The longest fast yet
fasted for:45hours 24mins
yesterday I was fasting so I only had tea, cofee and water ofc. I also went on a run for the first time ever!!! I only ran for about 10 mins because I was out of breath but today I am going on another one so hopefully i last longer. I also kind of hit plateau with my weight. If you guys have any tips please comment them. I am trying to have a high cal day today because I read that its good for plateau. After that from tommorow on I will restrict even more and have like a “metabolism day” once in a while If my body starts getting used to 100cals a day. Love you guys!!! take care and drink some water

i keep on loosing and gaining the same kilogram and i hate it bcs everytime i‘m at 44.1 i somehow loose control and get to 45.5.
i need to get to 43 this month, i‘ve been wanting this for so long and i owe this to my body. i did not starve for nothing. i haven‘t been starving myself for the past two years for me to be stuck here.
