Und hier bin ich. Jahre sind nun vergangen in denen sich mein Leben ums Essen und nicht essen drehen. Dass Gefühl der Unreinheiten auf meiner Haut, die Last für die anderen. Für die die normal sind.
Es gibt da dieses eine Mädchen, sie ist meine Ex Freundin. Wir haben uns seit 4 Jahren nicht gesehen sind aber ständig im Kontakt, sie muss nur 1h mit mir telefonieren und sie weiß ganz genau wie es mir geht. Dass ich tief drin bin in dieser Erkrankung die mich in die tiefe reißt. Und anstatt mich zu nerven fragt sie nur ob ich reden will. Auch wenn sie weiß dass die Antwort nein sein wird.
Aktuell gehöre ich zu den fettis. Hab durch die Schwangerschaft !40! Kilo zugenommen. Von 40 Kilo auf 80 Kilo, ich habe mein Gewicht verdoppelt gehabt. 7 Monate psychiatrische Behandlung gehabt damit ich mein Baby im Bauch versorgte. Es half gut, ich fühlte mich gut. Auch lange nach der Schwangerschaft war es okay nur 2 Kilo abgenommen zu haben. Mein einziger Gedanke war mein Baby dass ich im Arm trug.
Jetzt ist der zwerg 6 Monate alt. Und ich fing wieder an ab zu nehmen. Wiege jetzt 74.6. Ein BMI von 24.4. Schrecklich... wie konnte ich es nur so weit kommen lassen. Mein Körper, einzigst Fett.
Ich lass es liegen dass Essen. Ich kann es einfach nicht, ich bin aus diesem Traum der Welt gekommen und ich muss jetzt rennen. Ich kann mich nicht mehr sehen lassen in dieser übergroßen Gestalt. In 10 Monaten bin ich dazu geworden, in 10 Monaten werde ich auch wieder zu dem hübschen Mädchen was ich war. Vielleicht auch zu noch weniger.
Heute gegessen: 100g Jasminreis - 350 Kcal
Sport: 60 Minuten Radfahren - 392 Kcal
Gewicht 74,6 Kg
Zufrieden? - Nein. Ich kann mehr schaffen, ich bin zu Faul. Esse zu viel.
Ziel für morgen:
50g Reis

I feel so hopeless whatever I do it’s not enough. I try so hard and nobody see it. I’m tired of my thoughts and mind I feel so worthless and numb. I don’t know how to express my thoughts and feelings about myself and I scared to do it. I’m scared of my mind that voice who make me feel ugly, fat telling me horrible things. Why I’m like this? Why my anxiety and depression, Ed thoughts win I feel so small. Its so weird how I can be positive and feel happy and then depressed and anxious and self hate..I hope I will win this battle inside of me. I hope I can get enough and better I hope you are all safe and healthy and positive and happy you all deserve it never give up on yourself I believe in you
