We all know the Sun and Ascendant play important roles in our chart, but they are often what people see at first and what we usually display to the public.

I see you tauruses, first thing you do once you get home is jumping on that comfy bed and hug your pillows (yeah, you still have your coat,scarf,hat,backpack,shoes on, why bother taking them off 😂). Not picky when it comes to food, they love all dishes, just the act of eating gives them pleasure (they're here to ✨enjoy✨, that's also why you'll rarely see them cook 😂). Have difficulty sleeping, their brain can't seem to shut down, so usually they can take hours before falling asleep (they find sound comforting and helpful so lots of them listen to ASMR before going to bed or even listen to the sound of breathing of the person next to them to calm themselves)

⁕ Cancer moon/IC: Home sweet home. There's nothing that feels better for these natives than a good relaxing day at home (or maybe an entire life between those walls 👀). They literally can feel the mood changing the moment they pass the line that separate the outside world from their inner bubble of the home. They love to take care of their environment, they don't feel the chores to be so exhausting because it feels like helping an old friend out, and they take pride in their home too (they won't let you in easily, you need to really conquer them and show them you respect and cherish other's surroundings). I have noticed they usually don't talk much when having lunch/dinner at the table, they don't express much, and don't make eye contact to avoid people making questions. Quite reserved, need a lot of alone time to recharge. However, there's a need for them to have someone by their side to share those things too, they're absolutely afraid to end up alone, it's their worst fear, so even if they don't open up much, they want someone that understands them with just a look (however, communication is key guys, sometimes you succumb to the other person, especially if they have a strong personality, to just avoid conflict, and this is to your own detriment, you deserve better!). People say that this placement don't like physical touch, however, i'll say they veery rarely initiate the contact, but deep down the like it when others take initiative and show affection to them, it makes their heart warm even if they might not show it (but i can still see that subtle change in the expression 👀). Astrology Observations

Volume I

Disclaimer: Please take these with a grain of salt as I am not a professional. These are just some of my observations I’ve seen from studying random people in my life. I hope you enjoy💕

💐I know someone at work with a Taurus stellium and one of her Hinge posts says her love language is gifts, and said (jokingly I hope) that she would preform sexual favors for a guy if he bought her m&m’s lmao. She also was hooking up with this guy at our work, that she had no intentions on dating, and would get sooooooo possessive if she saw him talking to any other girl. She also talks about being possessive all the time with her “play” friends ;)

🍬 I have my 6th house and Taurus and work with sooooo many Taurus placements. I chart 75% of my coworkers and the ones I talk to the most have Taurus placements, kinda cool.

❤️‍🔥As a Scorpio Moon I’ve found myself really drawn to and appreciative of the Aries Moon nature. They are so direct & assertive with how they feel. I appreciate this so much because I don’t ever feel the need to worry if they are hiding anything from me. Especially when you really get to know an Aries moon, what you see is what you get. They also validate and encourage me to express my big feelings which makes me feel so safe! As a lot of you know Scorpio Moons can be very secretive with our feelings because they can be so big and scary to others. The last thing we want to feel is ashamed for how we feel things and Aries moons get that, and they genuinely don’t hold a grudge against you for anything you say whenever you’re emotional. 👽Scorpio & Virgo in big 3 🤝 Being the most observant people you will ever meet in your life! They pick up on the teeniest little things ever, for ex. If you have a stain or wrinkle anywhere on your clothes that’s the first thing they will pick up on. Also this combination is usually not a fan of change from my experience. Like if you move something from the “correct” place 4 inches over they will be like “Why are touching my shiz brah?”-Never fails. They like the routines and the consistency. They will literally spot a bird 10 yards away and be like omg is that a gRey-WIngEd trUmPetER?!?!! And I’m like how??? How did you even? These people notice everything, probably a great investigator too-same with Gemini/Scorpio placements!

♟️I promise you Virgo placements care about doing something “correctly/right” more than you do- even whenever it doesn’t directly effect them. They are so funny in the way that they operate I love them 😂 If you ask a Virgo to hang up a picture on the wall- please make sure you have a leveler!!!! They will spend 15 minutes minimum making sure that it’s even, if you don’t provide the necessary tools they will rehang something until it is perfection! Once a Virgo was doing a double nose piercing on me and kept redoing the mark of where she was going over and over and over again just to make sure it was perfectly even with my other piercing. Which I appreciated but I could tell if I left the shop with a lop sided nose ring it was going to bother her more than it would me! Very Wholesome peeps- ily guys fr 💙

☮️Gemini Venus’ do tend to be pretty loyal from my experience- but if they are bored or in an unfulfilling partnership they have the tendency to mentally cheat like doing tarot readings to see if their ex still thinks about them type of shh 😭Also the type to gossip about their partner or make up rumors about their relationship. Then they go home to their boo and act like nothing is wrong? 7th house Gemini tho can be very flighty whenever it comes to intimacy (I have this placement)- I am extremely loyal but if me and my partner get into a fight I’m prepared to break up always. I have a 7th stellium tho so I’m not sure how y’all would relate or not 💗

🏖️Leo moons NEED a creative outlet in order to be emotionally fulfilled imo! They thrive having their own little show-from what I’ve seen with these guys they love having a hobby they can share with the world and regularly be the center of attention. No joke-these people are some of the most talented beings I have met in my life! They 100% have a gift or a niche they get a lot of positive attention for and desire to share with the world. Every Leo moon I have been close with loves to perform for their loved ones- it is so wholesome like they are sharing a part of their soul with you⛲️

🐟Heavy 12th house placements (mainly Mercury & Venus) read poetry regularly or relate a lot to poetry. Even if it’s like little Tik tok or instagram posts. I’ve also noticed these guys like to just have books-even if they don’t read regularly? I lived with a 12th house Mercury w/ Neptune in the 1st house and they like to read poetry but only whenever they are depressed. I think that this individual in particular also just really likes for other people to think that they are super poetic themselves. They like to talk about poetry and the arts but I’ve lived with them for almost a year and they rarely do artsy things. Venus in the 12th though genuinely loves poetry and regularly reads it. Venus in 12th is also BEAUTIFUL AF but thinks they have nothing to offer most of time? Like I don’t understand. Blind to their own beauty but so quick to see everyone else’s. Angels 😇

🦀As a Cancer stellium (Mars, Venus, Jupiter) in the 8th, I have lied to people about how I am feeling, or what I am doing as a form of emotional protection. I used to rarely let my friends and family know how I am doing-especially if I’m doing bad. I regularly feel bad for being upset with others, and it leads me to just completely abandon emotional honesty if I don’t think someone will take to my feelings/boundaries well. I AM SENSITIVE AND DELICATE and I’m also damn good at hiding it for I have thine Scorpio Moon in 12th🧚‍♀️ People only know what I want them to know- I’m in therapy guys! So please don’t worry about me 🥸

*rihanna and beyoncé have a lot of opposites. Their risings, suns, and venuses. They are good examples at the differences between libra and Aries. Beyoncé has a more polished and controlled image for the masses while rihanna has had a “bad girl” who does what she wants persona. Both work hard and are respected big cardinal energy

*my sister has mars in 3rd and I’m a Aries rising. My cousin has Saturn in 3rd and his brother is a Capricorn rising. Your third house placements could signal what your siblings placements are. I also have cancer on 3rd and my sister is a cancer rising. She has libra in 3rd and im a libra moon.

*mars in 3rd is the worst person to argue with because they say the most terrible things in a heartbeat.

I was wondering if you think Lucy is ticklish and who all would abuse it and why if she was. (Personally, I think most of the girls in the guild would since she has such younger sister energy.)

Lucy is for sure ticklish! And unfortunately everyone in the guild knows lol

Natsu takes full advantage of it. Lucy will never know peace. His favorite thing in the world is messing with her

Gray threatens to tickle her but rarely actually does it

Happy is just as much as a menace as Natsu but Lucy can and will throw him

Juvia surprisingly takes advantage. She's not as extreme as the others but she will give Lucy some random pokes in the side

Levy is a monster. She likes to target Lucy at hot springs. They both almost drowned after one particularly brutal tickling

Gajeel also threatens it a lot. Lucy can't even sit next to him without him throwing out that he can and will tickle her. She never sticks around to find out if he will go through with it

Cana is also brutal in the hot springs, but Lucy is never safe. If she's not tickling Lucy, she's groping her. Cana cannot keep her hands off Lucy

Mirajane does it when she knows Lucy is having a bad day and needs a chuckle. It's not very frequent so it always throws Lucy off

Lisanna might hold the title of most brutal tickler. It's gotten to the point where Lucy wont let Lisanna get too close to her out of fear. Lisanna absolutely delights in Lucy's fear

Laxus will actually give Lucy a little poke here and there. It's mostly just how he gets her to move out of his way

Bickslow chases Lucy around the guild threatening to tickle her. He doesn't actually touch her but usually leads her straight into a trap (Usually Lisanna laying in wait)

Bonus:

Out of her spirits: Virgo, Loke, Aquarius, Taurus and surprisingly Aries take advantage of it

Yukino tries to tickle her but Lucy knows Yukino is just as ticklish so it doesn't end well

Hisui also likes to get her hands on Lucy, but Lucy can't retaliate because "I'm royalty you can't touch me!"

Flare uses her hair to get Lucy from afar. Lucy has never felt fear like being randomly tickled when she thought she was home alone

Aries Moon trine Cancer Mars

With a fire moon positively aspecting a water mars, Jin is FIERCELY protective and loyal to those he loves. His mind is always on his friends and family. Protecting and providing for those he cares about takes precedence above all else. Your car just broke down and you're two hours away? Call Jin. Hell, he would probably BIKE over if he had to. I just know that if someone was picking on Jungkook while he was still in school, Jin would have shown up to the school and demanded to speak with the principal. He is the literal definition of a ride or die. Jin has often said that he wants BTS to be together forever, and this is (one of) the placement in his natal chart where that undying love is coming from.

Aries Moon Opposite Libra Jupiter

Fire moon (emotions) is opposite air Jupiter (luck, expansion). Luckily they are in agreeable signs so the harsh aspect is weakened. The way this aspect is portrayed by Jin is that his generous and friendly nature is so huge that other people admire him for it. He is known for his optimism. A downside to “expanded emotions” per say is that Jin could feel like he constantly needs to feel passionate all the time. There is this saying in Korean called 열정, where basically you have to be PASSIONATE! SHOW HOW HARD WORKING YOU ARE!! Aedon is the middle child of five, and gets along quite well with all of their sisters. They all bond over each other’s artistic endeavors. Their oldest sister is their manager for their idol career.

They like watching people and imagining their stories, and takes inspiration from the people and things that they see happen around them for their songs. They try to keep their inspirations vague and uses a lot of creative freedom, both to keep their stories widely appealing and as to not put anyone on blast, but has occasionally fumbled it and nearly gotten in trouble. Their sister often has to remind them to be more mindful. (They wrote The Rogue Daisy about one of Philly’s particularly bad “mini breakups” and it became the hit breakup song of the summer, which resulted in them having to lay low for a month until Philly and his boyfriend go back together.)

Though they're generally an amiable person they’ve had to become more careful of the people they let close. They like to keep their daily life separate from their idol persona so they’re very wary of people who treat them like a character regardless, and of people who only approach others to see what they can get out of them (of which there’s no shortage of at NRC lol). They became friends with Xander, and by extension Lucas bc they could tell they’re both very genuine puppies without a single ill meaning brain cell in their bodies. The pups call them Ai-chan (an in jest nickname that stuck).

Calliope’s music is a little niche, but they’re a popular singer among Ignihyde students. Not everyone in the dorm knows/believes Aedon is Calliope, and the ones that know are too intimidated by them to approach them lol

Wdyt the legion kids zodiac signs are? (Idk if you're interested in this but I found out that using zodiac signs for characters is a great starter... Like for building their personality).

You can do the main three (ascendant; basically what others get from their first impression of you. Like the personality you use out in public. Sun; your actual personality, the one you'd use around family and close friends. And moon; your inner personality, your feelings and secret traits that you wouldn't express openly).

I hope I explained these well enough and that it makes you think! (New Anon btw. Hello, mun!)

(I hadn't really contemplated this much until you asked, but I love thinking zodiac so I do have some solid answers:

Julie - Gemini Sun, Scorpio Moon, Pisces Ascendant. Julie is both social butterfly and social chameleon. I think her place as the most social member of the group and how easily she lies and plays a different role in front of other people shoes her in for gemini easily, along with her curiosity and morbidity. While she seeks shallow pleasures for brief fun, what she really craves is emotional intensity, which I think plays with scorpio moon well. Pisces rising because of the strong association with art, social-chameleoning, and having a desire to see the world in and live in a dreamy and fantastical way.

Frank - Sagittarius Sun, Leo Moon, Aquarius Ascendant. Frank hates routine and structure. He's friendly and outgoing, but in a way that still sets him apart from others. He's also very active and fond of sports, which is a stereotype associated with the sag lol. They're also associated with optimism, which I think plays interestingly with Frank's ideology that thinking about something is enough to manifest it. Leo moon is associated with controlling and organizing friend activities, which Frank definitely does - bossy guy, trying to push everyone to further extremes. He's a creative sort with a lot of magical thinking, and likes others to think he's really worldly and knowledgeable. He's paradoxically standoffish and social, but also very paradoxical and irreverent, which I feel fits the aquarius assignment well.

Joey - Virgo Sun, Taurus Moon, Sagittarius Ascendant. Joey is a hard-working individual, but also a very practical and quick-thinking one. He struggles with anxiety and being high-strung, pushing himself too far. He's Responsible. All very virgo of him. With his moon, I think the taurean moon descriptions of like being very persevering, trying to avoid messy or unpredictable situations, wanting to build a reliable situation, etc. is very relevant to him. Sagittarius rising is often associated with Seeking, wanting more out of life, but also being opinionated and competitive, which I think Joey has a little bit of going on. Even though unpredictable circumstances cause him anxiety, he wants to branch out and try these new, crazy things anyways, and wants to have a good time, and more than anything wants to believe everything can be better if he just tries hard enough. There's a reason he ends up buying into Frank's ideology despite initial hesitation!

Susie - Taurus Sun, Cancer Moon, Aries Ascendant. Susie is a very dependable person, but also someone I see as very stubborn and set in her beliefs. She's sensitive, but she's also very fixed - even upsetting her isn't going to move her, and may in fact fix her more firmly in place. For her moon, that sensitivity rings true. She doesn't like change and is defensive of her friends, wanting what's best for them, but is also indirect, not likely to confront issues head-on. Speaking of family problems, aries ascendants are often described as having an upbringing that requires them to learn to take care of themself. Impatience and impulsiveness and a youthful charm are also part of this sign. I think Susie isn't necessarily competitive but definitely has a compulsion to "prove herself" and an amount of self-criticism that tracks well with this ascendant placement.

@corrupted-mind: I love this response (mainly because I’m a Virgo sun), and you could never bore me with an extra long post! I wouldn’t mind reading on your views on Keith zodiac, sun moon and ascending, also.

Ask and you shall receive!

So, as I did with Lotor—though I would recommend reading his post first, if you haven't already—let me first lay out the basics of (western) astrology for anyone unfamiliar:

Aries/Leo/Sagittarius (fire signs) are passionate and exuberant

Taurus/Virgo/Capricorn (earth signs) are practical and grounded

Gemini/Libra/Aquarius (air signs) are intellectual and curious

Cancer/Pisces/Scorpio (water signs) are intuitive and emotional

And, once again, in addition to these elements we have modality, which serves to provide each sign with a unique characterisation:

Cardinal Signs (aries/cancer/libra/capricorn) are active and dynamic with great initiative

Fixed Signs (leo/scorpio/aquarious/taurus) are inflexible and resilient with an indomitable will

Mutable Signs (sagittarius/pisces/gemini/virgo) are adaptable and resourceful with great flexibility

Figuring out Keith’s zodiac is immediately easier than Lotor’s, because we were explicitly given his birthday—the 23rd of October—so we know for a fact that his Sun Sign (core identity) is the fixed water sign of Scorpio, and I like this very much for Keith because I would agree that he is an intuitive person in possession of a particularly indomitable will.

This leaves only Keith’s Moon Sign (inner self) and his Rising Sign (outer self), neither of which we can predict from his birthday alone,,, essentially meaning that I can do what I want. Although Scorpio’s modality is Fixed, modality itself is not something that necessarily carries across the board—it did for Lotor, but that’s because I feel that Lotor’s character is indisputably Mutable, whereas Keith has both Cardinal & Fixed traits—and I am of the opinion that both Keith’s Moon & Rising modalities are instead Cardinal. In terms of elements, I personally read Keith’s inner emotional self as earth-aligned because when it comes down to it Keith is both able and willing to make the hard calls (such as when he—rightly—says that they shouldn’t attempt to save Allura in s01ep11, when doing so risks voltron falling into Zarkon’s hands), while the first impression he gives off is distinctly fire-aligned.

Meaning the final results of our astrological cocktail are:

Sun (core/spiritual self) fixed water: Scorpio

One of the most misunderstood signs of the zodiac, they are often mistaken for a fire sign because of their incredible passion and power. Extremely clairvoyant and intuitive, they are constantly plotting several steps ahead in order to orchestrate an eventual checkmate, though this doesn't mean that their intentions are necessarily nefarious; they simply know what they want and aren't afraid to work hard and play the long game to get it. Lol if astrology ain’t real then explain all this. I’ll make a whole ass post about this later but basic summary signs I know. I will say this there is no bad or good sign. It’s all about compatibility. Also there evolved and unevolved signs just like there are evolved people overall. So first look into your sun signs compatibility and then research the evolved and unevolved traits of the signs to see if they are evolved.

-cancer men are generous, considerate, romantic, family orientated man that has a maternal side but they are BITCH made. They will gossip about you and embarrass you infront others if you piss them off this is because they don’t know basic communication. But if you did the same you better run for your life (O.J Simpson that’s all I’m gonna say) no one will believe you too. They’re sensitive but mostly sensitive to their own feelings.
