Essentially as humans, we have multiple meltdowns. Meltdowns are seen as this downward phase in life. But, meltdowns are needed to drop the burdens. Sometimes we find no reason for our tears. Well there needn’t be. If tears are making our soul lighter then crying is a strong act of self love, isn’t it? At that exact point of meltdown, we would have two options - EVOLVE or REMAIN. To evolve from the wrongs/ pains and mistakes or remain in the same puddle forever procrastinating the day of rescue?
