Reader deleting genshin

You took a frustrated sigh, another error, you wondered how many you've gotten in the past hour.

For some reason, your favorite games update is taking a bit long, crashing midway or giving an error that causes the download to restart again.

İnternet isn't giving much answers to you either. You tried almost everything you could try, to opening more storage space to deleting your game photo file, and at this point, you were growing desperate.

İnside the game, your characters were worried. You certainly took your time, they knew it was profably not too much of an issue and you were just busy. But for those who grow anxious EVERYTİME that you grow late, like Zhongli, Jean and Ninguang, it was a diffrent story...

Why are you late? İs everything alright in your world? Are you abandoning them? Did they do something not to your liking? Were their damage low? Will you log in faster if they do better?

Not knowing what you think or what happens in your world is killing them, they need to see you, HEAR you, so then maybe... Maybe you'll see them as well.

What took you so long? They need you...

When Buer was born, the first thing she could feel is how grass felt on her knees as she sat down, how flowers smelled like a dream and how vibrant everything was! She seemed to know everything, remember everyone and understand everything at that moment. While knowing nothing at the same time! How curious she was at everything she saw and felt!

But at the base of it all, she knew where all of this was created, she knew you.

She could only feel gratefull to you for creating such a wonderfull world, the world where countless travelers and artists fell in love. After all of the feelings she felt about you and your world, how could she say no when the Archons asked her about what they can do to meet you.

She wants to show people how perfect you are!

"Might as well delete it. Maybe that will fix all my problems?"

This was the first thing they heard you say. All of the Archons froze in their places.

Delete? What do you mean? Why would you.. no.. how could you?!

First person to finaly stop the dead silence in the area was the god of freedom, Barbatos.

"Delete it? Are they talking about... No that can't be! They love us! They said so themselves!"

"Barbatos-"

"They won't do it! İ KNOW they won't! They're talking about another world! Or, or..."

"what is.... İs that... Paimon? The travelers friend?" Buer looked at the big canvas (Or perhaps a window to another world). What is the meaning of this?

"Barbatos are you seeing what im seeing..?" Spoke up the god of contracts. Pointing out a big picture with some words on it, and on the picture there was...

God of justice looked around, and saw a triangle looking white thing fly across the artwork that is displayed infront of them.

Their thoughts were cut short by the sudden feeling of emptiness and screams they can feel from their followers.

Buer fell to her knees with a scream, it sting, it hurt to breath, the very feeling of the things she hold near being tore apart broke her heart and her core.

She felt the trees get reduce to nothing, something big and dark swallowed everything,

She saw her people, her first followers, trying to protect their nations with everything they got,

General Mahamatra moving people away from the empty, dark spaces to 'safety', Dancer Nilou helped him with controlling a huge crowd,

Forest ranger Tighnari's situation was worse, he tried to stop the hatred from spreading even from plants,

the academia has just Heard of all of this but the unforgiving wrath of the creator was too fast, Buer felt their followers' bones get crushed with force and skins get stretched in impossible ways. She died with her followers, countless times, but all she could do was watch as you took away the world she fell in love with..

"why are you angry? Why are we the ones that are suffering from it? Do you hate us that much...." Was all of the questions that she wont have the time to get them answered.

The second to grow affected was morax, before reaching out to help his friend he instead fell to the ground, he was... Crying.. he could hear and feel his peoples painfull cries and prayers for him. And yet he couldnt move, couldnt breath, what is this power? İs this what it feels like to suffer from his gods wrath?

He worshiped you the longest, she knew about your presence the longest so... Why?

He saw xiao, trying to keep the void from reaching wangshu Inn, by nearby monsters, weapons, ANYTHİNG to stop it from reaching the öne place he could call home. Some of The things he threw didnt got deleted and stayed in that position, but some were stuck mid air.

He saw liyue, as ninguang tried to stop the void by sacraficing the jade Chamber again, it got deleted and everything was destroyer before even reaching to the ground, including people.

"How could you do such a thing? Were we not enough? Even so, we didnt deserve it, no, They... They didnt deserve it. Please hear our prayers, they dont deserve to die your Grace, not like this... Please not like this"

Beelzebub tried to run away, to her own people, but was stoped by the god of natlan, what is the point? İt is in ruins now, it cannot be saved.

Her knees gave up as the harsh truth hit her, she promised her people a dream, a dream that their nation will reach eternity, live longer than gods and all the nations combined.

She saw yae just sitting near the shrine and enjoying tea, perhaps she didnt knew, but she doubted that she would do anything if she even did.

Kujou sara and sangonomia kokomi joined their powers to make sure the losses were minimum, but before they could even begin the plan...

She lost everything once again, what did morax say about you? How kind and forgiving you are? İf it were the case, why would you take everything from her for the 5th time?

"....i have failed.... Them..."

Before all of the gods got to the ground with a burning feeling accross their chest and their body, the god of justice turned to the painting of you and put her head on the ground,

"Your highness please, please forgive us and our followers for our sins, if the fault is ours we will pay it with our blood, but please... Don't take your anger from us, your followers, please dont destroy the world please PLEASE WE BEG OF YOU-"

"İt is futile...." Buer managed to speak, pain worsening by the second "they... c- cant hear us without.... Without the aid of our own world..."

"They're praying to us.. to THEM! We have t-to do something!!" Barbatos screamed, he was always there for his nation when they realy need it, he won't let it be the first time he wasn't!

He can feel the Tevat strugling to breath as all plantlife and elements are being corrupted.

He looked up from where he is, at your painting, you helped his people once, made them live another day, he was eternaly gratefull to you for it.

But why? Why are you taking back what you once gave without even thinking? İs this all a game to you? Do they even matter to you?

He listened to his followers last thoughts, they too were asking the same.

"All of them gave up their freedom for you, for you to explore this world to your hearts content. What made you so cruel to them?" Jean asked while trying to protect the last citizen of Mondstadt, despite her invisible limbs she kept on fighting nothingness, even if that meant angering you further.

They screamed untill their throaths bled, trying to get your attention in anyway possible, but you weren't paying them any mind. You were busy looking at another painting.

Untill they.. stoped.

As the deletion bar almost filled up, all of their pain seemed to vanish. Asking themselves;

Why... Why were they here?

They wanted to protect someone? Some... People? But how?

As far as they can remember, its always been them alone.

They were sad and angry but why? They cant even remember anymore.

As the last archon stood there to look at you, they could only say nonsense that theyre not even sure what it means;

"i hate you, creator"

How do you imagine Leon's place to look like and where do you think he lives? Some flat?

Also alaooo what do you think he does in his free time?

You have no idea how much thought I've put into this over the years.

Let me preface this with the fact that I'm specifically talking about original continuity Leon post-RE6 here, where he's a seasoned adult and has been in his career field for a while.

Leon more-than-likely lives in D.C. (he could also live in VA or MD but he strikes me as the kinda guy who would rather eat glass than commute, especially with D.C. traffic being absolute bullshit) in an apartment somewhere in the city.

As a federal agent, he makes a salary, which is something that is determined by things like the amount responsibility you have within the agency, your credentials/experience, your skillset, etc. Given his role and responsibilities within the D.S.O., he's easily a top earner. The top earners within the FBI make $153,000 annually, but it looks like top earners within the CIA can make more — like with all things, every agency is different. The D.S.O. obviously isn't a real agency, but as one that is held above all others (as far as authority within the criminal justice system is concerned), Leon probably receives a pretty cushy salary. Around $200,000 annually, easy. Income tax would fuck him over, but he'd still walk away with a reasonable amount per month to afford a $4,000+ per month apartment or to buy one and pay off a mortgage.

He can easily afford a one or two bedroom apartment in the city is what I'm saying. And I mean a nice apartment. We're talking granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer in-unit, floor-to-ceiling windows, in a modern building in a nice area of the city. An area that consists entirely of nice apartment buildings like the one he lives in. There's actually an area just outside of NYC that reminds me of the kinda area I can see him living in. I was there to take the ferry over into the city for a memorial/organ donation event I was attending last year.

The pics don't exactly encapsulate the full vibe, and these apartments probably go for millions due to the proximity to the city and being right off the Hudson, but it's quiet, safe, and filled with sporty people. Lots of folks walking dogs, jogging after work hours, and a sense of community amongst people that seemingly have their shit together.

He strikes me as the type to have a two bedroom apartment just for an office that he's hardly ever in. He'd want to live in a building that has a gym as an amenity because it's easier than hoofing it to a gym elsewhere, and a garage for him to put his car and the crotch rocket he's currently mourning courtesy of Maria.

As for the apartment's interior, I feel like it would completely lack personality or cluttered charm. There's a level of almost sterility to it, in that it's devoid of knick-knacks, personal photos, and encompasses a strong aesthetic of maturity. Everything in it is nice. There's tasteful artwork on the walls, and it's furnished with well-made and sometimes expensive furniture and appliances, because, as a childless adult, if Leon's going to spend money on only himself, he's going to spend it well. You get what you pay for, after all. There are obviously some traces of Leon's personality strewn about — skin care products in the bathroom, boots and leather jackets by the door, some books, laundry crumpled at the foot of his bed and piled by the washer/dryer, maybe a single sarcastic coffee mug somewhere in the cabinet — but there's no novelty.

Due to his constant bouncing around, he isn't home enough to put too much effort into it, and he hasn't had the luxury of certainty or normalcy in so long that all he wants out of his home is for it to look nice and be a comfortable place to sleep. He appreciates coming home to a place that is his, but it doesn't need to be a display of everything he's ever enjoyed. Even when he is home, he strikes me as the type to start going stir crazy when he sits for too long. The most amount of time he probably ever spent at home was when he was self-isolating and hitting the bottle really hard. There's also the generational element of Gen-X'ers being extremely lowkey about shit.

As far as what Leon does in his free time, I feel like he enjoys doing things that are out of the house due to the aforementioned inability to stay alone with his thoughts for too long. The man is constantly trying to distract himself to place distance between himself and his trauma, so where he might have been able to sit and watch a movie alone before, he struggles to now.

Leon's very extroverted, likable, and adaptable, so he probably enjoys being around other people, even if he's not actively talking to them. Though he appreciates silence as well, when he's kicking things around in his head and is trying to find some semblance of peace and a means to calm the noise. He might get a coffee at a shop right by his apartment where he's a regular and everyone knows him by name, or go for a run, or go shopping. Maybe he tries to make plans with those he cares about to go out for dinner, like he did with Claire in Infinite Darkness. Maybe he tries to catch a good sunset over the Potomac River. He goes to the gym, he rides his motorcycle around the city or takes a scenic route on the outskirts just for the hell of it, he meets up with a fellow agent and they do shots at his favorite bar.

I don't think he has hobbies, as in crafting or gaming or being too involved in any specific interests, but everything he does is fueled by his love of people, his appreciation for what good he has in his life, and his need for escape.

A Quick and Nowhere Near Comprehensive Guide of My Art Process

The Longest and hardest part of making art for me is the sketch and planning phase. This will include rough thumbnail sketches of poses and ideas, and an accumulation of reference images. My art is nothing without solid references for me to refer back to for shadows proportions and such.

For my recent AC artwork the planning phase has been a bit easier since I've just been collecting screen shots from the game. I took elements from different photos and sketched them together to get something I liked. (Rusty's ref photos would have been a lot easier if I just recreated his build, but no I had to follow him around in my own AC like a lost puppy XD )

Once I decide upon a pose and reference images I start to draw with pencil and try and get all the proportions and details right before I move on to inking. Usually just using microns, but will use ink and brushes for larger parts (I usually don't have photos of just the sketches. They tend to be light and rough)

Then the watercolor! I'll start to layer up the watercolor paint and TRY to be careful not to over work the painting especially in places I want to stay light. This doesn't always work out, but I try to do a little editing on the computer as I have to.

Once I'm done with watercolor I'll scan the painting into the computer. One thing I do to almost every piece is switch the black into some kind of color. I usually have this color planed in advance before I even started painting. I'll go to the "Selective Color" adjustment in photoshop and play the values as I need.

I'll also touch up the general color values and levels because photos and scans tend not to the the IRL colors a justice. (or in Rusty's case, I made all of Steel Haze blue instead of blue and grey. So I had to desaturate specific parts to get his mech more accurate)

But yeah, ART! Once I'm done editing and fine tuning I'll post and share so long as its a project I can do so. I'm really bad about taking WIP pics. A lot of the time it's because it doesn't accrue to me to do so.

Your style is incredibly beautiful and it just inspires this thing inside me to grab my iPad and start drawing but unfortunately I have no idea where to even begin

Or maybe you have some recs where to look to learn how to draw stuff?

But I understand completely that it’s your thing and artists should never feel pressured to share all their techniques and secrets, you worked hard on it!

I just really really love your art to the point where I just look at it for 30 minutes straight with this big feeling in my chest

ah it was never about being secretive, i'm pretty open about my drawing process since gatekeeping knowledge is a big pet peeve of mine. It was more like,, laziness because writing a cohesive and helpful drawing tutorial is pretty difficult and i wouldn't even know where to start; i'm afraid i'll get maybe too technical and what have you.

As for tips for beginners, i've shared plenty on my couriouscat so you can scroll through the answers there, i also have some drawing timelapses on my twitter account as well (albeit you'll have to scroll a little)

I'm very flattered you feel that way about my art, it really means a lot to me and i'm glad to have inspired you to draw as well that's awesome and i wish you best of luck!

I actually don't know how different drawing on an iPad is compared to a graphic tablet+desktop, so I am actually pretty clueless in that regard. I think Procreate is the most used digital art app for iPad so you can start by getting it and familiarizing yourself with the UI. I think this step is often overlooked. The brushes and the chosen program can make or break the drawing experience. If you simply find yourself not enjoying Procreate, experiment with other apps or maybe try switching to a graphic tablet, maybe that feels better and is more suited to your tastes.

To be completely honest, one "bad" piece of advice that i should probably keep to myself is to draw something you actually enjoy: fanart, Pretty Girl Portrait(tm), your cat, landscapes etc even if it's above your skill level (becoming obsessed/ fixated on some character from a piece of media also works wonders i'm just gonna throw that out there). The main point is to actually care about your chosen subject in order to get inspired and to have that inner desire of "doing them justice" aka drawing them well. The traditional art learning route probably involves studying the fundamentals, shading spheres and cones and simple 3D forms blablbablah which. Yeah ! sure that's probably better advice but i'm telling you what will make you want to keep going and not get discouraged after a few failed attempts.

As for the drawing subject, I highly recommend having photo references to guide you.. you always need refs it's a recurring thing. My fastest artworks are the ones where I have the right references. the less references the more difficult it is to draw something

As a beginner it is also a good practice to draw OVER your photo reference to get the proportions right ( i'm not talking about literally tracing the contour of a face or limb ( just an example ), but moreso identifying the Main shape which makes up that body part and observe how long is it in respect to the other components, how does it connect to the other parts etc - big difference. Tracing won't help you in the long run).

Another thing you can do is to study your favourite artists and see how They tackle whatever it is that you like in their work. how do they simplify facial features? what about anatomy? color/ light etc and kinda reverse engineer your way through their process. ( but i highly recommend to just keep these practice sketches to yourself, and to not share them on social media- unless you get the artist's permission)

This is how i got into drawing and what i did back then, again, for more technical hands-on information i did answer similar CCs before so with a little bit of stalking you'll find them in no time

As someone fortunate enough to attend DC's panel at MegaCon today with some of the biggest names in comics (Geoff Johns [Justice Society of America], Joshua Williamson [Superman], Simone DiMeo [DC vs Vampires], Mitch Gerads [Batman: The Brave and the Bold] and Phillip Kennedy Johnson [Action Comics]) here's all the information I managed to write down on what they discussed regarding the future of DC:

All quotes are NOT direct quotes, they are paraphrased. I may be a fast typer but not that good. Spoilers Ahead! Obviously.

Kicking off with the Flash Family, the upcoming releases will explore what Barry and Iris do when they "disappear" every week for date night. No one knows what they could possibly be up to! Turns out, they love to visit the future together, how they get there will be the true story. They also mentioned digging deeper into how being trapped in the speed force impacted ____. (I dont follow Flash so I don't know who they were referring to)

Next is the Superfam (and Arrowfam breifly):

Johnson spoke on Action Comics and said he wanted to evolve the Superfamily as much as the Batfamily has been. Recent comics have been able to take each member of the Batfam and develop them as solo characters to then let them interact with the others as a family. Johnson wants the same for the Superfam. He hates how the family has been boiled down to "looks" (i.e. Kon is just the one with the jacket, the twins are the lookalikes, etc) instead of them as defined characters. Within Action Comics and hopefully more, he hopes to delve into their entire family dynamic just as much as DC has done with the Bats.

Action Comics has been introducing the idea of Aliens coming to earth and certain protests spawning from it, wanting the earth to remain isolated and independent in the galaxy. They breifly teased the idea that this could be emotionally taxing on the Supers---especially Jon and Clark as the more active heroes atm---since they themselves are technically "Aliens". They also said that this new enemy set up will be very impactful for the future of the DCU.

Williamson Chimed in quite a bit to discuss the psychology behind Lex Luther and Clark Kent. "Lex isn't stupid. He's one of the smartest people in the DCU. When he looks at Clark, sometimes he recognizes that the world does need a Superman, but a good one. Lex may just have ulterior motives---i mean, he's lex, he always has ulterior motives---to force Clark to be a better Superman. And when Clark looks at people, all he sees Is the good in them. He sees their potential for growth. But when he looks at Lex, all he feels is disappointment. He feels disappointed in Lex sure, but he feels even more disappointed in himself for failing Lex."

"I love the backstory that Lex is from Smallville. When Clark leaves Smallville, there's what, ten years? Before he makes his way to Metropolis. And when he gets there, Lex is already there. What was he doing during that time? Metropolis had its fair share of villains but he destroyed them so that he could be Lex Luthor, the true villain of the city."

They then mentioned briefly about wanting to do the same thing for the Arrow Family as they did with the Bats and strive to do with the Supers. An upcoming series will explore Oliver getting "lost" and the family coming together to find him. Very exciting.

They showed plenty of beautiful artwork that has not been released yet! Sorry for the grainy photos, I tried as best as I could with my Motorola ok :P

This is for my fellow writers out there!! When asked about this image, Williamson and Johnson said that Clark "wishes people could hear what he does. He hears all of humanity in a connected thum, it's one heartbeat, not billions overlapping. All of our hearts beat together as one. When searching for specific people, he has to focus in through that single heartbeat."

Green Lantern was next! They announced a new run titled War Jounrals which follows US Marine John Stewart. They took heavy inspiration from 80s action movies such as Alien vs Predator when crafting this series. With DC's emphasis on mental health awareness and representation, I really hope they dive into the PTSD that comes from war. Not much was mentioned about this series to confirm or deny this.

Stargirl continuation: When asked about the writing/inspiration behind the future of her comics, they said they "wanted to dig into what being a side kick means---used to mean, anyway---and bring that back. Side Kicks are supposed to be a hero starting within the community, starting small, but always taking the time to save a kid and instil hope in that kid. That small difference makes a side kick. They start with so much hope only to be forgotten about, we want to bring back the old bright tone that was in Young Justice."

The Justice Society of America will follow the Huntress. She brings villains onto her team to offer them a chance to reform and walk a better path, a good path. She wants to be the same way her father, Bruce Wayne, was with her mother, Selina Kyle. The Huntress will link into the rest of the current DCU as she will get trapped in a timeline? Do I know what this means? Absolutely not. But apparently its gonna be important so

And finally! The Batfamily!!!

The first major announcement was the relaunch of Batman: the Brave and the Bold. Upon looking back at the original source material, they decided to extend the 9 page issue to a 96 page story line. They really wanted to deep dive into the series since they thought it had more to tell than what it did originally.

Since this is year one Batman, this will be the story of how Batman first encountered the Joker himself. They didn't share much on the contents but said it would stay true to the original, so this is not a retcon, it's just a more intesive retelling.

The artist for this series admited that he actually forgot year one Batman wouldn't have such a modern suit. After realizing this only after completing the series, he had to go back and redraw every panel with Batman in it. He very proudly said "shit!"

And of course, the HUGE announcement taking the internet by storm:

Batman and Robin

This series will follow after the events of Lazarus Planet and the Lazarus Tournament Damian went through. It will follow Bruce and Damian Wayne as they "come together not just as heros this time, but as father and son." This series is going to be a pretty heavy one since it will dive into how they come together "without Alfred as the buffer as the mentor figure for them both." Not only will Bruce continue on his current character arc of viewing each of the Robins as his sons and truly supporting them, but Damian will be front and center to cope with Alfred's death.

Williamson spoke on this heavily as he was supposed to leave Batman and Robin, but he actually went to DC and said "I'm not done with Damian, there's still more story to tell. He's not going anywhere." But he also mentioned a key point for Damian's growth: "He was trained by Talia and of course by Bruce, but he was also trained by Alfred so you'll see how that shapes Damian interacting with Bruce going forward, especially as they grow as Father and Son."

They said this will tie into the next big series in the DCU which follows Damian having "nightmares and demons". That was all that was mentioned about that.

The Gotham City Zoo will be a huge set piece for the series and I truly hope we see more canon content of Damian's love for animals in this run.

The focus of Damian is him growing into himself and become more emotionally aware of himself and those around him. With Alfred's impression on him, there will be key moments of Damian interacting with Bruce as Bruce goes through tough times.

Additinally, Williamson adores Damian being a fan of manga. Since it's shown Damian has been reading a romance one, there's some hope for emotional connection with others not in a romantic way, but moreso in the ability to be vulnerable with people in a way he has only been able to read about. It's implied he could be reading this manga as a yearning for connection to others on a deeper level, especially as someone who grew up to ignore his emotions. So this will follow Damian as he tries to let himself be more connected to his loved ones the way Alfred was teaching him to. Plus, his love for manga will not be going anywhere, it's "staying strong."

Damian will get his own car! Williamson wanted to give him a car that matched him since hes "a little rough around the edges." It will be a fun addition while the duo grow as family since Bruce will have to be okay with Damian driving. "Its gonna be Bruce saying he's gonna drive and then you turn the page and Damian is saying 'he's got something' and Bruce has to get used to letting his son drive him."

I am super excited for how DC is starting to write the Batfamily and even the Superfamily. They're starting to tackle a lot of mental health issues and the trauma old comics have left the characters with. It's not perfect by any means, especially with Batman v. Robin being more than a little rough, it had it's moments.

My main concern is how they'll be treating Tim going forward. With TDR getting shortened and Damian returning as Robin, I really really hope they don't just forget Tim exists. My hope is that with Tim's new title, there will be room for another solo series under that title in the way Nightwing and Spoiler has been done.

The last thing I want is for Tim to go through all this work finding where he belongs and how he views himself just to join/lead another team. He's defining himself aside from the Robin legacy to define who he is under his new title. I think he needs time as a solo hero before rejoining a group for an extensive time period. I don't want them to erase all his personal growth just because they don't want to give him another solo series. I'll be more than a little upset at the lost potiential.

The Art of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, and The Life of Hirohiko Araki

A while back I promised to give a walk through of the Jojo art books I own, and I found myself with quite a bit of free time today, so that's what I'm doing. These art book are... something else. Everybody knows how much Araki's style is influenced by high fashion and pop culture (specifically music), to the point that stands are named after bands, and a lot of illustrations in these books borrow poses and themes from actual photo shoots. But it's far greater than that when you experience it in full. The depth and sheer scale of Jojo's exists on a different level through these references, the locations, the styles, even Araki's comments. It well and truly is the world that Hirohiko Araki inhabits, and I hope I can do it at least the slightest bit of justice in this (not so) little post.

Jojo A-Go!Go!

So, Jojo A-Go!Go! (as well as Jojoveller) are actually collections of books for Jojo. The main/big volumes containing all the major illustrations, while the smaller ones are dedicated to more knowledge than art. With A-Go!Go! we get separate books for the various stands of Parts 3-5, and a volume that explores Araki's past through countless interviews and snippets that I'd love to see officially translated some day.

Regardless, one cool aspect of the A-Go!Go! set is this little wheel featured on the box that contains the volumes. As you can tell, there's a layer behind the circle on the top of the box that you can spin around to align properly, or like I show here, create some funny mix ups.

Anyways, the art. Man, the art. Incredible, just incredible. The book opens with a lot of double spreads that feature groups of characters based on parts or roles within their respective parts, and they all look so good.

Of course, it's not just good art, it's an impressive creative process that captures the best parts of Araki's creativity, with pages like this. I just think it's so cool how they use a cutout page to provide a unique style and experience through the art book. Especially with the bottom image, as you can see stands in the darkness of the pages.

But yeah, an absolutely stunning art book for parts 1-5. Very impactful and strong poses and styles, as expected from Araki.

I really wish that the stands and Hirohiko Araki volumes were translated for this art book. There's so much information and a world of interesting pieces from Araki himself within them. I can read a little bit, but it does take a while, so sadly I can't really translate or explain much either. One day though, I hope Viz or someone else will provide an English version of these art books for English-speaking audiences.

Jojoveller

A rather similar story to A-Go!Go!, Jojoveller is the art book for Jojo parts 6-8, plus a few extras. In addition, it also has a full collection of Jojo stands that's up to date with the release of the art book back in 2013, plus a history book of Jojos. Once again, a huge amount of information, but a lot stuck in Japanese which presents a challenge for NA audiences.

Anyways, the art. There's not much to say besides what I've already said. It's incredible. It's powerful, creative, stylized, unique, so on and so forth. But showing it makes more sense than telling you.

Once more, I love how these art books use translucent or partial pages to create an experience for readers. So very cool.

And here's an example of the extras. Incredibly cool to get the Gucci x Araki artworks at this scale (also cool cause it's Rohan).

These pieces are just so incredible. I'd to try and go through one day and find the real life counterparts for the illustrations that borrow from photoshoots. Just on that topic though, it's incredible that Jojo's has created a feedback loop with it. Borrowing concepts and poses from high fashion and photoshoots to use in its world and story, which people in turn mimic and use themselves.

Jojo 6521

Want the previous two art books but don't want to spend the money, or want to be able to read what's in them in English? Jojo 6521 is the almost answer. It's a condensed version of the two art book collections, condensing the art and information of them into a single book which includes a really interesting breakdown of information by part.

It's not near the same scale of information as the other books, but it's also only one volume at a fraction the page count of the others combined, and it's the only one in English. Sort of a beggars can't be choosers thing, but still quite a bit of cool stuff in it. I think my only gripe would be how plainly the illustrations are put together in this art book, as the vast majority of them are just placed together on a plain white page with each other. But, I think that's counteracted by the new/original material discussed and shown in this volume, with loose character designs and other pieces placed thoughtfully throughout.

And there it is, the Jojo art books I own. I could spend hours looking through all the different illustration and designs that appear in these books. Hell, I could spend a significant chunk of time just looking at the packages/formats that these art books come in (specifically the JP ones). The entire experience of these art books is so incredibly well designed that even though they're very expensive, I'd say for anyone that can afford them and is a Jojo fan, you absolutely need to own these art books.

In honour of this INCREDIBLE game, here's my Tav!

Her name is Mon'sun and SHE IS MAH FUCKING BABYYY 😭❤️❤️❤️

I plan on writing a fic with her and the star himself (AKA MY DARLING 🥰): ✨️Astarion✨️ I already have a SHITLOAD of ideas, I just wanna play some more first and see how Astarion's romance pans out before I begin! So if that's something you'd be interested in reading, thanks sooo much and deffo keep a lookout for any updates~ Also, their ship name is SunStar which is JUST THE CUTEST FUCKING THING ALSKDJSKLJ

And I just wanna give my deepest love and gratitude to my two queens @kuroosexuall and @matchamocchi 💕 They have been nothing but patient and supportive of all my SERIOUSLY unhealthy fangirling over the sassy vampy elfy as well as my OC 🥲

But for the meantime, while I still haven't written my fic, below are some (*cough* a LOT so buckle up *cough*) stuff I've thought up for Mon'sun! Just to give y'all a fun lil taste of how I imagine her as a character, though I'm sure as I continue to play I'll get even more ideas and I'll probably have to edit this or post more about her, in which all posts connected to her will be tagged as #Mon'sun and Mon'sun x Astarion being tagged as #SunStar so y'all can easily search for them if you're interested. BTW I purposely left out extra details regarding her childhood as well as her thoughts about the tadpole cuz those are stoofs I'd like to reveal and explore in my fic!

And sadly, I'm not an artist, but I'm planning on and SO excited to commission various artworks of Mon'sun and SunStar from some truly extraordinary artists when the time comes so just wait for thy eyes to be blessed! \(^o^)/ Speaking of, if y'all are ever curious about Mon'sun, please don't hesitate to send me asks and such cuz your interest in my baby would be the BIGGEST honour 🥹

In the game, I chose Voice 8 for Mon'sun but I headcanon that her voiceclaim is annapantsu (YouTuber who does a lot of amazing song covers!! 🙌)

Her theme song is Love Runs Out by OneRepublic

She does have a last name that she took on in honour from the woman who adopted her in Baldur's Gate but she hasn't found the need to tell anyone what it is

A drow half-elf and a College of Lore bard 🎵

Tends to face a lot of discrimination due to being a "filthy half-breed" and possessing drow ancestry, not to mention her drow parent being Lolth-sworn; her blood red right eye a telltale sign and a deep, angry scar permanently carved across it a merciless reminder of what she resents about herself

Occasionally has dreams and thoughts of the goddess Lolth speaking to her, tempting her with sweet whispers of cruelty and darkness. Mon'sun tries her damndest to resist--to stay on the path of good--but violent impulses erupt when the thin string of her patience (and sanity) snaps and it feels so fucking good

Mon'sun aligns as a chaotic neutral character. While she does try to be good, she is quite an unorthodox heroine in her personal little tale and can be pushed to make extreme decisions should she feel that they are for the better...or just whichever's a more fun option 🤭

Survived a poor and bleak childhood, but full of love in her early years; certain circumstances impacted this happiness which drastically changed everything

One of the youngest in the party, only in her early to mid 20s. And though she's not sure when her actual birth date is, she does consider the day she was adopted--saved--as such

Very resilient and versatile even through the worst scenarios (likely due to her past), but would much rather avoid problems whenever possible. She may be seen as a bit of a coward because of this though she certainly doesn't mind (she'd like to keep her gorgeous head, thank you very much!). However, there are times where she exhibits great bravery, such as standing up for the weak and defending innocents regardless of the consequences. She can also be quite mischievous and defiant with her enemies, truly a bard through and through with her vicious mockery 😈

She tries to see the good in everyone, to be patient and understanding, giving them the same chance she hopes to receive if she ever finds herself in a similar situation. However, some fuckers don't deserve that kindness and a sick, exhilarating part of her deep down yearns for the bloodshed sure to stain her hands. After all... She would only be granting them a mercy by ending their repulsive, pathetic lives...right?

She is proficient with weapons though she prefers casting spells especially ones that can be utilized from a good distance (Fireball being one of her all-time favourites--efficient and hot, both in a sexy way and an "I will feed your barbecued corpses to my widdle baby owlbear" way). She's also a fantastic cheerleader; she will happily let the stronger people on the team handle the grittier scraps of battle while she does a jaw-dropping performance of ✨️Bardic Inspiration✨️ on the sidelines (Lae'zel STRONGLY disapproves)

Skilled in stealth and sleight of hand accompanied by a biting wit (seriously, she has the potential to have been a rogue instead). Tries her best to make an honest living as a wandering bard, but whenever money and options are tight then she's driven to petty thievery. Although, as much as she hates to admit it, there is something in her that utterly relishes in the intoxicating rush of crime

Lockpicking is more so a hobby rather than a necessity for her. Funnily enough, with how much she likes to explore, she probably came across and "collected" the key that opens that mysterious door advancing the party's adventure. However, the key seems to be merely decorative because Mon'sun already opened the door since the shiny lock caught her eye as soon as the party stepped into the room! She'll even lockpick a shabby chest filled with absolutely nothing simply because she finds it to be a fun game to pass the time while everyone else debates on the next course of action (like a child being given a toy to amuse themselves with while the adults discuss boring adult shit). Astarion will even join her sometimes, and they also constantly challenge each other on who gets to disarm a trap first while the rest of the party make bets on who will win

What she lacks in strength, she makes up for with her incredible dexterity

While she is a survivor in her own right, she can't deny that pure dumb luck has saved her more times than a bard has bedded a dragon...which is definitely saying a lot

After travelling around for so long, the vast world of Faerûn has fuelled her curious mind with quite an impressive amount of knowledge along with fascinating stories to tell. But while she basks in the freedom of it all, her heart aches for a true sense of belonging; a home

She loves--and I mean LOVES--looting dead bodies. While their demise is certainly unfortunate, their loss is her grateful gain as well as a much less criminal way to obtain some quick valuables (hey, she can sympathize and get rich. It's a win-win!)

A biiit of a hoarder (perhaps she was a dragon in a past life, she jokes). Her pack is nearly always full of various junk, good and bad. She gets attached easily to these items and keeps making the excuse that "they could be handy or fetch for a pretty penny one day" all while almost never actually trying to get rid of them (DEFINITELY not me projecting myself here 👀)

She is VERY charismatic, successfully deceiving or talking her way out of many toils and even persuading powerful creatures to side with her which makes her pretty powerful, too, in her own right. On the other (much darker) hand... This sweet, cheerful bard has convinced some enemies to literally kill themselves, saving her from aaall the tough work she really can't be bothered with of ridding them herself--and she'll gladly do it again in a heartbeat. Work smarter, not harder as they say! 👏

Confident, outgoing, and playful with a flair for the theatrical; also rather perceptive to the people and things around her, but can be serious and empathetic when needed. Often tries to keep a positive (if not naive) outlook on life and continues to hold hope for a better future against all odds, yet is actually burying a devastating loneliness and pain within the depths of her soul

Can be a flirt and almost never hesitates to sleep with any man interested in her. For her, however, it's not about physical pleasure--it's about intimacy. Chasing after the high of being in someone's strong embrace, their warmth melting the icy melancholy her heart is trapped in; even if only for one, meaningless night

Despite everything, she has a big heart. She has a hard time saying no to anyone in need, her selflessness (or too much of it for that matter) sometimes leading to be a weakness. She particularly has a soft spot for children and animals, as well as being able to understand and communicate with the latter thanks to the "Speak with Animals" spell. And while she is a chaotic neutral, she instantly becomes chaotic good (emphasis on chaotic) when it comes down to animals, literally slaying everything in her path if it ensures the animal is safe from those that hurt it as well as adopting any stray back in camp if it's possible (Astarion hated it at first, until an ungodly swarm of adorable cats eventually started to appear 😹)

Besides her affinity for dramatics and the spotlight, she is usually a pretty relaxed person. That all changes, however, when a party is involved. Bring her to a lively tavern and pump some drinks into her system and she's more than ready to live it up the entire night! Good luck trying (and failing) to rein her back in... She's toootally not banned from a few taverns because of this 🙃

Talented in singing and playing many different instruments, but her main instrument of choice is the lyre. The lyre that she ventures everywhere with is from her childhood, a gift from someone near and dear to her heart. The "Spider's Lyre" as it's curiously called, in which her nimble fingers have nearly been sliced off countless times in her youth while practicing due to its dagger sharp strings, but she cherishes it like her own life

Although music is her passion--her blood--she indulges in other forms of creative art like writing and drawing when she has the time. She proudly showed off her skills this one instance when she doodled on Vlaakith's portrait in Crèche Y'llek. She believes she made it look so much better, but you could say that she and Lae'zel had...creative differences. But was it worth it even though she got chased around by Lae'zel afterwards as the gith maniacally swung her sword, Astarion giggling in the background while everyone else tried to stop Lae'zel? Oh, absolutely!

While she doesn't have much and has learned to make the most out of very little, she's quite vain and puts in the time and effort to take care of her appearance. As a bard, she lives to perform, but stands by the firm belief that her beauty needs to shine as brightly as her stage presence does lest she's hardly a bard at all

Easily makes friends almost everywhere she goes (even with more, um, questionable folks), but difficult for her to open up more and feel that she is genuinely close to someone (until she met the companions, that is)

Has a little habit where she fiddles with her eyebrow piercings whenever she's anxious or deep in thought

She's not a fan of dark spaces. She's not afraid of the dark, but being in any gloomy place for too long makes her feel uneasy and prone to panic attacks, desperate to feel the sun on her face again. One of the reasons why she's never visited the Underdark before, opting instead to learn about such dangerous beauty through books and other adventurers' experiences

When she's being idle...well, she's not very idle at all. She's always softly humming something to herself or slightly bouncing/dancing in place

Keeps the party entertained on their journey through singing and sharing tall tales. Well, "entertained" is a bit of a stretch, considering Lae'zel's always screaming at Mon'sun to shut up (spoiler alert: she won't) 🤐

Has nicknames for everyone in the party: Astarion is Astie (later on "my star" when romanced and Astarion calls her "my sun"), Gale is Big G, Lae'zel is Lae-Lae (*cough* more like Lae-Me-To-DEATH *cough*), Karlach is Spicy Mama, Shadowheart is Shady Girl, and Wyll is Bof (short for Blade of Frontiers). Can't say that everyone's too pleased with what they're so lovingly (and weirdly) bestowed with, but they just got used to it and allows only Mon'sun to refer to them as such

Can be deemed as the therapist of the group. While she absolutely has issues of her own (and plenty, might I add), she chooses instead to focus on everyone else and help them. She is super protective over them (although, one pale elf in particular has caught her favour out of all)

While she cares a lot about everyone in the party, she does consider Gale to be her bestfriend. They just get along really well together; Mon'sun proves to be an eager and like-minded listener/conversationalist to the wizard prodigy's ramblings while Gale is just thrilled that someone (and so pretty, too) is actually so kind and attentive to him as an individual, even helping him with his little--well, BIG--situation. Astarion, on the other hand... Well, let's just say that he's not as thrilled for Mon'sun to be so close to someone else, especially Gale of all weirdos 🙄

She's a pretty colourful person so it fits that her apparel is the same. She'll never be caught dead wearing something so woeful as plain ol' black or white. In fact, being so unbearably boring may just be the cause of her death!

Has complicated feelings about gods. They're interesting, for sure, and she respects anyone's beliefs in them though she wouldn't exactly put her faith in any of them let alone kneel (looking at you Vlaakith). She'd rather put her faith in herself--just like she always has--but that doesn't mean she won't take advantage of any "divine" blessings that may come her way. Such is the case when she obtained the Phalar Aluve sword from the Underdark, offering a tiny bit of her blood in exchange which pleased Eilistraee yet greatly pissed off Lolth (Mon'sun the chaos gremlin definitely got a kick out of that especially since she knows the big scary spider lady can't do anything to her...she thinks. She hopes)

While she certainly revels in having the upper hand in troublesome situations, she's not really a power-hungry person. Although, having power does have its perks. She won't lie, she has played around in her tadpole-infested mind the far-fetched but very possible idea of seizing the Absolute's followers under her own control (I mean, hey, if there's one thing she's learned during this unique little trip is that anything is possible). Not all cultists are actually evil; she likes to think that she could give them a fair shot at redemption, and it doesn't hurt that some of these cultists are powerful people that could potentially be used to "liberate the world of evil"... Blame (or rather thank) Astarion for unlocking (hehe subtle pun) this ambition of hers, though she doesn't think she could ever do this without Astarion ruling by her side--together

WRITING A DRABBLE BC I CAN'T HELP MYSELF!!!

Eren knows he's not supposed to choose favourites, and if asked he will deny it until he's blue in the face. As a self-respecting first grade teacher he absolutely does NOT choose favourite students! But by noon on the first day of class he can't help himself, the little brats have already wormed their way into his heart, especially Nico. And no it's not because they bear a startling resemblance, that's not how he chooses, no it's based purely on cuteness.

And Nico, well he's got the whole class beat in that department, he's the cutest first grader he's ever seen. Shiny brown hair with caramel highlights, big green eyes that Eren knows will be used to get him out of so much trouble, and the big chubby cheeks characteristic of a six year old. The kid is fucking cute, he has good genes, Nico Ackerman, and Eren thinks he finally knows how all of his own teachers felt as a child when he'd bat his eyelashes before causing trouble.

Especially as the kids come back from lunch does Eren learn what a little hellion he's chosen for a favourite student.

Because he doesn't just have the Yeager looks, he's got the attitude to, and as soon as they come in from lunch he's got the whole class in an uproar over goldfish crackers and Eren has to step in when a fight breaks out.

By the end of the day, Eren is unsure if Nico is still his favourite student, no matter how cute he is, he's already almost killed the class pet, an actual goldfish named Bob, taught the other students how to draw butts and taken most of the boys in the class on a fun romp through the mud outside at recess. Eren is left witch plentiful artworks of multicoloured butts and several emails from parents inquiring as to why their children came home with mud soaked clothing.

Eren immediately regrets his choice in favourite. But nonetheless, Nico is still cute at least. But really it's then that Eren should've known.

On class picture day Nico convinces the whole class to take their individual photos with their shirts inside out, and this also extends to the group photo and by the time Eren notices it's far too late and the photo he brings home to show his mom is laughable.

Carla is absolutely cackling, calling it divine justice as Eren shows her his first grade class of little hellions, Eren thinks it isn't fair. "Which one is Nico?" "That one there, the one with the brown hair and green eyes." Carla almost drops the photo altogether, "Eren he looks just like you." He shrugs, sure they look a little alike but it's not like his features are uncommon, "A little." His mom gives him a stern look, "Not just a little, he could be your twin when you were that age, if I didn't know any better I'd say he's yours." Eren scoffs, yeah right, he'd know if he had a kid running around somewhere, "I think i'd know if I had a kid mom." His mom gives him a dubious look but Eren writes it off, the whole idea is just so ridiculous, Nico is an Ackerman, he's probably got a dad at home anyway.

The next person to mention it is Principal Erwin who's wandering by while Eren disciplines Nico in the hallway. "Nico, you know it's not okay to talk while I'm teaching so can you tell me why you did that?" Nico looks forlorn as he responds, deflated, "I was talking about recess." Eren sighs, ruffling the kid's hair, he's a little hyperactive but he's not a bad kid, "That's okay buddy, just try not to do it while I'm talking about a project okay?" Nico nods excitedly and at that moment Erwin walks by, doing an absolute double take as he observes them both together. "Mr. Yeager I didn't know you had a kid who went to this school, you should disclose that to the office." Nico says nothing and Eren's mouth opens in shock, quick to correct his superior, "He's not mine, he's just a student, this is Nico." "Nico Ackerman," the little boy corrects excitedly, before adding, "I don't have a dad!" Erwin looks unsure what to do with this information and Eren looks down at the little heathen in surprise, he doesn't have a father? Suspicious indeed...

He doesn't meet Mikasa until the first parent teacher conference when she finally shows up, the last interview of the night. Until that moment he'd only ever met Nico's grandma and sometimes his uncle depending on who was doing pickup, but he'd gathered from Nico's own babbling and his grandma's talk that Mikasa was an ER nurse who often worked weird shifts and wasn't around to pick him up, but was always home for dinner. It seemed that despite Nico's one-parent status he was well loved and his mom was always around to cook dinner and take him out on the weekends, especially if the little boy's drawings were anything to go by. He was excited to meet the little tyke's mom, curious about just what kind of woman was raising the cutest and most troublesome kid in his class. He absolutely does not expect who walks through the door.

She's stunning, the most beautiful woman he's ever met and almost immediately Eren dismisses any lingering thoughts in the back of his head that maybe Nico could be his, that maybe it was a drunk one-night stand. There is no way he'd forget sleeping with a woman like that.

She's sweet, apologetic for being a few minutes late, still dressed in her dark blue work scrubs that she fills out so fantastically. Full breasts that press against her scrub top, an ass he can see every perfect inch of in exquisite detail through those scrubs and god does he want to go back on his rule not to mess around with student's parents because fuck. In a word, very respectfully, Mikasa is a MILF and it takes him a full minute to open his mouth up enough to introduce himself.

They talk for almost an hour that night, long after parent teacher conferences should be over, about Nico, about everything, and Eren discovers that Mikasa might be a little interested in him too. Her eyes keep dropping to look at his lips and he discovers that Nicos dad is very much not involved, never has been, never will be, and Eren fights the urge to tell her he'd be a great daddy, for Nico too of course.

After that, Eren decides that Mikasa is going to be coming to his office to chat a lot more about Nico's behaviour. And Eren thanks god the little bugger loves to act up. Before he'd been handling it mostly with notes home and quick emails where he could, but now, he thinks he wants Mikasa around a lot more.

Top 10 Covers of Single Issue Comics I Own (Ranked)

I am just focusing on Loki-centric or Loki-featured comics. I am ranking purely on cover aesthetics, not on content of the actual comic.

Loki: Agent of Asgard, issue 17 (illustrated by Lee Garbett)

I'm obsessed with Loki's post-ego death look. I love all of the other issue covers around him. I'm less fond of the reminder that this is one of the last issues of this run, since this is my favorite series.

2. Loki, issue 1 (variant) (illustrated by Stanley "Artgerm" Lau)

Gorgeous. I love her. My shitty photo does not do the lighting of this artwork justice.

3. Marvel Voices: Pride #1 (2022) (illustrated by Amy Reeder)

The more Lokis, the better. I love all of the variants, I love all of the flags, and how the Loki in the foreground (and Croki) is standing on the rainbow flag, bringing to mind the bifrost. The only way this could be better is if his actual gender flag was here and President Loki was not.

I love this cover for similar reasons to the above entry: all of the different faces Loki has and iterations he's been. I also like that the back of his throne is reminiscent of his crown, and that he's clearly in Jotunheim.

I'm obsessed with this imagery too. The flock of magpies and how Loki's appearing or disappearing out of the magpies is just ugh so poetic and perfect. It makes me think about the last line from Where Mischief Lies: "Be the witch, and know everything."

Listen, I don't like the way Loki gets ahold of Mjolnir in this, and I don't like what happens as a result. But I am such a fan of Loki holding Mjolnir that I ignore everything else going on.

9. Loki issue 1 (variant) (illustrated by Todd Nauck)

So one website was calling these window shades, and maybe Loki is that extra that he's got red velvet curtains, but I saw this and I was like oh my god he's on stage! And that's what I love about this. He seems like he's in a spotlight and everything.

10. Norse Mythology issue 4 (variant) (illustrated by David Mack)

So this isn't Marvel Loki, but I love Norse Mythology by Neil Gaiman. I haven't actually read the comic, but I've read the novel and listened to the audiobook (read by the author) many times. So naturally I needed to buy the comic adaptation with Loki on the cover. I love the watercolor look to it and the collage of all of his symbols surrounding him. I also love how he doesn't have one solid human shape; this idea that all of these forms are him is wonderful and also a theme in Agent of Asgard, so of course, I love the idea that Al Ewing drew on mythology for that idea.

A Mother's Help

The figures are based off a family photo that was popular on here, of a mother helping her children beat a level in a Mario game. Many people said it looked like a renaissance painting so that definitely inspired this. The concept was directly inspired by the many Madonna with Child works by the old master Raphael. This piece shows that our mothers help us through so much. They may not be perfect, hence the uneven halo, but they still try. My mother was not the best to me as a kid(putting it lightly), but I knew then and now that people can change. And she did, she got a lot better to the point I don't mind being around her. In the sacred words of Hannah Montana, nobody's perfect. I think too many people treat others without compassion or kindness. I believe anyone is capable of change and many are simply afraid and ashamed to do so. Obviously there are certain lines that if you cross you cannot go back from, and you must face justice. Do your best to forgive or at least move on from certain things people have done to you, trust me it makes life a lot more peaceful.

oh and set boundaries and shit

also everyone is different so if you don't wanna forgive or move on that's ok too. this is simply my beliefs and opinions.

Human/Nature - Exhibition Review

Weinberg/Newton Gallery is a non-profit organization that exhibits artworks surrounding the theme of social justice. In the Human/Nature exhibition, various works including sculpture, painting, textiles, and AI-generated images are on display concerning the alerting matter of climate change and exploring ways to enhance sustainability of materials. Featuring artists in the show are Laura Ball, Stas Bartnikas, Donovan Quintero, Obvious, Karen Reimer, Matthew Ritchie and Regan Rosburg. The organization is also collabing with the Bulletin of Atomic Scientists and featuring the image of the Doomsday’s clock, which is a representation of the possibilities of man-made catastrophe based on environmental matters.

One of the most notable art pieces is the moss sculpture by Regan Rosburg. Various natural elements such as bird wings, antlers, vegetations,.. are formed into plastic sculptures, intertwining swirling plastic and rubber bands that expands outwards. The whole structure is covered by a blanket of moss. There are several orchid plants of different species emerging from the greenery. This is a particularly thoughtful piece, as the artist has paid attention to the smallest details such as the plants arrangement, along with the usage of a steam diffuser and rain-scented essential oil to create an immersive experience. The composition is harmonious and full of movements. The apparent contrast between the black plastic sculptural part and the lush green moss create a poetic duality, since one resembles liveless fossilized matter and one stands for thriving life. I also find it intriguing how the animalistic shapes, usually the animated ones, are now the muted part in appearance, and how the moss are brought into a normally pristine gallery space. I think the big life-size scale is effective, as it captures the attention of the viewer really well and fills up the space in an atmospheric manner.

Through the collaboration between Obvious and Stas Barnikas, a doomsday clock A.I installation was made. Wooden fragments frame an atomic clock with a video screening beneath. Images in the videos morph into each other and are constantly changing, compiled and generated by a computer with the inputs being Barnikas's aerial photos. In a way, this piece gives me the connotations that the images are how A.I sees our world. The images resemble landforms and water bodies, but I wouldn't be able to tell what exactly it is. The contrast between the generated landscape and the wood, a material from our actual environment, is a thoughtful choice, though I do not know what is the intended effect of keeping both parts in rectangular shape. After reading the notes on the Doomsday's clock on the wall, looking back at the A.I clock gives me a dystopian-type of feeling, the kind of feeling that the world as we know of will one day perish. I think this is a particularly thought-provoking art piece.

Laura Balls' illustrations are another notable part of the exhibition. She worked with the shapes of wildlives and merged them together into one bigger form. It is the kind of art that requires you to look more closely and spend time to see the smaller details. The wild animals are depicted very lively and the motion of the larger form is brought out excellently. The message seems clear and straightforward, which is a good thing in this context.

Overall I think the exhibition was successful in raising consciousness about climate change. It gave me both the ‘what is at risk if we don't be alert' and ‘the possible solutions for sustainability'. There were elements that satisfied the scientific as well as artistic inquiries. It was hosted at the right time and moment too, to remind us of a prevalent issue but not as spoken of during the last few years.

10 RuPaul's Drag Queens who deserve the crown by Seigar.

There is no doubt anymore that drag queens have become the new pop icons. Their faces are on the cover of all magazines, and their self-expressing underground personalities have brought the spirit of the old rock and punk stars back to the mainstream. This list shows ten drag queens that I think deserve the crown.

1. Valentina is the embodiment of a beauty pageant. Her charisma and stylish sense have engaged all her fans into an absolute adoration and devotion towards her persona. Living her fantasy in her head possibly also brings some attractiveness to her. Hitchcock said: "The MacGuffin is the object around which the plot revolves". Her iconic mask moment is ironically the MacGuffin of the current situation we are living these days: "I'd like to keep it on, please".

2. Roxxxy Andrews is the representation of the Latin diva, of Puerto Rican and Cuban-American ancestry, her slogan: thick and juicy made it to the top three in Season 5. Her controversial personality didn't help her to get the crown, but nobody can't deny her power on stage, her pageant beauty, and her faithful commitment to her drag persona. Her drag is genuine and with deeply felt emotions conveyed through a thrilling and strong character. Her lipsynch assassin moment in All Stars 5 put her back in the position that she deserves. "Roxxxy, you are a winner baby".

3. Jujubee is the most constant queen ever! If someone deserves the crown is her! "Justice for Jujubee" should be a pop cause to vindicate. Being not once, not twice BUT THRICE in the top three: Season 2, All-Stars 1, and All-Stars 5, she deserves her crown, what part you don't understand?. Her freshness and spontaneity are her strengths. Can you imagine fighting so hard to be crowned three times, not to get it, and leaving with a beautiful smile on your face anyway and willing to come back and to do it again? You should be so proud Jujubee, my eternal love for you. Go and listen to her song "Don't wanna love" because you know what? the girl can also sing, her EPs are lovely and evoke a lonely pop diva in a small bar, a voice full of emotional power to sustain her myth. Long live The Queen.

4. Alyssa Edwards is the perfect balance between the comedy and the beauty queen. Alysa has simultaneously mastered both types of drags to become one of the most omnipotent queens from RuPaul's Drag Race. She is so recognizable and unique that all the other queens can imitate her faces! Face, face, face. Her heroic lipsynchs are also among the best moments of the program. Alyssa has defied the maxim that one should either be a comedy or a beauty queen. Alyssa Edwards, baby, you are a winning material!

5. Manila Luzon is the representation of the loved queen. A diva that found her ways to get her people. I'm one of your fans Manila. I know you've got the potential and that you'd be surprisingly good for me. Manila is one of the most fascinating and charming personalities in the program. You can't just help it, you love her. Her instinctive moments serving face and body, her memorable readings of the other contestants, her attention to detail, and her risky concept of drag never afraid of being too campy made her one the most artistic and at the same time funniest drag queen ever!

6. Vanessa Vanjie Mateo represents the personality queen. Her unique voice and her informal language are what we call a brand. Nowadays drag queens don't impersonate divas, they have become stars themselves. Vanjie is the clearest example. The well-connected Queen is also an example of a famous drag family. Her iconic Miss Vanjie moment was viral, #MissVanjie is now part of the Ru-story. About this, she told in an interview by Patrick Crowley for Billboard: "Fuck it. might as well have these bitches remember me." So I just started screaming at the top of my lungs "Miss Vanjie," over and over." Vanjie is all about magnetism, she can't imitate but herself. She even can thank herself! All about Miss Vanjie.

7. Eureka O'Hara is the drama queen. Eureka's always ready for some loud dramatization. When she's on stage like Damien Rice sings: "I can't take my eyes off you". She has proved also to be one of the most polished queens ever! Her makeup, hair, silhouette, and style are iconic! Adventurous in her fashion and characters' decisions, influential and proud, she can be simultaneously campy and modern. Impressively earnest Eureka is. Let's leave this clear, Tennessee Williams would have loved Eureka.

8. Crystal Methyd is the kookiest queen. Different, crazy, unique, eerie, and extravagant, she loves her intricate costumes and arty makeup. Her choices are ahead of her time, I sometimes feel no everyone is ready for a queen like her. Crystal is surprising and risky. Her "I'm like a bird" moment is iconic but undervalued. No even RuPaul seemed to be prepared for her crown. It's common knowledge that Crystal is one of a kind. One of her charms is her sweetness and kindness as a person. She reminded me of Jinkx Monsoon's persona in that sense, her innocent smiles, and the way she looks when interacting with the other girls and the judges made us love her. Crystal, you are adorable, and you made the world's confinement a better experience during the whole season. Thanks!

9. A'keria Chanel Davenport is one of the most beautiful pageant queens in RuPaul's Drag Race. All her runway looks are stunning, and her beauty queen's manners are just perfection! A'keria is absolutely flawless. She may be overlooked by hipsters, but you can't underestimate her polished aesthetic and her campy personality that make her an authentic threat. A'keria deserves her crown for providing the true link between the old and new pageants. Impeccable!

10. Detox Icunt is the future of drag. Detox is one of the most powerful and strongest contestants in RuPaul's Drag Race. With her alien face and body, pop culture knowledge, and glam oddity, Detox has proved to be a professional of drag. Her runaway looks have elevated the concept of drag to the category of art. If I had to choose her moment, it will be her legendary look for the Season 5 final. She knows how to cause a commotion. Detox, you are a masterpiece.

A Generational study of Misha's wackydoodle fanbase.

This was the first post I ever did, on my blog. The post did very well, and that was because the hellers were reblogging and adding their own captions to the post, and other dumber hellers were leaving a like. So essentially they were creating traffic for my post without realizing it. Because their nasty fingerprints are all over this post, I want to repost an edited version with updated information and less typos. I remembered this post because of this interesting comment.

''In Twitter, in their own words, they have from 2 up 10 accounts. A lot of free time, I assume. I barely have time to enter tumblr xD''

Immediately, the Profound Bonds census came to mind. I remember seeing a prominent amount of children. And on one page, there was only one 37 year old. I was surprised. I wish I could use a screenshot of that page, but the hellers deleted the entire census. I wonder why. The above comment and the census, is the reason I am reposting an amended version of this.

Impassioned fans can be very annoying. Like any fanatic, [in the words of Spike Milligan] they don't enjoy their favorite art. They suffer from it. However, most of the time, you find a way to chill with them, and you will be able to have a conversation about something or the other. You might even share their enthusiasm, unless they start behaving creepily and nauseating you. The hellers are the latter breed of freak. They are the creepiest, most nauseating but most mobilized and active part of this fandom, because they have a hierarchy that operates their entire system. There are influencers and drones. Seeing an influencers will give you the impression that hellers are a group of grown women, however, that is not the case. Only the influencer are older. The drones are young. Sometimes painfully young.

Understanding slash is one of the things that allowed me to understand why these people are so subservient towards Misha, and why they never question him. There are other factors like his cult leader behavior, however, there is a particular group that he targets and he uses social media to do it. Slash is almost a century old. And each generation behaved in a specific way, regarding slash fiction. The earlier generations were very covert. It may have had something to do with modesty. It may also have had something to do with “outsiders ruining our fun”. As far as Supernatural is concerned, three generations of slash fans are represented.

I am using the word generation here, from a marketing demographic perspectives, because this seems like the most sensible way to categorize slash fans. Believe me, I am fully aware I am over simplifying this. I am trying to write a short blog. In no way, am I throwing shade at your generation. I just like mine the most. lol!!!

There are three major generations in this fandom, that indulge in slash fiction:

Generation X: These are slash fans born between 1965 and 1979.

Generation Y aka Millenials: These are slash fans born between 1980 and 1994.

Generation Z aka Centennials: These are slash fans born after 1994.

Generation X is that last generation of classic slashers. This is a covert group that doesn’t like to share its artworks and works of fiction with outsiders. If they remained underground and secret forever, they wouldn’t mind. And if that mindset remained, nobody would even know that slash fiction exists. As a member of this generation, I wish that things had stayed this way, but understand that society changes. Its evitable. Gen Xers usually don’t ship just one pair because it would seem a little foolhardy to pin all your slashy happiness on one pair that you put together. There are plenty of pretty fish in the sea and we tend to mix 'n match. There may be pairings we will like more than others, but generally speaking, we don't have issues with working through a cast like a buffet and enjoying different pairings.

Younger generations of J2 fans were influenced by this generation's writings and therefore share the same opinions. If there are any destiel shippers in this group, three suppositions are likely. First, they are either, hidden away from social media and don't know about this death threat drama, and they don't have any frenzied love for destiel where it blinds them. Misha is not influencing them via social media either. They have a life and destiel is just their pass time. Or, they are influencers who are older and therefore that sway the minds of younger people. I theorize, however, that most of the destiel shippers in this generation deserted the ship and moved on.

The Y generation or millenial brought two changes to slash fiction. From a western standpoint, this generation started to become inclusive and politically correct, making their work LGBT oriented rather than hetero/bi female oriented to the detriment of the artform. The greatest irony is that mpreg [the last remnance of femininity] was born at the tail end of this generation. My previous theory about this group was wrong. I thought they were a quiet group. But no. All the Lua Jame's, Janelle's and Exorcising Emily's are coming this group. This means that the influencers, the first users of social media in other words, are from this generation. Perhaps, the normal non-criminal thinking, nice destiel shippers come from this generation too.

Generation Z or centennials are the youngest generation, making them the least experienced, with the least filter. They don’t think before they speak, but boy do they have a lot to say. They tend to use social justice and politics to push the validity of their ship. They are like junkies when it comes to their ship and Misha Collins is the only dealer they have. They look for other dealers which is why they tend to ask all and sundry, what their opinion is with regard to destiel.

They based their opinion of that person, on how that person responds to destiel. Its like a pothead who only likes people who say that smoking pot is ok. And if that person is indifferent to destiel, they will collectively attack that individual. The only reason is because they are young. Its only when I looked at their census, that I realized that many of them are as young as 13. So most of them are children. In Misha's heller army, these kids are the soldiers, bashing Jensen and Jared online and voting for Misha to win an award. Lets hope their taste chances as they grow.

Misha and his influencer, have convinced these people that what they feel is true, and because they are still young, they don't know any better. Even a non heller might feel insulted by this analysis of an entire generation but believe me. I am not critiquing you. I am merely pointing out that your brain doesn't fully develop until you hit 40. You are not a child, I concur. But you are not a complete adult. Get to my age, look back at life, and realize how many times circumstances forced you to change your opinion about various subjects. I wager that about ten years from now, the hellers will look back at their behavior and cringe. They don't know any better and the adults around them are not teaching them to do the right thing.

So Misha’s primary fanbase are a bunch of children, who are spread around the globe, and who don't affect of the ratings, have generally no money of their own so they cant buy seats for his panel or photo-ops or raise a decent amount for anything he is auctioning. They couldn't attend Indycon so it flopped. Not that he has that many fans to start with. And they don’t recognize that Misha is trolling them with destiel, because they are too young to understand.

Misha has the dumbest cult following ever, because he attached him to Jensen and Dean. And Jensen doesn't even spend anytime with Misha outside of work. So the shippy calling card Misha waves will catch fire in his hands. He is also attracting children and they will grow up to eventually change their mind and taste in men. The influencers are likely to stick with him, unless they get bored with the lack of Jensen and move on. So consequently, Misha and his hellers wont benefit each other in the long run.
