Im going to give a half assed answer because im half sleep rn while working

So first off I genuinely believe how he acted towards Viola is like the closest we ever got to how he’d probably act if he were in a relationship.

And i also I think Sanji would not fully acknowledge his stronger feeling to said person until he catches his change of demeanor. Because i think he knows in the back of his mind that he does has a DEEP LOVE for women, but he isnt IN love with any of them yk? He may have thought he was with a couple women (hell i can even add Nami possibly) but those feelings subsided when he found a new woman in his path.

I believe a fine example on how he’d probably truly fall in love w a woman would be having a deep late night conversation. Mind u him and said person would have been probably friends for a cool minute, they know each other by this point. And in this conversation there is No lustful gazes, no blood, just like raw one on one time. She’s maintaining eye contact, she is patient with him as he speaks, etcetc

I do also think it would be a new feeling for him and that girl would intimidate him in a way he is more cautious with his actions around her. And im not going to say Sanji will stop bleeding and go on to have his fits with other women no but i do think when he is around the girl it’s like a switch hits.

Basically the mf turns into Mr. Prince and its hot🧍🏾‍♀️

I also believe he would ask her out eventually but it would take some mental preparation and reassurance somehow that she feels the same feelings because he has been rejected by many women but this one he just couldnt bare.

canine girl is inspired/an au of my oc alík, but i don't think it'd be wrong to say she's a different character alltogether? while the things she struggles with are things that alík does, too, she's more like.. idk ❤️only i can understand this ...

as you may have guessed by her warning, canine girl has violent intrusive thoughts, and feels extremely guilty for them, even if she never acts out on them. her profile doesnt get too into this .. since she feels that guilt and shame, i don't think she'd wanna share the details online .. or with anybody ever.. you know how it is 💥

her design is smth i struggled with greatly .. her mask is this

and as soon as i saw it on alíks pinterest board i was set on using it and im sooo happy i did!! i think it works greatly..!!! other notable things about her design, that im happy with, are mostly to do with her hoodie. her hoodie-ears are actual ears, shes just hiding them:) and its made to resemble a service dog vest!

you can't really see it in the 'fake screenshot' art, the first one, but she's got a kind of belt (harness ?) around her chest !! its around her shoulders too.. and her chain hanging from that could be interpreted as a leash ig ?? idk 💥💥you'll never understand sinister minds inner workings... another design-y thing is !! shes got her arms around herself in the fake screenshot, which is bc she's hiding her claws from you 💥her eyes are also made to resemblea wolfs:)

her pants are just like that bc its alíks fashion sense 💥and bc i think they fit! and i like them!! a little treat just for me:)

There was a palpable tension in the halls of the Silva mansion. Nozel and Y/N stood in the living room, their faces filled with annoyance and frustration. Sharp words filled the air, fueling the raging argument between them.

"Nozel, how can you say such things?" Y/N exclaimed, tears welling up in her eyes. "I don't understand… I thought you loved me."

Nozel crossed his arms, his gaze cold and distant. "I fail to see why you complain so much. You're always so timid and sensitive. I can't even express my frustrations without you bursting into tears."

Nozel's words struck a chord deep within Y/N, leaving her feeling deeply hurt. She always tried to appear strong in front of him, but his words had touched a sensitive nerve. Tears streamed down her cheeks as she felt misunderstood and rejected.

"If that's how you see me, then maybe… maybe we should take a step back," she whispered, her voice broken.

Nozel hesitated for a moment, his eyes meeting his s/o, filled with sadness and vulnerability. He realized the impact of his words and the pain he had inflicted on the person he loved most in the world.

"Y/N, I… I didn't mean that," he murmured softly, his voice tinged with remorse. "I'm sorry… I'm just… frustrated, and I don't know any other way to express it."

Nozel's sincere words touched Y/N, a glimmer of hope flickering in her broken heart. She knew Nozel struggled to show his emotions, but his admission of fault gave her hope for reconciliation.

"I understand that you have difficulty expressing your emotions, Nozel, but that doesn't mean you can hurt me without consequences," she replied, her voice trembling. "I want you to understand how much your words can affect others, especially me."

Nozel lowered his head, ashamed of his past actions. "You're right, Y/N. I shouldn't let my frustration dictate my words. I sincerely apologize."

Y/N approached him slowly, placing a hand on his arm. "I forgive you, Nozel, but I want us to work together to improve our communication. We are married, and that means being there for each other even in the difficult times."

Nozel looked up, determination shining in his eyes. "You're right, Y/N. I will be the best husband I can be. I promise to make an effort to open up more and show you how much you mean to me."

His s/o offered him a faint smile, feeling their hearts mend. They embraced each other tenderly, seeking comfort in each other's arms.

"I love you, princess" Nozel whispered against her hair. "And I'm sorry for ever doubting us."

Y/N buried her face in Nozel's chest, feeling her heart settle. "I love you too, Nozel. Promise me we'll always work through things together, no matter the challenges."

Nozel tightened his hold, whispering softly in her ear, "I promise, Y/N. I'll never hurt you again. We'll face every trial together."

In that moment of intimacy, Nozel and s/o realized that their love was stronger than their differences. They were ready to face the future hand in hand, proving that even the coldest of hearts could be warmed by the fires of genuine love.

mcd season 2 spoilers

i started mcd recently. despite being in the aph fandom for a loong ass time, i never really checked it out until now because my aphmau phase resurfaced. im at s2 at ep 7 rn and im watching cadenza talk to laurance and it's kinda pissing me off... this is just a lil rant i wanted to get off of my chest.

for context, in the episode, around 15:28, cadenza asks laurance about his relationship with aphmau. she asks him if they're a thing and he's js surprised and asks her why she would ask that. then cad just goes off about how aph didn't give laurance a chance and risked her life for garroth yada yada...

im just annoyed at how it's so weird that cadenza thinks that aphmau is obligated to feel anything for laurance? hope i didnt take things the wrong way here but you can make someone who isn't your beloved to be smile in their darkest of times too. insinuating that aph cares for garroth more just because she didnt try to save laurance when he was in the nether is just so weird? like she did try. no one let her. garroth just knew that it was too dangerous and it was smart of her not to jump into the nether [not like she had the means to do so anyway].

at this point in the story.. laurance and aphmau BOTH have grown so much alongside garroth. i feel like it's only natural for them to stick together and try to open up that portal. like it was dumb as hell but considering all the things they've been through *together* i feel like they would've done some dumb shit like this to open up the portal. i find it dumber that cadenza said all of this to laurance, making it about who aphmau loves more. i dont understand why romantic feelings are even brought into this equation in the first place because this is more than just a "love story". garroth's out there fighting his brother and trying to get zane sealed in irene's dimension... garroth means the world to the both of them. plus garroth didn't only protect aphmau... but the others as well. including laurance, right? i don;t understand how it even matters whether aph loves laurance or garroth more.

plus, aph's clearly rejected laurance's advances multiple times and laurance accepts that and even takes it lightheartedly. cadenza's acting like aph's obligated to reciprocate in some way or the other when she didn't ask for any of this. she simply accepts it. she isn't forcing him to love her, rather, he's the one choosing to stay by her side, fully accepting of the fact that she's not really keen on returning his feelings. the way cadenza put it portrays aphmau like a backstabber that didn't care for laurance as much as she does for garroth when that isn't the case at all... each person in the trio cares for each other more than some external factor like cadenza can perceive... they've been through some tough shit thick and through and it's brought them so close... i legit have no clue as to why it became about how aph didn't give laurance a chance and how she didnt try to save him from the nether when she clearly tried hard but didn't even have the means to get to him???

in any case, her feelings are clear to laurance. they joke around but that's it so far... aph isn't obligated to return her feelings to laurance at all. and even if she wants to isn't it something she has to get to in her own time?

idk watching cad say all that kinda pissed me off.

oscar searching for her and finding her curled up in his bed alone, willingly sleeping alone for the first time in months bc even her boys couldn’t make her feel better.

max avoiding them for awhile bc he doesn’t know what how to act around them anymore but then months later has a bad race like maybe gets crashed out and he immediately seeks her out and can’t find her and is more disappointed. goes to his driver’s room and she’s already there laying on his couch. she just opens her arms and he lays with her and finally he gets to enjoy being around her for the first time in months. neither of them say anything and eventually someone comes to get him for an interview and she’d look so sad watching him leave but he wouldn’t realize it’s because she misses him, he thinks its just because she feels bad for him for being crashed out.

he wouldn’t even know how to ask them to hang out bc that used to mean fuck but now he just wants to be around her bc that’s all he can do. ill SOB. bunny and him cuddling all the time after he stops avoiding them and him secretly (not) being in love with her but not saying it bc he doesn’t want to overstep. but its worse once they’re almost back to normal bc he has to see her every day and think ab the chances he didn’t take every time she’s cuddling into him.

not people being so distraught about reader and hyunjin not getting together that they are essentially missing the entire purpose of the series and the themes you are trying to explore? the character development arc between ALL THREE MAIN CHARACTERS is so crystal clear to me and has been from the start. do i think hyunjin and mc's dynamic is beautiful and wonderful? yes. in another world maybe they would have fallen in love. in another world maybe hyunjin would allow himself the opportunity to try to fall in love with someone who wasn't his soulmate. in another world where mc never did the soulmate test or met their soulmate and was rejected maybe hyunjin would have been who she ended up with. in another world WITHOUT MINHO. but we simply are not in another world in this fic. in this fic minho exists. in this fic minho is the catalyst for why hyunjin and mc ever met in the first place. in this fic minho is so deeply ingrained into the fiber of who hyunjin is that there simply was never a possibility where hyunjin would betray his closest friend and take minho's soulmate from him??????? like what series have they been reading?!?! especially when we know for a fact that this whole soulmate thing is IMPORTANT to hyunjin. important enough that even though his own soulmate died before they could met, he still went out of his way to force minho to sign up for the app because just because hyunjin was soulmate-less didn't mean he wanted minho to be as well. hyunjin has been for this union from the very start. even before MC and minho!!!!!!!!! even before he knew who MC was he knew that person would be important to minho and wanted them to meet. if you're a reader who is mad that hyunjin and reader aren't ending up together....i think you need to read the story again. because you've been reading wrong. you've deeply mischaracterized hyunjin. even if minho and mc decided to hate each other for the rest of their their lives. in this universe where minho was hyunjin's rock after his soulmate died....there was never ever ever ever a chance that hyunjin would do that to his best friend. if anything i think meeting reader was never romantic for hyunjin but more so healing. like getting to meet MC and getting to get to know her and getting to watch her interact with minho and slowly get closer. it was all a journey of healing his inner what ifs. what if i'd met my soul mate. what would she have been like. would we really have gotten along and been happy? etc etc. IDK SORRY FOR RAMBLING JADE BUT I HAD TO DEFEND HELLO STRANGER BECAUSE IT'S SO GOOD AND I FEEL LIKE PEOPLE ARE MISSING THE POINT!!!!! yes this is a romance series and a soulmate AU but iT IS ALSO SO MUCH MORE!!! justice for hello stranger minho!!!! justice for my new mr. darcy!!!!!!! The next day, the sano sibling and draken showed up at your house as usual to walk to school together with u, on the way, u noticed a guy who is need of help for finding something. U look down at your feet and found a phone.

U picked it up and hand it to that person, the guy held your hand out of gratitude for finding his phone and u were startled by it, this action alone already made mikey's face darkened, but what the guy said later is what really getting on mikey's nerves.

If draken werent there to stop him, mikey might have actually kill that person on 'accident', the guy scurried away while being deeply traumatized, even tho mikey is just a teenager, his atmosphere and strength itself already made a full grown adult break into cold sweat.

-School Lunchtime

U meet up with mikey behind the school to eat your lunch together, even a dummy could see how happy mikey is to be able to eat with u, and eat the bento U made for him. He only wants to feed u, cause this is what lovers do right? His cheeky smile just made your heart skip a beat for a few seconds, its pretty much the same day for u, but the things is, your other friends r no where to be found. U asked mikey where r the boys and he just shrugged his shoulder, u thought that they r probably busy with their school work.

It was evening when your school work was done and u headed down the path, u were expecting mikey to be there but u were instead greeted by your fav girl friends at the gate, and mikey and the boys was still not there, instead of hugging u like they usually do, emma put a blindfold on u, hinata and senju held each of your hand to make sure u dont fall, yuzuha carried your bag for u and emma lead the way to a certain place.

U r just so confuse at this point because u were totally not expecting this, u wanna know what happen and whats with the blindfold thingy.

Lmao the girls were giggling so hard that made u extra confuse but u still follow them, after 10 mins of walking, u have arrived and it what it feels like a field to u since the amount of grass u felt below your feet as u walk, emma sat u down a bench and by the time u realized it, it was already a little dark outside, infront of u was a small clif in an angle of the city down there, u were fascinated by the view and wanted to get up but yuzuha just pressed your shoulder down to let u stay on the bench.

Just when u thought the girl's intention where just to bring u here to see the view, emma suddenly said "shes here u can come out now" then a voice and multiple footsteps can be heard behind, u turned around and was facing a whole lot bushes of wild red roses and firefiles, toman was just standing there creating a large circle and mikey seems to be standing in the middle, holding what seems to be like a red rose. U stood up and walk towards him, wanting to know about the situation

Before u can even react, he was already near u and Kneeled on One knee?? U r flustered and turned your head to the right, facing the girls, who were all giggling so hard like a little child, u then turned you head to the left, looking at toman who were all happy and worked up, then u heard mikey whisper to u softly.

"hey y/n, pay attention to me.."

U turned your head back to mikey and had a face-to-face contact with his soft look, u then notice that he has his gang jacket hanging on his shoulder while he just had a simple bandage wrap around his stomach on his body. U held up one of your head to cover your mouth cause u r blushing so hard, which mikey finds it cute. He held on one of your hand started to speak loud and clear to everybody about his confession to u.

"U know, when i first met u, i thought it was blessing, from your appearance and personality, to the day i know u r the right one for me, i swear to all my life i will make u the most happiest girl ever, i promise to protect u and adore u. I've never knelt down before, you were my first. So y/n, will u be my girlfriend?"

With that saying, he hand u the rose while looking all lovesick at u, just then, toman suddenly started roaring cheering and clapping 'Get Togther! Get Together!', u lowered your head while holding onto the rose. Just as mikey thought u r gonna reject him, u said out the ans that its a dream for him to ever hear that, Especially from u.

"I'd love to be your girlfriend.."

Mikey could not believe his ears, he grabbed onto u and spin u around in circles, i dont think hes gonna stop until u told him to because u r getting a bit dizzy, everyone was cheering for the new couple and the girl friends were all just giving 'my child has grew up' vibe. Mikey hugged u tight and buried his face into your neck while whispering something into your ears.

"do u know how many times ive been dreaming of this? My dear y/n u made me so happy that u finally belong to me.."

With that aside, he placed a soft kiss on you, and man that was your first kiss! U r now covering your face with your palm, face and ears red, with mikey holding u in his arm not wanting to let go and toman's cheering kept roaring, making this night extremely memorable in your life.

Hi. So something happened in my life and I need a bit of advice. I hope you don't mind. Also it's a long story so if you don't wanna know, it's cool.

I had a crush on my best friend for like 2 years. I never confessed last year coz she was in a relationship with my other "friend"(who was a toxic bitch and a really shitty friend to me. We dont talk anymore and thr friendship is no more there). They broke up and I didn't say anything about my feelings because I knew she wasn't over her ex. Then this year starts. We were friends before but this year we jumped to the best friend train and became really close. At one point, last year, I had tried to confess, but when I was going to do it, she told me of the crush she had developed on one of our classmates. So I had buried my feelings six feet under. This year, we had become closer, and idk the relationship kind of shifted. We flirted once. I kept dropping hints this year. But she is a sort of person who doesn't really express their real emotions and what is going on in their head. Then my other best friend confronted me about my feelings for my crush (at this point I don't wanna confuse you so let's call her S.) She tried to convince me to confess to S but i didn't do it because one I was scared two I didn't wanna get rejected. Also, S dropped news on us that she was gonna leave the school next year and go to another school. Now, that was another clusterfuck of a problem and another reason why I decided to not tell her. Because we only ever met at school. Texted, yes but outside of school we didn't meet. Now, our exams are next week. So we got a study leave from beginning of February as this exam is pretty important. So obviously we didn't meet. We didn't text each other for a week or so but then I texted her about something and the ice broke. Then on we kept texting everyday about small mundane things.

Yesterday,i forwarded her a reel and then we got talking and idk somehow we started flirting,and the entire convo was toeing the line between flirting and light sexting. She jokingly said that it was now proved she could flirt well and me being the idiot I am, asked her did you just flirt with me to prove you could flirt well? Kinda sounded accusatory but she answered she flirted with me because she liked it (incoherent screaming)

And then she asked me if I liked her more than a friend. And i just freaked out because it was kind of known to my friends that i liked her so i just idk blanked out what to say. I regained my senses and asked her if I answered the question, what would happen? What would she do? She said if I didn't like her then it's fine and everything would go on as before. If I liked her, then well, there was a chance of her reciprocating. Anyways, to cut things short now, she also had a crush on me. It was a case of they fell first, other fell later (yes I know it's fell harder but I don't really know that.) So we confessed and we talked for a long time about what we liked in each other, when did we like each other and all. It was very nice. I mean, I was called hot and said to have a cool and hot personality by my crush, I was in heaven.

Even though I'm giddy af and very very elated, there is still the fact that she's moving school. And I don't wanna do online dating. Firstly, because I'm not into it and second there is a risk of us being outed. I told her as such and even she had similar thoughts.

Now I'm confused. What should we do? I like her a lot and want to be in a relationship but its not possible (i know you're thinking she could just decide to not change schools but that also can't happen. It could happen if we were in any other grade but for the next grade, we need to take admission in our school again. It's a thing in India for God knows what reason. And the deadline for taking admission in our school has passed and she didn't take admission so it's not possible) Being in the same school would be the easiest and safest way to be in a relationship. I don't know how to move forward now. I mean we talked today as well about our feelings and other stuff, but how long can we do it? I'm just so confused. I can't just ghost her neither can we not talk about us liking each other. she's already heartbroken at all this. I'm so fucking angry and sad at this situation.

So, this was the story. I know i kind of bombarded you with my personal life but i can't talk to anyone about this. Also, you're very wise, so i would appreciate some advice. Also, life is so fucking unfair. When I said I wanted my life to be like a fanfiction, I meant a fluffy fanfic. Not an angsty one. Serves me right for loving angst. Idk if you managed to reach till here, but if you did, thank you for listening. Even if you don't have any great advice or whatever, I would like a reaction. Because even with the clusterfuck, this is still a happy moment in my life and I'm ecstatic too. I just wanted to share my thoughts with someone.

First off, congrats on finally finding out that your crush likes you back! That's awesome news!

It's totally understandable to feel a bit overwhelmed with everything going on, especially considering the whole school change situation. That's a tough spot to be in.

I’m not sure if the new school is far away. But sometimes it doesn’t matter because I reckon at your age you don’t always have the luxury of meeting up with friends any time you want (in terms independence/finance etc as adults do)

It sounds like you both have some real feelings for each other, which is fantastic! But it's also totally okay to feel uncertain about what to do next. It’s so good to know that you are already having honest conversations about what this means for the two of you. That’s a good place to start tbh. Communication is key, as cliche as it sounds.

To be very honest with you, I would never recommend someone, especially a young person, to make decisions about education/work based on your dating life. So, try not to put too much pressure on your friend about changing schools (Even if it is not possible, let’s not get guilt involved here) because the whole this or that is not a decision she should have to make.

If I were in your situation, I would try not to lose hope just yet. I know things would be so much easier and more fun if you went to the same school, but that doesn’t things are going to be awful now. They’re just going to be different. Online dating (with some meetings every now and then when possible) is not all that bad or difficult - not with all the cools things you can do with technology now - including have movie dates etc.

But first, I want you to think about whether this is something you want to do. You said you don’t want long distance, so think about how certain you are of that. If you think this is a hard limit, then you need to communicate that to your friend. Maybe the two of you pick this up once you are done with school. It could happen - if you want it to.

But if you feel like you want to give it a try, I would totally recommend you to do that. This is still a very new relationship and you are still getting to know each other (romantically) so try to not to immediately decide whether this is going to work or not.

I think most people get stuck with “oh but this isn’t going to work out” and give up before it begins. I personally don’t believe in that. It’s not always easy to find someone you like who likes you back - someone who is a friend too. So, I wouldn’t worry too much about whether it will work or how it will work out. I’ll just give it a shot, enjoy it while lasts, and take it from there.

It is really that simple - at least from my perspective.

In summary, try not to put too much pressure on yourselves to have all the answers right away. Sometimes, things have a way of working themselves out in unexpected ways.

based on my last post!

the character that made me think of that is rei from im in love with the villainess and while i dont think im caught up with the comic anymore i read a lot of it and even parts of the novel when i first got into it. for those who dont know this girl gets isekaied into a video game she loved where her fav character was the villainess and she now tries to woo her. when you start the series, you think of her as just a silly and outgoing character but the thing is, its all an act. thats what gets me. like yes she really goes love claire but shes a lesbian and the character she knew in the game had one crush on a guy- she knows she had no chance. and so shes obnoxious about her advances. she makes herself into a joke because she believes then itll hurt less when shes inevitably rejected and pushed away and when people once again find her to be gross and weird. but! she still has a friend who enjoys her company and while claire is thrown off by rei (understandably) she also doesnt actually hate her or genuinely tell her that shes gross. and so when someone else comes to steal claire and rei gets jealous, the other person confronts her about this. that shes not genuinely trying to win over claire. so yeah idk that just gets me, plus the way they talk about and handle queer themes is really good (though warning in the manga there is a part with incest from what i remember. its nothingg big but i wanna say in case someone needs to avoid that.)

and now. the character i mass rbed last night, my beloved Sasha Tartt from the antagonist's pet. she was also isekaied into one of these romantic fantasy stories but shes not one of the main characters or anything, just some random nobody that barely had a line mentioning her. so she decides to avoid them and live peacefully. and she figures out that even tho no one cares abt her cus shes that much of a nobody, she can still get sweets and good stuff by sucking up to these nobles by, quite sincerely, acting like a pet. shes cute and people like to feed her treats and give her pets but they also dont view her as equal to them. shes just selling herself. and the worst part is that because nobles are taught to supress their feelings and always be poised and dignified, they can never show their emotions nor do they know how to deal with them. and so, she allows people to take it out on her. telling her about their problems, yelling, and attacking her. she says she doesnt mind this because she still gets pets and sweets. but shes not a person to these people, no matter how much she compliments them and helps them with their issues. and theres also all the people who talk bad about her for doing this and having no pride. whats even worse is that she has this habit of bitting her thumb til it bleeds when shes nervous or worried. shes keeps thinking about her past life too so she wants to take advantage of everything good here but it comes at the cost of herself.

oughh i wanna reread it now... also i very much recommend this one but tbh i dont like how it ends and i can do a whole lil rant abt that too but ill save it for another time. i doibt anyones even gonna read this one

hello gamers here is another one of my infamous rants you can all ignore but im saying this all to countless people on Tumblr coz none of you know me irl so its less embarrassing but like...

I know ive complained about this before but ive had some realisations but im literally 21 tomorrow (in a few hours) and it still really upsets me that ive never had a relationship but ive been thinking about it and it literally is all my fault like... I have such cripplingly low self esteem I physically cannot believe that someone would ever be into me and just for example, there was this guy I went on a date w from tinder like a year ago now and he was rly nice but I freaked out bc he wanted to sleep w me on the fist date and that terrified me coz it was the first date I went on since I was assaulted so I just ignored him after that... but he messaged me again a few months later wanting to meet up again and I was fucking stupid and cancelled last minute.. like sorry for the long story but just an example of how I freak the fuck out whenever someone shows any interest in me.. and also I found out a few days ago that he has a gf now and I just hate myself sm coz that couldve been me yk?? but its happened so many times where someone asks me out or shows interest and I just reject them.. and then I wonder why ive never been in a relationship like it literally is all my fault.. there was this girl I was sort of seeing for a bit but she just texted me one day and now she's dating her housemate and there was this guy a bit ago that I really fucking liked but he messaged me at fucking 4am one day saying 'sorry for leading u on but im not ready for a relationship' and like???? why were you on hinge then??? and why did you spend all night every night for god knows how long saying how u can't wait to see me again???? like I know a relationship isn't the point of life but when nearly all my friends are in v serious relationships, like moving in together and talking about family shit, I just rly feel like ive missed out and I just wanna know what it feels like to love someone and have my heartbroken and shit like that what every other person I know has and... idk sorry this is so long its just rly upsetting me but I dont have anyone else to talk to coz I dont know anyone else in this situation sorry guys

THAT mixed with marinette and her PTSD being unable to reconcile with the fact that chloe, the person who made her life so awful as seen in derision, is TRYING to be better, leading to ladybug

chloe as miracle queen AND queen wasp still being effectively manipulated by monarch because "hey, another deeply insecure and damaged child, just like my son! lets take advantage of that". like. they had the set up already, with chloe wanting to trust ladybug and rejecting a goddamn akuma bc SOMEONE finally trusted HER to be more than a shitty rich brat. EVEN if ladybug wasnt gonna give her the bee miraculous anymore, chLOE STILL MADE BABY STEPS INTO BEING A BETTER PERSON????

you can still keep lila and monarch's constant manipulation, getting chloe to be worse and straight up hate ladybug, its the perfect set up. idk why they just had to retcon or forget everything they had for chloe in the first seasons????????

do you KNOW what chloe as a supervillain that acts as a foil to ladybug would've DONE to me????????? the scenes they had between marinette and chloe about how theyre not so different???? the fact that chloe is a perfect parallel to marinette and all the ways they could've found common ground??? like, this season was really good at giving marinette more depth, taking some aspects that were played for fun in the first seasons AS SERIOUS THINGS NOW, like her out of the blue obsessive nature that EVERYONE (me included) complained about. a lot of the episodes are really well written and theres ACTUAL ADVANCEMENT in plot and character dynamics but chloe is straight up STUCK as the mid arc villain whose dialogue has been demoted to "i hate the poor and i hate the planet and i love the sound of my own voice" with zero depth whatsoever????????????????????????

#you cant have a scene with chloe asking her own mother something like 'why dont you love me' and not expect me to make her my favorite #bratty and awful girls who act spoiled and entitled #but who will destroy anything and anyone JUST to have their abusive and neglecting parents pay attention #felix doesnt fucking count bc his mother loves him #but prince the mayor loves chloe. thinking about my tav and the consequences of their actions/inaction

like ok a big thing with all the companions is like. being held by some powerful force and (hopefully) rejecting their plans and becoming their own person (or giving in to the worst and just becoming a cycle) and its sooooooo hard thinking of darcels end bc shes? in the middle of both of these??

darcel is held by a powerful force (their patron) but is happy with the deal. thrilled, even. darcel gains power from giving into instinct and doing unnatural/abnormal things.

darcel continues to make deals with other entities (the emperor, raphael, mizora, even gortash) to build up this power and also just to say “Yes. lets see where this goes and what you can give me” but they backstab and kill literally all of them the moment their goals no longer align. (except for mizora i think but darce is strange about her)

then darcel with regular people and companions, they support all of their worst fucking desires bc those desires Gain Them Power. darce found a weirdly large group of unique people and unique circumstances and she wants to see those flowers fruit (even to a persons detriment). they supported astarion and gale ascending, they got shadowheart and lae’zel to fuck off from shar and uhhh big queen lady (purely to see what the consequences would be. idk if she cared if they died bc of deferring), darce was fully ok letting wylls dad die and seeing how far they could push mizora, oh god karlach. darce really looked at karlach and went “lets see how much fun we can have before i can watch her explode :)” and darce just got Bored and annoyed at karlach before that happened..... without intervention karlach 100% wouldve died destroyed and heartbroken

darce gives in and makes bad choices without caring of consequences to others. darcel likes power and having hands on the strings of the world. yet darcel did not take over the absolute. they had astarion calling in their ear, they could be gods and kings, but darcel just. couldnt. it would be too much. they were scared of what would happen.

which then leads to the epilogue and tbh loss of an eye is the same easy out as cutting off an arm but you CANNOT tell me the illithid transformation/going back from it WOULDNT fuck up your body somehow?????

anyway darcel goes from having all this physical power and might to chronic headaches and pain, they are lying violently to everyone, the only people who care about darcel is shadowheart (until the party where karlach reveals what actually happened) and astarion (how could he abandon his first friend?? as pathetic as they are becoming. reminding him too much of his old life.) darcel has their name and status but everything else is falling apart. they are begging for their patron for Anything, but coming back from a story like that What Becomes Interesting? the patrons interests dont align with what darcel is capable of anymore. darcel gets backstabbed just like everyone else darcel treated, wanting and needy purely bc they couldnt dedicate themselves to anything. bc they needed to ruin everything they touch.

Two people are bound to run into some differences and disagreements at some point. A vital aspect of friendship is a willingness to readjust behavior as necessary to prevent harm and keep the relationship in a healthy space. If you meet someone who's stubbornly unwilling to examine the ways in which they hurt/harm you and refuse to change for the better, they are not your friend and not worth your continued investment of time, feeling, and energy.

It's neither your duty nor your job to be a therapist or a nanny for people. These caregiving tasks do NOT fall under the role of "friend". That said, an important part of friendship is lending each other help and support, but it has to be within reasonable and mutually agreed upon bounds. Psychological problems of the kind you list are serious matters that require specialized expertise to address. You do not have that professional expertise, and even if you did, you do not owe it to a friend to provide it, because there should be a healthy boundary between personal and professional life. Also, without the right expertise in psychology, your "help" has the potential to be harmful rather than helpful, because you don't know what you're doing.

Respect your needs and boundaries, which means you have to be aware of what is/isn't acceptable to you and where you will draw the line to protect your own well-being.

Communicate your needs and boundaries in a respectful, responsible, and matter-of-fact manner, as soon as the problem arises, before negative emotions get the better of you.

Make a reasonable request of people to fulfill your needs and honor your boundaries (out of care/love for you).

The rest is in their hands. You can't control how other people behave or react. All you can do is communicate to the best of your ability and hope that people meet you halfway for reaching a suitable compromise.

Listening to people's problems, empathizing with them, comforting them, helping them, etc, costs you mental energy and brings you emotional hardship. When you are required to control and manage your emotions for the sake of other people's well-being, it is called emotional labor. A friend isn't entitled to your emotional labor nor should they demand it from you; you should choose to give it willingly, out of love and care.

However, you are just one person, with limited energy and capacity to perform emotional labor. Thus, when you have reached your limit, it's up to you to inform people and stop them from violating your personal boundary. Simply convey that, while you value the friendship and are willing to offer what help you can, there is a limit as to how much emotional labor you can perform, and you hope they can care for your well-being in return by not pushing you past your limits.

She first met him whilst she was working and honestly she thought he was a try-hard. like the whole night he flirted w/ her and ig she found him funny though (a little) but he tipped well so whatever. From Giorgi’s pov he just found her good looking and charming enough

Giorgi didn’t as he probably saw her as a challenge to see if he could get her to go on a date with him. also the more times he’d been served by her the more he began to like her. Lori rejected him for ages cause of her job and didn’t want to jeopardise it. it was only when she’d met him outside work that she said yes

I think i have Lori as 5’8?? The game had giorgi as 5’11 so theres about 3 inches between them unless Lori is wearing heels and in that case they’re equal height which Giorgi probably hates. Age difference theres a few months between them. lori is a true aries queen. To me Giorgi is a sagittarius. TO ME

They're both outgoing. Lori is an aries and Giorgi is a sagittarius and their signs go really well together. Theyre literally both out to have a good time and i think there is a mutual relief that neither of them dont care about settling down etc and make the most of it the best they can. I think though as their personalities are similar its often the reason why they clash a lot and will argue about dumb stuff

They both have big mouths so they both take the lead which then causes them to get annoyed with the other cause theyre basically battling for attention. Lori teases Giorgi like all the time when theyre around friends (hi Ellis and Danny) and vice versa but sometimes they take it too far by getting too personal until their friends are just there like 🧍‍♂️ okay

Their personalities are fairly similar cause like I said theyre both outgoing and are wanting to be significant

Lori is literally hiding her entire past from him lol. Alongside that she probably doesnt give too much away in terms of what she does when shes busy. Giorgi is selective about what he tells Lori esp family-related stuff cause like to him she probably wouldnt have much of a clue about mob stuff and even if he does he’ll dumb it down

Definitely ori’s flirting. She flirts w/ everyone and was absolutely arranging dates with other people whilst still dating him. To her it didnt mean anything and she was just doing it because she was bored but Giorgi didnt see it that way :/ also Lori will cause arguments over his family because she knows that most of them dont like her and the feeling is mutual

III. LOVE

Physical affection and giving gifts. Lori is pretty hands on w/ affection but only in private shes not ready to embarrass herself in public just yet. Giorgi thinks he can buy Lori’s affection so he often gets her stupid little gifts which have no thought behind them and theyre needlessly expensive as well because money is no object to him apparently

4. How often do they cuddle or engage in PDA?

Yes. but not really in public unless theyre drinking or around close friends.

5. Who initiates kisses? Where is their favorite spot to kiss each other?

Lori will but only if shes drunk lol. Cringing just thinking about it

They go out a lot, mostly drinking in bars and going to nightclubs. she’ll sometimes join him if he’s hanging out with Danny and Ellis cause she doesn't have any real friends beyond Sylvie lol. sometimes Giorgi drags her to his family functions but then she’ll leave early cause she’s caused a scene or something (his aunt called her a tramp and Lori threatened to swing for her but somehow shes in the wrong 🙄)

Physical for sure. Lori initiates almost all of it and even then she only does it if she’s tipsy. Lori would probably rather die than tell him to his face that she loves him (she didn’t really anyway) because of her ~issues~ and Giorgi is a Man™️ so verbal affection is non existent. He’ll tell her she looks nice but that’s about it

Giorgi likes her on a physical level and he’ll say it’s her best quality 😒 He likes as well shes not committed to settling down getting married etc she’s just interested in having fun. Lori finds him good looking enough like a 5 or 6/10 or something TO HER. She finds him kind of funny and she likes that he buys her gifts although wishes he put more effort into it

Probably Lori but she’s petty and won’t remind him and when he doesn't remember she’ll get mad

Giorgi will because he knows his name can get him out of almost anything so he’ll do her a favour (his words) in getting her out of situations

I think I mentioned this ages ago but Lori got Giorgi that silly little man bracelet he wears in the game. Even after the break up he still wears it idk why. Apart from that Lori isn’t much of a gift giver and only does it for birthdays and christmas. Giorgi probably buys her stuff she points out in shop windows but Lori moves on quickly so by the time he gets it for her she probably doesnt care about it anymore

IV. DOMESTIC LIFE

2. If they get married, who proposes, and how do they do it? Would they change their surnames?

In my au they get married after Giorgi was sick of his dad going on and on about settling down and he thought Lori was as good as it was going to get. He didnt even propose he just asked her and lori said yes cause 1. money and 2. she knew it would make his family mad. They get married summer of 69 in the casino the weekend it opened and its over the top

4. How many kids do they have, if any? What are they like as parents? What are the kids like?

They have 2 Priscilla and Sonny :) Priscilla was born a year or so after Lori and Giorgi get married and Lori was fine with just one child but Giorgi as well as his dad had been angling for a boy 🙄 Sonny is born just under 2 years later and Giorgi was hellbent on naming him after his dad and unfortunately he got his way but Lori calls him Sonny which catches on w/ everyone else eventually. Lori didn’t want to be a parent so soon but she still does her best in raising them. Giorgi is too busy with the casino most of the time so he mostly does half assed parenting. Priscilla probably isn’t keen on either of her parents especially her mom cause they clash all the time and she just does her own thing. Sonny is the biggest mommy’s boy and Giorgi hates it because he wanted sonny to get involved with the family business as he got older but that won’t happen 🤪 Priscilla makes fun of Sonny all the time over Lori coddling him and calls him a baby lol

Giorgi is the ‘breadwinner’ ig cause hes in charge of running the casino. Lori does some stuff like cooking when she feels like it but they probably have a housekeeper to clean and stuff so she’s not exactly working hard either

Lori keeps her cats until they get old and pass away. After that they don’t have any pets apart from like a goldfish or something cause Sonny got obsessed with them one summer
