i did not have a great food day today ;-; i didn’t eat much but what i did eat was high in calories
didn’t have breakfast
lunch: vegetable wrap (386 cals)
i didn’t eat any snacks after lunch; i drank a ton of water and had a lollipop (20 cals) bc i ran out of gum
dinner: tofu and vegetable stir fry (340 cals) i wish i ate less :(
my dad wanted to get a crepe with me, so i obliged (around 250 cals) and i also ate some jelly out of a pouch (27 cals)
total: 1,023 ew ew ew i feel like a pig that is a gross amount of calories for such a sedentary day. i feel so gross
i ran home from the crepe place so -56 for that, and i also did 15 minutes of cardio today so -111 for that. i also did five jumping jacks to make the net calories 800 instead of 801 :)
net: 800 calories
still a bad amount. i’ll try to keep within 600-750 tomorrow. i have plans all day for the next week or so, and keeping busy should keep me from eating as much and leave fewer opportunities for snacking.

How I got my binging under control!!
Been binge free for over 6 weeks:)
-when I crave something sweet I eat something sweet but something that is very low in calories (unter 150cal)
-I drink sparkling stuff until my belly feel so full it feels like I’ll explode
-I sometimes eat when I’m fasting but only under 30cals!!!!!!!!!!!! Like 2 pickles so I won’t feel too hungry:)
-but I think the biggest help comes from my medication it makes my appetite go away for like 4 hours (Ritalin)
-I always try to distract myself especially at night I’ll make a list of distractions later:*
-sometimes I lock myself in my room and even tho I have the key and could get out anytime it still stops me In some way
-I sleep or go for a walk
-watching triggering stuff
-eating in front of a mirror
-I eat something that tastes absolutely disgusting so I won’t feel like eating for a while
-i brush my teeth
-I smoke a cig
