Working on some new stuff ✨
While it’s too late for me to officially join the #scbb2023 , I figured it couldn’t hurt to get this out there in the spirit of the event ♥️

Jason Todd and Tim Drake are so important to me bc I am also the gay middle child with mental health issues and low self esteem who feels like they do not truly belong to their family and probably has the most potential to be a super villain

Countdown to Coven of Chaos: 364
Wanda: “Let’s head out!”
Y/N: “Yay! I can’t wait to get going”
Agatha: *knocks a vase over with her bag, which is about to burst open*
Wanda: “What did you pack?”
Agatha: “Only the essentials”
Y/N: “Is that why it’s fifty pounds?”
Agatha: “It’s just some light reading!”
Wanda, opening the back: “It’s like sixteen books”

this is me trying is for the burned-out gifted girls that still want to succeed in life and school, but are struggling to keep up with everyone and everything because they feel that they are not good enough. The girls that spend their days pretending to be their favorite fictional characters because they loath themselves so much. The archer girlies and the anti-hero girlies. The girls that need support from others but are too afraid to ask for it. The girls that easily get stressed out. The girls with crippling anxiety. The girls that long to find true happiness and to be at peace with themselves. The girls that escape into movies and books in order to feel a real sense of joy, even if it’s for a minute. Most of all, the girls that are trying to be a better person so they won’t let that one special person in their life down.

i nod along at every post criticizing seward’s malpractice and arrogance and cruelty and everything and intellectually i am absolutely genuinely interested in many of them and in the general topic of how to read seward and his place in the novel and what the text is doing with madness and rationality and so forth. but in my sick deranged heart on some level at all times i’m like “he’s a depressed workaholic going through a break-up and i could 1000% fix him”

There’s just so much gay longing in RE: Extinction, RE: Afterlife, and RE: The Final Chapter. I mean, they are literally the only movies in that franchise that I watch repeatedly the way I do. People will tell you Apocalypse is the best one but that’s just not true. It’s Extinction. It’s always going to be Extinction. That scene with the crows is just so fucking good, and the chemistry between Alice and Claire is flawless. When Claire screams in anguish and rage and Alice starts fighting the programming? Amazing! Quality! That timing and the choice to use Claire are purposeful, I am telling you.
The fact that when Alice wakes up at the end of The Final Chapter to see Claire’s face? When so often that role is played by the love interest? Let me tell you there is no way that they didn’t do that purposefully. It’s Alice and Claire at the end of the world, baby. If those three movies proved anything, it’s that they understand each other on a deep level.
I mean, Claire dropped Doc like a hot potato, no regrets, the minute Alice turned up again. There was no heartbreak there, you can see it in her face. There was anger and disgust, but she didn’t look like she was losing the love of her life. Not like how she looked when it seemed like Alice was going to have to sacrifice herself (again) to save the world. When Claire thought Alice was going to die, it looked like her heart was being ripped out of her chest. I don’t think she could kill Alice even if Alice betrayed her. (I mean, she probably could, but it would be a very different scene from the one with Doc.)
You cannot make this shit up, and if they made another movie, they’d have to pair Alice and Claire together canonically because I’m pretty sure that 75% of the active fan base is sapphic women who love watching beautiful women wield weapons (it’s certainly not the video game fans!), and we’d riot.

If ACOTAR was realistic
Feyre: Hey Tamlin?
Tamlin: Yes?
Feyre: I’m falling in love with Lucien. What should I do?
Tamlin: …
Tamlin: Lucien is not interested in you. You should run away. Into my arms.
