Can you add the Justice soul human description to the "Check" part of this blog?, and when you have the time: Can you make a mini comic where the humans, except for Veran, encounter Muffet and are wrapped up in spiderwebbing and Veran has to save them? , Veran eats one of Muffet's spider food items and he succeeds in the end. And Muffet apologizes for her actions towards the humans.

(Secret: If you really want to see Justice, it *does* actually exist! As long as you're on desktop. It follows the same format as the rest of the soulies check boxes, just put /justice at the end of the url.

I will be redoing them when time allows however! I never got the chance to add her pixel after I opened everyone to the world.

As for the second, apologies but that's 1) quite a lot to work on, and 2) a little impossible since I'd prefer to stay true to their situation. Muffet does not live in the underground anymore. She got her heated limo and moved to the surface. Any of the spiders left behind have nothing against anyone. My souls fell backwards (Frisk first, then Souls), so they've really haven't met any of the main monsters.)

I feel like I've complained about Tim's email situation in Gotham Knights before (edit: I have), but the truth of it is just so funny.

He's signed up for so many podcasts, video game streamers, and random news alerts; it's just a constant barrage of data going straight into his constantly whirring brain. Hell, he even floats the idea of the Batfamily having their own podcast as a way to correct misinformation about them (which Jason shoots down instantly), and it's made me realize something.

Timothy Drake would be a YouTuber.

In this universe specifically, Timothy Jackson Drake, the heir to Drake Industries and the foster son of the late Bruce Wayne would be a YouTuber.

Think about it. It'd be the perfect cover. Who would ever suspect that some 16-year-old nepo baby with a YouTube channel could ever be Red Robin? You'd have to be mad. I mean, look at him.

Red Robin just dropped out of literal thin air and garotted someone four times his size, and you expect anyone to believe that's the same kid who does 24-hour Minecraft charity streams and occasionally drops 6-hour video essays (his last one was on Lex Luthor's illegal bit mining operation on the moon)?

thank you all for your well wishes and love, I really appreciate it. I didn’t exactly plan to go on hiatus or leave. Honestly, I was just fine, nothing major even happening in life (at least I thought so) but I ended up having an unexpected mental break of sorts. School and work has always been manageable but work has began its busiest season and this last class was a little trying so I’m guessing it became too much. I started isolating from everyone and hadn’t been very social lately. Not to mention, I’m preparing to have surgery in a few months. Truthfully though, I think I just became exhausted with this app and its nonsense..or the clock app I should say. Like I said, I’ve been working on being less combative and confrontational on here bc it’s not who I am and as I stated in my post a couple months ago, if I have to be in defense mode, I don’t want to be here. Although I’ve gotten no anon hate recently, I can see posts. I can see anons being sent by proxy of my friends and I can see screenshots of my name being mentioned in comments on apps I don’t even use. I’ve always been very passionate about my writing and I try my best to pour as much of myself into it as I can. I know people say ‘passion project’ or ‘magnum opus’ but that’s what I strive for with each of my works. I never wanna give bare minimum, hence why I deny certain anons or don’t write certain tropes if they don’t align with that purpose.

Again, I’m perfect by no means and my fics are not for everyone. However, having these straw man fics about baby mamas and drug dealers attached to me is infuriating (not bc I have an issue with them, but bc it shows some of you don’t truly read my work) With that being said, I’ve got the next two weeks off from school and I’ve been working on some stuff I’m really excited to share. My only request is that y’all start spreading more love to ur writers..show ppl that you love their works. The energy that you use to critique and throw hate, use it to be reblog and show appreciation. I’ve seen so many great writers leave this app and I hate to join them, but I’m just not going to burn myself out for mediocre feedback and diet lite racist commentary. I have Google Docs and my drafts, I’m good. Be blessed everyone <3

Another divine twitch chat Au? Another divine twitch chat Au. With a bit of a twist. 

Billy would like to say it is in fact not his fault. It’s really not. Who hits someone with magic they obviously don’t know how to use? Well okay maybe he had done that before, but it’s not like he ever did it around other people where they could get hit! 

But someone was an idiot and now he’s here, as his normal ten-year old self kicking his legs while sitting in the Watchtower as the others argued. Apparently the League thinks he’s been de-aged, which is good as his secret isn’t out. 

The uh, issue is that something about the spell might have um, partially manifested the gods- or as he called them the Mediterranean Magic Men, if only because of how annoyed it made Zeus. Now everyone can see the chat that’s usually only visible to him and apparently it’s concerning. 

He doesn’t see how it’s an issue, Zeus has been silenced for the next hour and Hercules has been dying of laughter for the last three. Oh, wait, it might be from Mercury’s constant attempted flirting with Flash. …Or the fact they’re trying to convince him to commit a crime and he’s honestly down for doing so seeing as he’s a homeless ten year old who is down for getting clairvoyance and super speed for the next thirty minutes in exchange…

What I love so much about the loveybug au, is that it showcases the dichotomy to Marinette's character that we often seen ignored or overlooked by the more obvious example of Adrien's.

The truth is that Adrien and Chat Noir simultaneously exist as attributes within the complexity that is Adrien's character and psyche. While they are different, they are not opposites, they are compliments of each other, and the show does a great job of highlighting that.

Marinette on the other hand, is never really questioned for her alter-ego, she is Ladybug, plain and simple. Except, it's not so simple, Marinette's personality is actually close to being, if not as much, as complex as Adrien's.

Adrien often uses Chat Noir as an escape from the personality repression he faces as himself. Marinette on the other hand, is more repressed as Ladybug. She is focused on goals and on the safety of others and she cannot act on her emotions. She does not find it to be the time and place to let free, to truly be herself. But at least she lets herself be free as Marinette, right?

Well, it's actually not that simple.

Marinette has quite a bit that is keeping her from feeling free as herself. The claims that Marinette was the more free, the more open personality of the two never really made much sense, as Marinette is still pretty tightly wound, she is constantly reacting to and experiencing a level of anxiety that keeps her grounded and pulled together.

What I find so admirable about the Loveybug au, is that Loveybug is a direct response to what Adrien does as Chat Noir. Even Catwalker is not a complete reflection of Ladybug, for it isn't a true repression in the way Ladybug is, it's more of an imitation of his Adrien mask.

What Loveybug does is introduce a new method to analyze Marinette, in acting as a foil to the "Chat Noir persona", this alter-ego actually and explicitly exemplifies what Marinette would be if she really let loose.

The Loveybug au accomplishes the task of showing how deeply misunderstood Marinette is by so many people. In showing her at her most open, we can see what she is actually holding back as herself. She is not simply an optimist, she is not naturally brave. She, like Adrien with his persona, have to fight and struggle to keep their heads high and a smile on my face. The fact that this au can display this is part of the reason I love it so much.

UPDATE

Hi, everyone! It’s been a few days since Part I dropped! I have been seeing all your questions (many of which I can’t answer lol) and have been seeing all the bug reports and typos. Thanks for sending them in.

I’ll be working on:

- fixing those bugs and typos starting this week. (I don’t respond or answer to typos just because I like having them all in one space, so trust me, I have seen them! I just keep them sitting in my inbox/dm’s to search for them later.)

- part II.

- After part II the days of free bug searching will be over, as I will want to find beta testers. The game is just getting too big and complicated for just one person, especially someone as error prone as me 😅

I do have to take a break. I know I keep saying I’m going to take a break and I don’t but my cold has not gone away even after a week. In fact, it’s getting worse so I may have to actually…be a responsible human and head to the hospital lmao I think my body has sort of shut down a bit since I was actively working on chapter 2 every day for hours on end. So yeah, break needed! But not a long one hehe

In the meantime I’ll be putting up a poll for patrons of the 6$ tier and asking them what POVs they want next. I have plans to write them all, but I want to spread them out in the month instead of getting too excited and dropping them so closely together as I have been haha I do have some Drabble ideas. Even though I prefer writing canon content, I think having some non canon in the middle while I work on canon content would be a nice…fluff to give more content.

I just want to have at least 3 things a week every week on patreon! So my brain is like firing up trying to think of good stuff to offer haha

Does Aurora get defensive when someone is mean or rude to Flora like Luke is about Layton? Is she also as blunt as the original Aurora was so sometimes she'll say something genuinely but without malice and Flora goes hoo boy and pulls her aside to explain? She's so adorable I feel like it would be hard to be upset with her for accidentally running her mouth lol

Oh most definitely, on both accounts. Don't bad mouth her favorite people or she'll have some words for you. She keeps Luke in check at the very least with his teasing.

She tries to be careful with her own words as well, but sometimes things slip out. Into the dome, out of the mouth; sometimes she says things a bit rougher than intending too--But you're right, you can't stay mad at her, she means well!

BEGGING for more soft Jade😭😭 it’s just way too cute😔😔

Soft Jade is so addictive...... orz writing tmdg made me realize just how underrated soft Jade is (whether yan or not). It's a shame I've yet to write more with this type of Jade. Nearly all of my Jade wips and concepts are dark or brutal (looking directly at dru). However, there is one idea I have that I'd like to write at some point because soft Jade is the cutest, most sweetest (albeit still devious) eel!!!! >w< he deserves his soft moments.

Aaaaa but the concept is for a mini series I'd like to write! Specifically a mini series about punk Jade hehe. (I'm spoiling Jade too much; do not be fooled by this. I am his most passionate hater). The story follows overworked secretary Jade who is worn down by his mundane life and on the verge of giving up entirely when the zombie apocalypse hits. While everyone else is panicking, dying, or falling into existential dread and depression, Jade's realized he can do all of the things he wasn't able to before. He swaps pressed suits for punk attire, pierces his ears and face, changes his hairstyle, and leaves the corporate world behind. His goal is not to survive the zombie apocalypse but, rather, start a punk-rock band! :D

Floyd accompanies him on his journey and the twins eventually find Azul (a businessman with his own set of struggles and aspirations) and recruit him to join their band of misfits, even if Azul has his apprehensions. They also find and recruit underground idol (Name), and it has been your dream to sing on a big, bright stage. And thus the lot of you take on the zombie apocalypse as a four-piece band!

Also, you and Jade fall in love and it's really cute and silly and romantic.
