to all of my dolls finding themselves:

originality is the "aesthetic" you are looking for. individuality is the "it factor" you are looking for. from your personality, pieces, hair, cadence of voice...even down to your favorite foods or special interests. you aren't supposed to change every aspect about yourself to be more palatable for everyone you meet. that actually makes you BORING!!!

"but so and so is doing this" "but what if people don't like it" ... so??? don't take people disliking your aesthetic as a sign that you need to do something different. like, of course they don't like it or have second thoughts - it's because THEY wouldn't do it themselves because it wouldn't go with THEIR given aesthetic. HELLOO??????

unless they are like minded, stop asking other people to weigh in on the things you CLEARLY like about yourself. especially if it's a core personality trait or interest. your LIFE isn't a group project. your LIFE is not a co-op game.

and yes... people will try to force you to assimilate and follow the crowd by speaking misfortune on your rebrand, your expression, your hobbies, your chosen path out of jealousy. however, that jealousy is lowkey unspoken respect for the fact you have the candor to go against homogeneity.

your authentic dedication to everything that makes you YOU is what will bring you the illustrious life you so fervently seek in the end...not some book a celebrity wrote or a youtube video. it's in YOUR DNA to be a star already in anything you want to do.

there isn't one tutorial on this world wide web that will help you if you don't realize you have the components within you first. there is NOTHING wrong with you!!! you are EVERYTHING that is right already!!!

My current theory about how the Empire finds Pabu is it's Wolffe.

Infiltration/Extraction is reportedly recruitment bill focused, and episode 8 is a cliffhanger. So, Episode 8 is probably the Pabu invasion. How do they find Pabu?

Setting aside my intense dislike for an Imperial Tech plot, they don't need a bamboozeled Tech to find Pabu. The Emperor gave Hemlock all the resources he needs to find it. But maybe he won't even need them.

If Infiltration/Extraction is about saving clones slated for 'retirement' and Wolffe is there/nabbed by Rex, it's entirely possible he phones home. We already know after DECADES of rehab with Gregor and Rex that Wolffe is STILL fucked up from his chip. It'd make perfect sense if he radios in and gives them all up.

This also lines up with something a reviewer said, that Crosshair would see true forgiveness in the face of a great betrayal. Logically it would make sense this is about Hunter and Crosshair--but what if it's about Wolffe and the residents of Pabu/Shep/Lyana?

Anyways. This would also make Wolffe's presence in the season a bit more logical. Sure, he could be Rex and Echo's inside man but I just don't think he's going to do a Cody and choose to turn. I suspect he has to be hauled out kicking and screaming. And that might be what costs them Pabu.

An underrated aspect of drawing 919 I forgot to mention in my last post: have you ever wondered why I have a tendency sometimes to draw the Wunsoc sweaters as somewhat large and baggy? I think it’s fun to imagine that they might grow into them, just as they’ll “grow into” their role in the Society :)

#this but also just to give myself a reason to draw baggier clothes which more used to and also just more interesting lol #nevermoor #nevermoor headcanons #you’ll see it more on mog and other shorter members of 919 #other characters like cadence and hawthorne not so much #both bc they’re taller lol but also I feel like they’re more secure in / abt their place and role in wunsoc / nevermoor compared to others #like they’re both quite confident when it comes to their knacks and stuff #I think that in wundersmith mog mentions the uniform maybe being exactly her size ?#but sometimes making stuff up for the purpose of interesting character design is >>> canon lol #it’s not an exact science tho of how the sweaters fit. it’s different for everyone :) they all wear their uniforms differently #don’t even want to say I’ll make a 919 lineup soon bc I say that once a year and never get far but. thinkin' bout people actually calling toshinori by his name — because, well...i honestly can't see MOST people calling him anything other than all might, even after his retirement. AND THAT'S OKAY !! that's good for him, in it's own special way — how everyone, especially his students and fellow teachers, still see him as all might...he needs to hear that now more than ever, really. but that's not what i'm talking about in this post, i'm talking about the few people that'll call him TOSHINORI !! you gotta realize, it's been years, and years, and years since he's really heard it used so casually. in canon, we have david, who knew him as toshinori before he went all out with the whole all might thing. we have naomasa, who only calls him toshinori initially because that's what he first met him as ( when toshi was pretending to not be all might. but we haven't seen him addressed as such since then. ). gran torino, who he hasn't made any attempts to visit or talk to in forever. and...that's it ??? before that was nana, who has been gone for over 35-ish years... he has been ALL MIGHT and nobody else for over 30 years. he is only significant under the name of all might. you know what toshinori needs ?? someone meaningful, someone substantial to him to give the name TOSHINORI the same significance. to say his name with purpose. with meaning. the same way all might was called upon for all those years...
