🍏- Whats your daily cal limit?: I don’t really count cals all that much but i try to eat at least under 500 everyday :)
🍇- Your top 3 fear foods?: Cake, Chocolate (specifically Nutella), Donuts, and Milk (i know thats 4 but milk just has to be in there ifykyk)
🍒- Top three safe foods?: Burritos (200cals), Celery (cals depend on how much), and Hard candy (depends on the candy but it’s rarely a lot and it curves cravings) oh and any fake meat foods they’re all healthy and low cal and just nice tbh
🥝- How often do you binge?: Eh probably at least 3-4 times a week if i’m being honest but they aren’t huge huge binges they are small binges and they are quick so i barely remember them but they quicken my metabolism and i where it off quickly and almost always they’re very early in the day and because of that i don’t eat for the rest of the day usually

i cant wait to see my pants i wear right now when im skinny ill laugh at how ugly and fat i was ill try them on and see that i cant fit my whole body in 1 pant leg ill be the person everyone is jealous of bc i was able to lose so much weight the future makes me happy

Breakfast : 2 rice cakes covered with chocolat
Lunch : 3 tenders + 1 piece of chicken + 1 small salad
Dinner : 1 slice of ham + some crisps + instant noodles + chocolat’s yoghurt + one bekind bar
Messed up a bit for dinner but anyway, I will do better today
