Das duas refeições que fiz hoje, ambas incluíram esse biscoito de arroz aqui.
Ele é vegano e EU ACHEI ele mais crocante que o outro. Não sei explicar, mas fica a recomendação!

Quanto as minhas refeições, a primeira foi biscoito de arroz com guacamole no almoço/lanche e a segunda é biscoito de arroz com frango desfiado ao molho após academia.

Butternut squash soup 💚 Myskikurpitsakeitto
I hope the holidays and New Year’s was great for all of you! After a small break from social media, I’m back and ready to share some recipes. Today I’m sharing a recipe to make a lovely soup.
Toivottavasti kaikkien pyhät ja vuodenvaihde sujuivat mukavasti! Pienen sometauon jälkeen olen täällä taas innoissani jakamaan monenlaisia reseptejä. Tänään jaan reseptin ihastuttavaan sosekeittoon.
What do I need?
To roast the butternut squash:
1 butternut squash
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp salt
Dash of pepper
Soup:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 large onion
3 garlic cloves
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp smoked paprika
2 vegetable stock cubes
1 l water
2 tbsp soy sauce
2,5 dl oat cream
Cilantro
Salt and pepper
What to do?
1️⃣Start by roasting the butternut squash. Heat up the oven to 200°C. Halve the butternut squash, scrape out the seeds and peel it. Chop the butternut squash to smaller pieces. Put the pieces to an oven pan and sprinkle the seasoning and olive oil on. Roast it in the oven for 30 minutes.
2️⃣Peel and chop the onion and the garlic. Heat up some oil in a pot and add onion, garlic, cumin and smoked paprika. Sauté until the onion’s soft. Add the roasted butternut squash to the pot. Add water, vegetable stock cubes and soy sauce as well. Let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
3️⃣Turn off the stove and use an immersion bender to puree the soup. Portion the soup to bowls and pour some oat cream on top. Sprinkle on some cilantro and add salt and pepper if needed.
