Had an absolute vision of a dream last night that one of the episodes of series 5 starts with Alison about to drive somewhere, and for whatever reason, the Captain was sitting in the passenger seat. They got outside the gates and the captain didn't disappear. This causes them both to freak out, and the Captain freaks out so hard that his soul or whatever regresses and warps time for a second, and Alison has to slam on the brakes so they don't crash. When she looks over at the Captain to check if he's okay, there's a little girl in the seat.

Turns out the Captain is trans and he could leave the grounds bc for some reason he was connected to a locket in his pocket which was a gift from his mother that had his deadname inscribed on it (I don't remember what it was; maybe Elizabeth?). The picture on the inside was one of those typical victorian family portrait photos from when he was little.

The episode then becomes about Alison finding out more about the Captain's life and them finding members of his family's graves and people who are still alive, like younger siblings or nieces/nephews.

The B plot was all the ghosts freaking out that the Captain had been sucked off bc suddenly he's just not there and they don't know what to do! It was still so recently that Mary left them and now the captain too?! 😭

Anyway I know it makes no sense that he would randomly become attached to a locket that's always been in his pocket when we've seen him be unable to pass through the gate before, but this was a dream so whatever 😖 Trans Captain is now canon in my head and my heart so 💕

he was about to start his lesson when he just saw a small child and some type of fire cat thing sitting at one of the desks

just to give you a lil picture, you were prob sitting down on the seat with only your head making it over the desk, same situation with Grim.

so he paused his lesson and brought you two out to the hall to ask what in the ever loving fuck you were here and not with either your parents or the authorities, and why Grim is allowed here

Grim tries to explain, but Crewel just takes you to Crowley to clear things up.

Let's just say Crewel is none too pleased that the headmaster is having a child stay on campus until he can find a way to get them back

but he begrudgingly excepts it.

He allows you to sit in on his lessons but when its time to make the potions he has you sit behind his desk, where you'll usually take a nap

when he first found out about your biting habit it was when a random student walked into his class to talk to a friend or smth, and out of nowhere you just lunged at the poor kid

he quickly pried you off the kid's leg and scolded you.

He hates this habit

but a small part of him finds it funny, especially when the person you bite is being an asshole

is one of the ppl who tries to stop this habit you have.

He's almost like a strict uncle or smth like that

random but, he always fixes your clothes and hair when there messy

he'll always re-tie your bow around your wrist when Grims not around

you will sometimes come to him at random times to help with an untied shoe, he'll sigh, pick you and sit you on his desk then tie em for ya.

Overall, he almost treats you like an untrained puppy. He has a feeling that the reason for your habit isn't as random as most ppl say, but he feels its not his place to ask.

also, you may sometimes take naps on his jacket when he takes it off.

Mozus Train

Train has conflicted feelings about you.

First time you met him you didn't bite him, but you did stare at him for a long while

he was so confused by you for a minute, but eventually realized you were staring at Lucius in his arms

so he kneeled down to your level and let you pet the cat.

Most of the stray cats you ran into weren't very nice, most would bite or scratch you

so your not very fond of them, at least not as fond of the as you were dogs

but this cat seemed especially friendly since it was all cuddled up in this old guys arms

after that you'll usually waltz into his class at random times to hang out with Lucius.

He found out about the biting from overhearing a couple students complaining about getting bit

at first he thought they were talking about some animal but then he heard your name

he heavily scolds you the next time he sees you, which you didn't even listen to, just stared at him.

Train isn't pleased by this obv and tries his best to get you to stop, spoiler alert,

doesn't work.

You remind him slightly of when one of his daughters was little, so he grew a small soft spot for you

and when he realized how big the uniform was on you and that you didn't have anything else, he was happy to give you some of their old clothes, he was meaning to get rid of them anyway.

Overall, he and Lucius enjoy your presence. He finds it almost adorable how invested you are in his lectures and like having you there. He might be one of the ones who hates your biting the most.

Also very concerned about who taught you this, or why your guardian allowed it to continue.

Ashton Vargas

he relaxed and helped you two.

From then on you would come in to get things and he'd have you help around a lil bit to pay for it

minus the occasional biting, you were a good little helper

he even gave you a small pin that said

you loved it so much, that you wore it the whole day on the days you were going to help Sam

and would show it off to your friends

which he heavily much encourages a lot since that time you told Cheka about Sam's Shop, and his dad made a very big purchase.

Overall, he likes having you around, thinks your quite adorable and funny. He's neutral about the biting, as long as you don't bite him or too many customers then he doesn't care all that much.

Dick Grayson:

You and Dick had been on patrol, and ended up fighting off a small group of criminals. You weren't injured too seriously but it was still quite painful, so you were given pain medication. You weren't very alert, and you just said whatever came to mind, so you ended up calling Dick 'pretty' right to his face.

Dick is a bit surprised by your compliment. He is not used to being complimented like that and he gets very flustered. He tries to pretend like he didn't hear, and he wants to brush it off by telling you that you probably didn't mean it. But, deep down, he is quite flattered by your compliment, and he finds it very adorable.

Instead of yelling he might talk pretty fast and "word vomit" whenever he's dealing with big emotions or anger (especially with his mercury square mars) and due to this he might go quiet during arguments (if they ever even happen) because he knows when dealing with his outbursts he could say the wrong thing or be hurtful when not meaning to. Likes to be playful and even a bit nonserious and childish in convos and tries to make things lighthearted.

Sagittarius Venus: Sigh omg a bestfriend and boyfriend in one quite LITERALLY. Sag Venus has a hard time settling down because they value their freedom and life path so much and they don't really get into -serious- relationships unless they're genuinely enamored with you and can see you fitting into their expanding life. So once he's with you and realizes he's actually in love with you and it's beyond just flirting and pining he's essentially all in. The bathtub is overcome with your shared aquatic fowl. You two are having an absolute field day in there (and not like a regular field day, but like a Magic School Bus field day)

Maybe they have a war or something. Or maybe they establish a peace agreement and the two leaders of your different duck nations get married to form a union

You guys end up staying in the tub until the water is freezing

Honestly though, you probably benefitted from having a little while to both just indulge in childish behaviour without any judgement or consequences. And it was super fun so no regrets

After the first time you guys decide to start having shared baths every now and then when things get too stressful at work, so you could blow off steam in a harmless and fun way

Dazai has definitely never played with them before. He's amused with the way they float, with the fact that they make noise when you squeeze them, their big stupid eyes and everything about them

He initially wants to question why you have so many of them or where you got them from but then he just as quickly decides that he doesn't really wanna know the answer

Is he as invested in the ducks as you are? No, but he's very curious about them and finds it nice that you enjoy them so much

Probably wraps one in bandages and gives it to you so you're always thinking of him or smth 💀 (it's cute though)

Chuuya:

If Chuuya has run you a bath he probably intended for it to be romantic and relaxing

And then you bringed in the duckies

After a quick discussion you two do compromise on a romantic bath. With rubber ducks. And it honestly ends up being more perfect than either of you expected

He'd have been willing to just let you do your thing though because he just wants you to be happy but mans works too hard to pass up an opportunity to relax in the bath with you

So what ends up happening is you two just cuddle in the bath and talk about life and romance and stuff, and there's also ducks floating there, entirely out of place

Like Chuuya would have pulled out all the stops. Candles and wine and stuff, so like a pretty mature scene that does not accommodate for rubber ducks, and yet there they are

But he thinks it's really cute how into the ducks you are so he lets you keep them around

He would definitely buy you more rubber ducks in the future just to see you smile. Chuuya is down so bad for you 😌

Poe:

He's probably never even seen a rubber duck in his 1800s gothic anxietycore life

You might honestly have to explain what they are. He's like 'and they don't do anything? You just have them there for company?' and you're like 'yeah!' and he's just like

Poe would find one singular duck of yours and latch onto it. That one is his duck now and he would keep it nearby because it reminds him of you

Overall though he doesn't really get on board with it. Like after the first two minutes when the novelty fades he's like '...can we please remove them' lol

If you say yes then the bath then continues on exactly as expected. It's nice but Poe's a little insecure and shy (cuddle him pls)

If you say no then he's just gonna learn to deal with them. This man doesn't have the balls to set boundaries with you (ME TOO POE)

That being said, if Karl likes the ducks? ...oh boy he's straight up going to purchase an avalanche of them

It's really up to you whether or not the ducks catch on or not, Poe's just along for the ride whether or not he wants to be

They didn't have rubber ducks in the orphanage, and Atsushi probably hasn't had a proper nice long bath in years. He did not want nor expect a horde of rubber ducks

But Atsushi loves you so much that he's willing to look past it. And the duckies actually grow on him by the time you guys get out the bath

He's always seen bathing as just that. A way to clean. But you're determined to introduce him to the wonders of bathtime and make up for the childhood he wasn't allowed to have

He mostly just goes along with you and doesn't really match your energy, but he absolutely loves seeing you so excited about the ducks

He would definitely like the idea of baths being a cute couply thing for you guys to do though so whether or not you got your ducks with you is honestly irrelevant

But you do. And so he accepts them as a part of being with you. In sickness and health or whatever idk nobody loves me lmao

You two spend hours in there coming up with names, extended backstories and lore of each rubber duck and it gets so complicated so fast

He would also give each one of them a different voice while you guys are messing around. Theatre kid moment

You've now given him the idea to just randomly present you with rubber ducks at any time, regardless of the scenario. Your collection grows tenfold due to this bastard and Fyodor is not pleased about it. Not when Mykola is interrupting DOA meetings with fucking ducks

Tecchou doesn't strike me as someone who would suggest that you two take a bath together, so it was most likely your idea. He went along with it because relaxing in a steamy room with you sounded nice, but in reality you just wanted to show him the ducks

And though he might have seemed disinterested he was so happy to know that you and him had a similar interest

You two are so good for each other that way <3 (good = autistic I guess, because Tecchou is canon autism I decided)

So while you play with the ducks or whatever he just sits there content and watches you do so with a little smile. Probably calls you cute at some point entirely catching you offguard

See, at least in the past, he wasn't so much building as he was restoring. Those weren't his builds, they were the builds of the gods. He simply fixed and added to them.

On QI however, he builds obv. He does it mostly for the enjoyment of others. Chayanne, Tallulah, Missa, maybe others. He tries not to build a lot bc he doesn't want to give The Federation more of his time or effort than necessary, but those closest to him are desperate to convince him to make smth cool bc they know he's capable of it. He just doesn't wanna put his whole crowussy into a build for the Feds

He tries to think of terraforming as a painting. Blend the colors, highlights, pops of other colors for accents, make sure to keep things random and natural looking, just follow what your heart is saying. And as always, step back from the canvas to see your work at a distance.

His favorite thing to do is greenery and stone. It just comes to him the most naturally, no pun intended. Rose is of course very thrilled by this.

The boosh boosh is vocal stimming. Makes the process of collecting or placing down resources less monotonous. And the crows like it so *shrug* He boosh. At this point he doesn't even realize when he's doing it half the time.

Nothing annoys him more than building at night. Fuck off mobs he's trying to make a masterpiece here >:/

He's much easier to jumpscare while he's focused on building btw, esp terraforming (Fit & Etoiles take advantage of this often)

He prefers teaching the kids and giving them tips so they can enjoy building themselves. He does get that itch to build though, it's why he helps out with a lot of it.

Btw he can't figure out why he has that innate itch to build ;) (wiped memory go brrrr)

He's joked that if he ever actually builds smth on the island it'll be a massive dirt middle finger aimed at the nearest Fed building.

Sometimes the murder helps him with stuff :D They bring him stacks of blocks, snacks to make him take a break (it only works if they offer avocado toast), fresh tools if he doesn't have Mending, etc. They like being handy little guys trying to get a good grade in crow

When he's super invested in building, he'll pop in headphones and then Nothing can stop him. He jam, he boosh, he make big cool thing.

He used to hate interiors but building stuff for and with the kids has kinda changed that. He still thinks he's mostly shit at it but he's not bad.

He wants to learn how to build like Chayanne so badly. Chayanne can make these amazing cozy little spots that Phil for the life of him can't create quite the same way. He can terraform like a motherfucker but there's something about the way Chayanne can make such a cute place that Phil just can't get the hang of. (He is very proud of his boy)

And Tallulah. God, he loves her visions. The way she too is incredibly talented with greenery and flowers. She can make the most breathtaking gardens. He loves helping her bring her ideas to life, and using his macro-scale build skills to make them larger than life.

People aren’t obligated to reblog your fanfics if they don’t enjoy the writing. You don’t get as much attention because you’re not as known. You haven’t been publishing as long as the “big authors” you pretend to love but then bash them immediately afterwards. It sucks, but you can’t buy people’s affection. You pretend to be more humble than everyone else but then get pissed so easily because you don’t have bragging rights.

i never said everyone has to enjoy my writing. also the Thing is; these big authors have been publishing for longer yeah !! and their writing is absolutely marvelous and i genuinely adore them. but. they also are popular bc they're seen as Better than other creators and put on a pedestal. which is both uncomfortable for them and Highly discouraging for others. and this is due to a cliquey mindset. it Is. as much as u like to pretend it isn't, it rlly rlly is. people can be just friends. there is nothing wrong with supporting ur friends' work more or being more invested in ur friends' work. the problem lies in the fact that many people just disregard other rlly talented creators in favor of the already popular ones (who are popular for a reason. their art / fics / wtv Are really good and i read their stuff too! not trying to put them down here, just trying to lift other people up) which makes for a fandom that is going to die out. and dont u fucking dare bring my fics and my engagement and me into this. maybe i was petty abt that before and i acknowledge that. but i haven't made a single post abt how my fics are getting less engagement in Months. the post i did make and the one ur probably so butthurt abt wasn't even initially abt cliques. it was just saying that we need to rb more and be more vocal of our support of creators in the tags or - wherever. same here i dont like to label myself as an xyz fan. if i like smth i like smth if i dont then i dont or can ignore it. i dont get why we need to label ourselves as stans and whatever else words to say we like or dont like smth. also i dont actively need nor want to be apart of fan bases cause thats where the crazies or delulus are. even the haters are childish and immature its like you havr to pick a side and absolutely stick to it you cant simply like nor dislike an aspect its like the internet will look down on u for not being one side or the other

i dont geg what happened to simply liking music sometimes it feels like you have to do so much just to either idfk get the attention of the members or you have to constantly be doing smth relating to the fan base or always be on guard so you dont offend anyone. honestly i have distanced myself from that aspect and i find sometimes the groups are more enjoyable when its not smth you personally pander for if that makes sense? like maybe its just my age or the fact that im getting much older or but if i saw an idol in public i wouldnt need to chase them yaknow?

maybe if i was at a younger age id want to be buying as much merch as i can but its so expensive to support these groups to go to their concerts honestly takes ages to save up for if u arent rich. it just kinda sucks that i didnt have kpop when i was younger, wouldve loved to collect photocards but i kinda just watch the groups from afar on a screen these days

also i just dont care these days like the shit that people fret about online when it comes to idols doesnt affect me in anyway sure at one point we have all been a lil delulu about celebs or idols but if it dont happen it dont happen. by the time the newer generations get married or whatever else i will be dead anyway cause idols cant just date fans or the chances of actually dating them is slim to none for most of their fans. plus its still going to take years before idols can freely date without backlash

People are too invested for nothing to the point of just hating other groups/fans and even their own group just because of different opinions about a group/an artist. Their only motivation is to either hate or actually give up their own life for their idol(s) which is crazy as it can intensify the parasocial relationship.

The issue like « let’s stream them to top1 » as if that was the ultimate goal. Sure showing support is needed and appreciated and even valued but arguing with your own group because not everyone streamed or whatever is a big red flag! Can’t I just enjoy a damn music once in a while without having to listen to it until it reaches 10B views??? Even if it means being a « lazy fan » why couldn’t I just enjoy their art at my own rythm?? What will I win? Won’t the artist(s) already be happy to simply know that I enjoy their art?
