recipe: Mini Bagel Breadling
Servings: 2
per serving: 53 cal / 0.2g fat / 10.4g carbs / 2g protein
Ingredients:
30g spelled flour
40g low fat curt/quark
1/4 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
additional: bagel seasoning / sesame seeds
Instructions:
put all ingredients (except bagel seasoning) in a little bowl and tickle it until you get a smooth little dough ball.
2. divide into 2 even balls and roll it out into a worm. Connect both ends of each worm to worm a ring.
3. accidentally drop the ring into the bagel seasoning and put them onto a baking sheet.
4. put the baking sheet into a cute mini oven on 180°C / 356°F for 15 min until golden
5. take them out and let them cool down. Enjoy! :)
In the near future i wanna experiment swapping out some of the flour with neutral protein powder. I will let you know how it went and post a new recipe if it was a success :)

exercise dance workouts
fruits/veggies all the time!!
fast every 3 days
don't eat after 6pm

low calorie pizza recipe
2 egg whites
1 soup spoon tomato sauce
20g low fat cheese
whisk the eggs to form stiff peaks
put it in a pizza pan and put it in the oven
when both sides are a bit toasted ad the sauce and cheese and put it back in the oven until the cheese melts
enjoy!
calories depend on what cheese and how much you use
