⋆·˚ ༘ * leave empty containers/wrapper everywhere (shows you’re snacking)
⋆·˚ ༘ * leave “dirty” dishes in the sink (spread some food on the dishes then put them in the sink)
⋆·˚ ༘ * avoid meals by making up random excuses (there’s so many)
⋆·˚ ༘ * make “plans” to go eat with friends, go for a walk or something then come back saying you already at with friends
⋆·˚ ༘ * make your own meals and if people ask why just tell them you have allergies or are just super picky ( my mom thinks i’m the pickiest eater ever lmao)
⋆·˚ ༘ * when eating, there’s a whole lot of methods to make it seem like you’re eating more than you are so here’s a couple
⋆·˚ ༘ * cut food into really tiny bits so it makes you seem like you’re eating way more than you are
⋆·˚ ༘ * keep the conversation going to stop people from looking are what you’re eating
⋆·˚ ༘ * ask for more servings (don’t actually have more servings just ask for them)
⋆·˚ ༘ * ask if you can try something off someone else’s plate
⋆·˚ ༘ * you can have a napkin on your lap and “accidentally” drop food
⋆·˚ ༘ * if you are in school, tell your friends you ate a big breakfast at home, when you get home tell your parents you ate a big lunch.
⋆·˚ ༘ * !! build trust!! if people trust that you’ll tell them anything they’ll avoid asking questions and seeing if you’re ok
⋆·˚ ༘ * ^^ for people who love with their parents, focus on school, keeping your room clean, being social. The more you show that you’re trustworthy, the less they’ll care about you ( in a good way)
⋆·˚ ༘ * be social, whether with friends, or with your parents, the more you try to push people away, the more they’ll try to reach out and notice that you’re not ok.
⋆·˚ ༘ * schedule fasting at times where you know people won’t be around
⋆·˚ ༘ * if you’re really stuck, it’s better to actually eat then have people be suspicious
⋆·˚ ༘ * honestly, just make up stupid excuses that’s my best tip lmao

the le sserafim workout burns 600-700 ish cals for most + dancing for long hours, if u can, i recommend the iu diet since it helps u lose a lot of weight quickly, but it's good for beginners and not as intense as some of the other diets.
I really need help. I am having severe anxiety about my ballet class on Thursday and I need to loose as much weight as possible. Can y’all send me some tips?
