Ce matin j'ai mangé des galettes de riz au chocolat noir avec un yaourt.
Ce midi j'ai mangé une quantité énorme de lasagnes : 500g. J'ai réussi à ne rien prendre d'autre
Çe me faisait 1 256 calories.
Il est 22h et je n'ai rien mangé depuis. Je suis fière d'avoir pu m'arrêter là. J'ai extrêmement envie de manger mais je ne ressens pas la faim.
J'ai quand même hâte d'être au petit déjeuner

It’s been years since I’ve been active on this site but I’m ready to jump back in. I’m tired of feeling fat and hating myself. I thought doing the right thing to lose weight would make me happy again but I’m wrong. I need to feel skinny to feel confident again.

I don’t have anyone to talk to this about so here you go. I just got played by this girl and it was my first time trying to be with a girl because I only date guys but this girl liked me for the longest and we’d always kiss and flirt. Then one time we went to a party together and then that’s when I really started to like her. My dad and my best friend both don’t want me to date girls so they have no idea about her. We kept things on the DL and she was fine with it because we see each other in class everyday but then she had came over and did some stuff and she ghosted me like what? It really hurts because we’re friends so like idk whats happening or what’s going to happen when I see her at school and now I’m crying because I didn’t even know I liked her this much wtf :( can y’all tell me some good ED movies/tv shows so I can cry about me being fat instead

new ed blog here. i’m trying so hard. the highest calories i had this week was about 1400 on saturday, and that’s because i was with my friends and couldn’t refuse anything. everyone kinda knows that i have strange eating habits, but i don’t wanna make it more obvious than it has to be. i lost about 10 pounds while sick a couple weeks ago, and for the first time in my life, people told me i looked tiny and really good. it made my ed much, much worse, but i can’t stop now. i’m trying to restrict as much as i possibly can, but it’s so hard. i have to eat dinner everyday because of my mom, so i try to make it the only thing i eat every day. she just made brownies tho and i’m like :(((. anyways, i’ll be tracking progress here. i unfortunately don’t own a scale, and if i ask for one it’ll make my very obvious ed even more obvious for my poor mother. so i only really weigh myself when at my friends house, which is usually every week. i’m hoping to not pass 140.

day one
today i installed sweatcoin so that i can at least earn money while i fix my body. i also found this great app called zero that keeps track of fasting!! it has a bunch of presets and you can customize your own fast schedule. im going to have a red delicious apple (abt 52 calories) when my 13 hours are over, and then im either going to heavily restrict food or enter another fasting period. the apple will give me energy to workout. today i WILL pedal 2 miles on my exercise bike. i WILL also do:
-50 crunches
-50 squats
-25 side crunches (each)
-150 mountain climbers
-planking
-75 leg lifts (25 left, 25 right, 25 together)
-100 donkey kicks (50 each leg)
-5 minutes of bicycle crunches
i will also be sure that i am drinking plenty of water throughout the day! if you have any low calorie snacks to recommend for me to try please let me know (:

when u feel a binge:
- watch a kpop music video - read an adventure book and imagine you as the main character.  - make a safe food list! (this will make you look at caloric value and think of how much u put into your body) - imagine yourself as thinspo. convince urself that u are ur ugw. then look at the mirror. - watch amberlynn reid tell u to not binge.

Ive been at a camp all week and ive eaten fairly normally i think ive maintained my weight. I hope to fast as much as possible next week at a different camp where i hate the food. (forgive my english its not my native language)

eating is not worth that feeling you get of grease and fat laying in your stomach, slowly spreading to all parts of your body. you will feel it slowly making your arms pudgy and wider, your stomach extends, your face looks so round, your legs stop having that gaping, beautiful gap. nothings worth that. you dont deserve to go through that. drink water and stay strong, today is not the day you will gain weight. today is the day your journey of losing weight starts.
