So ticketmaster is now sending people emails that they are just moving their seats they purchased and reserved for the Eras Tour somewhere fucking else:
after going through queues that went on and on, being given a “second-chance” opportunity that did not guarantee us decent seats at all but wanted to charge our credit cards regardless (and make them non-refundable/non-transferrable in case we hated the seats TICKETMASTER SELECTED FOR US), not promoting this album for shit including a single live performance that all of us can watch, merchandising us to fucking death by trying to sell us digital albums that were recycled radio interview clips from October -- at what point do we decide that Taylor is a powerful force in this industry and SHE CAN DO BETTER for fans that have been loyal. This tour fiasco soured me on the whole era, tbh.
@taylornation learn how to deal with this better and for the love of god when your fans are mad, don’t drop another fucking remix in the middle of it
sally jackson is literally the only person ever. she's so amazing. she's perfect. she's so kind it makes people cry. she listens to nirvana. she's beautiful. she fought a bull. she can cook. she's everyone's mother. she's a writer. she sings sad songs and applies them to her life and cries. she killed her abusive ex husband and sold him to get money for an apartment. she used to work at a candy store and bring percy samples of his favourite flavours. she shot a monster with a police gun in the middle of a war. she started making food blue because she's petty and she knew it would piss gabe off. she's an icon. she's the moment. no. 1 milf. no one's doing it like her.
forever obsessed with dynamics between vampires, specifically that of a maker and fledgling, as a way to explore abuse. the creation of a vampire itself can so easily be a literalization of the lasting impacts of trauma and also much more simply the ways a perpetrator might shape their victim’s very identity. the extremes of isolation in the way that the new vampire, in most narratives, must cut all ties to their mortal life, or else go through an elaborate charade to maintain the facade of humanity, while forever still being removed from it. and the sheer dependence and vulnerability of being in an entirely new state of being, wholly uncertain of what it entails, and relying on another person to define… everything.
I love watching Phantom where the Raoul is giving it his all and is trying his best to be a good boyfriend and yet Christine is still visually conflicted on choosing him or the literal murderer that lives underground.
