hi, and welcome! <3 happy to be here and be the "hey girl you know a lot about this man let's chat" resource bahaha. it makes the hyperfixation worth it!

i want to preface this by saying that i of course don't personally know him. my "read" of his personality is just for fun, and i know that to some to degree it's just a creative writing exercise. but here we go!

he is like you said- pretty shy, which he's talked about frequently himself. in his 2019 vman interview (at least i think its that one) he talks about how his parents tried to put him in sports as kid but he hated it and came home crying LMFAO. sweet little thing- in the most affectionate way possible i think that is so Very Austin.

but he's not a total hermit either. catherine martin (baz luhrmann's wife, costume person and producer on elvis) said he has a naughty sense of humor and i 1000% believe that. i think he has a good sense of humor, even if he saves a chunk of that for the people he knows personally. which is fair! when you're in the public eye you gotta hold onto the private parts of yourself that you can, and while i'd loveee to hear what catherine martin is referring to i fully respect that ^. here's one of my fav funny moments we have gotten though. and another one, my #1 favorite of all time.

he's clearly a very lovey person. i joke a lot about the pda sightings (ie the famous "heavy" mask on mask pda at erewhon blind), but i think it's a fair assumption that he's a touch as a love language person. and not just with his gf, he seems very huggy! some of my fav pap pictures of him are of him being lovey with kaia's dad lol! (examples here and here- funny follow up to the second one here)

i also think he's very self-aware and introspective. there's an interview from elvis press where he talks about meeting lisa marie for the first time and about how crazy that was because in working on the movie he felt like he "knew her" as a child and suddenly here she was in front of him as this grown woman. which i think is a really fascinating way to think about that- and a good example of how the cogs turn in that brain of his. i think what he says on the marc maron podcast interview about crying doing a deep breathing exercise is a good example of this too. if you stick around the fandom you'll see that some people get verry worried about him. and while i get it (for ex, i was so worried about him after lisa died i bawled to my dad on the phone about it) i take comfort in how self-aware he seems to be in that i trust him to take good care of himself.

Unfortunately I can't really recommend any Malleus focused blogs, cause I just don't follow any myself (I do really like Mal, I'm just avoiding book 7 spoilers as much as possible) but I can recommend some I like for Twst in general!

@suntails is a good blog for Diasomnia stuff in general, especially SIlver! There are some spoilers her blog, but they're tagged, so as long as you have spoiler tags blacklisted you should be all good.

@daily-trey is a favorite of mine and was of the first twst blogs I followed when I was getting into the fandom more last summer. It's a very funny Trey centric comic blog.

@twisting-in-wonderland and @twisted-wonderland-memories both post really pretty art! I love their coloring styles :)

@cheshirefangs has a cute 'Yuu in tsumderland' au, and also makes other twst art and mini comics.

And if you'd like to see some shippy stuff, there's options there too. @heartscrypt has a backlog of jamiazu (JamilxAzul) stuff, and Idekei (IdiaxCater) tidbits. They also have a Cater animatic that I still think about sometimes. @ryllen has some fun TreyJade comics and as of more recently, SebeYuu ones. - their mating cycles are coming up. You’ve been their mate for two years now, you know what’s going on.

- You know their emotions are running wild and on high. You’ve caught them hissing at each other several times the last three days.

- They always try their hardest to behave and keep a leveled head, but it always ends with them bottling it all up.

- It was only a matter of time before they exploded.

- They started getting huffy with each other, before an argument broke out. Arguing over something as stupid as who gets to hunt.

- You thought you made a timetable for this when the season hits, so you tried to settle them down before getting it.

- “Stay out of this! I’m verrry tired of you interfering!”

- “Not not! We can settle this without your help!”

- You jump back, not expecting to be on the receiving end of their hisses. The ends of their tails slamming against the ground, their fangs barred at you.

- You stay silent and take a few steps back, letting them get back to arguing before leaving.

- You just wanted from fresh air and to give them time to calm down as well.

- Knowing they don’t mean it, they have been getting better around this time of year, only occasionally slipping up like that.

- You left to a spot you had found a while ago, nice and enclosure by the trees around you. It has the perfect basking spot.

- The twins argued, arguing who should hunt this time to prove who’s the better mate.

- They couldn’t agree, only huffing and leaving to their own hideaways in their den.

- Staying like that for hours, coiled on their own, in their own rooms.

- Two hours had passed when they realize something is wrong.

- You usually walk out for air, yes.

- But you’re never gone this long.

- “Emmet? Is our mate with you?” Ingo yells from across the cave.

- He hears a quivering monotoned voice answer back “funny, I was just about to ask you that.”

- They nearly slam into each other, as they slithered out of the dens. Panic etched on Emmet’s face, while Ingo’s voice is rushed and frantic.

- They rush out of the den, the older twins booming voice calling for you.

- “Darling! Darling we are sorry! Just please come back!”

- “Dear! Please come home! Where are you!?”

The two are tears lining their eyes, their calls and yells for you only grow louder and louder.

“W-what if something got them? What if they are hurt somewhere?”

Ingo doesn’t respond, deep down thinking if he did it would become a reality.

“We will find them, it’s okay.”

The twins slither on, not caring to be quiet.

They want to make as much noise as possible, so you’ll hear them.

You wake up, not realizing you fell asleep in your resting spot. You look up to the sky and realize it’s gotten so late.

Your mates must be worried.

Your thoughts are confirmed when you hear two panicked voices calling for you.

Your voice isn’t as strong as Ingo’s, so you decide to leave your hiding spot and follow his voice.

You know the way back to the den if needed.

The second you’re free from the thick foliage, you’re tackled. All the air being knocked from your lungs.

“Mate!”

“Oh mate! We were so worried!”

“We are sorry! Verry sorry! Please don’t leave us!”

“We will never do that again! Please, dear, we are sorry!”

You’re being held by two sobbing snake hybrids. Their coils are wrapped around you, holding you in between them as they sob into your neck.

You wiggle your arms free, moving them up to run your fingers through their disheveled hair.

“Shhh it’s okay, I’m not leaving you two, not ever. I just came out here for some air and to relax.”

That only seems to make them sob harder.

“I love you both, I’m not going anywhere.”

You kiss Ingo’s temple before kissing the top of Emmet’s head.

They love you, they were so worried, they feared something had hurt you, or worse.

They are awful mates.

But they will make it up to you! They will do anything they can to prevent this in the future!

And you know they will.

You don’t doubt them.

You just let them hold you like this for a moment more.

Leverage Log: The Broken Wing Job

So this season's possible fourth episode whose title may be indicitive of an aircraft theme. (DB Cooper, First Contact, Very Big Bird being the others).

Look when they started shooting in a city that, aparently has an airplane museum. Using more plane-related sets makes sense logistically and financially. Playing with the opportunities provided there. Nonetheless, I hope very much it isnt aircraft themed. Maybe the broken wing just refers to like, an actual injury instead?

Maybe the client finds an injured bird, or its a metaphor being "grounded" by an injury? Like maybe this is one of those "1 teammate is stuck at home" episodes, like the one where Hardison overslept because of WOW. (that one had an aircraft too now that I think about it.) My metaphorical money is on "client was grounded, and the plan is to ground the Mark". But I guess we'll see. --- Cold open features the Crew. Thats odd. (i know technically the DB Cooper one also featured Parker. But she was wearing a mask so it could be a dramatic reveal. This one just goes right out and shows Nate frame 1)

Parker's got a bad leg. Wing identified and the crowd goes wild!!! Unfortunately "someone's stuck at home cause injury" is one of my least favourite types of excuse for a bottle episode. (which is usually the doylist reason such a plot is written.) I mean they can be funny, but they tend to overstay their welcome. Either that or everyone's schedules were just very busy for a month or two so they got them all together in a hallway in a hotel for 1 scene and paid Riesgraaf overtime. But these types of episodes are usually Budget or Scheduling motivated is what im saying. --- Quick google says an ACL is one of the ligaments in the knee. Parker better listen to Hardison or the next thing she'll be stealing is Archie's Cane. --- Episode introduces us to the Brewery Staff with a little get-well-soon bear. So it might actually just be an excuse plot to introduce us to a secondary/tertiary cast of characters for the season. (8 episodes into a 15 episode season is perhaps a bit late to do that.) --- Ok so we have a bunch of subplots couple where the girl thinks the boy is cheating. (my bet: Secretly planning to propose or something, hence being away more often for badly explained reasons.) Romeo and Juliet, (end up together, hopefully without double-suicides) "chicken Parm Jerk" who always orders the same thing, takes a single bite and sends it back. (Thats a verry specific behavioural patern. Feels very "Anton Ego" "if i do not love it, I do not swallow". Probably a secretly sympathetic backstory. "Loved it growing up, but it never tastes like Mothers Recipe" sort of deal) V&K, probably the episodes dedicated marks, (very pushy and specific about having the window seat. My bet is they're watchers/lookers for a gang. Either that or casing the security at whatever building is across the street) So they offer 4 coffees, and V (i think its V) takes 2 coffees outside. That means they have cohorts outside. Parker's anger that Hardison didnt wiretap the shit out of their lair-front is hilarious. --- Avoiding eye contact with Amy specifically. (I dont think i saw them lift their hand to block sightlines when they were getting served by another server earlier in the episode when they got the 4 coffees.) Amy's dad wants her to "inherit the family business", a business that is apparantly broad enough that "what is the family business" gets answered with "what isn't the family business". Amy's dad is a large corporate mogul and she's a valuable potential hostage. They're not casing the building across the road, they're casing Amy. Writers thought they could trick me with a feint but im onto them! --- V is smarter then K, (or at least more experienced) Professor Parmesan is fiddling with a thing on his finger (probably a ring, but i cant see it probably). Loved the recipe as made by a deceased wife, not a dead mom. --- Camera zoom in on the map. (IRL security camera's dont work that way. They tend to be shitty. But knowing Hardison and the importance of keeping this multi-billion dollar stock-manipulation enterprise afloat, he'd have sprung for actually good camera's and extra large storage servers. So im gonna say this is one case where the "enhanced zoom" is justified) --- Ok you're telling me that Hardison, in an attempt to set up a place where no cops or FBI would ever show up even by accident placed their front-operation across from a pawnshop full of potentially valuable antiques, a bank and a fucking jeweler. Are the writers fucking kidding with this? Like putting it across from one of these 3 would be a stretch given Hardisons goals in aquiring the Brewpub, putting it on a crossroads with all of these is character assasination on the writers part.

Hardison would not have bought a brewpub located at this crossroad. --- Amy getting really sus of Parker (who she knew was in a French prison) knowing so much about the psychology of a robbery.

"Okay i've got to ask, Is any of this illegal" --- Sid might actually be cheating. (sucks). But i guess Parker's gonna send that picture to his girlfriend. Romeo and Juliet both play the violin,

Parmesan is a doctor. 2 coffees with a tracker, trying to find "O" (the numbers are unknown, but my bet is on time, based on them all being multiples of 5, not one of the second digits being above a 6. I assume the leading 000 is to disguise the nature of the numbers) --- Oh, America aparently has special licensed plates for disabled people. Good to know. Also Parker has leveled up her Social Awareness enough that she now realises that telling Amy how she recognised it was definitly a getaway vehicle would be bad.

"you know what to do and I know how to walk... no offense." Great line 7/10. (cant really go higher then that on a line with no overall importance. Still its a good line) --- Amy's reaction to inadvertantly telling her Employers Girlfriend they've been lazy. (Good for her this entire thing is a front. You'd literally keep your job without customers) ---

Ah the good ol "Watson you're a genius!" trope, (its a classic. I love it.)

Oh no, is she setting Romeo and Juliet up with people who arent cheat and the ex. (which means something? I suspect cops like in the Bottle Job)

I was finishing up my daily night patrol on my way to my girlfriends house, I texted her a couple times but she never answered, I got worried coz she always replies to my texts so I facetimed her and she answered...in the shower.

*connecting to y/n/n <3 *

"hey babe you ok- wait are you in the shower?" I ask sheepishly, I couldn't see her, only the ceiling and part of the shower curtain, the hot steam coming out of the shower fogged up the mirror a little.

"y-yeah" she nervously giggled "sorry if this is awkward, i just didn't want you to get worried" she says

"oh no no its not awkward, *laughs* i just wanted to know if you were ok coz you didn't answer me" I explain, feeling giddy inside that she's comfortable with facetiming me while showering, I know it's weird but this is definitely a step up.

"you coming today?" she asks, hopeful

"how can I not pass by my girl's place before going to bed?" I say in a 'duh' tone

"aww that's sweet" she mumbles. "uhh since you're here now, I wanted to ask you if you wanted to stay over tonight? today's friday and I wanted to watch movies and just spend time with you....if- you don't mind" she says nervously, I never slept the night at her place yet, but I really want to so I obviously agreed.

"yeah yeah sure! ill uh text may right now, see you in 5" I say

"byeeee" she says in a cheerful tone

I texted may about staying at y/n's tonight and she agreed, she just said to use protection and I think she misunderstood what 'spending the night at y/n's meant'.

anyways, I knocked on her window, waiting for her to open up but she didn't, I waited a couple more minutes but she still didn't answer. I tried opening the window and it worked!

"I gotta tell her to lock the window" I mentally noted, "y/nnn?!?!" I shout her name out but not too loudly so I don't disturb the whole house.

"bathroom!" she replies, is she still showering? I go to her bathroom, knocking before I go in, just in case.

"come in peter, all clear" she laughs, and I laugh too, when I entered I saw her in her white robe, the belt wrapping her waist and her white towel wrapped around her head, she really is beautiful.

"hey babe!" she says cheery, giving me a loose hug so she wouldn't dampen my suit.

"what are you doing?" i ask her, seeing her getting products out of her cabinets and drawers

"I was gonna start my skincare routine" she says shrugging.

"routine?" I ask her curiously.

"yeah, there are a couple steps, wanna do it with me? you look intrigued" she says smirking. To be honest I was curious, so I agreed. she told me to go shower first so I can get out of my dirty suit. while I was showering she was getting her products out and got a robe for me to 'get in the mood'.

"babe I'm done!" I tell her.

"ok, I got you your robe!" she informs me and leaves the bathroom.

y/n's POV

"It's all clear" peter says mimicking what I said 10 minutes ago.

"haha verry funny- woah" ok why did I just know that my boyfriends is hot? like fit-body-abs hot?? his wet curls were falling off his head landing on his forehead, the water droplets falling slowly down his chest.

"y/n??" he asks smiling slightly but his cheeks were a flaming shade of red. oh shit he noticed me checking him out. "you good? is that a bit of drool over there" he says teasing me. rolling my eyes, i shook the thoughts out of my head.

"ok lets start" I say taking my phone out, ready to record this soon to be chaotic mess.

"why are you recording?"

"you think I'm gonna pass up the opportunity of recording my boyfriend while he's using my skin care products? absolutely not" and I lay out the basic products.

"ok, before anyone begins their skincare routine they have to move their hair out of their face so I got you this" I hand him my bunny ears headband.

I say taking it away from him "here" I lightly spray his face but his dramatic ass scrunches his face with every spray like its gonna attack him "aaaaand done! look how fresh you look!" holding his cheek and kissing his nose, he even looked proud of himself.
