Letting go.

sometimes it feels like waking up from that perfect dream, leaving that warm and soft bed to face that real life. It can also feel like peeling off that toxic part of your body before it spreads, before it kills you. Letting go, it’s that courageous decision to handle a little pain to save your heart and soul... to live healthy and happy.

Now you can see clearly that in letting go you are never giving up or losing hope, you are just hoping for what you truly deserve. In letting go you learn to know your worth and choose your battles. You learn that people aren’t meant to stay forever, some of them just came in for you...for you to teach you exactly the types of people that you should be holding on to.

In letting go you learn to forgive those who have wronged you, to forgive yourself. you learn to get out of your comfort zone, that’s when you know that the things you’ve been scared of are exactly the things you had to do. You learn to have faith, and trust that your future will be bright.

In letting go you shouldn’t be seeing a loss…In letting go you should be seeing the beauty of your growth.
