when I first read through, my mind went to my favorite boy,

steve randle

knowing steve, he would initially be attracted to you physically. steve is a flirt, but when he first saw you he was taken aback. you were the gorgeous, and his usual silver tongue was tied as he watched you saunter out of the DX. from then on his interest was caught on you.

adding onto that, he found your eyes fascinating. steve always found himself occupied with looking at girls bodies, (and ofc he would look at urs too PfFt- he’s a horndog.) but instead he often found himself staring into your eyes. he always thought they were so pretty and was one of the first things he noticed about you.

steve definitely was rejected the first time he tried to flirt with you. the quick and feisty remark back caught him off guard, but intrigued him. he wanted more of that, he wanted the challenge to gain your affections.

while opposites are said to attract, I think in this case your similarities work. you both are fiery and hotheaded and see eye to eye for that reason.

but he would probably find it annoying when you argue, especially because he tends to be wrong. he would always apologize first, but his temper would get to him in the heat of the moment. (I think you’d be quick to forgive too considering you’d understand his pov)

would attempt to come to your athletic events if he had the time (off work) he hadn’t really ever participated in any for hs, worried about the money aspect and the time to put into it. he loves to watch you play because he never got the chance to.

loves to go shopping w u, even if it’s not often because he loves to dress you up.

pda? ofc. always has a hand on you. typically on your ass/waist/thigh, which you have to tell him to quit in the wrong places. he doesn’t care though, he loves it

ends up giving discounts at the DX even if he’s not supposed to.

you end up spending a lot of time at the DX actually, because he works a little more than he should. i imagine you, loving animals, found a stray cat and practically forced steve to keep it at work. now it is the little mascot of the dx and loves you and steve the most

steve is insecure about other boys, especially soda. instead of showing it, he comes of stingy a majority of the time which could potentially upset you. he is also very very jealous, and possessive so beware

he appreciates that your protective just as he is ^^

both of you have trust issues, which can lead to some misunderstandings between the two of you. eventually since you both realize your going through the same thing, you open up to each other and began to fully trust (which is hard but worth it.)

dates on nights hes free will consist of driving around and listening to music, going to the diner, watching a movie at the drive in, or parking and making out somewhere random. that’s the rotation, no new, no old.

This was a hard choice cuz I can honestly see how you would mix well with most of The Outsiders but I finally landed on SodaPop.

Why: Sodapop is very kind and caring and I think would mesh well with someone who has those same traits. He adores your shyness as well as how well you are with kids and other people once you get past your shy side.

Confession: You had known each other since you were children and he had been building up feelings for you for a long time. But he didn't confess until after you two graduated high school and you were going to go to college. He didn't want you to leave without him telling you how he felt . He was ecstatic to learn that you felt the same, and you two made plans every weekend or every other weekend to meet up and hang out because you didn't live too far away.

Best-Friend: Ponyboy. Having grown up around each other, he kind of grew up thinking of you like a big sister and you two have been close ever since. And even more so, after you and soda pop started dating.

Other: When you and Sodapop eventually move in with each other when you're a bit older, it becomes another hangout spot for the rest of the group.

i have naturally wavy light brown hair thats layered and goes just past my shoulders and i have bleach blond bangs. i wear pink glasses, have very light freckles, and a marilyn monroe beauty mark. my eyes are sorta hazel but very heavily green more than brown. i have medium/fair skin with very light freckles and beauty marks all over. my favorite overall color is purple but my favorite clothing color on myself is red. i have two earlobe piercings and the first usually has hoops while the second has pearls. i always wear a heart shaped projector necklace with a picture of my childhood dogs in it.

im 5'4, not super muscular but average strength??? im the sorta weird inbetween of chubby, curvy, and skinny if that makes sense. i more often than not have some variation of stars or moons on me whether it be drawing on my skin, on my shoes, patches on my jeans, hairclips, my star crop top, etc 😭 my style is kinda a mashup of a lot of things but usually i wear ripped flared jeans, an umzipped zip up hoodie, and some form of crop top with my light/pastel green high top platform vans. my music taste is kinda a mashup of random stuff tbh 😭😭 my top artists are prob alec benjamin, flo milli, conan gray, olivia rodrigo, and js random rap songs. my room is very alt/indie with music posters, butterfly stickers, led lights, fairy lights, a cloud light (so many lights ik), a stuffed animal hammock, and a pink vintage vanity.

im pretty shy around people i dont know and seem pretty quiet and simple, but once i get comfortable with someone im a certified yapper 🗣‼️ im very physically affectionate and have a pretty low self esteem so its kinda hard for me to take compliments. im an honor level student but have low grades if that makes sense?? like im smart enough to be honors but my adhd/anxiety/depression combo kinda prevents me from doing the work. around my friends im very bubbly and outgoing, ive been told im the kinda person to light up a room with my laugh (whatever that means?)

i more often than not have fresh flowers in my room because i just love them tbh. i love reading and am always in the process of reading a book. i have three cats (one of them being my personal esa! her name is nina :) ) and one dog. i have these weird periods of time where i get sensory overload and go completely silent with my earbuds in for like 15-45 mins and then go straight back to yapping 😭💀
