You know what, I assume that people always read my pinned, or notice the pointer "new reader? start here" in every new Fragments' episode. I might be deluding myself. So hi hello lemme TALK ABOUT MY COMIC.

Before I get too rambly (and I mean RAMBLY), here's a quick intro. Fragments is a comic focused on feels and slice of life, made by a queer guy, aiming to ~character study~ the main cast (Vivi, Raha, Alisaie, Feo Ul) and fill in the gaps in canon (or linger in canon moments that needed more air imo), the tone ranging from angst to fluff to meme. Good punches require a good windup, so please don't expect angst anytime soon :3c

The story's segmented (fragmented, heh) into episodes. Episodes 1-11 take place in ARR, you can enjoy them with no worry about spoilers. Episode 12 onward is ShB, with all the spoilers and lorebending.

My storytelling style assumes you haven't only played through ShB, but know it like the back of your hand, i.e. it's for nerds and thinkers. Of course there's plenty of silly moments that don't require any deep knowledge, but the overarching story does. Often I skip canon events, only hinting that they took place, simply because I don't wanna retell the msq 1:1, I've got plenty of original scenes waiting to be drawn. You're in for a treat if you like obsessing over emotional and moral implications of things. And, yes, this's a story about a morally grey mc. Don't expect to be spoon-fed "and this's why that thing's bad, kids".

Currently I've outlined all the main story beats up until post EW, so it's like, not being winged as I go. Yes I refine things here and there, but I know where I'm going. I'm going ham!!!! With the lorebending post ShB. Initially I didn't plan to, but the more I learned about Vivi and personally grew as a writer, the more courage I got to "divorce" from canon. The general xiv story may still be good wherever it's headed, but it's not suited for an established wolgraha, so I'm making food for myself.

Everyone imagines the lil scenes from their wol's life, I'm taking that a tiiiiiny step further. Fragments tells a cohesive story that's looking to be the longest project at least in our corner. I can and will hyperfixate on this for years.

I started out just like many others, being hit with ShB like a truck, I wanted to put a catboy under a microscope and rotate him forever. Although I'd already been drawing for decades, I didn't have the comic-making skills yet, or eloquence to write the dialogue, so I spent the first half of 2022 self-studying, just because I needed a mouth to be able to scream about my ship.

Vivi didn't exist prior to my obsession with Exarch. He was made for this, he started out as a reagent (or a foil, now that I know fancy writing terms) for a rich and fun chemistry, and keep myself entertained for years, first and foremost.

Me, a fool: okay let's make a guy that falls in love with Exarch in this particular moment, what kinda life must he have led to- Me: ....oh no

The chemistry quickly bubbled up and exploded in my face, involving not only Exarch, but other characters (first as a means to subtly tell about Vivi, then they also demanded their own screentime), and here I am, sitting with a massive script on my hands, drawing my blorbos every day. Thanks for enabling that btw.

I care about characters a lot. I ask a lot of whys and hows. I'm critical-minded and burned on many bad stories that did their characters dirty, and I wanna be an opposing example. What I'm doing is extremely ambitious and risky, yes, but I can only invite you to tag along and see if I stick to my word.

The internet's a cruel and unforgiving place nowadays, and here I am, pitting my passion against what feels like decaying humanity. I'm making this comic to keep myself happy above all else, being sincere and cringe because life's too short to be anything else.

Again, spoiler warning?

It's kind of a long post so, look under the cut.

When Mr Tweedy would take her on dates (a rare occasion indeed) she'd actually rather enjoy herself. Mainly because it's food she doesn't have to prepare or pay for. If Dr Fry took her on a date, she'd probably treat it like a business meeting and just act as if she's enjoying herself to keep him content.

Frequently dyes her hair to hide the greys.

Hobbies? I reckon she loves going hunting with her two dogs. Probably loves a bit of cooking too and not just chicken but all sorts of decent meals. Gordon Ramsey style "WHERE'S THE LAMB SAUCE MR TWEEDY!?"

I'd like to think that within all her notebooks and things of papers, bills and stuff there are little doodles. Like on the side of her clipboard papers too.

I feel like she straightens her hair but actually has naturally wavy/curly hair.

She doesn't like children. I feel like this is an obvious thing but like yeah. Although, I feel like she'd make a fun auntie.

SO if she was an auntie, she'd become extremely protective over her niece and show her how to use an axe and stuff. She'd push other kids off swings then say they fell off just so that her niece can have a turn.

In my previous Headcanons post I mentioned how she snores, I'd like to think it takes ages for her to actually fall asleep. Just laying there, eyes wide. Whilst Mr Tweedy is sleeping like a baby. Then future wise, Dr Fry probably doesn't even sleep in the same room let alone same bed. Like he has his own little bedroom and Melisha has this massive, extensively large bedroom quarters to herself.

She hates nicknames but will tolerate them to please whoever her current husband is. "My love" "Pumpkin" She prefers acts of love rather than words of affirmation, nothing sappy/cheesy.

When she was younger... She was definitely "Daddy's Little Princess" SURELY. Just stood there looking all innocent, give it a few decades and she's a maniac chicken farmer.

Hopefully these made sense, I'm just kinda spilling information from my head lol.

Today I had very weird dream.

Unfortunately i've already forgotten most of it, but I do remember the last part.

I was in my town, at Night. It was extremely foggy, and I was running, running extremely fast and at one point, I turned into a werewolf.

Then, my pov gets changed, and now I see everything from the eyes of a girl, who's trying to get to me, while screaming my name.

She saw me already transformed, running away extremely fast.

Then, she screamed one last time. At that point, I turn back, I get back to her.

The weird thing is that i saw all of this through her eyes.

When i do get back, for one moment, she's scared af.

Then, I finally get to her, and through her eyes, i see myself.

I was gigantic, standing on all fours, but I had paw-hands so I could definitely stand up. And also, i had red eyes and a brown fur palette, i think

That scene happened so fast, i don't remember it very well

Then, for whatever reason, after a quick and intense exchange of looks, I slapped her, and the dream ended.

It was... weird, yes. I dunno how to describe it.

I think that slap was supposed to mean something like "forget me and move on", cuz I felt like I cared too much about that girl, but at the same time I felt like I would have only harmed her, so that's why I decided to leave.

I think that's what happened, but I can't really know for sure.

Its true tho, I've been undecided in these days.

Or maybe I'm just- hyperfixating on this? Overthinking it? Cuz like- I was thinking... if my hair is dark brown, how can my fur be black and dark grey?

I dunno tbh

But I do know one thing. In these days, i've been trying to reconnect myself with my were-self, and yesterday i went mad while chewing up my pillow. I felt like I was assaulting my prey, it felt so good.

I also started to see werewolf images again, before going to sleep

I dunno, maybe it's finally working? I can't be sure, but this could be it

Also, i dunno if i should consider funny the fact that I slapped this girl while in werewolf form or not, lol

what are some fics that you have worked on but ultimately decided to shelf and not post? what were they about and what made you decide not to post them in the end?

I am in a constant state of denial where I believe all of the unpublished 150k words sitting in my drafts will see the light of day.

But there are fics that don't 'work' for various reasons. Usually because I've bitten off more than I can chew as a pantser who struggles to write plot-heavy works. Some fics I just don't click with, or I realise I had a premise but nothing beyond that, so they putter out after a few lines.

A few longer ones from 2021 that I permanently shelved though are:

Tabula Rasa (43k) - my first foray into this fandom. It's a post-DH fic in which Draco discovers a child version of Tom Riddle left behind in the Manor. I pulled the plug for a couple of reasons:

It was VERY influenced by the fics I'd been reading at the time. I have a bad habit of regurgitating lines into my writing from fics and books I've read without realising it, but this was extremely derivative to the point of not having that much creative value on its own.

It was meant to be Drarry but I could not write Drarry chemistry to save my life. Tom and Draco had far more chemistry but given they were 8 and 18 that was really not the dynamic I was going for lol. So instead I wrote The Travelling Cabinet.

Caprice (7k) - The first Taco fic I wrote, probably. Think I wrote this after reading a few Chinese taco fics that featured muso Tom. Summary was:

Draco Malfoy, a talented young violinist, catches the eye of rising star conductor Tom Riddle. With a ruthless vision for success in a world losing interest in classical music, Tom provides the boy with an opportunity he can’t refuse. (Muggle AU)

I wrote Tár first, is all I can say.

I could probably still finish this fic. A couple of major struggles were:

My need to write a setting with accuracy combined with the lack of knowledge I have about London, the British classical music scene, translating orchestra to prose etc. I was getting bogged down in the details & getting increasingly bothered by the implausibility of my premise. An example of how stuck I was getting is that I spent over an hour trying to figure out the best way to describe a sofa only to write six words ("dove grey with diamond tufted buttons" - also am still not sure that is the best way to describe what I meant, just spent another 10 mins googling and arguing with ChatGPT).

It was heavy on the dubcon and noncon and at the time I didn't feel like adding to all the rapey dracomort/tomdraco fics lol.

I think if I were ever to finish it, I'd probably move it to a magical setting so that I wouldn't become so hyperfixated on the real-world accuracy of my writing.

This is a little different from my usual content but I really wanted to write about my oc who I’ve currently been hyperfixated on (-_-)

(Disclaimer) I do not have much of the world building figured out for Avalon’s story but I do know that it’s based around Arthurian legends TT

After becoming almost completely blind at a young age Avalon was abandoned by his parents and casted into the woods

Nicknamed Ava, he took on the life of a hermit

Bro is literally a Disney princess living amongst the wildlife

He is such a big loser oh my god

Introverted and dumb and mean and I love him

He finds shelter in a small abandoned cottage nestled in a clearing of trees with very few personal belongings he’s scrounged for which consist of a tree stump carved and whittled to be more comfortable and work as a pseudo chair, a tattered and worn quilted blanket, (extremely) uncomfortable mattress that was partially bug eaten found in the house, and an assortment of old nicknacks.

Has a good rapport with the local wildlife and often receives gifts from them

He’ll leave his house and trip over a giant salmon left on his doorstep by his kindhearted bear friend, or will he jump scared by a gentle deer bumping his head into the side while he worked his make-shift garden

ᴀᴘᴘᴇᴀʀᴀɴᴄᴇ

Ava has brown hair that just brushes his shoulders and is cut in uneven layers, he dislikes being able to feel it on his skin so whenever it gets to long he attempts to cut it himself

His eyes are a dark grey with a tint of blue and he’s covered in scratches and scars from when he was younger struggling at first to make it through the woods

His skin is sunkissed from days spent outside gardening and covered in freckles

Let me know if u guys would like me to write a story with him maybe like an x reader or something 🤗 I love this guy and want to write for him el oh el

DID SOMEBODY SAY LORE???

Since I’m still in a major Poptropica hyperfix, of course my first major lore dump (since my accursed Amino days, but we don’t talk about that) is going to be related to my take on the world of Poptropica!

& since I have no word limit on here, I can finally go fricken HAM with this!!

Here we go!

Alright, firstly I wanna tackle my main trio since I had to be VERY vague with their profiles.

Sporty used to be (& technically still is) a dragonborne who left his home island in pursuit of adventure when he was a teenager (which is basically me making sense of when my in-game version of Sporty was grey with horns & bat wings).

Eventually, he meets these demi-god people residing in the skies called the Blitzmanians, & their whole deal is they’re protectors of Poptropica (specifically from Zeus, since that guy tries to take over the planet a LOT behind the scenes). After witnessing Sporty & his adventures in secret, their king was impressed with his caring & passionate spirit & thus bestows upon him the ability to disguise himself as a proper human (which is where the red lightning tattoo comes from) in exchange for Sporty working for them to help even more of Poptropica, giving him updates on what islands need his help & such.

Later down the line, he is confronted by Lone, the son of the king, who felt outplayed by Sporty & desired to be the one to travel Poptropica to help the populous & impress his father. Sporty’s quickly able to convince the jealous prince to tag along with him instead, letting the literal demi god reside with him in his rather humble home.

Soon after, this mysterious woman that Sporty had a few friendly encounters with shows up to give Sporty a proposition to ALSO work with Spy Island HQ to FURTHER allow him to help the entirety of Poptropica. The dork with a golden heart of course agrees to this & now Quick Grape, who Lone did not 100% trust, joined the team, allowing the gang to use all sorts of advances gadgetry & even upgrading Sporty’s house to be far more comfortable. Since Sporty trusts Quick with all his heart, he fails to notice how overly observant Quick can be with Lone & anything related to his clan. Lone notices, however, but has accidentally became too attached to Sporty to do anything about it.

NOW FOR THE BADDIES!!

All the villains know each other pretty well, but they were still rather on their own for the most part. That was, until the Super Villain Quartet regrouped. That totem thing about “removing their evil” thing was complete baloney & practically didn’t do anything other than put powerful evil-fueled energy into physically manifested objects that got destroyed anyway, so the four still-evil villains decided since they were chosen as the most evil villains in Poptropica, they might as well team up to increase their odds of succeeding (even if Bard & Harvey didn’t quite see eye to eye at the time).

Somehow building themselves a huge base of operations, the four work together to aid in each other’s villainous deeds, with the advance defense systems Bard & Harvey co-built keeping all four of them safe from the law & from Sporty’s squad. While their ambitions were rather vast in the beginning, they gradually became more & more demoralized to push for the ultimate goal of ruling Poptropica after so many failed attempts & thus shifted to more smaller acts of villainy, either for legitimate reasons (like Black Widow stealing valuables & riches for money with Crawfish sometimes doing the same) or just because it gets the adrenaline running & it’s fun (literally the other three). This is why Bard is a lot more calm & sarcastic then they were back in Astro Knights.

Speaking of me referring to Bard that way, yes, my guy IS non-binary, pretty much to an extreme extent, & what I mean by that is my guy is like… mostly mechanical, with only their head, chest, & right arm being flesh. Yeah, I took the fandom headcanon & RAN with it! Like I made Bard the ULTIMATE non-binary. Like I made them DESPISE gender, it’s great. They’re rather snarky, almost always aiming their witty remarks at Widow because she’s the most easily angered by their comments (that & Harvey does that cute bunny “thumping” thing when he’s mad & Bard’s mechanical heart can’t take too much of that cuteness). Those two always try to outwit each other & Bard is almost always triumphant.

Bard’s not COMPLETELY chill, however, & when set off, practically will lunge at someone with their own bare hands. They’re the LEAST mentally stable of the four after all, not to mention having… well… issues thanks to a CERTAIN someone throwing them under the bus as Mordred as they were thrown into prison for the first time.

The extent of these issues has led to the very name “Mordred” almost immediately putting them into a fit of rage, same with “Elyana”.

It is also impossible for anyone else to take off the jester hat. Their hair is BEYOND ruined & since Bard is too afraid to shave it all off since they know it won’t grow back in the state it’s in, they just hide it. It is why Bard will go anywhere in a VARIETY of different outfits but will STILL have the hat on no matter how “goofy” they look.

Dr. Hare is a lot more goofy than Bard, & is the one who introduced the idea of petty villainy to Bard (& the first one to fall for the guy & be TERRIBLE at hiding it). He’s the most animated out of the four, doing all sorts of crazy one-off ideas practically every week. This has led to many, MANY “wait a minute, that’s MY idiot!!” moments with him, since while Harvey is a mechanical & bio-engineering genius, he can be rather… short sighted, often acting before thinking.

Oh also, going by another popular Poptropica headcanon, THIS Harvey is also trans, but just like Bard, he’s the ULTIMATE trans, COMPLETELY switching his sex with nothing but his genius & probably some shady methods he will never bring to light. Why? Cause a mad scientist being trans & doing whatever it takes to do what every trans person wishes they could accomplish is just such a brilliant idea & you cannot stop me.

Regarding him ABSOLUTELY having some rabbit-traits to him (cause like… there’s no way those buck teeth are NOT from the lab accident), I firmly believe he has a few rabbit quirks to him like the angry thumping I mentioned earlier as well as the vegetarian diet rabbits have, which is why he is very… VERY skinny.

He also ADORES animals, same with Bard. The two of them would actively save a hamster’s life over another human’s, which has led to some… minor conflicts with Crawfish that I will mention later.

Black Widow is the one to maintain most of her original villainous ways, still stealing paintings & vandalizing famous artworks. Even so, she’s the most social of the group, always going out to hang out with the lady villains of Poptropica to catch a break from the lunatics she practically lives with.

… but she’s not a gay scientists, so my headcanons stop there.

Captain Crawfish! He’s taken up the hobby of wrestling the beasts of the sea & participating in a variety of deadly adventures, which the other three contribute to him trying to trick himself into thinking he’s still young & invincible. He’s quite respectfully strong, but is still adjusting to the different cultures around him & can’t seem to wrap his head around modern technology.

Also, my guy has DEFINITELY broken a few immensely important bones that Bard had to replace. Just sayin.

MKAY I think that’s a good enough rundown of the basics of my AU for now, mainly cause if I go any further, it’ll be increasingly harder to proof read it all. :pppppp

Marijn's OC Masterlist

I have finally. FINALLY. Put together an OC masterpost like I said I wanted to do ages ago. (I actually did start one then, but I changed my mind about how I wanted to do it so. I redid it all.) Uh, disclaimer, I do have a number of Harry Potter OCs; however I no longer give JKR any money and simply play with my imaginary dolls in the privacy of my own mind and blog. Mavwin Fëanoriel ⭐️

My most developed and third-ever OC, Mavwin is the third child and only daughter of Fëanor. In her youth she was a princess and an artist who loved her father fiercely. In the First Age she became a warrior and a leader, as well as a war criminal, having sworn the Oath of Fëanor and committed the Kinslayings alongside her brothers. Unlike her brothers, however, she survived the First Age with the help of her foster sons Elrond and Elros, and became a war hero in the wars against Sauron in the Second Age. By the time of The Lord of the Rings, she is a depressed and traumatized warrior slowly dying of grief. She ends up getting a very happy ending, winning Legolas' heart and finally getting to sail home to Valinor and finding healing after the Oath is mysteriously broken.

Carwegon

Gender: Trans Man

Orientation: Gay Demiromantic Demisexual

Age: Around 2000 years

A Silvan warrior from Mirkwood and one of Legolas's friends who accompanies him to Rivendell. Genuinely just created so Legolas had someone to talk to in Mavwin's story. ADHD af, carves wood as a hobby, loves his spouse Lalar.

Gender: Nonbinary

Orientation: Gay Demiromantic Demisexual

Age: 3500-ish

A Silvan warrior from Mirkwood and one of Legolas's friends who accompanies him to Rivendell. Also created solely so Legolas had someone to talk to. Has a really nice laugh and loves their husband Carwegon.

Pronouns: She/Her

Gender: Cis Female

Orientation: Heterosexual

Age: Around 3000, maybe a little less

My second ever OC, I’m only including her because my list feels incomplete otherwise. I made her when I was fourteen, wrote several thousand words for her, then stopped writing fanfic altogether for nearly a decade. Her only highlights are being Legolas’s fiance, having the dubious honor of getting stabbed with a Morgul blade twice in her lifetime, and having the equally dubious honor of speaking extremely bad “Elvish.”

She’s been pretty much entirely eclipsed by Mavwin at this point and is unlikely to ever get so much as a downgrade to side character status, much less a revamp to her actual story.

Edit: Literally as I was working on this post, I came up with a possible revamp and tie-in to Mavwin's story, so...this space might change in the future. We'll see.

Ah, Aisling. For many months called only “Severus Snape’s Queer Irish Best Friend,” Ash has since become much more than that, and yet that is still who ze is at hir core.

Aisling (pronounced ash-ling) is the child of Fenrir Greyback and an unsuspecting young Northern Irish woman who fell victim to him. Raised by her loving mother and abusive stepfather, ze hails from Derry, Northern Ireland, going to hir first year at Hogwarts just weeks after the first riots of the Troubles erupted in hir own neighborhood. Aisling quickly became friends with Lily Evans and Severus Snape, in particular bonding with Severus over their terrible childhoods and James Potter being an asshole. Highlights of Ash’s story: accompanied Severus to the Shrieking Shack in their fifth year only to get bit by Remus and turned into a werewolf; moved to London after graduating and found a home in the punk and queer communities there, finding work as a bartender despite hir lycanthropy with their support; undying but not blind loyalty to Severus; extremely complicated relationship with the surviving Marauders. Ends up being Harry’s cool aunt* and living with Severus in a London flat.

Sarah Taylor

Gender: Cis Woman

Orientation: Bisexual, but the kind that doesn't realize it, because everyone thinks people of all genders are hot, right?

Age: 30s (same age as Aisling)

House: Gryffindor

Sarah was my very first OC (technically I think I had one prior to her but I don’t remember that one anyway sooooooo). However, she got a massive and much-needed revamp in recent years. (Originally she was one of the most hetero- and amatonormative things you’d ever see in your entire life and it was mildly horrifying to look back on.)

So! Sarah’s mother had the dubious honor of being the only person Fenrir Greyback ever really loved. Not long after Sarah was conceived, however, her mother finally discovered Greyback’s true nature and ran, hiding out in the English countryside. There Sarah was raised alongside Remus Lupin, with the two quickly becoming close friends. After Remus was attacked by Greyback, Sarah’s mother and the Lupins worked together to move around the country in hopes of keeping the two children safe. Sarah, meanwhile, decided to dedicate her life to protecting Remus. Highlights of Sarah’s story: became an illegal Animagus (a wolf) in her third year so she could spend full moons with Remus; started dating Remus in their fifth year and married him soon after graduating; also joined the Ministry after graduation in an attempt to change society and the treatment of werewolves from the inside; after James and Lily die she and Remus search for Harry and move to Little Whinging to keep an eye on him, posing as a government career-woman and a house-husband with a part-time job at the local library. Okay, so for those who are Homestucks, you know Blood Players? Yeah, that’s this guy.

Lukas Greyback is the oldest child of Fenrir Greyback. Born into Fenrir’s pack, Lukas was Fenrir’s chosen heir—probably the only reason Fenrir was so accepting of Lukas being trans, as he’d been disappointed that his heir was apparently female. Fenrir did his best to indoctrinate his son with his views and train him to fight against the Wizarding World, even going so far as to protect him from getting bit and sending him to Hogwarts so that he would know how to defend himself magically. That was also Fenrir’s biggest mistake, however, as Lukas found people there who befriended him despite his parentage and unusual upbringing. His half-siblings and even some of their friends showed him the truth: although the Wizarding World could be cruel and discriminatory, there were still people who fought against the cruelty.

Armed with the Power of Friendship this knowledge, Lukas returned to Fenrir after graduating and confronted him once he’d been turned into a werewolf, declaring that he would rather make allies among the wizards and fight for werewolf rights politically instead of in a violent revolution. Enraged, Fenrir attacked him, blinding him in one eye and driving him out of the pack.

Undaunted, Lukas proceeded to work to form his own rival pack of those werewolves who suffered under Fenrir’s capricious rule, or desired reconciliation and acceptance from the Wizarding World. To that end, Lukas cultivated a calm, charismatic persona, achieving a near-religious following amongst those who joined him. His siblings still act as his closest allies in the Wizarding World, helping him to work from within in order to bring about the peace they all desire.

Brittany Albright

Gender: "Girl" (Really she's agender but she doesn't have the words for it, and she's non-dysphoric anyway)

Brittany is the baby of the Greyback half-siblings, and tends to prefer the background, so I don’t really have a great grasp on her just yet. Here’s what I do know, however.

Brittany was born to a very, very young Muggle woman, a girl, really (because Greyback is a terrible person, as we all know), and was thus raised initially as her mother’s younger sister. Given the circumstances of Brittany's conception, however, her existence raised a lot of stress for her birth family, and life wasn't easy for her. Being neurodivergent and magical in a neurotypical, Muggle household didn’t help. She was eventually, around the age of six, given up for adoption as a result of all the tension, and a very kind, very neurodivergent Muggle professor ended up adopting her and gave her a much better childhood until they were pleasantly surprised by her Hogwarts letter.

Personality-wise, Brittany tends to be very quiet and shy and masks really hard, all the time. If you're able to gain her trust and make her feel comfortable, however, she basically becomes Entrapta from She-Ra and the Princesses of Power. She's fond of researching both Muggle technology and Wizarding magic in hopes of improving the state of technology in the Wizarding World.

Rune is a shy, mysterious member of Fairy Tail. The truth is that Rune’s dad mistranslated some ancient manuscripts that Zeref left lying around somewhere, and that “Spirit Magic” is actually Living Magic. Rune’s actually creating spirits from the things around faer. Fae is not very happy when fae encounters Zeref on Tenrou and finds this out.

Morgan the Doll

Fandom: Seven Deadly Sins (Nanatsu no Taizai)

Aka the container for all my gender dysphoria.

Somehow, in this universe, early on in Meliodas and Elizabeth’s curses, Merlin found notes from the original Gowther describing how to create a sentient magical doll, same as Gowther the Sin. In the interest of helping her friends, she created Morgan, a pretty female doll who could accompany Meliodas and use her emotion-based magic to help keep him stable during the long and tormenting years.

Morgan didn’t quite turn out as expected, however, because it turns out when you create a sentient being, that being tends to have their own ideas. While they did their best to serve and help Meliodas, and indeed became a close friend and confidant to both Meliodas and many incarnations of Elizabeth, they struggled with things like their sense of purpose, self-worth, identity, and gender over the millennia. (Gender, at least, was resolved fairly early on, actually, when Meliodas urged Morgan to do what they wanted instead of what he wanted, and Morgan promptly gave themself top surgery—something much more easily accomplished as a doll. Not that they didn’t give Meliodas a heart attack when he walked in on them. On the upside they’ve got really cool stitches on their scars!)

Madalena the Dhampir

Fandom: Castlevania (Netflix TV Show)

Orientation: Probably a lesbian

A young dhampir literally raised by wolves, Madalena gets adopted by Dracula after Carmilla finds her on her way to Dracula’s castle and decides to drag her along as a “gift.” Dracula being a good dad when not drowning in grief and rage, he manages to drag himself out of his funk enough to care for Madalena and begin teaching her reading, writing, and fighting.

When Carmilla and the protagonists attack the castle, Dracula sends her to hide. She comes out a few days later to find only Alucard, who, after an initial scuffle over his part in Dracula’s death, adopts Madalena as his sister and continues the education his father began.

Eventually, however, they discover their mentor from the temple, who we know as Scar, is still alive and also really fucked up, which kind of throws a wrench in all their good intentions. And also there’s all the rest of the plot.

warning!! so many how to train your dragon: race to the edge spoilers below the cut!!!!!! ive rewatched it many times, and my musings often include talking about how things are foreshadowing to future events!! which means those future events will be spoiled alot!!!!

Grey Sloan Women's Rugby

So it turns out it is extremely fun to make the women of your ensemble cast hyperfixation shows play team sports! I've already done Criminal Minds, but Grey's Anatomy has so many more characters for me to play with. So, without further ado, I present the starting fifteen of the Grey Sloan women's rugby team:

1 and 3 (Props): Heather Brooks and Taryn Helm. Okay, bear with me. It was actually super hard to find props for this team, because everyone on the show is so fucking tall and so fucking skinny. But especially if your hooker is 4'11", you don't want your props to be that tall, but you do still want them to have some bulk and power, which makes Helm in particular an ideal candidate. Also, prop is not a glamorous position. The tight five do more physical labor than anyone else on the pitch, but they're usually not the ones running the flashy, impressive plays or scoring the tries. Brooks and Helm are both dependable, consistent hard workers who rarely get the glory or the credit for their contributions, but that doesn't stop them from putting in the effort and being part of the team.

2 (Hooker): Miranda Bailey. I mean, obviously. Was it ever going to be anyone else? She's tenacious. She's fearless. She knows what she wants, and she doesn't hesitate to go for it. She's the shortest one on the pitch, but damn does she pack a lot of strength and power into that short body! Miranda Bailey is the ideal rugby hooker.

4 and 5 (Locks): Callie Torres and Addison Montgomery. These ladies are tall. I looked it up: Callie is 5'9", and Addison is 5'10". Callie definitely has the size, strength, and power for the tight five, and Addison has the long limbs and the strong yet willowy build of a jumper. But in addition to their physicality, they have the right temperament for locking. They have the grit and the mental toughness for the second row. They're stubborn and determined, but they're also team players. They're workhorses who don't get frazzled when they find themselves in a tight spot. Also, they have such a great relationship with each other that they'd make an unstoppable second row duo.

6 (Weakside Flanker): Jo Wilson. Flankers are scrappy, and Jo Wilson is nothing if not scrappy. She may not be as big or as physically powerful as her teammates in the tight five, but she's tough, determined, and not afraid to get physical and go for what she wants.

7 (Strongside Flanker): Cristina Yang. Yes, she's tiny, but with her tough, aggressive, almost bloodthirsty playing style, she belongs in the forward pack. The strongside flanker is usually a small but scrappy girl who plays like a forward but can sprint like a back. Her main job is to rush the opposing team's flyhalf, so she doesn't actually need to be that big; she just needs to be very fast and aggressive and maybe also kinda scary.

8 (Eight man): Carina DeLuca. Another tall lady with the slim but powerful build of a jumper. The eight man is usually a versatile athlete who plays smarter, not harder. She's creative and skillful in the way she handles the ball and makes decisions. She needs to be an excellent communicator and have good judgment, and more than anything, she needs to be sure of herself and confident in her abilities.

9 (Scrumhalf): April Kepner. The two most important qualities of a good scrumhalf? A cool head in chaotic situations, and a loud, piercing voice. A good scrumhalf--like a good trauma surgeon--is comfortable making decisions in the heat of the moment and sticking to them with confidence. She doesn't mind bossing people around when she has to. She has to be agile and fearless to grab the ball off the back of a scrum or a ruck, and she needs good reflexes and steady hands.

10 (Flyhalf): Teddy Altman. The flyhalf needs to be a versatile athlete, a natural leader, and physically and mentally tough. She needs good judgment and great hands. She's responsible for calling the plays and running the back line. Major Altman definitely knows how to give orders and how to receive them, and she'd run the back line with confidence, precision, and discipline.

11 (Left Winger): Meredith Grey. A good winger is a powerhouse on the pitch, and she often ends up being the star of the show. A successful play will often involve getting the ball to Meredith so that she can score in the corner. She finishes the work of her teammates, but also does a fair amount of hard work herself. She's ambitious and goal-oriented, and she plays with her head--always making sure she knows where to go and what to focus on.

12 (Inside Center): Maggie Pierce. She's fast and agile, and she loves to run! She's smart, savvy, and good at coming up with creative solutions. She's a good team player who works well with others. She can see the bigger picture and find the holes. Most importantly, she knows when to stick to the playbook and when to improvise.

13 (Outside Center): Amelia Shepherd. Sure, she's a team player who's entirely capable of listening to her flyhalf and playing by the book, but at her core, she's a thrill-seeker who loves the rush and the glory of slipping through a hole in the defensive line and sprinting for the try zone. Also, the two centers absolutely must work well together and be in sync with each other, which makes Amelia an excellent 13 to Maggie's 12.

14 (Right Winger): Lexie Grey. Lexie is quick, agile, and savvy. She's got the skills and the smarts to be a star player like her sister. But since most players are right-handed, the winger on the left almost always ends up seeing more action, scoring more tries, and getting more glory than the winger on the right, which is why Big Grey is at 11, and Little Grey is at 14.

15 (Fullback): Arizona Robbins. The fullback is the team's last line of defense, so you better hope she's a good man in a storm. She holds the team together and leads from behind. She's a versatile, all-purpose athlete who wears many hats, so she needs to be fairly good at a lot of different rugby skills, and she needs to be able to look at the whole field and know where she's needed and what to do.

I’m doing a lot better!! I think it was just the initial shock of how it happened...

(I sort of expected Ryuzo to die, but the scene itself was just very sad. Especially since he’s a big comfort character for me.)

And yes yes! I’m glad there are others that get very attached and emotional over characters! It can be pretty hard for me sometimes, especially since I tend to get attached to problematic characters :’)

Who are some of your favorite unlikeable characters? I would love to hear about them!! :>

˚₊✩‧₊ I'm glad you're doing well now sweetheart!!! I totally get that too!! Even when a character death is expected it can be super super sad! And aha same- I do tend to like the "villians" more than the "heroes" a lot of the time. A few of my favourites? hmmm- I'd say; Kira (from JoJo's), Dabi & Shigaraki (my favs from MHA), and Light (from DeathNote). Sometimes the antagonists/morally grey characters just grab my attention for the most random reasons and I end up hyperfixating on them- (although I wouldn't say disliked since they still are extremely popular)

in my down time i love love love relaxing and watching videos, playing games with my friends, drawing and painting or reading! i’m a bit of an ambivert and can be super friendly and outgoing sometimes, but also enjoy keeping to myself and can get overwhelmed and socially drained… i tend to hyperfixate and ramble a lot so i worry that i bother others with my talking! i can be an extremely emotional person and i find that i cry very very easily even over small issues… i also find that i am a good listener and can empathise with others when they need to rant

my love languages are most definitely gift giving and physical touch! i love showing my friends and partners that i care for them by buying or making them things that reminded me of them or that i think they’d like! i love cuddling and holding hands and soft touches - just something to ground me and remind me i’m wanted

i love love gloomy and rainy weather and curling up and sleeping as the rain hits the windows. i prefer night to day and wanted to be an astronomer when i was younger because i loved the stars and moon so much. i find peace in these quiet times

my fashion sense can be all over the place.. i love comfy oversized loungewear but also dresses and skirts with cute heels or chunky boots! i love jewellery too and find sentimentality in the pieces i own - treasuring ones that are gifted to me or remind me of others!

Being a pilot himself (among many other things), you and Tech quickly bonded over all things aviation-related. He wanted nothing more than to show you the Marauder, and one day when it was just you and him, he got to do just that. He shyly asked if you wanted to learn to fly, and when you said yes, he got so excited!! To be fair, he did end up infodumping about the ship for over an hour before the actual lesson began, but you weren't about to complain.

Speaking of infodumping, sometimes you and he will spend an evening together just... straight up infodumping on each other. And you both love it. You both really enjoy learning and being in each other's presence, so it works out well. Once you've been together for a while, he will even let you lay your head on him while the infodumping is occurring. At first, Tech was very hesitant with physical touch; it fended to overwhelm him pretty quickly. However, as your relationship progressed, he became more comfortable with your touch- and sometimes even initiating physical contact himself.

When Tech discovered your love for astronomy, he wanted to show you so many different things! It's one thing to look at/learn about celestial objects while looking through a telescope; it's another thing entirely to be on a ship, sitting in front of those same celestial objects. He'll take you on the Marauder to see everything- nebulas, asteroid fields, gas giants, all types of stars; you name it, he takes you to see it. He loves being able to show you different parts of the galaxy and teaching you about them. It's one of the many ways he shows you how much he loves you.

I have to rant about the rabbit I’m getting she’s just precious and I’m so excited!

I’m 8 days for my 16th birthday which will be next Friday I believe. After years and years and years of wanting a rabbit I’m finally going to get one!

Long story ahead mostly about rabbits and my excitement for them lol

I’ve got depression it’s been like this for 3 years and latley I’ve been having a bit of a rough patch last past few months things haven’t been ideal and I’ve not felt my best so to cheer me up my mum decided to tell me that after 2 years of asking and several years as a kid before that too but mostly the 2 years of non stop rabbit hyperfixation and begging to get one she told me she’d changed her mind. She’d changed her mind about the whole pet rabbit situation and for my 16 which at the time was 54 days away I was allowed a pet rabbit of my very own. My inner child and my absolute love and obsession with the fluffy critters just made for one heck of a display of excitement. I ran around in and out the kitchen and slipped over on the freshly mopped floor and had to be picked up cause my dog got excited to and just absolutely cuddle to me. Once I was up again and had the dog off of me and not licking the shit outta my face it set in much better. I was allowed a rabbit. For my birthday I was going to have a rabbit. Six year old me would’ve been the most happy kid in the world if theyd heard that and there was no less excitement at the time.

With no chance of getting a rabbit for 2 years of my obsession I just did extreme deep intense research all about them, the different breeds, traits, body language, diets all that and know all the basics and more! I can almost completely accurately based on description say what breed a rabbit is or just by looking at it I can tell. Heating I was finally allowed my so deeply wanted pet I of course began to look at all the options for buying them. My mum wanted to go to pets at home our local pet store as she didn’t trust breeders. She’d looked on gumtree of all places for rabbit breeders which really put her off and I don’t blame it for doing so. We went into pets at home to have a look at suitable enclosures for the rabbit a large indoor hutch, play pen, toys and food the basic necessities. Whislt in there I got head over heals for this adorable male harlequin rabbit that was sat in one of the little enclosures

He was absolutely gorgeous and I instantly loved him. I asked if I could give him a little pet and the lady was very lovely and allowed me to. The worker was the sweetest person honestly she was so lovely, she asked if we where buying and when we said we’d be getting one at some point and it was going to be an indoors rabbit she suggested pets4home. She told us the rabbits that we saw in there where already a good few months even a year old and wouldn’t be able to adjust easily to an indoor life it would stress them out and us trying to deal with them and that the house would just become an absolute state. She recommended we get a baby so that it can grow up with me and mum loved the idea whilst I just loved the idea of getting a little bunny either way I was very happy. We left pets at home and I stimmed bouncing around excitedly from having petted a rabbit. My phone flew out my back pocket and hit the floor the screen cracked which wasn’t ideal but it’s okay

Back at home I’m looking through the rabbit listings on pets4home. Mum said to keep it small a small rabbit not big so I ignored the giant breeds and stuck to minis and dwarfs. I had a good look and saw lots of absolutely beautiful baby’s, lots of little baby mini lops and tiny netherland dwarfs. My mum also had a look and sent through some of the adds and the rabbits as suggestions but despite all being absolute dreams of rabbits I just didn’t feel a instant connection to them. I’ve had 2 hamsters and instantly felt a connection to them since they where “special” my Syrian hamster was the only grey and white one. My Russian dwarf that I have now was the first ever animal I’d seen with red eyes. So each pet I’ve had has been rather special and had such funny little personality’s of theyre own.

I stumbled upon an ad with this netherland dwarf, mum only wanted a girl as she didn’t want them to spray all over the house. So the ad showed a netherland dwarf mini lop cross breed with white fur and mesmerising red eyes! Pink sclera red pupils and I was absolutely love struck. She was the last of her 5 siblings to have been adopted and I was quick to show my mum. When I showed her she knew I’d found the bun I wanted she knew this is the one and so she messaged the seller.

She was still available and we where sent a couple more photos of her. The seller said that she’s lovely and tame and enjoys to be cuddled and one thing made me fall even harder for this tiny thing. My mum said my sons lonely and is looking for a friend so he’ll love her to bits and the sellers reply melted me, Aw that’s sweet she’s rather lonely too since all her siblings are gone now I’m sure she’ll be very happy. She was lonely to!! And when that was said I instantly just buzzed, we have to get her she’s the one. So my nana bless her heart put the 20 for deposit on her. That night my mum came in and told me that my nana was paying the deposit for her. She was mine all that we had to do was collect her and that was it. This beautiful girl was mine now. That was probably the most amazing thing ever.

I’d spent months planning names, based on species fur colour and gender. There where so many names for so many different catagories and it all depends what this rabbit looked like. So seeing my girl I thought on some names. Some of the most common for white furred animals came to mind, sugar, snow, cotton etc I was going to go with snuffy but it didn’t really fit the best, so my lovely homestuck brain went. Latula. I said it out loud ,what about latula? Saying it out loud I loved it nd was waiting for my mums response would she like it? She didn’t like any of the other names. She loved it. She said it was such a pretty name so sweet and fitting.

Latula is coming home In 8 days now and I’m so excited it’s really settling in each day more and more that I’m going to have my dream pet of my own to love and care for, no more dreaming no more wishing no more begging it’s happening and with the most amazing rabbit ever. I’m very excited
