Scrolling some of my old posts from when I was younger and ngl this is triggering asl (in a good way). I could fast for 50+ hours but now I can barely fast for 16h. Low restriction is actually so hard for me now too. It's not because I grew up, it's because I've been binging sm that my stomach expanded a lot. It's also because of the fact that I allow to eat way more than b4 because "I can just purge after". It makes me less disciplined. I'll use this page as motivation

I'm finally back after over a year!! So small updates:
- After reaching my lw of 54.6kg back in October 2022, I slowly gained weight and hit a new hw of 68.5kg🥲
- I also started doing wreslting (joined the school club) in October 2023, won a few medals (like 3 bronze medals) and then I went to the regional championship in February 2024 were I won silver and went on to provincial were I won my first match but then lost my next 2 matches which caused me to be disqualified. I was still very happy since I still made it that far despite having only about 6 months of experience
- When I had my first weigh-in for wrestling, I was around 64kg so I slacked off a lot on losing weight using me having to stay in the 64kg weight class for tournaments as an excuse. Then during Christmas break 2023 I gained all the way up to 67.6kg then had a week to get down to 64kg for my tournament (which I did), gained back to 68kg, had to get back to 64kg for my next tournament which created a continuous cycle of me gaining and losing weight for wreslting tournaments in short amount of times. It was so stressful but my fat ass just couldn't maintain💀
- Wreslting season is now over (It was lit my personality for the last y months) and now I'm stuck at 68kg since there's nothing that really forces me to lose weight.
- Prom is in 1.5 months tho so I really want to get down to at least 57kg by then.
- I also turned 17 in January and in grade 12 which I can't believe since I was 13 (or 14?) when I created this account💀
- I got accepted into 2 unis (uoft and tmu) and waiting for more acceptances (academic weapon frll)
- Bul1m14 wise, I've been binging and purging a lot less (which is really not good considering the fact that I'm still overeating so I'm not losing any weight💀). I started my journey to get back on track on April 1st to get back to my lw
- In October 2023, I also applied to be part of the Millitary, my enrollment ceremony was in February and I'm now officially a soldier🫡 I'm not getting trained until summer tho so ion have a uniform and really don't do shit when I go to work

Idk if this is just me but when I binge I just can't be productive. I can't finish my school work and I lose all motivation to do basic stuff like showering. I just feel like when I let myself binge, I also stop taking care of myself??

Shit. I feel like my parents are getting suspicious of something. Especially my dad. He keeps asking me what I ate during the day. He even started suggesting to buy fast food. He is someone who doesn't eat fast food unless someone gives it to him because he says that homemade food is better (facts).
I just hope they don't start forcing me to eat but I'm not too worried because I doubt that they know what eating disorders are in the first place.

I got the BTS meal at McDonald's with some other things. The BTS meal was about 940kcal (Since I took coke zero) and I took some cookies and pancakes which brought my daily intake to 1945kcal.
I don't regret eating this since it's my only meal for the day. I hope I didn't gain weight though because my weight this morning was 59.9kg
This was very delicious though. 100% recommend. (And stream butter)

I just finished my binge and my total calorie intake for today was 3050kcal😭😭.
The fact that I also want to binge for the rest of the week to "get rid" of my trigger foods and since it's also my sister's birthday on Sunday. We will probably have some leftover food from the birthday on Monday so I will start restricting again on Tuesday.

Sometimes, I just start binging on a certain type of food and then I see that there is nothing else to binge on and then I ask myself why I started binging in the first place. It's such a waste of binge days😒😒

I ate pizza today and my total intake was 1310kcal. I don't feel very guilty because this week has been very good so far. I have been loosing water weight from my binge at a faster rate.
After my binge (3 days long) I was 64.4kg (Sunday Night). If this week was like other weeks than I would be between 61.5-62kg but right now I'm 60.4kg. This fast water weight loss is probably due to me either fasting or eating 1 meal a day.
I finally reached this weight for the first time in 2021. I'm so damn happy😊😊

The "do not eat unless forced to (Family Meals)" diet
I managed to fast for 47 hours before we had a family meal. We had fries w/fried chicken (😭😭). I managed to not eat all my serving but I still ate 800kcal😭😭

Day 4: 62.3kg/137.3lbs
My mom bought a lot of trigger foods again but I controlled myself and didn't binge on them. I only snacked on about 150kcal of s'mores ritz sandwich crackers. I didn't really go over my calorie limit and I didn't binge so I guess it's fine.
Yesterday I binged and I thought I would be at least 1kg/2lbs heavier but I only gained 0.2kg. That is pretty good but I still feel like a failure because I gained. What did I expect after a binge anyways.
