Here it is: #“Up on the house top-Heterosexual kiss-Your mother is dead” #...I am not very good at poetry. #There was something so funny to me about the evil couple heterosexual sloppy kiss sandwiched between all this angst. #I get it - this is to make us really loathe these two and make the later revenge much sweeter but...honestly they were so funny for this. #I still do not really know how to draw people kissing so I will do what I do best and make it funny. #There are several points in which MDZS is a dark comedy and this is one of them. #Despite how tragic this episode is...My god did it also make me laugh the hardest. #I will have comics about the other moments. happy mid-autumn festival!!! i hope it's a day of good fortune and reunion for everyone! i yearn for the day in which i am able to eat a mooncake.

much to my chagrin this drawing appears very different on desktop and on mobile but oh well. i think i'll take a crack at writing an ID for this one, just because there are a few characters! including xunyang 83 everyone else is offscreen lol but they're there i promise

I wonder if that's ever going to come back into play? #Slight re-ordering of events for the funny punchlines but we're close to getting back on track. #The mianmian stuff happening right after we also have a Torment Tortoise looking for blood makes this scene so chaotic. #A good kind of chaos as it is supposed to be overwhelming and anxiety inducing! #I have been sitting on the idea of the Beast being just a normal turtle with a knife for ages. Years in fact. #It's stupid as hell but that's sometimes what art is. Indulging the past you who would have loved to see the dumb thing be drawn. #Making it canon now that A-Qing's turtle (the one pd-Lan Sizhui found) is a descendant of this turtle. #Maybe she was so defensive because she has eggs she was watching over! How insensitive of these cultivators! #You can insert your own choice of boss music here - I did not grow up playing video games so I have nothing off the top of my head. #I am making a BOTW reference here so you could substitute one of those themes but I find them more melancholic than menacing.

Mdzs modern au where Wei Wuxian is Wen Qing's beard. So the situation goes like this, Wen Qing has a rich uncle that pays for her education on the condition that she gets good grades and shit, when she got into med school Wen Chao, that bitch, let it slip to his dad that Wen Qing was a lesbian, in order to secure her bag she told her uncle that he was lying and that she actually had a boyfriend, of course her uncle then wanted to meet said boyfriend and then enters Wei Ying, Wen Ning's best friend and the perfect man for the job. Unlike most fake dating AUs this one doesn't end up with them together, it ends with Wen Qing graduating then finding out that her uncle didn't care that she was gay, bro has had gay sex himself so he can see the appeal, and Wei Wuxian eloping with Lan Wangji (who may or may not have been praying on that relationship's downfall since day one), everyone is happy except Wen Chao
