Notes: eek i'm so excited to write for this fandom! Tbh i was kind of very slightly sad about everyone ending up with someone at the end because that meant it was awkward to ship characters or write about them with someone else but eh.

Yuki Soma

Yuki is a very gentle lover and partner.

He's pretty conscious about his real personality can come off as cold or aloof which is why he'd probably force himself to be a little outgoing near the start to get to know you.

You'd have to start off as friends first and it would take a little getting used to but once he understands his emotions for you Yuki's quick to accept them and confess.

A relationship with Yuki can be full of excitement. He wants to try new things and discover different situations with you.

Yuki can easily associate happiness with someone who makes him feel comfortable which is why he tends to be around you when he's sad because he thinks your mere presence makes things better.

When it comes to being more intimate Yuki can take very long to get comfortable that way. He's so used to associating physical touch with violence that it really takes time for him to get used to your physical affection.

Definitely would be a bottom at the start, but once he gets used to it Yuki can be quite the switch.

Very protective. Will literally yowl at people who even look at you threateningly. And no I don't mean that 'manly' little growl thing men do in books, I mean literally yowling like a cat who wasn't fed.

This ranges from sneers to eyerolls plus scoffs to actual yowls. He will not be afraid to throw hands if he sees the other person is making you uncomfortable.

Kyo is honestly so cute when it comes to being intimate. He gets all flustered and you'll probably have to take the lead the first time. However, he might switch it up and take control halfway.

Really just depends on how comfortable and into it he is. Will hesitate a lot and ask you questions constantly.

Also the king of aftercare like literally doesn't let you do anything the rest of the day.

Kyo can be hard to keep up with as a partner because of his tendency to reject his emotions, but if you're someone who likes teasing their partner then he's basically perfect for you.

But he can’t ask for it! That’d be a weakness and Kyo isn’t weak!

…He went Black once and he has never tried to Ler Hatsuharu since. He was still confused when he came to, only to find Kyo near tears and trembling from exhaustion.

So his next target was Momiji, and he found rather than forcing it that it came very easily. He had the excuse of the boy annoying him for a cover and Momiji, even if he knew Kyo liked tickling him, never said a word.

Kyo would never admit it but he was grateful.

He’s shyly begun expanding his horizons with the boys in class when he has the nerve to. Little things like poking their sides when they ruffle his hair and such or call him Kyo-Kyo.

When he lers, he tends to act bothered by their weakness. He’ll scoff and act annoyed and tell them he’s “toughening them up” or “helping them get stronger”.

“Can’t believe you’re this ticklish. Tsk. You know what a big handicap this would be in a fight?”

Shigure Sohma:

So I dunno too much about Shigure given I’m not fully caught up in canon(I’ve only watched both anime's first seasons since I want to watch the new stuff with friends).

But I do know there’s more to him than meets the eye. He’s got this fascinating darkness inside him that pops out through snide comments that cut someone deep before he covers it.

I believe Hatsuharu referred to it as “being unable to see a wound without rubbing salt in it.”

So, as a person in general and a Ler I peg him as a closet sadist.

To build a little off my prior Fruits Basket headcanons!

In Kyo’s case it’s a more tsundere like affection for exerting control over others, and for Yuki it’s also a touch of closet sadism but he’s much less mature and experienced so he hasn’t grown into it yet or likely even realized he actually is a sadist in some shape or form. This is likely in part due to his trauma and not wanting to be like you-know-who, in any capacity.

Shigure however? Oh, he definitely has had the experience and time and uses it well. He’s explored every facet of himself throughout his years and recognizes his penchant for sadism as an unavoidable part of him.

What does this mean for him as a Ler?

It means his poor Lee is fucked of course. Especially if they know about his darker side. Even if they don’t if it’s been a while since he could let that sadism flag fly and his mask may slip a tad.

Shigure’s mask is cheerful, playful and light.

He’ll make jokes, take pictures or video of you laughing yourself silly or blushing and send it to your friends.

Stupid, fun stuff like that.

Which is why his more cruel side is often such a shock.

But in a dark mood he’s eerily professional.

First off, Shigure is a grown adult at 26, even at the start of the series, and the people his dark side would show for would also be of age.

It’s a big departure from our other babies so I just wanted to clarify.

Let’s just say I wouldn’t be surprised if Shigure had a raging tickle kink.

Getting up from her spot on the couch, she walked over to the window. She pulled back the curtains and peered out the window watch the rain pour from the sky. Y/n sighed a bit.

She and Haru have been friends since they were young which was odd considering the fact that she and her family were outsiders, but Y/n's mother used to work as maid at the Soma Estate before she got a new job and Haru and Y/n met then and their friendship carried over, though Haru would always sneak away from the Estate to see her until now since they go to the same high school.

Dripping wet from the rain, Haru looked up at her through his hair that hung in his face. His brown eyes stared into her E/c ones. She couldn't read what emotion he was showing, it was always hard for Y/n though they've known each other for a long time but she still can never truly know.

"Haru..." She finally spoke and the male perked up to his name. "What are you doing here?" Y/n asked him. It was seriously out of the blue and in this whether no less.

"I just... I just needed to see you." He said in a low tone.

Y/n frowned at this but then raised an eyebrow at the strange boy. "You needed to see me?" She asked him, confused at his action.

"Yeah." Haru replied back, very monotone but that's how he's always been.

"But, you see me every day at school, moron." Y/n said.

"It's not enough." Haru said back.

Y/n sighed out in frustration, pinching the bridge of her nose. "Alright then. Get in here before you drown out there. I'll get you a towel." She said, letting a rain soaked Haru in.

"Thanks, Y/n." He said with a small smile.

"Whatever," Y/n said. "Sit on the floor please I don't want my parents' furniture getting wet." Y/n left to the bathroom to fetch a clean towel for Haru.

*small time skip*

Haru sat on the floor, his back resting on the couch as Y/n dried his hair with a white hand towel. Y/n had a soft glare on her face as looked at the white haired boy. She cared for Haru but he's honestly was kinda hopeless as well as he is careless.

"You're tense," Haru's low voice and him grabbing her arm, snapped Y/n out of her thoughts as she lost her glare and it was replaced with a surprised look in her eyes. "Is something wrong?" He asked her looking up at her with worried look in his eyes.

"No. I'm not tense at all." Y/n said, her hands leaving the towel on Haru's head.

"You're lying." Haru said.

"How do you know that I'm lying?" Y/n asked the boy.

Haru frowned. "We've known each other for years now, Y/n and I know when you're lying. I thought we could tell each other anything." Haru said.

She flushed from embarrassment. He's right, she really can't lie to Haru, Haru might be a bit blunt and dense at times but that doesn't mean he's not observant. Y/n looked off to the side. She went into her thoughts as the two sat in collective silence until Haru spoke.

"Y/n," He called her name, making her turn her head to look at him. His saddened expression made Y/n's eyes widened a bit. "Do you not want to be around me anymore?" He asked.

Y/n turned to face him fully and shook her head frantically. "No, No, that's not it all, Haru! It's just... my family and I are so very different from you and yours. I mean we are from the outside, we're outsiders. In all honesty, I wonder why you're still friends with me." Y/n confessed.

Y/n felt arms wrapped around her small frame for a split second until a puff of colored smoke appeared around her and a black and white cow was in Haru's place with its head on her lap. She was shocked and honestly horrified. What just happened?!

"Why are you worried about what my family or anyone else thinks?" Haru's voice came from the cow.

'What, the cow is Haru?! What is going on? What is he not telling me?' Y/n thought.

"I-I don't know... I just didn't know if you're friends for real or this is all fake." Y/n replied.

"It's not true at all. I'm friends you because I want to be and I want to be more than just friends, Y/n." Haru said.

"Uh?" She asked not sure what he was getting at.

Cow Haru looked up at her. "I've fallen for you, Y/n. And I can't keep it a secret anymore."

In the dimly lit room, the harsh words of Akito echoed, a chilling reminder of a past you wished to forget. "You're a dragon, Y/N. A monster. That's how your parents saw you." His voice was as cold as ice, each syllable a stinging slap against your already fragile heart. You were only 13, a young girl who had been adopted by Hatori after a past marred by abuse. Akito's words were a cruel reminder of the pain you had endured.

As Akito's hand rose, ready to strike, a sudden force intercepted it. It was Hatsuharu. His eyes, usually so calm and gentle, were now ablaze with a protective fire. With a swift motion, he pushed Akito away, his strong grip never leaving Akito's wrist.

Without uttering a single word, Hatsuharu scooped you up into his arms. Your small frame trembled against his, your sobs muffled against the fabric of his shirt. His heart ached at the sight of your tears, his arms tightening around you in a protective embrace.

Hatsuharu gently stroked your hair, his voice a soothing whisper against the silence of the room. "No one is going to hurt you, Y/N. I promise." His words were a balm to your aching heart, a promise of safety and protection.

Your relationship with Hatsuharu was platonic, akin to that of a brother and sister. He was your protector, your beacon of hope in a world that often seemed too cruel. You’d give anything to Haru if he asked for it, you knew that he gave everything for everyone else, that was why you spent every morning you made an extra lunch and brought it with you everyday and why you would spend every lunch looking for him to hand it over with a big smile however today he decided to ask about it.

“Why do you always bring me lunch?” He asked one day as you swapped something with Momiji. “Because you never bring lunch for yourself, you're too busy worrying about everyone else.” You answered honestly. “Do you want me to stop?” “No that’s not what I was saying but surely this causes you trouble.” He frowned. “Not really but even if it did, the sacrifice would be worth it.” You answered with a smile as Momiji watched you both, he didn’t say anything. “Thank you.” He finally said as you graved with the rare sight of a real smile from Haru and it was from then that you promised that you would look after him while he looks after everyone else.

It was a couple of weeks later when you were walking past Haru class that you heard a crash. You glanced in to see that Haru was the one that caused it, he had explained before what happened when he got angry, you reached your hand out towards him “Haru!” You called, he glanced over his shoulder, his eyes softening once he saw you. “What?” He asked. “You wanna punch something? I got something you can punch.” You said wiggling your fingers, he grit his teeth for a moment before walking over to you and taking your hand you lead him to the exit of the school and to the boxing ring that your father owned.

Momiji led Yuki, Tohru and Kyo to the classroom that he had left Haru in, they all frowned at the lack commotion, when they all walked in there was no damage and no Haru “we don’t have time for this you stupid rabbit are you lost again!?” Kyo asked, smacking him in the head. “No I’m not lost, this is where he was!” Momiji answered, hand coming up to his head as he flinched away from another hit. “Excuse me, have you seen Haru?” Yuki turned to one of the girls that had been chatting with her friend. “Oh he was here a while ago, he looked really angry about something and (Y/N) came in said there was somewhere that they could go where he could punch something and he left with her.” The girl explained. “(Y/N)? Who’s that?” Kyo asked. “Oh… Um we meant to tell you about her… Well on our first day here, Haru forgot his lunch, so she gave him hers that day, claimed that she already ate, turned out she didn’t really have many friends so she ended up with us a lot of the time.” Momiji explained. “There’s something else.” Yuki said. “Well, she’s like our Tohru, she grabbed me one day when I was about to fall and she found out, we never told anyone Haru didn’t want Akito to know.” Momiji explained. “So do you know where they are?” Kyo asked. “I think so, she mentioned somewhere her dad runs.” Momiji answered.

You stood behind the punching bag and smiled as you leaned your weight against it “punch it like you mean it.” You encouraged him. “Are you sure you can handle it sweetheart?” He asked with a smirk. “Pretty sure I can Dark.” You winked before tapping the bag again “hit it.” Haru drew his hand back and hit the bag as hard as he could. “You got power, don't know how to put it into your fist though.” “What’d you say?” He asked leaning forward so his face was inches from yours, a wide smirk on his lips, you still had a teasing one on yours. “I said that you don’t punch right.” You informed him coming around the punching bag showing him how to curl finger and twist his fists as he landed the punch. Haru knew how to fight, you both knew that, you were just teasing him but the way that it seemed to distract him led you to teaching him things you were sure he already knew. “Alright… Why would you be out here with me? Why are you missing class to help me?” Haru asked between punches as you held the bag for him. “My grandmother always joked that the females or my family were givers, they found someone who needed them and gave them everything that they could, my grandmother found my grandfather a veteran who needed a home, my mother found my father a delinquent who needed someone to believe in him and me… I found the ox spirit who just needed someone to listen.” You explained, you hadn’t even noticed that he stopped punching. “I know a look of heartbreak when I see one, which is why I’m not going to ask you to return the feelings, I’ll be here friend or more, I promise.” Haru wished that he could hug you but instead he pressed his forehead to yours. “T-thank you.” He said softly, his hand pressing to the back of your head to keep you in place as tears streamed down his face.

Tohru was straight crying as she watched the both of you, Yuki smiled softly and Kyo rolled his eyes. Momiji watched you both without a single word, just happy that both his friends were okay “you ready to go back?” You asked, they were all shocked out of their states as Kyo grabbed Tohru and they all ran out of the boxing ring and back to school before either one of you saw them.

“It’s a lot colder then usual” you smiled as you leaned further into Hatsuharu warm body, he hummed and tightened his grip on you, “I can’t believe the year of the tiger is soon to be over…” you looked up at him and cupped his face, “you should give Momiji a call to wish him a happy new year, after all its going to be the year of the rabbit… and besides that he was kind enough to call last New Year’s Eve to wish us a happy new year” you smiled and brushed a thumb over his lips. “I guess you’re right” Hatsuharu kissed the tip of your thumb before lifting you off his lap, however just as he was about to stand, he stopped and instead leaned into you and rested his face against your chest, “it’s too cold without you” he whispered as he snuggled his face between your breasts, you chuckled and ran your hands through his hair. “Don’t leave me, okay” Hatsuharu sighed, you hummed and kissed the top of his head, “Haru, you know Momiji isn’t the only person you have to call… she’s also excepting a call and I promised her, you would” you sighed sadly as you referred to Hatsuharu’s Ex, Sohma Isuzu.

Hatsuharu pulled back and gave to a tight lip smile, “you’re too nice for your own good” he held your face, “if me talking to Rin bothers you that much, stop setting up phone calls” Hatsuharu hummed and you shook your head, “look, I might be possessive and easily jealous, but I’m also extremely prideful and won’t let others know how much their actions affect me.” Your hands rested on his chest, before you leant in and kissed him, you looked at him with a soft smile. “I’m going to run a bath, join me when you’re done on the phone” you stood and held out your hands to Haru, he took them and stood as well, “okay, I’ll be quick” he walked past you to grab his phone.

You set the water temperature before sitting on the wooden stool next to the overly large tub, after scrubbing off your body and rinsing off any soap, you stepped into the tub and felt the hot water slightly sting your skin, this was because you had made the water hotter then usual, Hatsuharu was going to take a little time before coming to bathe and you still wanted it to be hot for him when he got there. You sat in the water with your legs pressed to your chest as you hug them and rested your head on your knees, your chin and lips were submerged and you anxiously sat there blowing bubbles just like a young child would as you waited for your boyfriend to join you.

“How cute… the water looks nice” Hatsuharu smiled while he stripped himself of all his clothes and jewellery, placing his clothes in a basket and his jewellery in a little tray on top of the towel cupboard. Hatsuharu walked over to the stool and started scrubbing himself, before rinsing all the soap off, while doing all this you watched his every movement intensely, “do you enjoy admiring my body that much, you’d stare so intently?” Haru questions with a smile as he stepped into the hot water and hummed, “it’s still hot” he smiled as he sat across from you and leaned back on the tub with his arms resting on the edge. Hatsuharu smiled at you and you could only blush and turn around facing the other way, you heard Haru chuckle and felt the water ripple as his hands rested on his shoulders, “why are you acting so shy?” He hummed and pressed his face against your ear, “let’s kiss… I want you to be with me” Haru whispered in your ear, you looked back at the white and black haired man. Hatsuharu had a slight smirk on his face as he leant in and lightly kissed your lips, before he sat back into his original spot, you turned your whole body towards him and leant into him before rested your hands on his chest as he wrapped his arms around your waist. You giggled as he pinched your hips and you lifted your butt, before wiggling it, “teasing me, huh?” Hatsuharu hummed before lightly smacked a hand down onto your ass and rubbed over the spot he smacked. Hatsuharu brought his hand down to your aching cunt, your moan echoed against the bathroom walls as his rough finger rubbed soft circles onto your clit, before he trailed his finger up to your wet entrance, Haru slipped his finger into you and immediately found your g-spot before he began to gently rub it with his finger tip. You moan louder and gripped Hatsuharu’s shoulders as you pushed yourself back onto his finger, “let me give you more” he sighed before pulling his finger out you and before you got the chance to whine, Haru pulled you onto his stiffness. You both threw your heads back and moaned as Hatsuharu slowly bounced you on his member, “Haru more… I want it all” you moan loud and dug your nails into his shoulders, he groaned as he stood and lifted you up, before pressing your back against the cold bathroom wall.

Hatsuharu thrusted into you and grunted as you scratched down his back, while you squeezed around him as you began to lose yourself in the pleasure and edged closer to your climax. Hatsuharu’s hands gripped tightly on your ass and rested his head in the crook of your neck as his hips faulted, before you both came with a loud moan.

Hatsuharu stilled himself inside you before he sat back down into the bath water and you rested your cheek on his shoulder, “Haru… hold me close and never let me go…” you hummed as you gripped onto his chest and kissed his neck. Hatsuharu wrapped his arm around you tightly and cupped your cheek before kissing you deeply, “I’ll never let you go… so don’t ever push me away…” he whispered against your lips, “I won’t” you whispered back before closing your eyes and drifting off to sleep.

When you wake again, you were lying naked in your bed with Hatsuharu’s arms wrapping you in a warm embrace, you both lies facing the large window in your bedroom, “the fireworks will start soon, just keep watching” Haru hummed and you watched the window, until suddenly the sky fulled with bright colours and light, you laughed and giggled as Haru kissed your neck.

“Happy new year, dear.”

“Hey, welcome back" He greeted you as soon as you walked up to the counter.

"Take your time" Seconds later you heard someone yelling,followed by a bunch of rustling. You peaked out from the backroom. Seeing Haru holding some guy's wrist,twisting it as he begged him to stop. You could see a knife on the floor and assume he tried to threaten him,you never thought you'd see Haru like that. He was always so sweet and nice,you never thought he'd hurt anyone. You gripped the roses tighter,not feeling the thorns piercing your skin,there was a sudden snap sound,he broke that guy's wrist. 

"Get the fuck out of my face before I break your entire arm" He let go of the man and he quickly ran out,you took a step back but bumped into a wall. He quickly turned to face you,he looked down to see your hand bleeding. His face turned back to his usual soft expression. "Y/N,you're bleeding" He grabbed your hand,taking the roses away from you. He led you to the backroom. "Sit down I'll be right back" He came back with a first aid kit and sat across from you. He disinfected your hand. "I'm sorry you had to see me like that,I have a dark side that comes out when I get angry" 

"Did he hurt you?"

"No,I'm fine. Whenever I fight dark Haru comes out"

"Is Dark Haru like a different personality?"

"Kind of,Dark Haru acts mostly on instinct"

"Can you change on command?"

“give it.” you try to coax your son to hand over the chocolate bar he’s hiding behind him, “you can have it after lunch.” but he only shakes his head. this little menace, you think. he takes after YUKI. you drawl your son’s name with a slight reprimanding tone but his smile only grows wider. “my love…” he says, mimicking your tone. you blink, surprised at the term of endearment. “what did you call me?” “your name.” you feel a smile of your own creeping onto your lips. “that’s not my name, honey.” a frown forms on your son’s face as he walks over to his father who finds the whole interaction amusing. “daddy,” your child gestures at yuki to lean closer before whispering in his ear—you can still hear it, though. “daddy, you’re wrong. ‘my love’ is not her name.” your husband lets out snort but quickly composes himself as he tries to stifle a laugh, faking a gasp instead. “no… but that’s what she told me.”

“you missed!” HATSUHARU yells from behind the couch, dodging the nerf bullet from your son who charges to his hiding spot until he realizes he’s out of ammo. “noooo!” your kid screams, running to you to use you as a human shield. “princess, save me from evil haru!” “what did you say?” you ask but before he can answer, your husband cuts in, momentarily breaking out of character. “hey, only i get to call her princess.” “but that’s her name,” your child explains. hatsuharu looks at you, dumbfounded and distracted enough that he doesn’t notice your son snatching a stray foam bullet from the floor until something hits him on the forehead. he flinches, prompting your kid to flee to his room, squealing as adrenaline flows through him. “are you okay?” you ask hatsuharu in between giggles. “no, i’m offended he knows my name. apparently, i love you more than you love me.” shooting him a playful eye roll, you take his nerf gun and aim for his arm. you call out to your son, “evil haru is down! time for dinner!”

“mommy! daddy!” your daughter’s voice rings through your home, breaking up your conversation with HATORI in the living room. she jumps into the space between you and your husband on the couch, proudly showing her colored pencil drawing of a house with three stick figures. “this is you,” she tells her father, “this is mommy. and this is me.” you read the names written above them but before you can ask about yours, your husband does it for you. “why does it say ‘sweetheart sohma’ right here?” “that’s mommy,” your little girl says with no hesitation then proceeds to point at another name, reading it aloud. “and this is you, ‘tori sohma’.”
