I couldn’t decide on Sun or Moon for you so I decided to do both at once!

I figured for the concept that there was a power outage in y/n’s new house and they have no idea where any of the stuff is. Cue a candle conveniently rolled their way. Too bad the breaker is down the unlit creepy basement stairs… good thing the scary part of the house has your back! Quite literally. No falling again on Sun and Moon’s watch after all!

Poltergeist AU

Shadow is an assassin working to put down GUN. One day a blue hedgehog witnesses his crime and instead of reporting him, he agrees to aid him. The Hedgehog is fast, even faster than him and has a nack for vanishing whenever others are around.

The more time he spends around the hedgehog the more he realizes murder and revenge isn't what Maria would have wanted so Sonic takes the gun instead, insisting that Shadow has more to offer the world instead of bloodshed. Sonic begins to kill for him in order to hopefully end the nightmare GUN has caused. Shadow doesn't believe he should either, but Sonic won't stop.

Sonic eventually leads him to Tails, a genius young fox who is traumatized with the missing older brother figure in his life. He also wants to take down GUN among others, so along with his new allies, Shadow plans to break into GUN's largest research facility and steal all incriminating evidence to show the public.

Sonic doesn't stop his killing. He swore he'd be the vengeance, after all.

Once inside they find many mobians in research tubes along with someone they never expected to see. Only chaos knows if he's still alive.

Summary:

Framed pictures shake off of the walls, coming down to smash and shatter on the floor; their dresser tips over, slamming heavily down onto the wood below, and Blair screams again, throwing herself against Ed as if she can climb beneath his skin for safety.

Ed climbs back into the bed, pushing Blair into Stede’s side where Alma and Louis are already huddling. He brings his arms up over all four of them, protecting them if anything else should fall, but the quake seems to come to a stop only moments later.

For a second, they all just sit there together, clustered close, breathing heavily.

Then, quietly, Blair tells all of them the same words that Ed had heard her say to Louis before, and the television before that:

“They’re here.”

Appearing with an angst thought:

I was re-reading Itachi's novel for fanfic reasons and I realized that after Shisui's death it's often heavily implied that Itachi has hallucinations about seeing Shisui around (and isn't that a depressing thought) so I was thinking... Ever thought about ghost!Shisui lingering after his death and watching over Itachi, unable to do anything to stop or help him while canon happens? Because I kinda have now...

That sounds like a TRUCKFUL of hurt, yikes! Can you imagine alternate POV between the two of them too, so Shisui is meeting the Akatsuki etc but no one but Itachi can hear or see him (up to you if he's an actual hallucination or if this is a ghost situation) and they swing madly between hurt/comfort companionship, Shisui taking the piss out of people who can't see/hear/touch him but he IS a poltergeist, and then raging grief and anger and frustration 👌😫

After dying alone hundreds of years ago, Character A is stuck, alone once more, haunting their home. After centuries, someone finally moves in, only to experience the wrath of what years of loneliness can do.

What do you get when you mix a really, really annoyed ghost with someone who really, really tries to be good at musical instruments? A super angry ghost that really. Really. Wants them to stop playing instruments.

When a person dies, they come back as a ghost with no memories. Stuck in an endless loop of missing knowledge, anger and frustration is sure to rise.

Character A was shocked when someone just moves into their house and starts making it their own. Even worse, they keep ignoring Character A and they keep talking about a ghost?

Growing up as best friends, Character A is absolutely heartbroken when Character B dies. They begin carrying their ashes in a vial around their neck, not knowing that they’re forcing Character A to remain with them forever. Wanting to just pass on, Character B has to raise absolute hell in order for Character A to notice and let them move on.

During a zombie apocalypse, Character A survives for a long time, until Character B murders them to get away from a horde of zombies. With vengeance fresh, Character A learns they can possess zombies, and begins to enact their revenge.

As it turns out, ghosts are only vengeful for a period time of time after they die. The more wrong done to them before their death, the longer this period can be. The ghost that Character A comes across definitely fits the classification of being a vengeful ghost based on their time of death, but they don't seem angry. They just seem...sad. It's almost like they died from a broken heart, and how are you supposed to avenge that?

When Character A hears the old phone ring in their new apartment, they attribute it to the strange ghost that seems to be haunting the building, but the voice on the other end was very real (even if it was the voice of a person from 50 years ago). Using this phone, Characters A and B are able to communicate across time -- they slowly fall in love as the haunted building becomes more and more active. Eventually, the truth is revealed -- the ghost is the spirit of Character B, and Character A has no idea what they did 50 years ago to piss Character B off. Clearly, their phone relationship didn't end well.

Not knowing that they're dead, two vengeful ghosts (Characters A and B) decide to go to anger management. Their therapist (Character C) is a bit worried about the fact that they can actually SEE THROUGH their clients, but the pay is good, so why not give this a shot?

When Character A falls in love with ghost Character B, the two expected to live together happily forever. Ghosts don't last forever, though, and Character B loses a little bit more of who they were with every year that passed, growing more angry and more vengeful over time. Character A feels terrible and never says this out loud, but they're afraid Character B is going to go too far one day and make them just like them.

This isn't a regular ghost story -- instead of spirits floating through the air, Character A is a data ghost floating through the Cloud. They decided to sign up for this when they died. It seemed like a great idea at the time, after all, who wouldn't want to live forever? What Character A failed to do was read the fine print: the circuits of the data ghost system simply cannot handle the force of human emotions. If a data ghost feels anything too powerfully, they'll simply burn out and cease to exist.

When friends (Characters A, B, C, and D) return to their home town to pay homage to the grave of their long lost friend (Character E) on the anniversary of their death, they're confronted -- not by a friendly ghost, but by one that's particularly vengeful that blames the group for their death. To save the soul of Character E and their own lives, Characters A, B, C, and D must solve the decade-long mystery of Character E's wrongful death and prove once and for all who's the blame for the tragedy (unless they wanted 4 new tragedies to also befall the town).

Poltergeists are notoriously violent equal to how violent their murders are, however, so long as stick by your fav animatronic, you remain calm. Only capable of being seen by people who believe in the unseeable, you become a favorite of the kids who love the creepy, though you know to keep your distance from those who don’t, no matter how much it breaks your undead heart.

You can touch just about anything, so long as you wish it, though Sun and Moon scold you if you move something in front of adults. No need to make people realize that you exist, lest they call an exorcist!

Also can possess people (even your fav animatronic), but you’re not interested in doing so unless you want to experience tasty foods from time to time (and only by kids that approve of you possessing them [they say that it feels funny and weird in a cool way])

Hawk protectively hugs his bird of prey identification guide. “Why are you still here?”

Imagining the ancestors running interference so the DA can get to the room of requirement would be so funny. Like there’s always been rumors about new ghosts around Hogwarts (and some sightings when Harry is particularly upset) but they would thrive in making her and Filch miserable. (And if they’re teaching their little descendant stealth at the same time it’s really a win win)

The blood quill would be a hard thing to avoid because there’s no way she would believe it’s not Harry even if she could see the ghosts which would really only make things harder for him in the long run.
