😂Me and Bernie contemplating about Miss Rona and how crazy the world become. ..... 🚶🏼‍♂️Är jäkligt less på att gå. Haha. Är stel i hela kroppen och har ont typ överallt. Av att gå! Normales? I förrgår försökte jag ta några joggingsteg men det gick inte. Mina framben/skenben/smalben (vad fan heter det?) gör för ont och knäna också. Det var anledningen till att jag slutade träna 20 år sedan... Benhinnesinflammation och knäproblem. Det mest deprimerande när jag försökte jogga var dock själva känslan... Jag har alltid älskat att springa, men när jag försökte med det nu, så kände jag mig som en elefant. Jag kommer ihåg när mina steg kändes så lätta och jag kunde jogga hur länge som helst... Har ju sprungit milen på ca 42,5 min en gång i tiden och sprang varje dag förut. Det har min tillflyktsort när livet kändes allt annat än bra. Det var en av anledningarna till att jag kom över min tonårsdepression. Åh vad jag saknar löpningen😭 ..... 🧎‍♂️Idag ska jag försöka ge mig på @dagtolstoy och hans morgonyoga live här på Instagram. Bävar redan nu. Hahaha. Behöver se den på mobilen så kan tyvärr inte spela in det. Osis.😂 ..... 🍲Coronan gjorde mig som sagt ännu latare och kraftlös. Mitt förfall vart total. Nu har coronan gjort att jag äter nyttigt (inte beställt hämtmat på 2 veckor), tar dagliga promenader och inte druckit alkohol på jättelänge. ..... 🤲Jag älskar min massagepistol! Skulle inte överleva utan den. Men jag skulle behöva uppsöka en riktig naprapat/massör. Synd att jag inte får mitt friskvårdsbidrag från jobbet längre.
