My observation: there are two types of Instagram creeps, it appears.
Self proclaimed "health experts" who prey on disabled people to sell stuff that doesn't work, and men with no lives who fetishize disabled women apparently.

Sometimes I get scared that I'm like Vivziepop except that instead of me having same-face and same-body syndrome for failed-chemically lab grown yet fucked up DNA-coded malfunctioned twig looking "Tumblr Sexymen" with little to no POC features with sharp teeth, shit eating grins and smug-eyes(Idk how to properly describe it but it makes me feel utter rage still ok??), it's me with the same frontal hairstyle like why tf do I keep drawing emo-looking hair that covers half the face on my ocs atleast half of the time??Lmfaooo TwT.

Person A and person B are instructed to pretend to be in a rocky relationship so that the rest of the class can practice couple’s counseling. Hilarity ensues when A and B get a little too into it and have a bit too much fun.

being a queer kid on the interwebs
YouTube was my first exposure to the world of the internet (and I was honestly kinda screwed up from there). I consumed media but never gave back to it- until PopJam, which was recommended to me by a close friend that I still hold dearly to today.
For context, PopJam was an app where users could create and share art/images. Think Tumblr but for kids and you could make art on it.
It basically was my first experience in being a "social media user," where I viewed content of others and made my own. I owe a lot to it for giving me the right words to really understand what the queer community was and exposing me to more diverse content in general considering I rarely saw non-white or non-east-Asian people being featured (I consumed things such as Dinosaur King, Yandere simulator, Glitter Force, and Vocaloid) or the word "gay" was an insult (any other term was basically non-existent).
Weirdly enough, it made me realize that I liked more than one gender and that I didn't really like being what I was assigned to at birth. I realized that a lot of what I was taught before just wasn't it. I felt more like a human after "rewriting" myself. The online anonymity gave me a sense of hope knowing that the people I knew in real life probably wouldn't like me for it but I could definitely find people who would accept me online.
The app has since shut down and I'm left with some friends, some art, and some memories. While I don't really miss it, I can't say that the experience hasn't left a lasting impression on me. I'm still more comfortable in labeling myself against what I was assigned to at birth. I'm still attracted to people that aren't only men.
And I'm still viewing and posting on the internet.

Peter: Ned, it’s been real. Ned: Later.  Tony: Yeah, so real. And don’t be a stranger, dog. Ned: … Peter: Don’t ever say that again.

Does anyone else remember when the hubs of fandom exerience were websites that stood like mighty museums? Some were stocked with but a few hyperlinks to fuzzy JPEGs, intermingled with clipart and promotional photos, but one image would be the sole property of that website, and so it maintained its distinction. Others, meanwhile, would be packed full of myriad galleries, shelved with tomes of fanfiction, and perhaps--if they could afford the bandwidth--videos.
And almost all of them had, at the bottom, a door to a special room. Many could come and browse these rooms, but if you spoke with one who held the keys and registered your name and promised to abide by their rules, you could take a seat and join int he conversations. You could submit your drawings and admire the works of others. News and rumous would flourish, sometimes petty squabbles would erupt, and rooms were even carved out for people to simply relax and gossip about whatever.
Sometimes these hallowed halls would crumble to dust. Some still stand, waiting to serve as they have done for decades.
It was a different digital world.

🍛🍜🍥🍙
🍛 Have any comments, tags or reactions to one of your fics every made you laugh or cry or both?
SO many but one that really got me lately was this from the lips i used to call home:
Tumblr media
🍜 Do you ever feel pressured to write?
I never did till this past year with pov which was an… interesting experience. I had a lot of actual real life shit that influenced my ability to update but I’d be lying if I didn’t say that the more people asked (mostly in rude ways rather than the nice ones) for another chapter, I decided not to write 😌
🍥 What's your favorite fic you've written?
I couldn’t choose, anything from the highlight reel is a winner for me and the fics I reread the most.
🍙 Is there a fic you wish had gotten more attention?
I could probably go by year but I’ll say when we were young

You ever come across a blogger on Instagram whom you find cool and relatable so of course you follow them, and then one day out of the blue they post the most unhinged crap imaginable and you're like oh Jesus fuck now ok bye, can't hit the "unfollow" button hard enough, and swear on your heart that you'll never let your guard down again.

Short internet storytime: I remember when Spider-Man: Across The Spiderverse first came out and since the fandom was brand new at the time, I saw alot of cool fancontent like fanart and animations on YT atleast. I'm sure there were some pretty sick fanfictions too but I didn't look over in that area because I was scared lol anyways, on that note I gotta make a spidersona eventually like I already came up with a gimmick idea but I'm lazy af. Another thing was me being grossed out by how many Miguel O'Hara simps there were in general so I decided to complain about it to my friends and saved some of the suggestive art I saw on my phone purely just to show them hoe ridiculous they were being but apparently you become one of his stans after saving only a few specifically posed drawings of him from your social media feeds shaking my head I hate big buff vampire-looking men fuck you. Anyways I need to find somewhere to pirate the movie since I for some reason wasn't able to watch it for awhile atleast due to being busy irl rahhhh. I am so cranky rn because I can't sleep so sorry about that ughh...
