otto thinks the worst thing the ai for the actuators can do is take over the world or some other crazy evil shit.

in fact, his worst nightmare turns out to be that they LOVE norman. like, really really love norman. they keep reaching for him and petting him and just touching him, flo hands him his jacket and larry keeps trying to bring him drinks all the time and moe keeos trying to give him blueprints to look at bevause norman loves science, right? and otto makes good science! lets show him.

they spend every moment possible trying to get the two of them together. norman and otto happen to walk down the street and harry is stealing a bunch of flowers and giving it to norman. they have a friendly work collegue lunch and moe pulls normans chair out for him. when otto gets frustrated or down one of them phones norman and puts the phone in front of otto and then, well, he has to talk to him, doesnt he? he cant just be like 'my robotic tentacle called you i dont actually want to call you' because thats rude and he always wants to talk to norman, and oh look at that he feels much better. theyre 2 seconds away from picking norman up and putting him in front of otto for him to kiss.

otto is utrerly mortified and norman thinks its adorable.
