Hello everyone! This week I am having a small celebration for my 100 followers objective and I have decided to post a small update regarding my future plans for my bookstagram. I am testing different photo presets and shooting style and In the future I will probably change it once in a while as I love taking photos and trying new things. 💖 A Little Life will also be one of the books I will read in March as soon as I finish rereading ACOTR and I will be back to the series ASAP as I have set my goal to reread all SJM series (I know, crazy). After a few tests I have decided to stay with this style and see where it goes. ✨Review✨ Convinience Store Woman by Sayaka Murata . SPOILERS . I started the year with this sweet and short gem. I read Earthlings in December, and maybe this makes me a weirdo, but I just needed to read more of Murata’s books. All I knew getting into this book was that there was no real plot and I think that’s why I enjoyed it so much, I was just in for the ride and to spend a few weeks with the main character Keiko. She’s a 36 year old woman that works part time at a convenience store and her lifestyle is does not fit into the puzzle of society. We follow her navigate a world that seems to know her only through a glass that’s now starting to fade. It’s funny, witty, thought provoking and heartbreaking at parts. My latest read is @gabriellezevin’s TOMORROW AND TOMORROW AND TOMORROW and it was great! I especially liked the references to Emily Dickinson and Shakespeare, of course. It’s not for students, though I imagine some would enjoy it. I’m not at all into gaming and found the plot, which centers on two friends who create games together, to be absolutely engaging and interesting. So I imagine if you are into gaming, it will be even more enjoyable. I just loved the characters and their relationships. I gave it 5 ⭐️ on #goodreads.
