Life happens so quickly. In the last two years, the word uncertain has taken on a whole new meaning. Things can get unbearably heavy.

God, you are the author. You are the creator. You are the all knowing. We need you, they need you. INEED YOU! your word says that you won’t leave me. It says you won’t forsake me. It says that you know that plans you have for me. Well, God, please show me your face. Show me your presence in my life. Times are getting hard and heavy. She me that we are here with me, with us. She yourself. Lead me in the direction that you intend for me to go. Lead me to the things that you have willed for MY life. Lead me to the work that you have purposed for Me To do. I lay these heavy burdens at your throne. I lay the weight of my problems down at your feet. I leave the hurt of closed doors with you. I lay down the burden of mental anguish at the hem of your garment. God my Father, take it all and leave me with Peace that passes all understanding and joy that fills my soul like the sun fills the sky. have said it before but the only thing you need to be an influential figure on this site is to say something cruel and unusual with utter conviction and never back down from that stance and people will be like omg so true... you never miss <3

Hi everyone! 👋😊Some of you might remember me sharing a couple of months ago that I graduated from college this year! I’m so excited to share that I recently accepted a full time English teaching position! Teaching has always been a dream job of mine and I am so excited to instill my love of reading in others.

My aunt and cousins were nice enough to send me a “blind date with a book” in celebration of my graduation and new job and I could not have asked for a better gift ❤️ Imagine my shock when I opened it and discovered that it was a Julie Garwood book. Julie Garwood means a great deal to me for a number of reasons. Her books fostered my love for the romance genre and historical romance sub-genre. She also lived in the same town as my mother when she was growing up. In fact, my mother and Julie’s daughter were friends as children, which continues to blow my mind.

I was so sad to hear of Julie’s recent passing. I will forever cherish the books she put out into this world. I feel so lucky to add “The Wedding” to my Julie Garwood collection.

Fave ship: Where do I start? Marc and Luca, Pedrenzo, Pedrossi, Joan and Rins, Alín (Alonso and Fermín), Margaró (Aleix and Martín)...

First ship: this will sound crazy, but I was like 7-8 years old, watching Dani and Jorge fight with all the craziness that the media brought and I only want them to kiss to shut their mouth. So I’m a Pedrenzo hardcorne fan. But actually the first one I really wanted and actively ship it was Dramione, although the first one I wrote was Harry and Luna.

Currently reading: Mary Bennet by Kate Allan and tons of fanfiction

Last movie: I watch more TV shows than films, but I think it was Patrik 1,5 in Swedish and Patrik, age 1.5 in English. It’s actually a very good film (go and watch it!).

You can never prepare enough for the arrival of a Goddess (I strongly encourage you to prepare as much as you can...heal...work on your wounds and core principle’s).

Buoyancy

I am not okay. I am l feel as though I have failed. I feel as though it is my fault for not starting sooner.

The depression that has been slowly enveloping me for the past few months is nothing new. However, it feels different. Or. Maybe I had just become unfamiliar with it. I know that depression can feel much worse than this because I have felt much worse than this.

I have not harmed myself. Even though the very thought of harming myself has been at the forefront of my mind often this week. I have not begun to plan suicide. It would be a lie to say I haven't contemplated it this week. However, I have mostly been fantasizing about previous times attempts of suicide and self-harm.

I feel like I am in an ocean with neutral buoyancy. Not hitting the bottom but unable to catch my breath.

I feel as though the water is filling and burning my lungs but air continues to blow out of my nose.

I am not okay. But I wouldn't say I am suicidal. However, I am not okay enough to be alone. Yet, here I am. Alone.
